As a person with history of trauma and depression. Not writing about my day started the vicious cycle of regret and hopeless

So here are the things i did to break the cycle

Work out

As i see myself get better with every workout session. I no longer feel helpless but instead feel confident and productive

Write about it

Writing about even the smallest thing sometimes seems exhausting but it helps me and my inner demons to come to peace. And things never feel too bad to fix

Shower

My most toxic trait is to not shower when i feel low. A good shower helps me with migraine and risne all the negative thoughts but when I feel low I don’t want to get off my bed and get better.

Start prep for exam

I have an next in 6 days with syllabus that could single handedly sent me back to my uncombed hair and messy room but we will make an realistic achievable time table ( should help)

he wouldn't actually admit to it but asking sky for help picking out something for nuea to wear was all a ruse to get the other man upstairs and into his room, somewhere more private and intimate. nuea thought it would have been obvious, especially with how he behaved, how hard he was staring at sky with hearts in his eyes. but sky didn't get what nuea was trying to do and that ended up deflating his ego when the other actually pulled clothes out for him to wear. his demeanor shifted, holding an obvious lack of confidence now as he took the shorts from sky and grabbed the shirt that looked like it would have been baggier on him; the more oversized the clothes were, the easier it was for nuea to hide himself, his body. "thanks," he mumbled. nuea waited until sky had left the room before he began to change. he would have opted for a shower as he did feel a bit hot and the water would have felt nice on his skin but he couldn't bring himself to do it. even though sky wasn't in the room with him anymore, nuea still found himself turning away from the open door as he began to change. once he was dressed, he did go into the bathroom so he could wash his face, at least. maybe it was the alcohol in his system, maybe it was the fact that he felt like he'd just been rejected, whatever it was completely erased any sort of gentleness he'd usually have while washing his face. he splashed water into his face, quickly lathered soap onto his hands, and then aggressively rubbed his palms up and down his face which ultimately did nothing but smear his eyeliner under his eyes. but in that moment, he just didn't care enough to put in more effort to clean himself up. after risning and drying his face, he made his way into the living room and sat in the same spot on the couch that he had a matter of hours ago, prior to going out. he was quiet as he sat there, remote control in hand as he flipped through stations mindlessly, only stopping when he realized one of the stations was playing a vampire movie. "how ironic," he mumbled before chuckling to himself. "what if somebody who didn't have the strength to control themself, what if a newborn vampire attacked me while you left me at that table, bleeding, all by myself." it was a rhetorical question, nuea wasn't expecting an answer from sky as he hadn't exactly spoken loud enough for the other to hear. "would you kill somebody for your soulmate?" he asked, expecting an answer this time as his voice raised a bit, though his attention remained on the television. "i bet you would if your soulmate was reborn as a woman, so you could be the shining knight to her damsel in distress. or maybe you wouldn't, your soulmate would die and you'd just have to wait for her birth, and wait a few more years for her to come of age, and then you could start all over with your true love. and if things didn't work out, if she chose to stay mortal, the cycle would just repeat itself. waiting and waiting and waiting for her to be reborn, over and over again." he was talking nonsense, nuea knew that. he finally pulled his attention away from the television to look at sky. "doesn't it get exhausting? having to wait for her..."

"Nothing would happen, there are strict rules in that club, even the young vampires know if they do anything they get banned or worse killed. It was never a risk, if it was I wouldn't have left you alone like that. I think they were just looking at you because you were alone, plus vampires don't blink as much as a human so sometimes it seems like they are staring when they aren't. I learned to blink more to make it appear normal but sometimes I zone out and forget. I guess our eyes just don't dry out as fast, though the turned vampires tend to blink normally because they don't know any different" he laughed watching the other run-off "Fine but avoid the clothes in the closet, they are the nicer things, go for the dresser. You can wear anything in there, it's all my t-shirts, sweatpants, and shorts" he set the cat down and slowly headed to his bedroom, he opened a drawer and pulled out a couple shirts and then opened another drawer grabbing some shorts "It's a bit warm tonight plus you have a lot of alcohol in your system so wear these shorts, they are a bit snug on me so they should fit you perfect but if they are big just tie them tighter" he lets him pick out a shirt from the two and then hands him that and the shorts "If you want to shower go ahead, otherwise we can just head back downstairs, you could always shower in the morning, even I don't shower every day" he didn't sweat as much as a human so he didn't smell as quickly and his hair was cleaner longer. "I will make you some tea and feed the cat while you get changed" he grabbed a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt from the clean laundry he had yet to put away and he changed once in the hallway, he placed the clothes he had on in the hamper near the bathroom door before heading downstairs to make the tea and feed his cat.
