A lot of things drive me crazy about them killing off adult Lottie so early in season 3. One of them is Van's reaction to seeing Lottie again. The way they didn't explain it, and now their adult versions probably won't have a one-on-one scene. This dynamic was one of the ones I was looking forward to seeing more of in the new season...

Since its coming close to the anniversary

Of a school shooting that started a chain reaction I figure its appropriate to post a true awareness post.

Over 185 students and faculty have been a victim to school shootings since the 1999 April 20th school Massacre.

While 441 students and faculty where left with injuries since the Massacre.

There has been 390 more school shootings since columbine.

Let that sink in.

It has been 25 years since columbine and we have only had an increase on shootings.

Children should NOT have to fear for their lives at a learning environment. KIDS SHOULD NOT have to be fucking murdered due to the fualty ass school systems saftey and support system.

Maybe if these ridiculous schools would stop putting so much pressure on students while turning blind eye to bullying and harassment we would see a fucking decrease in that shit. Maybe if we actually fucking advocated for mentally ill and gave them the help they need we'd see less of this damn shit.

One more thing.

Portraying mentally ill shooters as heartless monsters rather then the truth isn't helping.

Treating mentally ill people who didn't receive help as if they were heartless is sad. While they committed terrible and unforgivable acts they were still teenagers who needed a tun of mental help and work.

Those shooters were failed and not given help when they needed it.

These shootings were preventable with proper help and intervention.

But unfortunately that wasn't the case and its truly sickening how people ignore clear signs of issues.
