In an early February 27, 2009 build of Pokémon BW (Black version here) The audio for Firestarter by The Prodigy plays in the test rooms, including (assumedly) early prototypes of Castelia City and Skyarrow Bridge.

The audio is incredibly compressed and crunchy, likely due to the hardware limitations of the DS.

I wont lie, guren, shinya and mahiru as mlp ponies sounds awesome

i finished them!! yay!!! the catastrophic trio as fucking My Little Pony characters, featuring unnecessarily detailed cutiemarks. 🐎

please welcome with me, Guren as Crimson Lotus,

Mahiru as Midday,

and Shinya as Deep Night. (i guess he could've also been Midnight, but the little pastel ponies often seem to have double names)

i'm just kidding. of course i made him one anyway.

this would have been massively easier (and quicker...) if i had just drawn them as actual mlp style ponies, but horse anatomy is just too gnarly, i couldn't resist. i like horses. sigh.

either way, i think it's awesome how you can just translate their names into english, and BOOM, you have a pony name.

#it should be more common to draw your favourite fictional characters as mlp ponies #or like your favourite character and then those other two assholes that are also there.#thinking of fitting cutiemarks is just so fun #guren has his crimson lotus flower cause of his name and a sun because hes. like the sun.#mahiru has a hare because metaphor and the hare is also ripping apart the red string of fate #which is an idea i'm proud of i'm ngl #i don't think shinya would actually have one because of his lack of purpose #(he'd probably get it as he was dying and then it'd disappear as he's revived since he forgot)#BUT he has a moon because moon and a compass because he's guren's guide #and yes the crimosn lotus was on purpose LOL #commemorating our dear friend icey #do i have anything else to say #RIGHT guren earth pony cuz stronk mahiru pegasus (or like bat pony..) cause she's always racing ahead + demon and shinya is a unicorn becau #e spellcraft prodigy. yeah #i thought it'd be cool to have one of each #also mahiru is a marwari because she's a pick me. and guren is a friesian. and shinya idk. horse.#ok i think that's it now #my little catastrophe or whatever #owari no seraph #seraph of the end #shinya hiiragi #guren ichinose #mahiru hiiragi #i put too much thought into this didn't i.#i just realised shinya's muzzle is a little too pinkish #whatever maybe he has lipstick on don't judge him #art stuff
