Actually I would say the peak of toku hero/villain ships entirely. gaijug is just below and then like thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis far underneath those two is like, uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh actually idk, whatever KR hero/villain ship ppl have convinced themselves is peak ig. KR doesn't do very good hero/villain come to think of it. I guess it's because of all the main/secondary like how every sentai has its red/sixth (and usually red/blue too but I feel like that's not actually as common as ppl make it out to be, I think a lot of it is people just wanting an episode 1 ship)

Honestly, if my kinks show up in shows at all, they're often done perfectly bc people don't think they're sexual so don't have to pretend they're not (eg. The Stig being essentially a moto-drone like WOW) or the entire premise of the show is based around it (... like Super Sentai and Kamen Rider, even though the suits have not been as sexy as I'd like lately) lmao. I did get a bit annoyed at The Orville for giving Isaac (very sexy faceless kind of evil robot) a human appearance and emotions at first but the whole arc was his sexy milf doctor girlfriend going "ehhh actually I like you more when you're a sexy faceless kind of evil robot" which is incredibly based (as is the fact his sexy milf doctor girlfriend is The Sexy Outfit Wearer of the show a la Deanna Troi despite being a canon mother of a teenage boy and visibly middle-aged). ummm but I think all shows should have more crossdressing that isn't for jokes and more femdom or at least FLRs that aren't "bitch wife controls wimp man" coz like ew

Bodysuits are pretty easy to style casually! If you're talking more leotard style that are like a top with a crotch and no legs then a really sexy thing to do is wear low waisted bottoms so the skin on your hips is showing. Kind of like an advanced whaletail lol. Looks best if the bottoms are big baggy jeans/trackies or really slutty tiny pleated/otherwise voluminous miniskirts, I'd stay away from anything tight, small top big bottom energy yk. If you're talking about the full-body tight catsuit type, I think they're always gonna look a bit costumey, but you can still style them. Wearing a cropped/waist-length non-tight jacket over the top always looks super cool, look at 80s Rogue from X-Men! A floor-length coat would look cool too, rather than balancing the silhouette like with the baggy jeans or puffy jacket, it reduces the sex-costumey look by de-dramatising the silhouette by giving it a solid background. There's a lot of ways to play around! Bodysuits are essentially an inner layer the way tshirts and leggings used to be lol so you can honestly do whatever but I think if you want to be stylish you can't go wrong with the balancing act.

Costume Ideas for Halloween 2018: Super Sentai

We did Power Rangers, now it is time to focus on the eastern progenitor of that franchise to seek ideas for Halloween costumes.

Yakuu Sentai V-Leaguer  (MLB Team edition)

October isn’t just a time for tricks and treats, but it also signifies the end of baseball season here in the USA with the World Series games airing throughout the week leading to Halloween and sometimes goes until November. So my first choice for a costume idea goes out to you diehard sports fans.

In the 1980s, when Kagaku Sentai Dynaman was being planned out, it was originally going for a baseball theme and went by the name Yakuu Sentai V-Leaguer. Ultimately, this idea was scrapped by Toei as marketing dudes thought that totally gnarly and rad 1980s kids would think baseball was a lame concept and they needed something “cooler”. Remnants of this idea, such as the Dynaman having their helmets sculpted to look like they have baseball caps in them, are seen in the suit designs and the Dyna Rod sidearm looks somewhat like a baseball bat.

For this idea, there are many avenues to choose from. You can either do a full Dynaman suit with patches you bought online of your favorite team and emblems painted on the helmet, go for a budget “casual” approach and wear a team shirt, custom Dynaman helmet and baseball uniform pants and cleats. Or you can do a full custom V-Leaguer approach, with the team’s name proudly on your chest, adorned in the team’s colors and the number of one of your favorite players on the back (or make your own number with your name on it)! 

I think the most amusing one would be for Texas baseball fans, as they would have literal Texas Rangers cheering on their team! XD Also, for more amusement if you are at a game, hold up a sign while in costume that says #DigitalWatches, fans will get the joke.

The Original Battle Fever J

This concept art drawn by Shuuhou Itahashi and Yuuji Kaida, was created to pitch the concept of Battle Fever to Marvel Comics. The two emulated the art style of John Byrne’s era of X-Men comics, and it shows despite being great Bronze Age-style designs. These feel more in line with America’s superheroes than Super Sentai and thus changes were made along the way to make the look more appealing to a Japanese audience.

Some of these even look a little familiar to those of Marvel Fandom, Battle Kenya is channeling a bit of Black Panther, Miss America’s leotard is modeled after Captain America’s costume and Battle Japan has a bit of X-Men’s Sunfire in his look.

Now sadly, this is the only image of the original concept on the web right now, so improvisation is needed a bit when going into the costume design. But that actually works to your advantage, with only a base template, you are free to tweak the look however you want!  All you really need to keep in are the colors of the flags somewhere to keep the nationality theme. I imagine original Battle Kenya and Miss America will be the most popular of the bunch based on how popular their inspirations are thanks to the MCU.

Battle Cossack would have to be updated, since one, the Soviet Union no longer exists and thus dates it quite a bit and two, fur underpants mixed with spandex are a really weird combination (and probably very itchy). 

Maskman (Orignal Fiveman Prototype Concept Designs)

Maskman was a game changer in terms of helmet and costume design as well as venturing outside the storytelling realm of sci-fi and incorporating new mystical ideas into its elements, heralding a sneak peek at what Super Sentai would be in the coming decades. But for a brief period, Maskman was on the verge of being a throwback in design when it was known conceptually as Fiveman, which of course became the name of another Sentai team.

The original suit designs incorporated what came before, most notably Battle Fever J.  X1 Mask, the one-off sixth member of Maskman, is the only “living” remnant of what could have been.

You will need LED lights and circuitboards, cosplay costume material, a custom stencil for creating the black “5″ chest emblem out of the fabric and if you can, find 3D modeling software for aiding in creating the helmets. The female Ranger helmets have a bit of sculpted helmet “hair” kind of like AkibaYellow and Blue, though you can skip that part if you don’t want 100% accuracy to save time. You will also need material to create the costume belts and pouches.

Fake KyoryuRed

One of the pitfalls of being a Super Sentai fan is that a few members of the fandom are quick to gossip and sometimes resort to elaborate pranks to get attention, like most fandoms. One cruel tactic that was put up with is the fake designs of an upcoming Red Ranger. This has recently died down thanks to stronger connections to official sources, but still is a problem that persists as even Kyuranger got the Fake Red treatment last year. In 2013, a rumor spread that this image above was the Red Ranger of the then trademarked Kyoryuger. 

Despite being immediately debunked as fake, it isn’t a bad design, harkening back to Zyuranger with the dino themed helmets that in clearer images had a jagged “teeth” like pattern on the red parts sculpted above the mouthpiece. It also had Dekaranger-like suit patterns with the represented dino covering a portion of the bodysuit in black silhouette with white outlines, “fossil teeth” shoulder pads and a metallic segmented belt with a gun holster and sword holster. 

Commander Hilltop’s “Robocop” crazy outfit

In Episode 31 of LupPat, a Gangler tries to negotiate a plea deal with the police. In a comical attempt of Good Cop, Bad Cop the Patrangers make their boss wear....whatever this is, to make the Gangler uncomfortable (and reference Robocop). It is really bizarre and doesn’t work.

What you will need: a soup/spaghetti pot on your head, metal bowls on your shoulders, a black body suit, oven mitts, 2 grill spatulas, a toy gun, white and orange rain boots, large forks, a pot lid, grill grates or small baking cooling racks and a metal cookie sheet on your back. In other words, raid your kitchen for parts!

Devil Gun from JAKQ Dengekitai

A crook made out of guns, self explanatory. His head is a gun, his chest has 3 cannons, his arms have cannons and more guns are in his fingers, he is a gunstavaganza! You will need a lot of gunmetal gray paint and a lot of patience. If you examine closely, you can see where the eye holes are for the costume. 

Ways to make it really impressive is to replicate the firing effects for the head gun with liquid fog juice, lights and sound effects. Just be careful though, in these troubling times we live in, seeing and hearing guns can make people jittery.

Zeek Jeanne from the GoGo V movie

In an alternate universe, when GoGoV was adapted into Lightspeed Rescue, I like to believe Ms. Angela Fairweather got into the fight wearing this suit instead of PLEX creating a new Ranger from scratch. (*nudges Boom! Studios*) Though the Titanium Ranger is awesome, so it balances out.

Demon Hunter Zeek bestowed his powers to GoGoV ally Kyoko Hase to become Zeek Jeanne before she ultimately lost them to give GoGoV the power to destroy the movie’s villain. One thing I never understood is why the protective face visor just vanished when the suit equipped onto a female hero.

So you have options of face visor on or face visor off. Unlike most Ranger cosplays, your field of vision will be a little better than wearing a Ranger helmet given the large face visor if you do some minor alterations.

GekiBlack

Rio, the main baddie of Gekiranger, eventually learned he was being manipulated by Long and allied with the GekiRangers. Jan dubbed him “GekiBlack” and his partner Mele as “GekiGreen” if they became friends later on. Sadly, it was not meant to be as Long turned into his dragon form and made bite-sized snacks out of both Rio and Mele.

Many fans often wonder what would have happened if Rio had lived and instead of reusing old monster suits, PLEX and Rainbow Zoukei crafted a brand new Gekiranger outfit for him. Most fans know the rules of conceiving such a notion: he must be black in color with gold accents in the suit, and his helmet must be sculpted to resemble a lion’s mane or have lions in it.

What You Need: A GekiRed base template of some kind, black and gold paint and costume cloth, Gekiranger symbol, concept sketches to plan out an idea of what to tweak. Rio’s Kaijin form can also be used as a template. The most difficult part would be choosing a morpher, either make a custom one or make a stylized version of the GekiChangers. For the Super Version, just emulate the base Super Gekirangers but with black and gold added to the white in the bodysuit or just do the ‘shop image above. 

If you have a special someone who wants to Ranger up too, you can be nice and make him/her a GekiGreen outfit and celebrate Halloween as two fated lovers!

Review : Spider-Man - Into the Spider-Verse (2018)

As we march closer and closer toward Marvel fully owning all of their comic properties and integrating those characters into the MCU, we are seeing Sony do all that they can to make their final impressions a positive one with their character rights.  I may have fully given up on the X-Men franchise, but I’m not quite ready to throw in the towel on the Spider-Man franchise, as it still seems to surprise me.  When the announcement of Spider-Man : Into the Spider-Verse occurred, I was not initially excited, to be fully honest.  After seeing the movie, however, I have seen the error of my ways.

Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) is a Brooklyn teenager on the verge of attending a new boarding school, despite his wishes to stay around the way where things are familiar.  His parents, police officer Jefferson Davis (Brian Tyree Henry) and nurse Rio Morales (Luna Lauren Velez), believe in his potential and do all that they can to support him despite Miles going through the teenage stage of separation from the family.  Miles does gravitate, however, to his uncle Aaron Davis (Mahershala Ali), a fellow artist who makes time for Miles when he has the time.  One night, Miles sneaks out of the school and, with the help of his uncle, is introduced to a hidden area in the NYC Subway system where he can do graffiti freely.  While in this area, Miles is bitten by a random mechanical, radioactive spider, and over the next day, Miles begins to notice strange changes, especially during an interaction with new friend and potential crush Wanda (Hailee Steinfeld).  Out of curiosity, Miles revisits the subway location, only to happen upon a battle between Spider-Man (Chris Pine) and Green Goblin (Jorma Taccone), which eventually leads all three to a lair where Kingpin (Liev Schreiber) is attempting to activate a supercollider with the help of Olivia Octavius (Kathryn Hahn).  In the ensuing melee, the supercollider is destroyed, Kingpin reveals Spider-Man to be Peter Parker before killing him, and Miles nearly escapes from the pursuit of Kingpin henchman Prowler.  Miles, realizing his new powers and responsibilities in the wake of Peter Parker’s death, is surprised when a slightly different looking Peter B. Parker (Jake Johnson) suddenly shows up.  As Miles pursues lessons from the newly emerged Peter B. Parker, the two realize that Kingpin’s supercollider has begun to compound the multiverses, resulting in multiple iterations of Spider-Man to suddenly appear in Brooklyn, including Spider-Ham (John Mulaney), Spider-Noir (Nicolas Cage), Peni Parker (Kimiko Glenn) and SP//dr, and Wanda, who reveals herself to actually be Gwen Stacy taking up the mantle of Spider-Woman.  With the help of Aunt May Parker (Lily Tomlin), the collective seeks to put an end to Kingpin’s plans and (hopefully) return the misplaced heroes to their original locations in the multiverse.

This film is a celebration of all things Spider-Man, and is appropriately light-hearted with the lore.  The span of genres, eras, cultures and art styles covered within the film is invigorating and, at times, breathtaking.  The level of metahumor in this movie rivals that of the Deadpool franchise, with the film able to make fun of key story concepts, the lore if Spider-Man, and even itself in stride.  The repeating joke of origin stories plays beautifully, providing both an ode to the range of Spider-Man films and a perfect setup of comparison for Chris Pine and Jake Johnson’s respective Peter Parker characterizations.  

Aaron Davis makes an interesting correlation between gentrification and vigilantism in the sense of how some changes are inevitable, an interesting point to make in light of how much Into the Spider-Verse seems to be an deep examination of how change can be a positive thing.  NYC and it’s deep cultures are a central element to the film, with both music and graffiti playing major parts in the aesthetic.  The family concept that is inherent to the Spider-Man lore is turned on its ear, allowing for moments that echo the original story but set up different dynamics.    

The clean animation in this film will more than likely get a nomination (if not a win) for Best Animated Picture, with the Benday Dot integration into the skin texture being a personal favorite touch of mine.  The various styles of Spidey-Senses associated to each character stand out, with Miles having his portrayed as a mix of comic book, graffiti and psychedelic touches.  The designs of the heroes and villains are some of the best committed to film, including top-notch design for Miles, Spider-Noir and Kingpin.  The production design is full of homage and easter eggs, fully embracing the multiverse opportunity and milking it for visual humor.  If the Miles Morales Spider-Man ever makes it to the live realm, he better be rocking these Air Jordans that fit so perfectly into the character design.

The energy that Shameik Moore brings to Miles Morales falls perfectly in line with the light-hearted, whimsical nature that the Spider-Man lore was built upon, while simultaneously updating everything effortlessly into the modern day.  Hailee Steinfeld’s underlying confidence suits her portrayal of Gwen Stacy, with situations that would make a normal teen go to pieces handled with grace that doesn’t show her hand until the appropriate time.  Mahershala Ali takes limited recognizable time and creates a clear attachment with the audience via Moore’s collaboration, which makes his moments later in the film hit harder.  Jake Johnson embraces the loser Peter B. Parker nature and drenches it in endearing charm.  Brian Tyree Henry and Luna Lauren Velez work well together as well as forming the strong loving foundation of the movie.  Kathryn Hahn revels in her Doc Oc performance, especially the swerve of a reveal that is provided.  Liev Schreiber’s Kingpin is horrifyingly intimidating in the sense of his intense focus and shortness.  Wonderful appearances from Nicolas Cage, John Mulaney, Kimiko Glenn, Chris Pine, Lily Tomlin, Jorma Taccone, Marvin Krondon Jones III, Zoe Kravitz, Post Malone, Joaquin Cosio, Lake Bell and heartbreaking moments from Stan Lee and for Cliff Robertson round things out.

Hands down, this was one of the most enjoyable moviegoing experiences of the year, animated film or otherwise.  I know for a fact I will be back in the theater at least one more time for this one... it’s films like these that are going to make my 2018 Best Films list a tough one to compile.

Ya partimos de la fase de que nos encontramos no con un juego cualquiera, no es el FPS genérico que nos han estado vendiendo estos últimos años. Detrás de este título se esconde una gran historia y un legado que ha dejado para los FPS. DOOM comenzó en los 90 tras el éxito de Wolfenstein 3D,  nació en una época donde el Heavy Metal era la música del momento y en Hollywood estaba a la moda el modelo del “héroe solitario” en películas como Evil Dead 2, Terminator y Total Recall entre otras y también donde la diversión era simplemente llamar a tus amigos, pedir pizza y jugar a videojuegos.

ID Software hizo un gran trabajo en su época creando el motor gráfico detrás del juego, y el mero hecho de que usaban figuras de cera y luego las escaneaban daba a los “sprites” (así se llaman las figuras 2D animadas en un entorno 3D) de una gran calidad, que su banda sonora cogiera inspiración directa de Judas Priest, Metallica, Pantera y Slayer (Por ejemplo, la canción E1M1 es una inspiración muy directa a No Remorse de Metallica) y que tuviera un repertorio tan grande de armas le da en general muchísima calidad al juego, marcando estándares para muchos FPS de hoy en dia.

Hicieron la contuación DOOM II: Hell on Earth, que cuya diferencia era la incorporación de la Super Escopeta, y de ahí los ports a las consolas del momento (SNES, Atari Jaguar, PlayStation, Sega Genesis y N64, siendo este último tan diferente al original que se considera por los fans un spin-off). Doom 3 y su posterior película en 2005 mermaron la saga de sus raíces originales, basándose puramente en los “scare jumps” e intentándolo convertir en un survival horror...

Durante estos últimos 20 años, ID Software ha tenido muchos problemas, donde muchos creadores originales de la saga DOOM se fueron (debido al problemático desarrollo de Quake, que es harina de otro costal) y se han llevado 10 años desarrollando el concepto de un nuevo DOOM. Al principio iban a hacerlo al más mero estilo de RAGE llamándolo “Call of DOOM”, pero se dieron cuenta que eso no tenia nada de DOOM y volvieron a inspirarse en las raíces originales.

Gracias a esa decisión, tuvimos en 2016 este maravilloso juego que ha tenido ya más de 100 premios como “mejor juego FPS del 2016″ y “Mejor banda sonora”, donde jugarlo a una mayor dificultad se vuelve exponencialmente más satisfactorio y las manos de Mick Gordon, el compositor, combinan como uña y carne una banda sonora furiosa con una jugabilidad agresiva, combinada con muchas armas, una gran movidlidad, velocidad y muertes gloriosas.

Jugarlo en Pesadilla obviamente no iba a ser cuanto menos placentero. Al principio si no tienes mucha habilidad, vas a ragear mucho teniendo pocas mejoras y pocas armas, pero el sistema de recompensa que tiene el juego por la forma de matar a los enemigos, junto a los secretos, ayuda a que progreses a lo largo del mapa. En los mapas del complejo de la UAC en Marte no vas a tener problema una vez tengas un repertorio decente de armas, pero cuando vas al Infierno, la dificultad se incrementa a la enésima.  Salen muchos más enemigos y son más difíciles de aniquilar, siendo la fase Santuario de Kadingir, el primer contacto con el infierno, una experiencia donde debes tener mucha paciencia.

El repertorio de enemigos no es muy diferente al de los originales. De menor a mayor escala, tenemos primero al Poseido, un enemigo básico parecido a los zombies; luego el clásico Imp, ágil y escurridizo; luego los soldados poseídos, que hay 2 variantes, con rifle de plasma o escudo y escopeta, siendo el de la escopeta más difícil de matar; luego las Almas poseídas, que tienen poca vida, pero van lanzadas a ti y hacen mucho daño si explotan en ti; a continuación van los enemigos más grandes, que está el Pinky, un enemigo que ataca en línea recta y arrolla como un rinoceronte; el Caballero del infierno, un Imp de mayor escala que hace ataques Melee; el Revenant, que es un demonio muerto en un exoesqueleto con un jetpack y lanzamisiles (el favorito de +Carlos del Río); luego le sigue el Cacodemonio, una esfera voladora con 1 ojo que dispara bolas de Argent y muerde si estas a corta distancia; y por último, el Barón del Infierno, el rango más alto del infierno, puro músculo y furia.

Una vez que tengas adquirida la experiencia, procedemos a hablar de los bosses. El Ciberdemonio no te va a ser una gran complicación, ya que tiene movimientos lentos repetitivos, pero letales si cometes un fallo y acierta. Luego, los Guardianes del templo del Crisol son relativamente fáciles de matar si los debilitas con la BFG y golpeas en su punto débil. Sin embargo, la Mastermind, tras aniquilar 3 hordas enteras de demonios en Argent D’Nur, aparece como el cúlmen de la fase y es el jefe final, siendo mucho más duro de matar que en anteriores dificultades y requiriendo esa habilidad que ya se ha obtenido a lo largo de la campaña del juego.

A nivel de rendimiento, también se ha vuelto pionero por ser el primer juego que ha introducido el 100% de funcionalidad de la nueva API Vulkan, una evolución de OpenGL, basada en Mantle de AMD, dando en muchas gráficas de AMD un buen impulso de rendimiento (desde un 30% en la HD 7970 hasta un 66% en la Fury X), y generalmente, puede correr a 1080p con cualquier gráfica de gama media de hace 2 años sin problema.

El artículo ha quedado un poco largo, pero es imposible hablar de DOOM sin mencionar lo que hay detrás del juego. Tiene una gran fanbase y muchos remakes y tributos a la OST del juego, finalizo con una que ensambla perfectamente el espíritu de DOOM

Hints

Easy Money

Go to level select and pick China. Go through and blow up the bridge once you get back to the hover craft stand next to it wait till they stop talking then end the mission and it will save the 30,000 dollars. You can do as many times as you like (Best if you beat the game first).

How to Kill an Enemy Without Getting Any Hits

Find a cover and blind fire but aim for the head kill him faster. If nothing of yours is exposed to fire, you won’t take many hits. Get good cover and use it to your advantage.

Mini Tank

Before you hit “A” for overkill mode switch to your grenade launcher front mount (if you have one) and you’ll become a mini tank even if you’ve run out of grenades.

More Shopping

You don’t have to wait for mid mission shopping to switch weapons, any time you see “check point” at the top left of the screen just quit the game, go to weapons menu and then continue from checkpoint. Since you nead the stinger at the dam and then a silenced sniper rifle at the village afterwards it’s practically essential that you do.

A Better Begining

While in training you (I usually play Rios) have a 60 round clip and Salem has 30. At some stage you’re instructed to swap weapons so to avoid going to Somalia with the 30 switch to your pistol before swapping and you’ll get a scorpion smg instead.

Mucho Ammo

When you know you’re about to go into a back to back scenario empty all the rounds in your main or 2nd weapon except the contents of 1 clip and by the time it’s all over you’ll have enough ammo on the ground to completely fill up. This is very usefull right at the end of the game.

Teamwork

Teamwork is everything. You should use there agroand stay with them unless flanking.
