Rewatched the Batman episode "Riddled," and all I can think of during the 20 Questions game is: Riddler: "Question two, Bat-brunette--" Batman: "How do you know I'm not a redhead?" Riddler: *Pauses. Thinks. Holds up a finger.* Riddler: *Turns away, hand to chin.* Riddler: *Promptly lies down on the ground.*

*Meanwhile Yin is just over here like dude, wtf.*

Well, now it’s in my head, so...

Rattrap: “Guy just charges in there like he’s got some slagging immortal spark! I’m startin’ to think he actually believes it!”

Alexis: “Well, that doesn’t sound familiar at all... So what do you even do about it? I’ve tried talking to him but I still don’t know how much of it he actually gets.”

Rattrap: “I mean, you can always try brute force, but that doesn’t usually work so well. And, given your rather diminutive stature, no offense, I think that’d be even worse for you.”

Alexis: “...so what I’m hearing is get Optimus Prime? Or the Minicons...I bet that’d work. He listens to them...sometimes...”

Rattrap: “Eh, depends on who works in yer group. I was thinkin’ more like call Rhinox, but even then...”

Did Takara do on purpose (to create such Starscream reminds me so much of Dinobot) 

they both:

were swordsmen 

challenged their old boss and lost (ok even it is not the same person but their bosses were both called megatron)

were confused and in conflict

kinda met a someone from enemy faction who helped them to find the true purpose/revelation

sacrificed their lives to save many more

ruined my childhood by breaking my heart… oof, twice :’)

(tho the difference is clear, armada ss was a soft person and kinda shy, Dinobot was very mature)

Okay but now because of that "no one will come for me" post I am imagining a She-Ra AU in which Hordak meets Entrapta much earlier and is present when she realizes no one is coming for her. Mostly because Hordak outright having a sputtering hissy fit over no one coming for her is funny to me. Like, sure, he would have the same expectations if he was in her place, but no! NO! Someone surely must be coming to rescue her?! Why WOULDN'T everyone be running to rescue her?????

Meanwhile Entrapta's over here like, "What? I mean, I'd come to rescue you."

And Hordak's just like NO I AM RANTING RIGHT NOW

Joker seeing Batman and Batgirl's teamwork and going, "....Well, now I want one of those!" is now officially one of my favorite 2004 Joker moments.

But now since Joker kinda seems to think Batgirl is Batman's kid, there's a part of me that wants to incorporate that in the "pretending Batgirl is Batman's kid sister AU"

I have no idea when these two would interact at any point (Penguin and Joker interact at times, but neither has done any teamwork with Riddler at this point), but here's another mini moment that's now in my head as a result:

Penguin: "So what are we going to do about the Bat's annoying kid sister, hm?"

Joker: "Kid sister. Puh-LEASE! Everyone knows Batman doesn't have a sister!"

Riddler: *perking up but trying to pretend his interest isn't piqued* "Oh?"

Joker: "OBVIOUSLY!! Clearly she's the Bat's KID! His own little Mini-Me! You know, a little Bat-Spawn picked up off the streets or in some cave or..."

Riddler: *somewhat disappointed but kind of relieved and yet at the same time kind of wanting to see how many synonyms Joker comes up with*

Riddler: "........."

Penguin: "...."

So....playing Arkham Knight, I have found that I am kind of bad at using the Batmobile. And since most of Riddler's events in this game center around it, I pretty much spent the entirety of the first race screeching like a Texas Chainsaw Massacre character, which led me to imagine this:

Me, as Batman: *zooms Batmobile into a wall, falls off the wall, goes flying into the water despite not driving that direction, falls of a wall* "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaAAAAAAA!!"

Riddler: "....You are making me concerned for your safety and I don't like it."

In my experience, I also find this to be true. Back when Atop the Fourth Wall had scheduled commercial breaks, there was always a “we’ll be right back” message at specific points, because Linkara knew where the midrolls were going to be and whatnot. Sometimes those commercial break messages were some of my favorite things.

Now it’s like, I paused it for too long and YouTube decides it needs to have an ad in 5 seconds because I guess screw you for not watching the whole thing at once. (And it’s not just happening with Linkara’s videos of course, his are just the ones where I can remember them functioning sort of like how TV does with commercials)

Which is weird because I still remember YouTube having ads only at the beginning or end of a video, or at set points within the video marked by a yellow blip on the timeline. And with the above research, is there really even an actual, logical reason why YouTube would just slap the ads where-freakin’-ever?

Was thinking about the dynamic between Joker and Riddler in the 1966 Batman series, and this popped into my head. Dialogue is more based on the sentiment than anything else.

Joker, talking to a new up-and-coming villain or something: "So anyway, you've got to find yourself a nerd friend. I may be the funny man around here, but I'm quite serious about this one."

New Villain: *nodding along*

Joker: "I mean it. Find yourself someone you can poke fun at, but who gets your humor and you can banter with and pull all sorts of zany schemes together! It beats the stuffing out of just relying on henchmen all the time! Also, you should be able to pick them up. It's funnier that way."

New Villain, noticing Riddler: "Oh, so...."

Joker: *realizes who this newcomer is looking at*

Joker: *slaps hands* "No, that's my nerd! Go find your own!"

I love how any time a killer perk gets buffed or a survivor perk or a loop or whatever gets nerfed, it’s like in-universe the Entity’s going, “Look, you guys are making my killers look bad, so I’m going to need you to chill.”

and when a killer perk gets nerfed or a survivor perk gets buffed, it’s like the Entity’s going, “Look, guys, I know I told you to kill them, but you’re too good at it and they’re not giving me that sweet sweet thwarted hope I like best, so you need to back off a bit.”

and the Ebony Memento Mori nerf is basically what happens when the Entity gets hangry from too many killers straight up killing the survivors instead of sacrificing them.
