After the King left the Ravens, it was to surprise of no one but Kevin Day, that it was not him, but King's pet lion, who overtook care of the team. Nathaniel, with his small body and big presence, kept the Ravens in line with sharp edge of his claws, just like the King used to. In a way, not much had changed on the team, especially after the new captain grew out his hair - partially as homage to his King, partially to match the pet name that crawled out of their bedroom, and became his call name on the court, after Riko let it slip in one of interviews calling Nathaniel "Lion".
