A cold shot of reality
We're just going to have to 'dance with the one that brung us'.
Everybody needs to take a beat, look at the calendar, look at the candidates, and chill. The sober sanity that took hold in Britain and France will also make realists out of idealists on this side of the pond.
Trump is toxic. Biden is a good man, albeit older than dirt. I'm completely OK with that.
Steady hands on the wheel, clear eyes on the horizon, stay with the plan. It will be OK.
