This is a song for a boss in Chicory, composed by Lena Raine, who also did the Celeste soundtrack

Using Lena Raine's words first, because I really think the opener for it on her commentary on every track in the soundtrack sums it up really well: "This song is more of a tragedy than a fight. It’s trauma, and survival, and I don’t really have much else to say that isn’t already expressed in the music itself." The track is a masterpiece as far as I'm concerned. It's a song which goes quickly from unnerving but calm relative to the rest to intense as the scene progresses, and for what the scene is, the track matches it brilliantly. All of the tracks for bosses in this game fit their purposes well, and the way this song shifts from being calm but still building up tension as Chicory herself is speaking, trying to get Pizza to abandon her, and intensity, when all of the things she's feeling lash out at once, is fantastic. The whole song feels reflective of Chicory's mental state, and she's doing bad, so that makes for a great song structure. There's probably a lot I can say about the musical structure of this song, but honestly, I love it so much that it's also hard to say anything at all. Everything is expressed in the music itself.
