Pink Champagne's Personal Development Plan
updated december 6, 2024
this is my version of 75 Hard, modified for a realistic approach to long-term personal development and self-improvement. though i was inspired by the structure of 75 Hard, this isn't a short-term challenge. i've organized this plan as a lifestyle blueprint that can be continued for longer than 75 days.
unlike a crash diet or a challenge intended to be started and stopped over and over again, this set of guidelines can be easily implemented into one's life, and here’s why:
i will not lie and say i don't care about physical appearance, but the focus of this strategy is to feel better and improve overall health. my plan explicitly outlines which foods to gravitate towards and which to cut back on. there are no bad foods; this is just what works for me.
crash diets and workout challenges might produce the superficial results you want, but implementing a health strategy that focuses on the big picture is more beneficial in the long run. i’m easing into it, allowing cheat days, and not setting a 75-day timeline. give yourself grace and celebrate your wins.
i love the basic concept and structure of 75 Hard, however, progress pictures are generally most helpful for those who are trying to improve their physical appearance. since this is a long-term plan prioritizing health over appearance, i replaced this section with one on consistency in general, focusing on routines and habits. i also added a self care section because that’s extremely important to me. i will continue updating this post.
with healthy habits comes a healthy body and mind. take care of yourself and you will reap the benefits, mentally and physically.

Can you share the shampoo recipe??? Been wanting to try homemade shampoo for awhile now
Heh...okay so this might seem overwhelming at first (as it was for me) but here what what has been working for me for the past 6 months:
I use Rhassoul clay that I purchase from Mountain Rose Herbs.
I also use a tablespoon each of rosemary, lavender, rose petals, and stinging nettle.
First I bring 32oz of water to a boil, then I add the rosemary, lavender, rose petals, and nettle (but you can use any herbs you are called to really!) I use dried. I reduce the heat and simmer on low for 30 mins. It also makes the house smell really nice hehe
Then I strain the tea back into the jar and I add a few splashes of apple cider vinegar to the jar.
In a separate little bowl, I mix 3 tbs of clay with a little bit of water until it turns into a soft paste or pudding like consistency.
I get my hair wet and I scoop the clay in my hands and go crazy with it haha! I rub it everywhere on me until I look like the Mulholland Drive lady and leave it in for 10 minutes.
Then after rinsing it a bit with water, I pour the herb/vinegar mixture over my hair for a final rinse. Then I'm all done!
You may end up smelling like a tossed salad for a couple of hours afterwards from the vinegar hahah but it always leaves my hair super clean and soft!
I haven't used shampoo for half a year !!

Here’s a simple guide to using Rhassoul clay or bentonite clay with aloe vera gel (optional) as a shampoo:
Avoid using metal bowls or utensils, as they can react with the clay. Use wood, plastic, or glass instead.
1. Prepare the Mix:
• Mix 2-3 tablespoons of Rhassoul or bentonite clay with enough aloe vera gel (1-2 tablespoons) to form a paste.
• Add water gradually (about 1/4 cup) until it has a spreadable consistency.
2. Apply to Hair:
• Wet your hair thoroughly.
• Section your hair and apply the clay mixture to your scalp and hair, focusing on the roots.
3. Massage and Cleanse:
• Gently massage the mixture into your scalp to cleanse and detoxify.
• Work it through the lengths of your hair for even coverage.
4. Leave On and Rinse:
• Let it sit for 5-10 minutes (do not let it dry completely).
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water until all the clay is removed.
5. Condition and Style:
• Follow with your favorite conditioner or a natural oil for added moisture.
• Style as usual.
Frequency of Use:
Use this clay wash 1-2 times per week. Overuse can strip natural oils, so adjust based on your hair type and needs.
If you feel like you have residue left over, you’re probably using too much in your hair and you will get clay underneath your nails when scratching your head till ur next shower. however it doesn’t get all over your towel or your pillow & it’s a simple fix. Just rinse ur hair out in the shower (water only) and really make sure you’re massaging your scalp thoroughly.
This has been working for me so well, week 3 so far of only using natural clay shampoo on my hair. I was pleasantly surprised at how well my curls are loving it better than any curl product I’ve ever used, I was also hesitant and questioned whether or not I needed to wash it out with a shampoo (you don’t) & I don’t think I ever wanna go back to a modern shampoo.
PS: these clays are pretty cheap and affordable on Amazon

Bentonite clay: I brush my teeth with it, use it in deodorant, and I’ve even washed my hair with it! This unassuming clay has gained popularity for many reasons. Some love it for its natural origin. Others appreciate bentonite clay for skin, health challenges, and promoting overall wellness.  People have used clay for centuries to promote healthy skin, draw out toxins, and provide essential minerals. However, bentonite clay stands out from kaolin, rhassoul, and other clays due to its strong detoxifying abilities. Bentonite clay is also excellent for promoting healthy skin. What is Bentonite Clay? Bentonite clay is essentially volcanic ash that’s been exposed to water. “Bentonite” is named after Fort Benton in Wyoming, the largest known source of bentonite clay. It’s also called montmorillonite clay, after the region in France where it was first discovered.  Calcium bentonite clay is the type used for skincare and other health benefits. When the ash is exposed to water over time, it becomes bentonite clay. Bentonite is known for its ability to generate negative ions, which plays a role in its detoxifying and other health benefits.  Bentonite clay can promote healthy skin in several ways due to its unique properties: Draws out dirt and impurities: The clay’s fine particles can penetrate deeply into the pores, drawing out dirt, dead skin cells, heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants. Removing these toxins helps maintain clear skin. Acne treatment: Bentonite’s ability to absorb excess sebum (oil) and unclog pores makes it an excellent remedy for pimples. It may help reduce the frequency and severity of breakouts. It can even be used in blackhead removal. Exfoliation: When used as a mask or scrub, bentonite clay gently exfoliates the skin, removing dead skin cells and promoting a smoother, more radiant complexion. Skin nourishment: Silica, magnesium, and other minerals in bentonite clay help nourish the skin, promoting cell regeneration and repair. Tightening and firming: Bentonite clay can help tighten and firm the skin, giving it a more youthful appearance. It can also help reduce the appearance of pores. May improve skin tone: Regular use of bentonite clay can help improve skin tone and texture. As a result, the skin may look healthier and more even. Soothing irritation: Bentonite clay’s anti-inflammatory properties can help soothe irritated skin and reduce blotchy skin. It may help eczema, diaper rash, and other types of dermatitis. Wound healing: Applying bentonite clay to minor cuts, scrapes, and insect bites can help draw out toxins, reduce inflammation, and speed up the healing process. Bentonite clay is something you’ll always find in my medicine cabinet and my bathroom. It’s used in a variety of skincare products. You’ll find it in soaps, toothpaste, hair care, masks, cleansers, sunscreens, and more. Ways to Use Bentonite Clay for Skin Bentonite clay can be used in a variety of ways to promote beautiful skin. Here are some ideas and recipes: Facial Soap Because of its ability to remove impurities, bentonite clay works well as a natural cleanser, especially for acne-prone skin. For that reason, it’s often used in facial soaps and cleansers. I like making this homemade charcoal and clay facial soap.   Facial Masks  Bentonite clay masks can help with oily skin. They’re also super relaxing and a great form of self-care. Here are a few DIY recipes: Bentonite clay is also an excellent ingredient in natural cosmetics recipes. Makeup You can experiment with adding bentonite clay powder to these DIY cosmetics: Bentonite clay can also help to beautify your smile. Dental Care Bentonite is an excellent ingredient in tooth powder and toothpaste. Here are two recipes to try: Why stop at facial beauty? Bentonite has been used for thousands of years in Iran for hair care. Hair Care Hair detoxification? Sure! This bentonite clay hair mask can help remove buildup from hair products or hard water. I find that it leaves my hair lighter and shinier with plenty of volume. Bentonite clay can also help to soften calluses and draw out toxins through the feet. Here’s a relaxing detox foot soak with bentonite clay and Epsom salt. Bentonite isn’t just for creating a spa-like experience. It’s also good to have for skin irritations and injuries. First Aid Kit Bentonite clay is an excellent addition to your first aid kit or medicine cabinet. The anti-itch cream comes in handy for poison ivy and insect bites. The herbal poultice helps to draw out toxins and splinters. Potential Side Effects  Avoid inhaling bentonite clay powder, as it can cause respiratory issues. Breathing any kind of powder into your lungs is never a good idea. Mix it with liquid in a well-ventilated area. If your skin becomes excessively irritated or dry, don’t use it as often. You can also mix the clay with more soothing ingredients. Stop using it if the irritation continues. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the clay mixture with more water or use a gentle base like aloe vera gel instead of water. If you have dry skin, it’s probably a good idea to use bentonite clay less frequently. When you do use it, mix it with hydrating ingredients like honey or yogurt to prevent excessive dryness. Safety: Who Can Use It?  It’s generally considered safe to use bentonite clay on the skin during pregnancy and nursing. However, the internal use of bentonite clay should be approached with caution when expecting or caring for a baby.  Allergic reactions aren’t common but are possible. Do a skin patch test on a small area of your skin before using it on your face. The inner forearm is a good place to test. Just mix the clay with a little warm water and apply it to a small area. Wait several hours to make sure you don’t react. Bottom Line on Bentonite Clay For Skin Bentonite clay can be an excellent addition to your skincare routine. How often you use it will depend on your skin type. If you tend toward oily skin, you may want to use it more often. If your skin is on the drier side, you may want to use it less often to maintain hydration.  Some of my favorite ways to use bentonite for my skin are in soap or as a deep cleansing mask. You can get good quality bentonite clay here. Do you use bentonite clay as a part of your skincare routine? What’s your favorite way to use it? Share below!

i genuinely cannot imagine never using shampoo???? Genuinely inconceivable on every level.
there are non-shampoo ways to properly clean your hair like using rhassoul or reetha but i know anthony was not doing that. he said that his dandruff is less bad now than when he was using shampoo and i feel like if it was that bad he should’ve seen a dermatologist. and maybe he did but if he had a skin condition like scalp psoriasis or even just bad dandruff there are shampoos specifically for that. why is he not cleaning his hair

PURE RHASSOUL CLAY
By lowering the skin's production of sebum and excess oil, it can lessen acne. It enables the skin to breathe by opening congested pores. Additionally, it gets rid of impurities and pollutants that lead to pimples and acne. It is also an excellent antibacterial agent that lessens microorganisms that cause acne. Organic Rhassoul Clay has a lot of potassium and magnesium, which are great for dry, itchy skin. Magnesium fortifies skin with an active barrier and increases water resistance. It retains moisture in the skin, and the potassium content balances off the buildup of salt and extra grime. To prevent skin sagging and to decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, it tightens the skin and reduces open pores. It smoothes out blackheads and leaves a polished appearance.

Indulge in Opulence The Ultimate Luxury Spa Experience in the UAE
Tumblr media
The United Arab Emirates has become synonymous with luxury, and nowhere is this more evident than in its world-class spa offerings. From Dubai to Abu Dhabi, discerning travelers and locals alike can immerse themselves in a haven of tranquility and opulence. Let's explore the epitome of relaxation and rejuvenation in the UAE's luxury spa scene.
The Essence of Luxury Spas in the UAE
Luxury spas in the UAE redefine the concept of pampering. These sanctuaries of serenity blend traditional Middle Eastern hospitality with cutting-edge wellness techniques, creating an unparalleled experience for guests. State-of-the-art facilities, exotic treatments, and impeccable service come together to offer a respite from the fast-paced urban life of the Emirates.
What sets UAE luxury spas apart is their attention to detail. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of calm and sophistication. Aromatic scents waft through the air, soft music soothes your senses, and the decor exudes elegance at every turn. The use of premium materials like marble, gold accents, and plush fabrics reflects the region's commitment to luxury.
Innovative Treatments and Ancient Wisdom
UAE luxury spas are at the forefront of wellness innovation, offering a diverse array of treatments that cater to every need. High-tech facials using the latest in skincare technology sit alongside time-honored therapies rooted in Arabian tradition.
One of the most sought-after experiences is the hammam, a purifying ritual that has been part of Middle Eastern culture for centuries. In UAE luxury spas, this traditional treatment is elevated to new heights. Guests can enjoy private hammam rooms adorned with intricate mosaics, where they undergo a thorough cleansing and exfoliation process using natural ingredients like black soap and rhassoul clay.
For those seeking cutting-edge treatments, cryotherapy chambers, LED light therapy, and personalized wellness programs utilizing AI and biometric data are becoming increasingly popular. These innovative offerings demonstrate the UAE's commitment to being at the forefront of the global wellness industry.
Unparalleled Settings: From Desert Oases to Urban Retreats
The UAE's diverse landscape provides a stunning backdrop for its luxury spas. In Dubai, you can find yourself unwinding in a spa perched high above the city in one of its iconic skyscrapers, offering breathtaking views of the skyline and the Arabian Gulf. These urban retreats provide a stark contrast to the hustle and bustle below, creating an oasis of calm in the heart of the city.
For those seeking a more secluded experience, desert resorts offer luxury spas that blend seamlessly with their natural surroundings. Imagine receiving a massage in a private pavilion overlooking endless dunes, or practicing yoga at sunrise with the desert as your studio. These spas often incorporate local elements into their design and treatments, such as using sand for exfoliation or desert plants in their product lines.
Coastal areas of the UAE also boast their fair share of luxury spas. Beachfront properties in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah offer spa experiences that harness the healing properties of the sea. Thalassotherapy treatments, seaweed wraps, and salt scrubs are popular choices for those looking to rejuvenate with the power of marine elements.
The Pursuit of Holistic Wellness
Modern luxury spas in the UAE go beyond mere relaxation, embracing a holistic approach to wellness. Many now offer comprehensive programs that address physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These may include nutritional consultations, fitness assessments, mindfulness sessions, and stress management workshops.
Some luxury spas have begun partnering with renowned wellness experts and alternative medicine practitioners to provide guests with a truly transformative experience. Whether it's a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor, a session with a meditation guru, or a personalized fitness plan crafted by a celebrity trainer, these spas aim to cater to every aspect of their guests' health and well-being.
The focus on holistic wellness extends to the spa's surroundings as well. Many luxury spas in the UAE now feature beautifully landscaped gardens, meditation labyrinths, and hydrotherapy circuits that guests can enjoy at their leisure. These thoughtfully designed spaces encourage relaxation and self-reflection, complementing the treatments offered within.
As the luxury spa industry in the UAE continues to evolve, one name stands out for its commitment to excellence and innovation: Prime Spa Dubai.

Read the full article
