been a while! still have a handful of raphtav WIPs in the works, but I've been neck-deep in yakuza lately and am trying my hand at some Freak Shit for my favorite Sicko Guys

“Yer girls are all angels, Majima-kun,” Nishitani drawls. “Scrumptious lil’ delights, every last one.”

Majima waits for him to finish his thought, already wary of what he's about to say.

“But I’d trade ‘em all for an hour with their manager.” He laughs, breathless and abrupt. Majima doesn't quite wince.

But then Nishitani is close; so very close, looming over Majima’s left shoulder. So close that if Majima turned they'd be sharing the same breath, and it's more intimate somehow than if they were touching directly.

“You could be my gal, Majima-kun.” Nishitani’s voice is low and jolly and rumbling, just a hair’s breadth away from the cadence of a lecherous slurring drunk, colored with the blood dripping from his nose and skirting along the edge of madness. “Lemme buy you shit, knock my goddamn lights out. Anything ya want, huh?”

“The fuck you talkin’ –” Majima starts to snarl, but the older man hums mirthfully, smothering the hot simmer of irritation in his throat before it gets too frothy. He hates the way it feels to earn that reaction – disarming as all hell, warm, nauseating. Clenches his jaw; unclenches it again. This guy’s a freak.

“Slip inta somethin’ pretty, lemme take ya ‘round the city. Beat the shit outta anybody who gets in our way.” He cackles like a witch outta some fairy tale, and Majima feels a hot, lingering touch skate up the dip of his waist–

Then Nishitani’s on the ground on his back, a surprised huuunf leaving his lungs at the sudden impact. Strangely unguarded, like he’d been expecting the throw and allowed it to happen anyway. The sickening crack of his skull against the shiny floor rings in Majima’s ears as he lets go of the patriarch’s arm and straightens back up, towering over his lanky figure.

He doesn’t think he’s imagining the increased tightness of those burgundy suit pants. Not surprising at this point, but still so fuckin’ shameless.

“If I pay ya now for it, can I get tomorrow night too? Give the girlies the night off.”

Majima sighs. Rests a fuckin’ boot on Nishitani’s chest, just to get a rise outta him – and it does; he croons his obscene delight, stomach-turning and shameless and utterly validating.

“An’ then we’ll talk?”

“Like I said, babe. Anything ya want.”

Summary: Majima goes to therapy with tough but fair Dr. M. Afterward, he's surprised by an unconventional delivery guy with a penchant for awkward questions and irritating clapbacks. Later, he meets up with some old, familiar faces. Finally, Majima puts himself out there but will he get the wave to go for a homerun?

“So,” Nishiki finally said, when the quiet got way too loud. “Prison.”

Majima had to laugh.

“Look at you, skippin’ the foreplay,” he replied with a soft chuckle. “But yeah, prison.”

“I mean,” Nishiki went on. “I don’t care one way or another, because Shimano was a huge fucking asshole. But there’s…hearsay. That maybe…maybe you didn’t kill him at all. That maybe you’re taking the blame for somebody.”

Jesus, this guy just plowed in without lube or anything. He didn’t owe this dude any sort of explanation, whether he was Kiryu’s kyoudai or not.

“Does it matter?” Majima replied wearily; he’d so been looking forward to his next outing with Kiryu-chan but if it was going to end up being the Spanish Inquisition, he’d almost rather have gone home.

“Might matter to some people,” Nishiki pointed out, as subtle as a fuckin’ freight train.

His office is in no way fit for an interview, but not it’s like the kid's here to apply to some other family, so he figures seeing how Nishida reacts to doing this sitting cross-legged on a futon while Majima sits in his expensive office chair with his feet up on the desk probably counts as part of the selection process. “So, Nishida-kun, what made ya want to be a Yakuza?”

Yakuza don't do job interviews, but when a kid in a suit turns up at the Family office and says he's here to interview for a job in organized crime, it's not like Majima is going to turn him away.

I think it was in a multi chapters fic but with chapters acting like one-shot

There’s no light in the room except the flickering neon of Kamurocho beyond the glass, but he has no difficulty in making her out. She doesn’t glow, exactly. Instead, she appears always to be lit by some light source not present in this realm, as though the lights of the Dragon Palace can still find her, even on land.
