“Route 1A”

This road job has been a huge process for RF Jordan this past summer. This large bid on a busy road (especially in the summer) kept many employees busy, working both days and nights. It was the first time that RFJ has participated in night work. They were able to keep two lanes of traffic open all summer to help deal with the steady traffic.

I love social media. It enables a greater network of authentic connection with the people in one’s life, better than anything imaginable just a couple decades ago. Digital intimacy… Connection abstracted from geography… Like all media, elements of it can be distasteful, but that confirms rather than distorts its utility. I find mass calls for human approval disheartening. They carry a heavy need for validation. Diversified means for putting yourself in the presence of others can be beautiful. Don’t ruin it by begging.
