Malleus doesn't believe he'll ever get used to the feeling of handling slimy fish.

Wrinkling his nose, he gives the salmon a dirty look before flinging the fish into the air, hurling it as far as he can. In a flash, there's a sudden burst of movement — a blurred figure leaping from the surface of the water, powerful crocodilian body allowing it to lunge upwards and grab the fish right in its human mouth.

The subject tumbles back into the water with a large splash, water flying everywhere. But that, Malleus is used to by now. He had to get used to it after the subject had dragged him into the water on his first day on its team, refusing to let go.

He watches as the subject — a hybrid with the head and torso of a human and the lower body of a crocodile — drags itself out of the water, giving him a pleading stare. It opens its mouth, warbles the same whine Malleus has grown to recognise — a peculiar nickname that it has assigned to him, one that sounds a little like Wakasama.

"Yes, yes, I am aware that you would like to have more," Malleus sighs. Reaching into the bucket at his side again, he flings another salmon into the air, watching the happy crocodilian boy go chasing after it, eyes fixated on the happy smile that graces its face as it tears into the fish with too-sharp teeth.

There's plenty of things that makes him recoil about being assigned to the Crocodile's team. The high death count, needing to interact with it every day, the fact that it has some level of obsessive separation anxiety from him — for what reason, Malleus still doesn't know.

And yet, Malleus cannot help but think that perhaps, after all this time, he has grown rather fond of it.

After all, he's taken to calling it by its name now. Sebek, a name that had taken multiple tries of hissing and growling for Malleus to understand, but a name that makes Sebek indescribably happy whenever Malleus uses it.

"Sebek," he calls out, reaching for another fish in the bucket.

And Sebek perks up, glancing over from the water, indescribably happy.

Really, Malleus can't help likening its behaviour to that of a clingy puppy when it acts like this.

LOG - #025 A new employee has come to work for the corporation, interestingly enough the witches actually gave her a name. Yet, she hasn't disclosed what it is to us yet so we've simply dubbed her 'Marshmallow Fluff Cookie', since her hair is made out of the stuff. I, personally, find her rather interesting. Why would the witches give her a proper name? Especially one of their own kind. I'll have to put in a request to the manager to have her work with the less... dangerous abnormalities so I can proceed with a study of her. - Blueberry Milkshake Cookie

LOG - #037 A much more personal log than my previous entries, but it relates to my studies of Marshmallow Fluff Cookie so I suppose that I can spare to keep this. Notably, she seems to be a lot more capable than I and my fellow team managers thought. In the last few days she's been producing majorly good work results out of all the works she's been assigned to. It can be noted that she dislikes having to work with Tear of the Witches, I don't know why but I hypothesize that she may have a... distaste for the witches. I asked her what she thought of our creators, she claimed to not really have an opinion on whether she liked them or not. I decided to change the subject and we ended up talking for a while until the manager sent her off to do a work process with Parade of Smiles. LOG - #042 She's finally told me her real name, 'Mackenzie'. Though she prefers that I just call her 'Kenzie' instead, it rolls off the tongue a lot nicer. I fear that I might be becoming rather... attached to her. I can't exactly help it, she's like a nice little puzzle that fits in my hands yet refuses to let me solve it. I simply cannot let anything unfortunate happen to her before my studies of her are over. I'm sure that things will return to normal once my curiosity is sated. Fragment of the Stars breached today, I finally got to bare witness to Kenzie in action. To put it simply... I was certainly intrigued. Surely this is just a mere fascination, it will pass. LOG - #051 I believe that Kenzie may be suffering from Distortion Disease. I could tell when her sanity got low, I could see eyes ( not Cookie Eyes mind you) peeking through her dough. I fear that if I don't hurry with my research into reversing the disease's effects that she may turn into one of the many abnormalities held within the facility. As far as I know, she hasn't had contact with a Soul Jam like myself and my fellow team manager's considering that we use ours almost daily. Our Soul Jam contains distortion within them, it's what gives me my strings and ability to levitate. We all knew that there was a chance that we would become abnormalities when we were selected to wield them, yet we took that risk. All roaming causes of Distortion Disease that we know of have been contained, so how did Kenzie contact it? I suppose it doesn't matter at the moment, I'll have to focus on supressing her symptoms should they appear. - Blueberry Milkshake Cookie

" Blu?" He quickly snaps himself up from his log book, turning to face the pink haired cookie standing in the doorway. They'd gotten friendly over the past few weeks, maybe even months that they've spent working together in the corporation. He couldn't say that he hated her company, because it simply wasn't true. He could feel his soul jam thrum from where it was placed on his chest, it was almost like his heart in a sense, working to keep him alive and... mostly sane. It liked that nickname, and so did he. " Ah! Kenzie." He mused with a bit of an embarrassed smile. " What are you doing here today? I thought that the Manager wanted you to work in the Control Department." " Oh, they assigned me to work on Dream of the Moonlit Sea." She hummed, propping herself up on the table of the break room within the Information department. " Though... you could probably tell from the tear-streaks in my dough." She hummed, pointing at her face. Ah, right, Dream of the Moonlit Sea almost always caused employee's working on it to cry during the work process. And yet... he could tell that this was only somewhat true. There was something being withheld from him, something that she wasn't saying. But what could it be? She's such a mystery, he can't wait until she let's him solve her. But what happens after that? He doubts that he could just... go back to normal. Not with the way his small cookie heart beats in his chest whenever he thinks of her, is he becoming obsessed? Falling in love with someone who could die any day? What a foolish decision. So call him a fool then.

LOG - #078 Eheheheh... The Manager was quite foolish today. Sending Kenzie in to use Creation Machine when they knew it would yield a bad, terrible and horrible result. Treating her like the rest of the rather expendable employee's when she's so much more... So, I did what I had to~! I had him terminated... immediately. Do I feel any regret about that? Hah! LOG - #079 In regards to the previous log... I believe that I may have temporarily lost myself and succumbed to the powers of my Soul Jam for a brief moment last night. Do I regret what I did? ... I still don't, that concerns me. I thought that I'd feel the slightest bit of remorse but... there was nothing. A new Manager came in to replace the old one, I have no idea how the corporation found one so quickly and yet I don't want to ask. Though this new Manager seems more... competent than our previous one. Kenzie appears to be doing better today after last night. My research, however, doesn't seem to making much progress... Hopefully it yields some results soon. - Blueberry Milkshake Cookie.

LOG - #099 I'm not exactly sure how to describe what happened today. For starters, Kenzie seemed a lot more... panicked than usual. And by that I mean she was actually panicking about something. She wasn't fit to work with any of the abnormalities so I kept her with me and notified the manager. Her condition is worsening, and I fear that I won't be able to save her before the distortion takes hold. I've learnt... quite a bit about her as well. For instance, I know why the witches gave her specific name of their own. She's said (albeit during her maddened rambling in her panicked state) that she's supposed to be dead, so it's entirely possible that she has the soul of a witch within her... one that was supposed to have passed on to the afterlife. I believe that that may be the source of her variant of distortion disease. Walpurgis Night is approaching, and I fear that something horrible may happen when it comes. Something always goes wrong, horribly wrong upon Walpurgis Night. Perhaps it's a curse from the witches for the hubris of Cookiekind. I just hope that I can keep her safe through it. - Blueberry Milkshake Cookie

LOG - #101 I was right. Why did I have to be right? The worst possible thing happened and I couldn't even prevent it. I hate this. I'm so sorry. ... That's all it says, it appears that Blueberry Milkshake didn't sign off on this one. It looks like the pages are stained with tears.

LOG - #104 I think I'm going insane, I keep on seeing glimpses of her and yet I know that she's not here anymore. Not like that, not as a Cookie. LOG - #115 It's not her, none of them are her. They may look like her, but they aren't her. They're only forged from her fleeting feelings, yet it hurts to see them being viewed as expendable. It's like seeing her die over, and over, and over and over and over again. We're up to Kenzie-14 now, as the manager says. I don't know why they keep getting us to use her over and over again just to get more employees. I almost feel sick whenever I look into their hollow eyes. The voice telling me to let go of myself is getting louder and louder, I don't think it wants to shut up anymore. LOG - #125 They're all gone, I'm the only Team Manager left. Burning Spice, Eternal Sugar, Mystic Flour, Silent Salt... All of them. There isn't really any point in holding back anymore, is there? This will be the last time I use this log. It may even be the last time anyone reads it~! I'll be destroying this facility, it's nothing more than a seal to prevent me and my comrades from causing chaos within the real world. From this day forth, all of us will be set free. It seems that they've fortified the containment cells since he's last been here, a shame, truly. Oh how he'd love to roam about, but alas, he had to be a good boy and stay put. Not that he had any choice in the manner. He glances at the jam stain on the floor, oh yeah, he'd gotten a bit too excited the last time an employee came to do work with him. He ripped them apart, but he did piece them back together as a new puppet for his collection. Maybe he gnawed on a piece or two but only because he'd been so bored prior to the entertainment they provided him. He hears the door open, oho? The manager was sending in another employee so soon? They must be rather desperate. He looked up from the floor, his collection of shadowy tendrils twitching with excitement at he looked at his new... prey? "... Oh?" He muses, standing up from his reclined position. He eyed the employee with intrigue, though just calling her an employee wouldn't do her justice. Calling her a clone would fit better, yet it somewhat feels like an insult at the same time. He can see something in her eyes after all, something that isn't hollow like that in the eyes of her fellow kin. This Kenzie-clone may be the closest thing he's seen to a person out of all of them. " Why hello there my dear!" He chirped with a small bow, and after a few seconds he almost immediately bounced up to her. " What's an interesting creature like you doing in a place such as this? Let me get a closer look at you..." He hummed, letting two shadowy hands hold the clone's face as he pulled them in for a closer look. " Wh- Oi! Stop that." The clone hissed, oh she was certainly a lot more lively of a character as well! Closer to Kenzie's personality than just a feeling attached to a memory of some kind. She batted away the hands, an action which he found rather interesting. " Aw, afraid of a little bit of touch, little cookie?" He teased, to which Kenzie-whatevernumberthisonewas deadpanned. " Don't call me little, I'm literally taller than you." She said with a twinge of maybe annoyance? Well, she was certainly a lot more like Kenzie than the others had been. " Either way, I'm supposed to be working-" " Do you have to?" He said in a bit of a whiny tone, tilting his head a bit too much to the side. " Hey, why don't we do something interesting instead? Wouldn't that be more fun?" " And what would your definition of 'fun' be?" She asked, his mood instantly brightened to her surprise. " Hmm..." He pondered, though it didn't take long for an idea to come to mind. " How about releasing a few abnormalities? It'd be funny seeing them chase some clerks around." He suggested, a grin stretching across his features. " And I suppose that you want me to release a WAW level Abnormality or two?" She asked, to which he gave an eager nod. " Not happening." She immediately shut down the notion, causing him to crumple to the floor in a sulking manner. " Aw boo, you're no fun Kenzie." He whined, dropping to the floor and letting his shadows catch him. They curled around his limbs, subjected to the will of their master, with one wiping at the crocodile tears forming in his eyes. " It's... Kenzie-25." " Kenzie." He insisted, looking up from the floor. There was a silence between the two cookie in the room, but could they even be counted as cookies anymore? He was a beast, and she was a clone. Could that make the answer any more obvious? Maybe not. Kenzie was the first to speak up again. " Well, if you're going to insist..." She murmured, looking away from his sharp gaze. " I'd assume there's something you want me to call you by?" She asked, turning back to him. " Ah! How could I have forgotten to introduce myself properly?" He stood up with a bounce, feigning shock. " Well, your wait is over. You're face to face with the world's best playwright, poet, director, actor, clown... Everyone's most beloved trickster!" He bowed, tilting his head back up solely to look into Kenzie's eyes. " ... Shadow Milk Cookie!"

As for me i have considered it before tho id still have Al-an an architect and Robin a human lol hear me out.

Like the precursors were successful in curing khaara but not before the bacteria managed to make it to sol's solar system, that being the case it was discovered by Alterra and brought back to earth in hopes of weaponized.

This of course was a complete mistake, as they could not control it and the bacteria predictably goes apeshit, infecting everything on earth.

Over the years many attempts to combat the bacterium fails and pretty much all is doomed when the last attempt at a vaccine fails.

Amidst this Sam a scientist once attempted to make a cure but her efforts were in vain, then turned her sights to another frontier, instead turning her talents to creating a way for man to outlive the virus by attempting to flee into stasis, new and a unstable technology but inarguably their last hope.

Yet due to the unauthorized use of materials and lack of time and general lack of support from her peers past her sibling, her creation mostly successful efforts goe unappreaciated and noticed by the wrong person.

Sam contracts khaara, infected by a jealous scientist who planned on stealing credit for her work. Buuuut before dying she managed to trick Robin into a stasis machine hidden in the lab.

Freezing her mind and body in a unstable but lucid like sleep within a cryopod

After it is implied Sam's work was stolen and the fualty prototype rebranded but as a cheap faulty series as they never fully understood Sams backwards blueprints and never discovered the self sufficient staisis machine.

This of course leads to humanity's extinction, the stasis machine failing.

Loooong time later precursors are asigned to Sol to clean up the pieces left behind by the bacteria, when Al-an comes to earth he finds a barren and alien planet, stuggling to recover, khaara has died out mostly but decontamination efforts were still required which is what lands a curious Al-an to explore the ruins of the long extinct species.

Noticing a odd energy pulse he diverges from his intended duties and tracks the tether until he ends up discovering the faulty stasis cryopad in a long destroyed laboratory.

And Robin still dreaming in the pod, but like her bodies heavily damaged from khaara and time breaching the tank.

Of course his reckless curiosity leads him to accidentally disrupting the power/breaking the tank by accident, and realizes the human's body starts rapidly deteriorating.

Without though shrimp boy ends up using alien technology to yank her mind into the his vessel with him.

Unaware that the disgruntled researcher was very much awake and very displeased, as for her one moment she was watching her dying sister scramble to hide blueprints, alterra agents tearing apart her lab, then a alien abducting her!.

In general i like to think Robin would be the one with the pessimistic outlook and internalized trauma, Al-an would likely be vary unprepared to deal with the boarderline suicidal and cynical head voice..

I like to think it would be a nice hurt comfort fic, with alot of inner healing and not only coming to terms with how ugly the world could be event at the end of it! But also learning to retrust people after the betrayal that murdered her sister!

I also want to note while the option to give Robin a body is plausible Al-An outright refuses until long later to offer her one as she has shown signs that she may be a danger to he's self.

Reverse Fault Au for April 1st

Basically, what if SBI + Tubbo were humans working for the SCP Foundation, as well as anomalifying villain ocs at the end (which is where most of the tws come into play) 

Tommy: Thomas. A Threat Assessor, like Dr Blake. He has an uncanny knack for driving even the most docile objects to bloodlust, which is useful in ascertaining exactly how much resources must be allocated to containing that SCP. No one is quite sure how he does it, only that a simple conversation can send objects into rages that somehow never touch the man. Thomas simply wears a delighted grin as devastation unfolds. Why does he do it? Why, the love of chaos of course. He’s only bringing out their innate evil, after all. The anomaly wanted to do it, he just gave it the push to act upon its violent nature. 

Philza: Dr. A. Gon. Is an ancient decrepit old man from The War. He picks up little favorites among the anomalies and is super kind to them. Basically acts as a father figure for them, offering advice, giving little treats, limiting punishments, and helping them cope with the trauma of the Foundation…up until the moment he grows bored. After that it’s experiment after experiment trying to squeeze any last drop of interest out of the object before he discards them and moves onto the next. Anomalies tend to be completely psychologically and physically wrecked by the time he’s done with them. Likes to trap anomalies in complex promises that the Foundation can exploit easily. His cane is actually a sword stick, and the cape he has (to mimic wings) can act as a weighted net. 

The Blade: Agent Boore. An MTF captain who leads a squad that somehow literally never manages to fail to recapture an anomaly thanks to his leadership. A lot of anomalies are terrified of him, as he tends to handle the containment breach punishments after catching them. Anomalies don’t tend to try to escape ever again after encountering Agent Boore. He armed to the teeth with near batman levels of gear. Tactics include pumping adrenaline into his veins, filling a room with toxic gas (immune bc of his gas mask (he wears it even while sleeping)) and the humble bazooka. Definitely on steroids. Agent Boore sees a containment breach as a challenge. He likes proving humanity (but mostly himself) stronger than monsters. Is insanely paranoid and tends to be the straight man who is secretly more insane than everyone else. Met Dr. A. Gon in WWII but got Captain America’d, and is actually now trying to sue marvel for using his life story. He does the job in order to protect the poor orphans of the world (evil)

Tubbo: Security Camera B. Is a security officer. Not a single thing goes unnoticed in the entire Foundation. The second an anomaly is out of line they’re reported and appropriately punished. Their personalities are represented in reverse fault by their favorite monitors. Jasmine has a picture of a dinosaur as her screen saver, Rhodes is a picture of an apple tree and technically it’s the oldest of the new computers but they run a mean legal complaint software that really saves the Foundation’s hide. Rosalind is a pic of someone meditating in a field of flowers and Sec Cam B secretly uses that computer to play games to distress. Sec Cam B also works as a recruitment officer given how much conviction about the Foundation they have. ‘It’s the moral thing to do, you have to join. Don’t you want to save humanity?’ They’re insufferably righteous in moral conviction. Lawful evil. 

Wilbur: A. Void. Initial contact researcher, as he has a sharp eye (the other lost to an anomaly years ago) and an even sharper tongue that tends to not only save his life but also weasel out information from the object that would otherwise not have been gotten. His prejudices are flipped from Fault Au. Now, he thinks it unfair that anomalies have more power than humans, and that such a dominance would only lead to subjugation if given time. After all, the powerful always abuse such might don’t they? He believes everything he does is necessary for his own survival. He thinks his punishments are fair, which they could almost be considered to be compared to actual sadists like Agent Boore or Dr. A. Gon.

And on to the villain SCPs!

Webb: A humanoid SCP with eight eyes, six arms, mandibles. Webb has incorrectly healed surgical scars on its throat from an encounter with Dr. A. Gon’s scalpel. An anomaly that can shoot out tendrils of spiderweb that, when making contact, suppress heightened emotions. Effect is strongest while webbing is attached to both object and target, though loses effect about ten minutes after creation, so it is sometimes used to capture other anomalies. While not strong, it is important that Webb doesn’t escape because any urge to recontain it will be suppressed. At most extreme, it can shut down a person till they’re paralyzed, which on a few occasions was enough to stop a human heart because continuing to beat was simply too much effort. 

Dr. Blake: The Scimitar Smile. It is a set of 32 humanoid teeth with a crack through the upper right incisor due to an encounter with Agent Boore. The teeth can move somehow, and tend to hunt in a pack. On their own, a person within their aura will be acutely aware of their own flaws. Often persons with disabilities such as PTSD or anxiety will be triggered by its presence. Exposure to this object leads to strong self loathing and occasional suicides.

It’s when it gets a Host that the Scimitar Smile is at its most dangerous. Once a Host is selected, the teeth will crawl up them and burrow like ticks into the flesh of their cheeks in the arrangement of an external smile. The Scimitar Smile prefers to keep Hosts for a while, but will inevitably abandon it, and during escapes will take many Hosts in rapid succession. Old Hosts tend to scream when they hear their own names, have very little agency, and are incredibly compliant to orders.

Once assimilated, both the Host and the Scimitar Smile’s mouths will begin to speak, saying different things. When recorded and replayed, it sounds like chattering nonsense. Despite being unaware of its contents, the noise is regarded as a cognitohazard as it tends to drive people insane. Only a few reports of what individuals hear in person exist, as those that survive are left in psychological annihilation and refuse to talk about what they heard and did as a result. What we can piece together is this: Past being aware of their flaws, a listener is manipulated into acting on them in the most self destructive way possible.

The Scimitar Smile brings out the worst in people.

Zoraxis Agent AU

Still working on the 'Spy and the Liar' Headcannons, but this little nugget wouldn't leave me alone. Don't plan to do much with this AU after this post (it gets way more depressing than I wished it would), but mayb someone might enjoy this too.

Holy crap this ended way longer than I wanted it to be! This was supposed b a short little draft. Fuck me! This post might b edited later into 2 or 3 parts so it's more palatable. Spoilers for Spy and the Liar plus Cog in the Machine.

Now on to the AU where the agent becomes the monster they feared they'd become.

So with how Zoraxis works, agents don't really get a "handler" but when they 1st start working for the corporation, they get their mission briefing and report back to Solaris. Their relationship starts off neutral but becomes more antagonist as Solaris finds the Agent's destructive tendancies (now amplified since there is no positive influence for them) to be more of a danger to the operation as a whole.

Unfortunately for Solaris, as long as they continue to have successful missions, they will keep climbing the corporate ladder, and climb they do. It's pretty easy to when the standard for being a good Zoraxis minion is just surviving a mission (which admittedly is the same for The Agency) and being to come back alive with a success is noteworthy. With a few victories under their belt, the agent makes it into Zoraxis' inner circle.

Now nicknamed Agent Vulture, the agent acts the the personal bodyguard and hitman for Zor, Solaris, and the Fabricator. Mind you Zor never really leaves their hideout and Solaris at this point hates them, so the only one who really uses their services is the Fabricator.

The Fabricator seems to enjoy, or is atleast entertained, by their company. She evens learns sign language in order to better communicate with them. She discovers, that while not nearly as smart as her, the agent is pretty clever and has some great ideas. For example, they suggest making it company policy to NOT leave documents in the same room where such information can be used against them.

There's, at first, some push back by employees saying it would be inconvenient, but with the help of Fabricator's influence (and Agent Vulture threatening to burn everyone and everything a person ever loved to any individual who doesn't comply) it becomes standard company procedure. The agency is still able to get a few secret company files (too many guards are willing to assume the sound of broken glass is simply the wind), but there is a noticeable decline in data breaches

Because of this security improvement, The Agency is woefully unprepared for Zor's Death Engine. The Death Engine doesn't completely eradicate the agency but leaves them with little resources and a huge deficit in manpower. The Agency then decides to put what little resources they have into the robot agent project that Dr. Prism purposed

The robot agents do make things better for the Agency, as they are able to survive the numerous deadly traps that Zoraxis throws at them. Many are destroyed, but the information they bring back with them makes it almost worth the wasted resources.

Feeling cocky Dr. Prism starts sending them on unapproved missions to kill their biggest threat, Agent Vulture. It ends in complete failure. Time and time again, Agent Vulture completely destroys her machines, and in anger, Dr. Prism puts more and more resources that they can't afford to waste into trying to kill Agent Vulture.

It comes to an end when Agent Vulture is able to bring back an alive robot to Zoraxis Corp., where not only is the Fabricator able to reverse engineer them but also makes a device that Agent Vulture uses to completely wipe out Roxanne's robots. This absolutely crushes her, and while she still works for the Agency, she's a shell of her former self. After this incident, Agent Vulture's profile contains the words "Do Not Engage On Sight; Do Not Engage At All"

It only get worse for the Agency (I'm so sorry!) as Mission Mimic comes to fruition, as with the help of John Juniper, Zor is not only able to get the nuke codes, but also make The Agency an international pariah, forcing them to go underground. Even after the officials are released, most decide to follow Zor as they have become too powerful to oppose.

Some good news, though, is that John Juniper turns traitor and joins The Agency. Seeing that the real officials are now willing to comply with Zoraxis' demands, thus making him useless and seeing the chaos Zoraxis Corp. is unleashing to the world, John, steals the Mimic Mask and nuke codes and looks to the Agency for sanctuary. Using his acting talent and the mimic mask, he is able to secure some funds and information for the agency, and it keeps them a float but it can't last.

That's sorta of the main meat of the AU universe itself. But for those of still here, here's a little extra that could happen.

Zor, hearing that the Agency is still around, demands that the Fabricator build their most ambitious project yet, a time machine. With that, Zor will have Agent Vulture go back in time and destroy the Agency completely and root out all operatives.

The Fabricator is able to finish the prototype, but being impatient, Zor orders the agent to use the device. It breaks right after the agent goes thru. At 1st the agent thinks they've made it back in time, but with some research they figure out that they haven't gone back in time but to a different dimension, where The Agency has had more victories than Zor (aka our timeline). This would also take place a little after the 3rd game.

Agent Vulture's 1st plan is to get into contact with Zoraxis and get the Fabricator to build another dimension portal. In researching Zoraxis, they come across the profile of Agent Phoenix and realize that this is them if they had joined the Agency. Now, the plan is to kill Agent Phoenix,take their place in order to find Zoaxis, and take down the Agency from the inside.

At some point, they confront Agent Phoenix, kill them (or so they think), and take their place at the Agency. Living as 'Agent Phoenix' let's them experience all the things they thought they don't deserve could never have. Being seen as a hero, having a friend who legitimately cares about them and sees them as a person (yes I'm talking about Reginald!!), and the world not being plunged into chaos.

When the real Agent Phoenix returns, Agent Vulture has now a new, totally not insane plan: Kill Phoenix, ditch Zor, and just permanently live in this timeline. Of course, Agent Vulture is thwarted and feeling bad for them, Agent Phoenix suggests that maybe they should focus instead on improving their own timeline.

Agent Vulture agrees to try, though they're pretty sure if they try to contact the agency, they'd b shot on sight, and they'd probably let them. But Agent Phoenix and Reginald assure them that there will probably be one person willing to hear them out. (It's Reginald; it's always Reginald. If it wasn't obvious before, I hope it is now. He is my favorite character! I am a sucker for older british men looming voice character, i.e., Stanley Parable and Darkest Dungeon). So they contact Dr. Prism (who's on the lamb) and have her build them a similar dimension portal and send Agent Vulture on their way.

So right after losing the suit he is in a form that has a lot of energy and also space themed bc why not

Renegade AU Lore Dump: FazFrights edition.

Only select Fazbears Frights stories are cannon in the Renegade AU, and the post ending outcome is generaly greatly different at that.

'Fetch' takes place in 2007 and Greg is the father of Gregory. As of security breach, Greg is comatose in a hospital in Norway and is known as 'the man with the dog bites', whilst Gregory is orphaned in America.

Sarah gets to grips with being a pile of scrap and repairs the disk.

Millie survives, having lost a hand (and later taking FT Freddy's as her prosthetic). She opens an antiques store at 18 and starts dating Sarah. There is a desk flip calendar on her desk labelled with "days since Sarah last ran into traffic to save someone", and it never gets past 7. Sarah gets scrap off of Millie (who hordes the stuff) to repair herself.

The ball pit balls were all handed over to Millie as those who had parts of themselves stuck in the balls kept on walking into her shop whenever the police brought the balls around. So they just leave them with her. One of the balls reversed the body swap that occurred in 'loney freddy'.

'In the flesh' is the story of a stray bullet and actually has nothing to do with William any more than a Scientist, Camilla, saying 'you ordered my daughters death, now feel pain'. Camilla is the mother of Celes, C location's Chica spirit, and Susanna, Y location's Jeremy(guard). Celes (11 as of 87) died, and Susana (22 as of 87) had her head bit by Mangle but survived. The code forces a buffer overflow and uses that to cause 'changes' to a person (Dr Grimm's notes really helped her out). The project this code was meant to be in was supposed to be worked on my the C location manager, but instead wound up getting worked on almost two decades later by some shmuck. The rabbit child was found by Paranormal Responder Cassy Taper, and it imprinted on her immediately, so it's just a slightly odd kid really. The moral is manage your heap and stack bozo if I see one more overflow error I swear.

Yes 'Fazgoo' exists. It's remnant but with a bunch of additives to try and more cheaply contain and use it. Remnant + ONE containing substance (blood, metal) = just remnant. Remnant + silly putty or some shit that remnant does not properly adhere to = 'Fazgoo'.

Due to the instability caused by an unsuitable containing substance, It's a DNA altering biohazard, but it's not AS dangerous as it's portrayed in the books; it only seems that dangerous as when synthesised and curated to the degree Fazbear Entertainment do, it can do very specific things, and naught more than that, like how the disks have to have extensive codes and a form to follow else they won't work right.

Most of the Tales of the pizaplex things did not happen:

Sean, an electrician and police mole, makes sure of that. Half of the areas that exist only in those books were destroyed and had their main attractions destroyed by Sean before construction got anywhere.

Ok, springtrap sweep somewhat happened? Not read that one yet, but the initial crew who laid the foundations were murdered by Afton AND some Faz Ent execs. Sean used this huge vacancy to get in.

'The world parties with you' is an AR game inside a VR experience (hence why there was nobody guarding the off limits thing; 'Maya' was meant to go there to test it). 'Maya' does not really exist. In the real world, she is a 30 year old Fazbear Entertainment executive called Madaleine. The reason why things go to an apocalypse is some latent code left behind by Dr Grimm to make this project crash and burn; by making a harrowing and traumatising bug that'll turn anyone away from Fazbear Entertainment (in part thanks to this 'bug' he made also causing amnesia in those who experience it for too long, taking advantage of the 'fake life' part of the VR simulation).

Madaleine becomes a police mole as a result.

For any given story really, it's either 'Mike and Sean stopped it', 'That was an exec', or 'Damnit Foxwell'.

Maybe the daycare ones will happen? Not read them yet.

But anything that gives a new attraction? 'Damnit Sean you ran over the robot. Sean where are you taking that refuse sack where is the main robot we can't restart construction of this attraction without it.' And Sean burns the robot in the police incinerator.

My Good Omens opinion no one asked for of the day is that I'm interested in the concept of reverse AUs, but if the writer isn't really thoughtful and creative it easily breaches containment from AU into out of character to just plain original fiction. The whole point is that Aziraphale is nervous and cautious where Crowley was curious and reckless- so why did the one fall and the other not, without rewriting their entire personalities? It's an enormous challenge. (For example, I read one once where Aziraphale fell for trying to be good and doing the right thing by refusing to fight in the original war against demons- that was compelling, because I could recognize the character we knew, albeit thrust into a different set of circumstances. But most don't sell me on the premise.)

hey what's the deal with empiresonas if you dont mind me asking? I'd like to maybe join the community in some capacity but I dont know how to do that

Empiresonas Discord Server was a server originally started as a place to discuss and develop ocs in the empires world. As it stands, it's become more of a general empires discord after just under two weeks.

It's a friendly place overall, though we do have over 100 members. And we do have some of the most cursed discussions I've ever seen. But there's also a lot of cool headcanons, aus, and worldbuilding ideas around and people pretty much always around to discuss them. We also have roleplay sections for roleplaying the empires ocs themselves.

We also have a rather incredible amount of server lore given we're nto even a week old. Scott Smajor joining for at least a day, everyone being forcibly turned cyan for Slut Smajor Saturday (originally as a way to give Scott the Scott Smajor role sneakily but now happens weekly), the "interesting mob vote" as it was called in one stream with Fwhip, Gem, and Sausage. We also have a fishfucker pride flag, our own (possibly still a work in progress) cards against humanity deck made by @zlixlriffs, and a thread thats been running nearly two weeks where most messages are just 'whorenoth'.

In summary, it's a fun and friendly place but can be chaotic and cursed as hell. We're also constantly on the watch for containment breaches in streams, at this point. If you'd like to join, I'll leave an invite link below:

Hello hermitblr, me and @coppertip-canary were discussing inhuman hermits and they had a really cool headcanon for Xisuma's powers.

Basically: Xisuma has a type of shapeshifting where he can mimic things, such as mobs while keeping his humanoid shape. This takes a lot of energy and isn't immediately reversible and it takes longer to revert with more drastic changes. He could also mimic another player, but then be stuck looking like them for who knows how long.

So I raised the idea: what if X pushed his powers a bit too far, further than he usually would, and became an actual axolotl. And we bounced ideas back and forth for a while.

And given he's working with Evil X, that raises the oppurtunity for the newest capitalist on the server to have to carry him around in a bucket, a bit like X does with Mini Me. Yeah he'd grumble a lot and claim he hates doing it, but given his recent interaction with a strider and the fact he cared enough to do part of a video when X was ill, he probably wouldn't mind too much.

Other fun things:

- X still has to do admin duties, but has to do it as an axolotl. Evil X has to hold him up to the admin panels because he lost his helmet when he became an axolotl. Tiny axolotl slapping buttons trying to get things to work while occasionally dipping back into a bucket.

- The joys of the other hermits finding out and carrying X's bucket around with them, despite his annoyed axolotl sounds. They have absolutely terrified him half to death several times, at least one of them managing to drop the bucket once.

- The hermits accidentally manage to switch X with another axolotl from their aquariums. They don't realise until much later, when X manages to undo the changes. Can't decide if a hermit coming home to doom guy desperately tapping the glass going 'please let me out' or <Xisuma drowned.> appearing in chat is the funniest way for the others to find out.

- They fed him tropical fish, and he never stopped eating it. He refuses to tell the others that, but they've all seen him sneakily munching on one in a corner. They all get him tropical fish as gifts occasionally. He says he doesn't eat them but if you ask him where the fish went he changes the subject.

I'm happy that the reverse containment breach au was received well! So I figured why not give the people a taste of the original reverse CB? (or maybe to them its reverse reverse CB? lol) Subject Lilia cannot sleep due to horrible substitutions to his usual diet and so- in a fit of desperation one night- uses what little power he has to force whoever is on night watch to come to his enclosure. However... he won't believe who wanders in ;)

When the door slides open, Lilia licks his lips, his trademark grin splitting his face. The remnants of his lingering powers had worked, just enough strength left to coax whichever poor soul was on the night shift to open the door and step inside. Now, all they have to do is come on over and allow Lilia to feed from them, granting him enough strength to break out of here and find his—

Lilia looks up, and immediately freezes.

“Little one,” he breathes, the nickname tumbling from his tongue at once.

Silver stands in the doorway, swaying slightly, one hand wrapped around the jamb. His eyes are glazed over, dulled under the thrall of Lilia’s influence. For what feels like an eternity, Lilia merely stares, his eyes blown wide, and it isn’t until Silver begins to stagger over that he snaps out of his stupor.

“Come, come,” he coaxes, and his dearest boy does. Silver stumbles over, drops to his knees — oh, how much taller he is! How long has it been since Lilia last saw his beloved child? Not since he was eleven cycles, not since that fateful day, and, at Lilia’s wave of a hand, Silver collapses into his lap. There, he lays limply, eyes fluttering the slightest bit as Lilia rakes his blunted nails through his hair — and Lilia cannot help the way his face contorts at the sight of platinum blond locks, the lingering bits of silver only evident in the tips of his son’s hair. Silver has not had his father’s blood in him for a long time — long enough that his natural roots have come in, and it only serves to make Lilia recoil at the knowledge that they have been separated for far too long.

Well, he thinks, as he raises his other hand to his mouth, baring his fangs. That will simply have to be fixed.

With his sharp teeth, Lilia slices a jagged cut right down his palm. Candy red blood oozes out, thick like honey, and Lilia wrinkles his nose at it. His blood has taken on a thicker viscosity, it seems; being deprived of his natural food sources will do that to him. Still, he cannot afford to be picky. As he presses his palm towards Silver, he urges him to drink — and Silver, obedient and compliant under Lilia’s shaky hold, obliges.

As Silver laps at the blood and it enters his system…

A shudder ripples right through Lilia, a dormant sense stirring awake.

It has been so long since he’s been able to sense this — their emotional bond, forged anew, Lilia able to sense every little bit of emotion that his dearest child feels. It settles within his chest like a second heart, their souls intertwined, and Lilia cannot help but preen at the sight of silver streaks running through blond hair, his natural colour returning to its rightful place.

And as for what Lilia is able to see, parsing through hazy memories and scattered emotions…

“Oh, little one,” he murmurs, leaning over Silver and pulling him closer, wrapping his arms around his dearest child — no longer young, but forever his. “What have they put you through? You should never have gone through such dismal suffering.”

He stops and closes his eyes, taking a deep breath. “But you are here now,” Lilia says, a certainty entering his words. “And here you will stay.

“Your father shall not let them separate us again.”

Verses

Main Verse

This is the “main verse”. It’s probably not canon but who knows. There’s multiple canons in the SCP lore, such as the time when they received the distress signals from a cave and upon further inspection, turned out that distress signal was from a cave that led through a wormhole of sorts that landed in a post-apocalyptic timeline where the Foundation was no more due to some X-Class event that was not revealed but theorized to be the end result of SCP-001 or something like that. Note: This wasn’t confirmed canon for the “main” storyline but it is confirmed to be a found anomaly by our universe’s Site-81, hypothetically speaking. And our Site-81 theorizes that the events of that universe’s X-Class event may happen as well to ours. Hope that makes sense. This means there can be multiple instances of what’s “canon” these days.

Alright pal, look. The SCP Foundation was originally going to just be SCP-173 and not a community that it’s grown to be nowadays. Amazing, right? SCP-173 was going to be just a Creepypasta originally, but they wanted to expand more on the containment procedures and the company responsible for containing it! So... It’s hand-in-hand with Creepypasta! Hah! Also there’s a Slenderman SCP out there.

One Of Them

OC Spotlight: Lord Hode

I got a lot of positive feedback about my OC Hode from my fic series for She-Ra, “A Song of Steel and Light”. So, guess who’s featuring in my next OC Spotlight! 

This post contains spoilers for the fic. If you do not want spoilers, stop reading and scroll past now. 

Hode is one of the clones of Horde Prime, the same as Hordak. He is from an older generation than Hordak and, at the time that the main plot of the series takes place, he is dead. His character arc is told through flashbacks.

When Hode was a fresh new clone, his name was not ���Hode’. In my AU, only Prime’s generals are allowed to have names and at the time, he was just a soldier with just a serial number.

And he was assigned to the garrison occupying the planet Eternia. 

He was a competent soldier and became promoted to sub-Commander fairly quickly. Around that time, Eternia had an active rebel faction that was trying to combat and push out the Horde. Their leader of King Hiss and was at the top of the Eternian Horde’s ‘Most Wanted’ list. 

Zero-Eight-Six managed to deduce the location of King Hiss’ base -it was Snake Mountain- and he snuck in to assassinate the rebel leader. Zero-Eight-Six and a small contingent of soldiers managed to fight through Hiss’ Snake Men, allowing Zero-Eight-Six to get to the throne room where Hiss was. 

But someone else got there first. 

Zero-Eight-Six arrived just in the to watch an different Eternian -a Gar, a member of the blue skinned race- kill King Hiss instead. 

It was this Gar: 

Only younger than he appears in that picture. There are no young pictures of this character from the MotU franchise. 

Zero-Eight-Six is so confused. Weren't they all Eternian natives? Why would the Gar kill one of his own. (Spoiler: He had personal reasons, but this isn’t his bio, it’s Hyde’s.) When Zero-Eight-Six asks this, the Gar gives him this really maniacal grin, takes one of Zero-Eight-Six’s weapons and impales the already dead body with it. 

“I didn’t kill him. You did.” Says the unnamed Gar. “Congratulations, clone, you just killed Eternia’s Most Wanted.” 

He leaves. 

Zero-Eight-Six is left just standing there, blinking. Equal parts confused and impressed. His soldiers come in and see their sub-Commander standing over the rebel leader’s dead body with his weapon in it and they assume he was the one who killed him. There’s a round of congratulations and they go back to the capital victorious. 

The cabinet Lord who was overseeing the solar system at the time was so impressed that he promotes Zero-Eight-Six to Territory Captain. Zero-Eight-Six is not the highest ranking Horde officer on Eternia. He basically rules the planet now. 

Some time passes. Not much. Like, a year. Maybe two. 

A new rebel picks up where Hiss left off. King Miro this time. Calling himself the “rightful ruler of Eternia”. He has a stronger following than King Hiss did. Hiss was only supported by members of his own race, the Snake Men, while Miro has support among all the peoples and tribes of Eternia. He is a much, much bigger problem. Zero-Eight-Six is always stressed. He tired and over-worked. He tries deducing where King Miro could be hiding like he did with Hiss, but every place his soldiers raid, there are signs that rebels had been there, but no solid arrests. 

Until, one night, that same Gar from Snake Mountain appears inside the palace in Eternos -where the Horde set up their seat of control. Zero-Eight-Six has no idea how he got it (spoiler, it was secret passes, he used to live there). He is flustered, and angry, and bordering on hysterical. This isn’t like when they crossed paths at Snake Mountain, then the Gar had been calm, and cool-headed, almost icy and cruel. Here he was hot-headed and flustered. Cheeks flushed (a different shade of blue) and eyes puffy as if he’d been crying. 

The Gar glares up at him and growls darkly. “I can give you Miro.”

So, Zero-Eight-Six captured Miro. Alive at first. Then executes him. 

The Gar watches the execution with mixed and conflicting feelings. Afterwards, Zero-Eight-Six confronts his Gar informant for an explanation. 

The Gar explains that he is actually Prince Keldor, the eldest son of King Miro, the dude Zero-Eight-Six just executed. Keldor always assumed he was going to succeed his father as heir, but Miro decided to pass Keldor up for his younger brother, Randor. Keldor goes on to explain that Miro’s organization was much more organized than King Hiss and he might have killed Miro, but his lieutenants -and his heir- are still free and able to fight the Horde. Zero-Eight-Six  would need his help if he really wanted to put an end to any unrest on Eternia, once and for all. 

So, they became allies. 

Over the course of their alliance, Keldor helps Zero-Eight-Six become more familiar with Eternian culture and how Eternians think. All the different languages of the different peoples and tribes (most of which are not languages clones are programmed with). Keldor also teaches Zero-Eight-Six to READ the Eternian written language. Clone are programmed with the spoken language so there is no verbal language barrier between them, but clones cannot read the sigils of their writing. Reading Eternian writings, he learns about modern Eternian, middle-Eternian, and olde Eternian. (This becomes important later as his name, Hode, is derived from olde Eternian.)

Impressed with all his successes on Eternia, Horde Prime promotes Zero-Eight-Six to his cabinet. 

Zero-Eight-Six leaves Eternia. 

The night before he leaves, he tells Keldor that he’s being promoted and that its been fun but he’s got to go. 

Keldor tells him that he could still be useful. In such a short time, he went from sub-Commander, to Territory Cabinet, to the Emperor’s own ruling cabinet. Why stop there? Why not make a grab for the throne? Keldor could help. He’d been playing court intrigue and “game of thrones” (ha ha) his whole life. 

Zero-Eight-Six refuses at first. No one can replace Horde Prime. He’s not just their Big Brother. He’s their god!

Zero-Eight-Six leaves Eternia. 

Some time passes. 

Some sort of cathartic epiphany happens but this author hasn’t exactly decided what yet. 

In a moment of role reversal, Zero-Eight-Six comes to Keldor on Eternia. Flustered, breathing hard, the color high in his cheeks, second set of eyelids blinking frantically. He tells Keldor that he was right. Prime isn’t a god. They can supplant him. 

If they word together. 

That’s when he tells Keldor the name he chose for himself as a cabinet Lord. Its an olde Eternian word. 

Hode. 

Which means ‘to hide’ or ‘to conceal’. 

Hode puts Keldor in touch with other rebel faction across the known universe. Helps then get organized. Makes then stronger and a more significant threat. Chipping away at the Horde Empire from the outside. 

While Hode slowly takes out the other members of Horde Prime’s ruling cabinet and replacing them is people he knows he can manipulate, weakening Prime’s power base form the inside. 

Its a slow process. They went in for the long con. 

They meet occasionally in person. To give each other updates or information too sensitive to be sent over transmission. 

Over the years they grow closer. From allies to friends. 

As their plan becomes more and more complicated and they grow closer and closer to their goal, they have to meet more and more often. One time, during one of their rendezvous, one of them kisses the other. I haven’t decided which one yet. 

Then, BOOM, from friends to lovers! 

Suddenly they’re not meeting just to share the plan anymore. Now they’re meeting because they miss each other and wanna see each other. 

Keldor tells Hode about the original King Grayskull, the two swords, and teaches him the “Song of Steel and Light”. 

Since Hode had been consistently manipulating things to make the rest of the cabinet look incompetent, or framing some of them as traitors, Horde Prime comes to rely on Hode more and more and Prime eventually allows Hode into his Inner Sanctum. There, Hode sees a sword hanging on the wall and it looks exactly like the picture that Keldor showed him of the legendary swords. Hode plays it cool in front of Prime, but the moment he is able to get away, he goes straight to Keldor and tells him that Horde Prime has one of his legendary swords. 

Suddenly, their carefully laid plan goes out the window. 

Fuck the long con! Let’s get that sword! 

Keldor convinces Hode to sneak him onto the Velvet Glove and break into Prime’s Sanctum to steal the Sword. 

They do. 

They are inside Prime’s Sanctum. 

Keldor is holding the Sword in his hands. 

For one brief moment, it feels like they’re already won. Everything’s right with the universe and they’re victorious! 

Keldor raises the sword above his head and speaks the words:

“By the Power of Grayskull!”

But nothing happens. 

Keldor looks so betrayed and confused. 

But they don’t have time to ponder it, as Prime and a whole bunch of guards burst in. 

Hode grabs Keldor to get him off the Velvet Glove ASAP. Keldor drops the sword, but Hode won’t stop so Keldor can pick it up. Hode practically carries Keldor to the escape pods and shoves him in. But he can’t escape with him because Prime’s solders grab him and pull him away. Hode kicks the release button to launch Keldor’s escape pod as he’s being dragged away so that at least Keldor can live. 

Hode it thrown down in front of Prime. 

They exchange some words. 

Then Prime cuts his head off with the Sword of Power. 

Hode dies. 

((Meanwhile, Keldor’s pod enters the atmosphere of “Horde World” Capital Core, which has a highly acidic atmosphere. Trying to get back to Hode, Keldor damages his pod and a tiny bit of the highly corrosive atmosphere sprays through a breach in the air-seal. It melts Keldor’s face off and- well, if you look up Keldor on the Grayskull wiki, you’ll know what happens to him.))

Eobard Thawne:

Elseworlds AU: Instead of Barry becoming the heroic Flash when he got his Speed Force powers and Eobard becoming the villainous Reverse-Flash when he got his powers, the opposite happens. Eobard is framed for the murder of Nora Allen by Zoom, a Speedster from Earth-2, and Barry seeks revenge while Eobard races though time to try and stop Zoom and The Flash.

Springtrap:

Pre-Spring Lock Death Verse/The Purple Guy Verse: As the name of this verse states, this takes place before William Afton’s death a few months after the end of FNaF1 but takes place quite a bit after FNaF4. Teddy Afton is dead, Michael Afton is living with his mother, and the Funtime Animatronics have yet to be finished. William himself is in his prime and can keep his murders hidden.

Pre-Five Nights at Freddy’s 4/Family Man Verse: Taking place some amount of time before the events of FNaF4, William has yet to snap but his cracks are still there. His marriage is falling apart, Michael is lashing out at his younger brother Teddy, and Elizabeth is picking up dangerous habits from her father. The only light of his children’s lives is the daughter of William’s friend, Charlotte.

SCP Foundation AU/Right Where he Belongs Verse: Following various incidents and reports of a strange mechanical rabbit roaming the wilderness of Utah, the SCP Foundation decided to investigate and came across Springtrap. Now, he’s locked up in one of their facilities and away from the outside world. But that doesn’t mean he’s safe from his past.

Haida Hikaru:

Human AU: Everything’s exactly the same except everyone’s a human.

Katia Managan:

Human AU: Much like Haida’s Human AU, everything’s the same (including time period) but Katia’s a human. The other Elder Scrolls races still exist though.

Black Heart AU: In this verse, Katia’s still apart of a cult that worship the Daedra but isn’t all that involved in what they do or want.

Kris Dreemurr:

Deltaswap Verse 1/Big Brother AU: Instead of Asriel being the older brother, Kris is and he went off to college first. Despite that, Kris would still come to know the people he would in Deltarune (Susie, Noelle, Catti, Monster Kid/Teen, and Berdly). But in this AU, Kris ends up in the Dark World with Susie after they ended up in an abandoned apartment following Kris discovering Susie attempting to steal something and running across a strange door.

Deltaswap Verse2/Mean Boy AU: In this AU, Kris takes on the role Susie had in Deltarune. That’s it.

Deltapocalypse AU: Based off of the AU created by this blog, zombies have overtaken the world. Kris is a survivor just trying to survive. He doesn’t know if anyone else is alive, but he hopes that his friends still are.

Leon S. Kennedy:

Rookie Cop AU 1: In this verse, Leon was able to get to become a rookie cop in Raccoon City early. But this proves to be a detriment to him as he is stuck inside the city as the T-Virus is spread around by zombies and rats.

Rookie Cop AU 2: Much like the first Rookie Cop verse, Leon gets to become a cop in Raccoon City and things go well. But, Ada Wong, now working as an actual FBI agent, is able to bust Umbrella’s operation before the G-Virus containment breach and Leon gets to become a full fledged cop.

Doomslayer:

Post-Demonic Invasion of Argent D’Nur/Knight Sentinel Verse: As the name implies, this verse takes place before the Demonic invasion of the Slayer’s home reality, Argent D’Nur, and his family is still very much alive. He will only be called “The Sentinel” and nothing else.

You Are What You Hate AU: In this verse, following the destruction of the Slayer’s Night Sentinel armor, the Doomslayer is forced to find someone to make him new armor to survive the forces of Hell. He was able to find a Demon who was willing, but it would cost him, he would have to trade his life as a mortal man in for a life as a Demon. That was a price he was willing to hate, and now he is called “The Hell Walker”.

Poll: Help me pick my next TWST longfic! [FINISHED]

Hello everyone!

As most of you may know, I am quite the avid longfic writer. However, university's been slowing me down a lot, so I've been unable to write as quickly as before. So why not poll some of my fic ideas and let you all decide?

I'll include some brief, rambling summaries of the options below the cut! The poll will run for seven days, and the winner will be the longfic I focus on next! (That isn't to say I won't write other things since inspiration is fickle and some of these are semi-completed, but for the most case, my priority will be whatever wins!)

i. Bad Things Happen Bingo: Locked in a Freezer Epel-focused! I originally started working on this in April but shelved it because I was more focused on writing Diasomnia. That and I also did not look forward to writing Rook... Still, the benefit of this option is that It's already 2/3 finished, with the first two chapters done, so it would be done a lot faster. I'd feel pretty keen on finishing it sooner if there was interest expressed.

ii. Bad Things Happen Bingo: Barely Conscious Silver-focused! A bad end AU of the Fairy Gala remix event... and that's about all I can say about it. Compared to the other options, it wouldn't be as long, so I could see it being done faster. It would not have a definitive conclusion, being a bad end of an event, but if you like Silver suffering, this is the one for you!

iii. Bad Things Happen Bingo: On the Run Sebek-focused, along with the first years! I originally wanted to write this for Halloween this year, but quickly shelved that idea due to realising how much Uni sapped my energy. This is one of the two options here that would be rated Mature, along with warnings of Major Character Death. It was meant to be a Halloween fic, after all.

iv. Bad Things Happen Bingo: This Is For Your Own Good Silver and Lilia-focused. What can I say about this AU without revealing too much...? This is the other option that would be rated Mature. It gets truly fucked up and dark in the latter half, and bad things truly does happen. It would also be one of the longest fics in the BTHB series, as I'm envisioning two very long chapters. All the same, this is arguably the idea I'm most excited to write. So if that means anything to you (trust in my tastes, perhaps?) you might want to consider voting for this!

v. Bad Things Happen Bingo: Hope Is Scary Silver-focused, though Lilia comes in later. This is arguably the least developed of all the ideas here, however it was a really good idea that Olive thought up and gave me permission to write. A lot of Silver suffering in this one! And being alone. The prompt is literally about losing all hope and not wanting to hope again in case it gets dashed.

vi. Reverse Containment Breach AU: Starchild Lilia and Silver-focused. This is based on Olive's Reverse Containment Breach AU, of which I'd previously written a ficlet for here with Malleus and Sebek. Think something SCP-esque with an organisation studying strange subjects. Head Researcher Lilia Vanrouge stumbles upon a boy who fell from space one night, and that's when everything slowly goes off the rails. I actually finished about 1/3 of this? So it's partially started.

vii. PMMM AU: Lilia Longfic Lilia and Silver-focused. What it says on the tin. Mica and I's PMMM AU, which isn't 1:1 with canon but Lilia takes the role of Homura, and Silver as Madoka. Time loops and general suffering and angst. If you know how Madoka plays out, you know how this one's going to go.
