The University of Washington has announced that Huskies legend Kelsey Plum will have her iconic No. 10 jersey retired in a ceremony on January 18, 2025, when UW takes on Purdue. Plum, who dazzled fans and broke records from 2013 to 2017, will be the first player in UW women's basketball history to receive this honor.

During her senior season, Plum solidified her place in basketball history by setting the NCAA Division I women's all-time scoring record with an unforgettable 57-point performance against Utah. Though Caitlin Clark recently surpassed that record, Plum’s legacy as a dynamic scorer and leader remains unmatched. She also led the Huskies to their first-ever Final Four appearance in 2016 and earned a spot on the AP All-America third team.
