Y'know all those Leafs records that Mitch had been breaking over the last few years? How he kept moving up the list of "top leaf players of all time" for a plethora of reasons?

You ever think about how those numbers are just gonna stay the same forever now? How the next up-and-coming Leafs superstar is going to be chasing all of Mitch's records?

Auston's numbers will continue to climb. Willy's numbers will continue to climb. Mitch's will be cemented as they are in Leafs history.

He'll still go down as one of the best Leafs ever to play, but the rest of his career will be getting points for another team.
