I am not even a Hoshina main, but I just keep coming up with ideas for Ancestor Hoshina x Modern Kafka. I have a whole ass SKIT in mind if Kafka ever got isekied and traveled back to before the Meraki Era or some shit and met Vice Captain's uncle. (In my head, he's the uncle.)

i'm starting to see why excellent fansubbing is a dying art these days. there are all these cool tools to aid in the creation of top-notch fansubs efficiently and automate the most tedious parts of the job, but the cooler the tool, the greater the computer literacy it requires to get it running, and this scales up in such a way that just installing the tools, let alone learning to utilize them to their fullest potential, can feel very daunting... like it just kind of gives the impression of being made for massive fucking geeks at a time when being a massive fucking geek meant "customizing your own operating system" and not "knowing where the file explorer is"

alternatively: demon dean hellhound acquisition (gift from crowley, dean got to keep it in the divorce because he was feeding it (people) more than crowley was, so when crowley told it to come it just sat down next to dean and huffed at him.) hellhound that dean would have sicked on Sam if Cole hadn’t shown up and become hellhound chow instead. hellhound who follows dean and sam back home and that can’t come in the bunker because of warding and hides from cas and hannah when they arrive and spends hours pacing the perimeter trying to get to dean. hellhound that human dean can’t see and scares the shit out of him, but is just as obedient as before, even if dean smells different. hellhound that dean can’t kill and can’t send away and has to learn to live with alongside living with the mark, its violence tempered by its loyalty, a creature who will lay its head in his lap one minute and bite a man’s leg open the next if dean looks like he’s getting into a fight. hellhound who sticks around even after the mark, who dean throws things at and yells at to make it leave like a corny dog movie, and it won’t, just sits there and takes the abuse, and that’s when he finally breaks down and for the first time, reaches a hand out towards it. can’t touch it because he can’t see it, but it can come closer and nudge his hand. and maybe this is a creature that will never belong in a home, always answer first with violence and second with hesitation, but it still deserves to be cared for and taken in.

i think its kinda funny that ibis paint is regarded as the Broke Artist App or whatever (as opposed to more mainstream programs like csp or procreate) because its free and because of how popular it is with phone + finger artists while im jusg sitting here having used ibis for a cool eight years on purpose.
