In P3P I prefer playing FeMC as I prefer her social links (and Wiping All Out), but MC is just as important to me. They are both, together, Persona 3. If an alternate version of Reload came out with just FeMC I wouldn't want that either.

I'm glad that Reload is shaping up to be a great version of MC's story, but without the option to see FeMC's path it just seems incomplete. Not because I only want to play as her or think she's superior, but because every coin has its flipside.

Me remembering that FeMC route was excluded from Reload which means we're never getting a voiced Saori and we're never going to hear Hidetoshi's love confession voiced and we're never going to see all the extra moments between FeMC and the female characters in new graphics and we're never gonna see Junpei and FeMC posing at the print club arcade together and we're never going to see Junpei walking around with a bruise after beating up the creep after FeMC and we're never going to hear Akihiko call out Aigis for being a huge lesbian in the middle of the jungle NOR are we ever going to see Akihiko give the FeMC the music box at Christmas and we're never going to see a Theodore/Elizabeth and FeMC cutscene and we're actually never going to see an updated cutscene featuring the FeMC ever!!!!

I feel like Ken's relationship with Junpei is woefully ignored. It's always Ken and his gay dads, but what about Ken and his heterosexual uncle?

(Idk, playing reload and arena reminded me... Junpei playing video games and baseball with Ken, Ken going along with Junpei's baseball miming in the dancing games... Junpei's going to give that kid a normal experience... helping Ken get a good grade in being normal)

junpei is his super straight older brother <3 i actually think of ken and junpei a lot and i really liked junpei in ken’s social ep in reload bc it honestly added to what i already thought of them and their dynamic. junpei has always wanted a younger sibling and it’s so obvious like he doesn’t even have to say anything we can all just tell.

idk i just woke up to be real w u so i can’t think of much else to say but i will say i think junpei is really overlooked in how he cares about others and how much he holds everyone together. he’s so good and i seriously love him so much. he will help ken and aigis let loose and have fun and he will Protect Them bc he’s an awesome older brother 👍

(in the kotoneverse i also always imagined it would be her and junpei looking out for ken. they tease him and annoy him just as any older siblings would, but in the end they’re helping him be so Normal.)

every time i think of operation babe hunt i get so so nauseous and ill but it's not even solely bc of the obviously egregious things about it (although like. that certainly contributes) but rather bc i am reminded of the fact that aki canonically found aigis hot at one point in time

The gay robot is actually about Persona 3 Portable! Basically:

I love Aigis and was rotating her in my mind, and also love the fact that in the girl route of P3P I guess they just...forgot??? to rewrite a bunch of the female party members' routes, so There Is No Heterosexual Explanation for anything that happens. So the vibes of the fic are: how do you learn what romantic attraction is or feels like or what a romantic relationship is or can be when you're still trying to get a grasp on the whole humanity thing to begin with. And then, because of who I am as a person, this is also secretly a whole bunch of relationship studies stacked on top of each other in a trench coat, because you KNOW that I feel some kind of way about all the interparty relationships.

Anyway, I wrote a very small amount of words for this before getting sidetracked by other things so here's a little snippet:

“Hey, let me lend you something,” Junpei says, and then he disappears under a pile of clothes.  He emerges holding some slim volumes, their titles emblazoned in bubble letters across the front cover.  “Maybe these will help?” “These are manga,” Aigis states. “Yeahhhh,” Junpei says, and his face is a little pinker than usual.  Embarrassment?  Aigis thinks it’s embarrassment.  “But they’re shoujo, so, you know.” “I do not understand.” “Just read them,” Junpei says, shoving them into Aigis’s hands.  “You’ll get it then.” “Affirmative.” “Oh,” Junpei says, “and don’t tell anyone I lent you these, alright?” “Why?” “Ahhh,” Junpei says, rubbing at the back of his head.  Embarrassment, again.  “Shoujo are kinda...they’re kinda girly, right?” Aigis looks at the volumes in her hands.  “I was not aware that books had genders.” “Ugh, that’s not what I’m--”  Junpei huffs, cheeks red.  Definitely embarrassment.  Aigis has misstepped somehow.  “Look, I’m a guy and I’m not supposed to--”  He gestures at the manga. “You do not want the others to know that you have these.” “Yes!  Yeah.  That.” “I will not tell them, Junpei-san.” Junpei’s shoulders drop.  “Thanks,” he says.  He clears his throat, eyes skidding off of her.  “Anyway, I hope that they’re helpful.”

Anyway, most of this fic concept is solely me listening to キミの記憶 while lying flat on the ground, all according to keikaku.
