The Dental Roots offers the newest and most advanced mini-dental implant techniques and dental implant procedures for your replacement in Delhi, Gurgaon, India. Replace a small tooth using mini dental implants. If your mini dental implant is being used to restore a small front tooth, you will be provided with a temporary tooth and eventually an implant crown once the front tooth implant has fully healed. A painless mini dental implant procedure looks feels and functions like your natural teeth.
Mini dental implants are smaller and narrower than traditional dental implants, typically ranging in diameter from 1.8mm to 3.0mm. They are designed to be used in situations where a traditional dental implant may not be appropriate, such as in patients with limited jawbone density or in areas with limited space. Mini dental implants can be used to support a variety of dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, and dentures. They can also be used to replace a single tooth or multiple teeth. One of the benefits of mini dental implants is that they typically require less invasive surgery than traditional implants, which can result in a shorter recovery time and less discomfort for the patient. They can also be less expensive than traditional implants.
However, it is important to note that mini dental implants may not be suitable for all patients, and the decision to use them should be made on a case-by-case basis by a qualified dental professional. Additionally, while mini dental implants can be effective for many patients, traditional dental implants may still be the preferred option in certain cases.

in it's fledgling stages known only as the party of the princess, team black was given it's name post the tourney of 111AC. politically she hadn't garnered much personal support prior to it - only men and women who planned on upholding the oaths they'd sworn to her and promised her father, the reigning king. but then in the days and weeks afterward, some had started to approach her again. while others did not, there was a gradual shift within the court. lords and ladies donning blacks and reds and greens. unspoken declarations of loyalty to either the princess or the queen.

Hi so your post about losing adult teeth popped up and if you don't mind giving advice please say, when I was told I needed one pulled my first reaction was people will be revolted when they kiss me idk maybe at least rambling will help even if it's a void
Hey there!
So like. I'm kind of the worst person to go to for advice. But I'ma keep it real with you anon. The people who are worth kissing? They won't give a shit that you're missing a tooth. If they do they aren't worth the energy.
When I lost two of my teeth I was so embarrassed and felt hideous I'm not gonna lie. Everyone loves straight white teeth, and here I am with a mouthful of ugly. It felt like a personal failure, like it was physical proof of incompetence and letting my mental illness win. But u know what? We just keep trying. Best time to start brushing your teeth consistently was 10 years ago. Second best time is today.
I promise you, you aren't less of a person if you're missing teeth. Your smile is beautiful because it comes from happiness. Be gentle with yourself. Keep smiling, bc ain't anyone else got your unique smile. And if anyone gives you shit for missing a tooth, that's their rudeness to unlearn and it isn't your problem. No one naturally has perfect teeth. Don't stretch for the unattainable. Just do your best until it becomes your normal.

not of my personal collection! frankly they're mostly nothing special they're almost all wusthof brand from the kit I bought when I started culinary school last year. my roll that I take places with me is green waxed canvas w brown leather it was a birthday gift from my sister it's very pretty from here. I have an 8" French knife/chefs knife, a 4" paring knife, a 6" prep knife, a very small tourne/birds beak knife (maybe 3"?), and a bunch of other miscellaneous tools in there (microplaner, measuring spoons, melon ballers, honing rod, offset spatula etc) PLUS. my baby my pride and joy my custom birthday knife kindly funded by my grandmother
Tumblr media Tumblr media
of them all I would say the tourne knife was the most unexpectedly useful? If you're blanching and peeling tomatoes or other fruits or trying to take bruises or eyes out of potatoes or do other small fiddly tasks that require a certain amount or torque. I would look into one. plus they're silly little guys

THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!! honestly i love researching for aspects of this au !! i spent an entire shift at work looking up the old west frontier and agriculture and trains and mechanics and cowboys. i briefly considered emailing the staff from rdr2 on how they did their research. i still might. is playing rdr2 a viable source of research for the wild west 1860-1900
if i genuinely get into mechanics/robots i think this may be a little unhealthy.

.....nahhhhh you could totally lose your palatine bone, your hyoid (technically classed as a head/neck bone, and so long as the bone loss is atraumatic....), your inferior nasal conchae, your nasal bones, your vomer, and your zygomatic bones and lacrimal bones without instantly dying? Even your maxilla! Those are just your facial bones; they don't form the neurocranium. Losing one ain't gonna kill you. Life's gonna be a bit different - you might lose an eye! - but it'll probably suck less than losing your mandible?
Even in the neurocranium, your parietal bones don't make up the base of your skull. I.e., your brain wouldn't herniate downwards under the influence of gravity and kill you. If you had quick access to medical care and were VERY careful, you could probably survive losing a whole parietal bone? Like, craniotomies and cranioplasty are a thing! You don't insta-die just because you lose a piece of your skull! Especially if all the skin remained magically sealed and there was no risk of infection! If necessary, we'll just stick a replacement skull plate/transplanted bit of bone in nowadays to fully protect your squishy bits!
And if we're classing the skull as multiple bones, the pelvis should be classed likewise. Plenty of people survive losing an inferior pubic rami or even an entire hemipelvectomy!
...I got the occiput so yeah my brain's herniating and I'm dying but. regardless.
I saw this question posed on tiktok, but I think Tumblr would really enjoy it too.
If a fae creature offered to give one million dollars for a bone chosen at random, how many bones would you allow them to take?
Light clarifications; The fae is not the one choosing the bones. The bone is taken at random. Each bone, no matter the size or importance, is worth a full million dollars. You must also declare the exact number first, you can't go bone-by-bone. You either say 2 or you say 10, you can't work your way up to a higher number. The bones are removed instantaneously, and the money is given immediately as well. You will not get in government trouble for acquiring the money.
Tell me in the tags/replies how many bones you'd let the fae take. And as always, reblog for bigger sample size.

Missing a Tooth? Discover the Latest Advances in Tooth Replacement Options
Losing a tooth can be more than just a cosmetic concern; it can impact your overall oral health, self-esteem, and even your ability to speak and chew properly. Fortunately, modern dentistry offers a range of advanced tooth replacement options that not only restore functionality but also enhance the natural appearance of your smile. If you're missing a tooth and wondering about the best way to address it, you're in the right place. In this blog, we’ll explore the latest advances in tooth replacement and highlight why Dean Dental Clinic in Kolkata is a top choice for missing tooth treatment.
Why You Should Replace a Missing Tooth
Before diving into the replacement options, it's important to understand why replacing a missing tooth is crucial. When a tooth is lost, the surrounding teeth can shift, leading to misalignment and bite issues. Additionally, the bone beneath the missing tooth can begin to deteriorate over time, which may further complicate the replacement process. Therefore, timely and effective treatment is essential to maintain your oral health and overall well-being.
Raed, How to Choose the Right Missing Tooth Treatment
The Latest Advances in Tooth Replacement Options
Dental Implants
Dental implants are considered one of the most innovative and effective solutions for replacing missing teeth. An implant is a titanium post that is surgically placed into the jawbone, where it acts as a replacement root for a crown or bridge. Recent advances in implant technology have made the procedure more efficient and comfortable than ever before. Digital imaging and 3D modeling allow for precise placement of implants, ensuring optimal alignment and a natural look. Additionally, the development of mini implants offers a less invasive option for those who may have limited jawbone density.
All-on-4 and All-on-6 Implants
For individuals missing multiple teeth, the All-on-4 and All-on-6 implant techniques provide a comprehensive solution. These methods involve placing four or six implants in the jaw to support a full arch of replacement teeth. This technique not only improves the stability and comfort of the prosthetic teeth but also reduces the need for bone grafting procedures. The result is a more streamlined treatment process and a fully functional smile.
Zirconia Crowns
Zirconia crowns have gained popularity due to their durability and aesthetic appeal. Made from a high-strength ceramic material, zirconia crowns are highly resistant to wear and can closely mimic the appearance of natural teeth. Advances in manufacturing technology have made it possible to create crowns with exceptional precision, ensuring a perfect fit and a seamless blend with your existing teeth.
Removable Partial Dentures
While traditional dentures have been around for a long time, recent innovations have made removable partial dentures more comfortable and functional. Modern materials and design techniques have improved the fit and appearance of these dentures, making them a viable option for individuals who prefer a non-surgical solution. Advances in precision attachment systems also enhance stability, reducing the risk of slippage.
Implant-Supported Bridges
An implant-supported bridge is a great solution for replacing multiple missing teeth. This option involves anchoring a bridge to dental implants, which provides greater stability compared to traditional bridges that rely on adjacent teeth for support. The result is a more durable and long-lasting restoration that can withstand everyday use.

Replacing Missing Teeth in Konanakunte, Bengaluru — Prisma Dental Care
Tumblr media
Why Replacing Missing Teeth is Important
When a tooth is lost, it may seem like a cosmetic concern, but it goes much deeper than that. Failing to replace missing teeth can lead to a variety of issues, including:
Difficulty Chewing and Speaking: Missing teeth can make it challenging to chew food properly and may also affect your speech. Over time, this can impact your ability to enjoy meals and communicate clearly.
Shifting of Teeth: When a tooth is lost, the surrounding teeth can shift into the empty space, leading to misalignment and bite problems. This can cause further complications, including jaw pain and difficulty cleaning your teeth.
Bone Loss: The roots of your teeth stimulate the jawbone, maintaining its density. When a tooth is lost, the bone in that area begins to deteriorate, leading to bone loss and changes in your facial structure.
Gum Issues: Missing teeth create gaps where bacteria can accumulate, increasing the risk of gum disease and infection.
Aesthetic Concerns: Missing teeth can make you feel self-conscious about your smile, impacting your confidence and social interactions
Solutions for Replacing Missing Teeth
At Prisma Dental Care, we offer several advanced options for replacing missing teeth. Our dental experts will work with you to choose the best solution based on your specific needs, oral health, and budget.
Dental Implants
Dental implants are one of the most popular and effective solutions for replacing missing teeth. An implant is a titanium post that is surgically placed into the jawbone, where it acts as a replacement root for the missing tooth. Once the implant has fused with the bone, a custom-made crown is attached to the top, creating a strong, natural-looking tooth.
Benefits of Dental Implants:
Durability: Dental implants are a long-term solution that can last for decades with proper care.
Natural Appearance: Implants closely mimic the appearance and function of natural teeth, allowing you to smile confidently.
Bone Preservation: Implants help preserve the jawbone, preventing bone loss that can occur with missing teeth.
No Impact on Surrounding Teeth: Unlike bridges, implants don’t require altering adjacent teeth, making them a more conservative option.
Dental Bridges
A dental bridge is another excellent option for replacing one or more missing teeth. Bridges consist of artificial teeth that are anchored to the natural teeth on either side of the gap. The anchoring teeth, called abutment teeth, are fitted with crowns, and the artificial tooth (or teeth) is positioned in the gap.
Benefits of Dental Bridges:
Restores Functionality: Bridges restore the ability to chew and speak properly, improving your quality of life.
Natural-Looking Results: Modern dental bridges are designed to blend seamlessly with your natural teeth.
Fixed Solution: Unlike dentures, bridges are fixed in place, offering a stable and reliable solution for missing teeth.
Dentures
Dentures are removable appliances used to replace missing teeth. They can be either full (replacing all teeth in the upper or lower jaw) or partial (replacing some missing teeth). Today’s dentures are much more comfortable and natural-looking than ever before, making them a viable option for many patients.
Benefits of Dentures:
Affordable Option: Dentures are typically more affordable than other tooth replacement solutions.
Quick Solution: Dentures can be made relatively quickly, allowing you to restore your smile in a short time.
Custom-Fit: Dentures are custom-made to fit your mouth comfortably and look as natural as possible.
