May I request reiju with a fem reader (lesbains) having a nice fluffy picnic date? I did see you were still in whole cake island so I wasn't sure if you completeles it since then. If you Dont feel comfortable writing for her, may I ask for the same request but with Robin (still with fem reader)
one piece: fluffy picnic dates (vinsmoke reiju, nico robin)
notes: f!reader (intended), fluff, slight whole cake island spoilers
vinsmoke reiju
not familiar at all with how to woo someone. yeah, okay, sometimes she'd throw a wink and a kiss the way of some stranger to disoriented or taunt them in a fight, but... legitimate romance? not used to it
she doesn't even really know what it looks like (thanks, growing up within a dysfunctional marriage), but she's surmised that something like a picnic date would be good, right?
takes you somewhere farrrr away from germa 66 and her brothers. she does not want to risk them interrupting her date just to be annoying and mean.
has the cooks of their castle prepare something for the two of you. it's a bit... fancy for a regular picnic, but reiju seems very proud of it, almost as if she made it herself
worries about everything being perfect, but as soon as you arrive she tries to give off this air of coolness. just all charming smiles and sweet words
a few glasses and bites in, she's loosened up and you can actually see her smile wider. she always loosened up around you, but it's always a treat to see it!!!
you two spend time together wayyy until past sunset, watching the wind through the grass of whatever meadow she took you to and giggling over inside jokes well until the lightning bugs come out
if you get tired, she will insist on carrying you home in her arms. she may not be genetically modified quite like her other brothers, but she's still strong, and wants to show that off to you!
nico robin
contrast to reiju, she knows what she's doing
the hard part is finding time to go on a picnic date. sure, the deck of the sunny was a grass lawn, but with nine other rowdy (and more importantly nosey) crewmates? you'd have to wait until they docked at some island to get a nice, calm date
pretty simple yet delicious food (sanji probably helped; he can't say no to robin unfortunately) in a nice field of flowers! be prepared for a small lecture on the history of this island and this field you're in. knowing robin's tastes, it's probably the site of an old battle with a bunch of corpses under the soft earth
insists on setting everything help herself, partially to show off her hana-hana no mi skills, but more importantly, she wants you to relax fully! no responsibilities!
after your meal, there's a likelihood it's Independent Reading Time laying next to one another, or you laying in robin's lap while she reads. nothing better than a good book after a lovely meal, especially with such nice company.
expect robin to use one of her limbs to sprout and pet your hair while you're lounging together
a/n: okay while I was brainstorming I DID end up finishing wci so you get both reiju and robin <3 merry christmas

individual reaction/headcanon scenarios on kink discovery with op characters!
one piece masterlist
✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧
genre: smut (minors dni)
characters: mihawk, perona, reiju, shanks, smoker
cw: fem!reader, unprotected sex, all other warning are kinks which are outlined in the post already
✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧
Mihawk - Cockwarming
It was your idea. A stupid idea. You didn't think Mihawk would take you seriously when you issued him a challenge. You had asked him to a competition of resolve. You're sat on his cock, and whoever gives in first loses. You may have underestimated your husband's competitiveness and self-restraint.
Your husband takes the opportunity to admire you perched on his lap, completely undressed. He's more than aware of the way your pussy is pulsing around his cock, you're desperate for him to move, but he won't. He won't give in; he's having far too much fun observing your reactions. You're practically shaking above him, your lip caught between your teeth as you try your best to stop your face from expressing your true feelings.
“You can't hide from me, Darling,” he says, reaching up to pull your lip from your teeth before you bite it off. His stare is intense, as always, as he gazes into your eyes. “I quite like this game you've come up with. I get to watch your beautiful eyes fill with desperation.”
✩♬ ₊˚.☁️⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧
Perona - Bondage
Perona has always been a little bit of a freak and has always encouraged you to explore your kinks with her.
When you hand her a rope and a book on shibari and other types of bondage, she's not sure what to think. When she next gets you alone, she delicately ties your wrists to your ankles and turns you over onto our back. She holds a vibrator to your clit as she kisses up and down your legs, outlining the rope with lipstick. Your restraints block every twitch of pleasure, and there's nothing to hold onto as the vibrations get more intense.
Perona watches, intrigued and impossibly wet, as you're forced to feel the full intensity of the pleasure without anything to ground you. Your arms twitch and move, your moans fill the castle walls, and your legs attempt to clamp shut around her hand. She is mesmerised by your body. She never expected to enjoy seeing you helpless like this, but there's something about the way you writhe in pleasure that has her feeling like a monster leaning in to catch its prey.
✩♬ ₊˚.☁️⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧
Reiju - Face Sitting
Reiju loves eating pussy; it's her favourite meal of the day. She's always wanted to try face-sitting, but you've been too nervous. You're always fretting about hurting her or just not making her feel good. Though she's been very clear that eating out is not a selfless act on her part, she derives almost as much pleasure from it as you do.
It takes a lot of sweet talk and irresistible touches, but she finally reassures you that it's going to be fine, and you agree. As soon as your pussy makes contact with her face and she gets a taste of you on her tongue, it's over for her. She is addicted, and she doesn't want to give oral any other way. Her firm grip makes it so you don't even have the option to hover. She's not satisfied until she has the steady weight of your body on top of her.
Her tongue laps at your walls as your clit bumps her nose. adding to the stimulation. You couldn't get any closer to her if you tried. She can't get enough of your taste. She is more than happy to let your thighs squish her as she gets her fill.
✩♬ ₊˚.☁️⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧
Shanks - Breeding
Shanks already had a kid before dating you. He never really thought much about having another one. It had never crossed his mind that he could have one with you. Your relationship was perfect as it was. He never thought about any possible changes.
That is until one day when you bring up the idea of a mini-you running around. It's like a switch flips in his brain, and it's all he can focus on. He pushes your legs up to your chest, holding you in place as he bullies his cock into you. He's dead set on filling you up as much as possible. You already have one fat load inside you and dribbling from your hole.
“You can take another load, can't you, baby?” he says, adjusting himself above you so he can hit a better angle. “gotta make sure it sticks”, He growls, burying his head in your neck as he cums for a second time. He whispers absolute filth in your ear as he empties himself inside you.
Shanks leaves zero possibility that his cum hasn't taken. He can practically smell that it's going to work and it makes him feel feral. He needs to fuck you raw as much as possible until you get a positive result from a doctor.
✩♬ ₊˚.☁️⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧
Smoker - Marking
You're such a pretty girl. Smoker insists that every guy who so much as glances at you is thinking about railing you six ways to Sunday, and it disgusts him. His irrational jealousy is calling, screaming, for him to do something that lets all these low lives know you're taken. Let them know he's wrapped around your finger and there's no room for anyone else.
After a long, hard day at work, Smoker likes to unwind by fucking your brains out. He pins you down, kisses every inch of skin he can possibly kiss while he stretches you out on his cock. His scent is all over you; trails of saliva glisten on your skin, but it's not enough. He needs something that won't wash away in the shower, something more permanent. That's when he feels the urge clawing at his teeth.
He leans forward, clamping his teeth over your shoulder. His cock twitches at the way you moan for him. He sucks your skin into his mouth, leaving a mark on your skin as a warning to anyone who may see it. He continues, leaving hickies and indents of his teeth in a pattern that makes it clear you are seen to. Seeing you bearing his marks makes him cum embarrassingly fast. Though when he's done, he stays sheathed inside you so he can admire his work before he shows it off to the rest of the world.

Kisses | One Piece Women
where one piece women like to kiss you
•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•
characters: belo betty, boa hancock, kikunojo, koala, nami, perona, vinsmoke reiju, nico robin, shakky, tashigi, vivi, zala
genre: fluff (reiju and zalas are suggestive)
•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•
Belo Betty - Neck
Betty is extremely clingy and prone to jealousy. While she showers you affection, she takes time to leave marks, whether it be a hickey or lipstick, to show you're taken.
˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗
Boa Hancock - Forehead
Hancock is more shy than expected. She's not used to genuine affection, so it takes her a while to adjust. That's why she prefers a subtle kiss on the forehead. She's super tall, so it's also the easiest place for her to smooch.
˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗
Kikunojo - Back
Bathtime is a favourite pastime of Kiku. She likes to sit with you between her legs while washing your back. After she's done, she likes to kiss all over your back until you turn in her arms to kiss her properly.
˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗
Koala - Cheek
Koala may seem confident to some people, but she's extremely nervous about showing affection. She'll leave a quick peck on your cheek in public because it's the only kiss she can give before her whole face turns red.
˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗
Nami - Lips
Nami is confident in her affection for you and is not afraid to publicly show you. She’ll dramatically tell you that she’ll break out in hives if you don’t kiss her right this second. She’s always ready to have your lips on hers.
˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗
Perona - Forehead
Pretty ghost girl floats above you and presses a kiss to your forehead any chance she gets. Extra points if you’re not paying attention and don’t see it coming. She thinks it is so cute when you look up at her in surprise when she plants one on you.
˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗
Reiju - Thighs
Reiju likes to wind down with you. When she’s got you between the sheets, she presses soft kisses over your thighs. Reiju is rarely vulnerable. It’s moments like these when she feels the most connected to you.
˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗
Robin - hand
Ever the romantic, Robin likes to take your hand like some kind of fantasy prince and kiss your knuckles. It's simple but effective. It's also a quick way to reassure you that she's there and she loves you. It's very sweet.
˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗
Shakky - Chest
Shakky is both a perv and sap. She's a versatile woman. Like, yeah she gets to kiss your boobs but it's also where your heart is - it is mostly about the boobs though.
˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗
Tashigi - Stomach
When you're just relaxing with eachother, She loves pressing lazy kisses over your tummy. It's soft, it's intimate but not sexual. Any chance she gets to lay with you, push your shirt up and kiss away, she'll take it.
˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗
Vivi - Lips
A romance novel reader. The first time she kissed you she told you that she felt fireworks go off in her stomach. She strives for that feeling every single time and your lips are the key to making her light-headed.
˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗
Zala - Neck
It's an extremely vulnerable part of your body. She could easily kill you but you're trusting her. You're trusting her to press her poisonous lips to your throat and not take a chunk out of it. She would never, of course, but the threat is still there.

… And the Beast (Yonji Vinsmoke x Reader) Chapter V

Part I Part II Part III Part IV Part V Part VI
It hardly took a week for the notice to come; the library snail was officially under the jurisdiction of the fourth prince of Germa, Prince Yonji. You were sure the main sailing crew was mixed about the news. Granted that the library snail had traditionally been under the wing of Mistress Reiju, the crew often got an earful for straying or dawdling due to Yonji’s whims.
You had also heard rumors that Reiju was hardly enthusiastic about joint sailing with Yonji’s fleet when he paid his visits. Even when she was explicit in her request to sail separately, fleet Reiju often found themselves more interrupted than usual.
“A general nuisance!” Reiju had allegedly said to describe her youngest brother, which had been heard by a handmaid who told a valet.
And so when all fleets received word that the library snail would be officially taken over by fleet Yonji, a collective sigh was ultimately breathed out amongst the kingdom. You sat with the page for a long while, curling up under the sunlight in your usual seat by the window. The ship was already headed toward a local port where fleet Yonji and fleet Reiju would make the exchange.
You couldn’t help but recall Yonji’s words from the week prior.
“As far as I’m concerned, this place is mine.”
“I told ya, didn’t I?”
You startled, flinching as you quickly sat up in your chair, much to Yonji’s amusement. His boisterous cackle rang out over the cool, tropical air.
It certainly felt like an afternoon and a summer one at that. You had opened the library windows just a crack to let in the sea breeze as you enjoyed the golden sunbeams cast from the clear sky above. The air was warm enough to wear draping apparel and the wind gentle enough to make curtains sway gently in the halls across the ship. The weather was perfect.
You breathed the shock that had just coursed through you before standing straight with a gentle smile. Yonji leaned against the doorway of the chamber. Even he was dressed for the weather, trading in his usual slacks and shirt for a pair of linen shorts and a neutral-colored button-down. You still held the notice in your hand.
“I thought we were meeting at the port.” You spared a glance outside the window at a flock of seagulls that dipped in and out of view. Yonji scoffed.
“What? Not excited to see me?” You couldn’t help but let out a light laugh at the growing scowl on Yonji’s lips.
“I am always excited to see you, Prince Yonji.” You dipped your head, offering him a slight bow that seemed to improve his attitude. Yonji hummed with approval, his attitude appearing to melt on the spot. You laughed again.
“Damn straight,” he grumbled before picking himself off the doorway. His shoes glided across the plush, intricately woven carpet below as he meandered into the center of the room. “Besides, I wanted to make sure you were ready before we arrived at port.”
You couldn’t help the way your forehead scrunched.
“Ready for what?” you asked, and Yonji looked as if he had been waiting for that very question. He puffed up, squaring his shoulders back as he regarded you casually. Well, as casually as he could for the wide smirk that occupied his face.
Yonji stood with his feet about shoulder length apart and arms crossed over his broad chest. His short-sleeved, open-collared shirt allowed for the movement despite the appearance of the light but stiff-looking fabric.
“Now that I’m in charge of the library, I couldn’t help but notice that the library was down a book!” he barked with a hearty laugh. He indulged in the pat on the back he gave himself, and you spurred him on with enthusiastic nods and gentle smiles. It appeared nothing truly changed after all. “What kinda commander would I be if I allowed that?”
Yonji grinned from ear to ear, a haughty air to him as he openly invited your praise.
“Thank you, Prince Yonji. I actually—”
“Get whatever you need to go into town!”
***
You couldn’t recall the last time you stepped foot on an actual island. Being a sea-dwelling kingdom rather than traditional ships, Germa hardly had to stop and restock like most fleets. Food, fresh water, and other necessities were produced by Germa just like any other kingdom, and stopping at an island for goods typically only happened for niche trading opportunities.
And so, when you stepped off the ship and onto the bustling dock, you couldn’t help but feel a bit overwhelmed. The port was significant in size, expanding well into the sea to house Reiju’s fleet, but had plenty of room to spare for when Yonji’s ships arrived. Other boats tethered themselves to the docks, spanning from fishing boats to Marine vessels to what you suspected were pirate ships.
Yonji pushed you along, trailing behind you as he guided you through the bustle. He had flown from his own ship to meet you ahead of schedule, and not wanting to engage with his sister quite yet, Yonji intended for the two of you to disappear into the market first.
“Reiju doesn’t have to know I’m here yet,” Yonji had muttered to you, “All she’ll do is talk my ear off, so we might as well get the shopping over with first.”
He held a hand on the back of your shoulder, almost pushing you through the crowded dock. Yonji kept close to you and would have made a convincing bodyguard if it wasn’t for the fact that he handled you almost like a human shield with little regard for who you bumped into until you finally stepped onto solid land.
The stalls of vendors seemed to start the moment you stepped off the dock, wrapping around a good quarter of the island and branching into streetways leading to the center of town. The two of you walked down the cobblestone road, and while the touch on the back of your shoulder had left, Yonji remained hardly more than a step behind you.
You approached the main street, finally seeing the vast, branching roads. The markets were flush with colorful vegetables, handmade goods, and fresh pastries, but what really caught your eye was the cart full of books just down the main cobblestone street.
You knew every inch of Germa’s archival ship like the back of your hand, and despite the thousands of books and files in your care, if you didn’t know them by heart, you certainly knew them by looking at them. And yet, for all the time you spent surrounded by paper and covers, the way your face seemed to light up at the tiny cart of books wasn’t something Yonji quite understood.
In the next moment, you were talking. Your lips were moving, spewing words that were most likely tentative questions while Yonji studied the sparking glow in your eyes. Yes, you usually looked at him like this, and it was an expression he cruelly relished in.
It was something in the way that you seemed to try so desperately to hide the clear, stupefied wonder on your face, only to be given away by your eyes that had him wrapped around your finger more than either of you knew. Suddenly, it didn’t matter much to Yonji that your shy glances away and failed attempts at straightening out your lips weren’t a product of you being in awe of him. And as you walked down the road, he didn’t seem to mind that you walked at his side either.
The cart of books piqued your interest, and out from a branching road, sitting at the corner under a brightly colored flag. A window box filled with flowers just partially obscured the spines. The cart held two shelves and couldn’t have been taller than your hip. But the neatly organized cart was soon dwarfed compared to the view just around the corner.
The whole street was lined with crates upon crates of books, and any area devoid of a wooden box was lined with mismatched shelves. Canopies connected the narrow buildings on either side of the road, generating shade over the market that was only interrupted by golden sunlight. Small flags bearing the province's crest swooped overhead. Symbols representing a matron deity of knowledge were painted across the market.
You stood at the entrance, staring at the sight before tentatively glancing at Yonji for approval. His gaze was already on you. Yonji rolled his eyes and heaved a dramatic sigh before making a forward-sweeping motion with his hand. And when you didn’t obey him quickly enough, Yonji shoved you forward harshly, shaking his head as the spark in your eye glinted at him.
You immediately made for the closest stall, which had tall wooden bookcases arranged according to genre and language. You greeted the store owner with a brief salutation of politeness, almost steamrolling through the interaction with barely suppressed giddiness. The owner gave you a gracious nod, engrossed in his own book and likely used to such customers.
You made straight for the thick of it, wedging yourself between narrowly placed shelves to scour the selection before you. You didn’t even know where to begin. Yonji watched as you made the rounds, circling the section at least twice as he slowly made his way over to where you were.
For the rate at which Yonji himself could devour books, he appeared nowhere near as excited as you were about the treasure trove of knowledge that surrounded you. Instead, he trailed behind you, meandering closer as you engrossed yourself in your search.
You already had three books clutched in your hand, and when you spotted him from over your shoulder, you did a double take before turning to him with raised eyebrows and a soft smile. You handed a book to him: “Jorul and Jarul: Commanders of the Sea.” You knew him well.
“Are you gonna get those?” he asked, glancing at the two in your hand.
“Maybe.” You shrugged. Yonji frowned as you placed them back on the shelf. He eyed you incredulously.
“The hell’d you do that for?” He motioned with a raised brow. You blinked at him with widened eyes.
“I was just looking at—”
Yonji took the two off the shelf and held the spines to his face. He tilted his head to read them before straightening out and tucking them under his arm along with the one you had picked out for him. Yonji made another sweeping motion with his hand, shooing you back to your search. He spotted you making glances at the books under his arm.
“Don’t worry about it.” He scowled.
Yonji stayed close as you began sifting through the selection again, and when he wasn’t paging through texts of his own, he was snatching the ones you were perusing right out of your hands. It was, of course, your mistake for appearing interested in it in the first place.
Yonji said nothing the first time you lingered on a book for a moment too long before putting it back. He just snapped it up and added it to the stack. Your eyes trailed from where you had placed it down and up Yonji’s arm to his face. He held your stare with a deep frown, almost as if challenging you to say something. His nose twitched in annoyance.
“You’re too indecisive,” he said, and that was about all the warning he gave as he snatched the next book out of your hands.
In fact, any book you remotely cracked open was taken from you. Yonji had the reach to take your selections from over your shoulder. He added each one to the growing stack. And just when your eyes were beginning to wander to another stall, Yonji took the compilation to the owner and started fishing in the pockets of his knee-length shorts.
Your heart nearly stopped as you abandoned your section of the stall, running over to Yonji to frantically stop him. But by the time you got close enough to intercept him, Yonji had already handed the shop owner berry in a denomination you had never seen. The clerk’s eyes bulged at the excessive dollar amount, the change of which he was told to keep.
“Prince Yonji! I—”
“Hey, shut up!” he quickly shushed you, sparing a glance around at the bustling market. “For a book rat, you sure don’t understand the meaning of incognito.”
Yonji didn’t appear to have any issue balancing the sizable stack of books he carried with one hand.
“I’m sorry, P—” You stopped yourself, stamping your lips closed as your voice devolved into an elongated hum. Yonji looked at you expectantly, leaning forward as you searched for words. “I’m sorry!” you opted. “Please allow me to pay you back!”
You glanced at the clerk, who was admiring the bill in a beam of light that poked through the canopy.
That was a whole lot of berry.
“You callin’ me poor?” Yonji shifted the books to his hip, pinning them to his side with his wrist as he shifted his weight to his back leg. He regarded you with an upturned nose, unable to hide his self-satisfied smirk at the sight of your panicked head shaking. “You think I’m the only commander who can’t afford resources for one of my ships?”
“Most certainly not, P—” you sputtered. You nearly bowed but stopped yourself. “Most certainly not!”
Yonji studied you for a brief moment before he heaved out a heavy sigh with a roll of his eyes. He pivoted away from you, ready to move on to the next bookstall.
“You can call me Yonji,” he huffed as if bestowing you a great honor to his own detriment. “But only here.” Yonji’s eyes met yours sharply. “If you tell anyone I let you call me by my first name, I’ll gut you alive.”
“I won’t tell anyone!” You almost bowed again as he began to walk off. “Thank you… Yonji!”
“Uh-huh.”
***
You moved through the market much like how you moved through the library: skimming each section closely with Yonji trailing close behind. You couldn’t even recall how many books Yonji ended up buying you. Between the titles you picked out for him, the ones he picked out for you, and the titles you spared even a lingering glance at, the number must’ve equated to an obscene amount. Yonji had even sent some back to the ship with a few soldiers who meandered around a few posts.
But even though Yonji didn’t even carry the full amount you had purchased, you couldn’t help the overwhelming sheepish feeling that overcame you as your waiter dragged two outdoor tables together to accommodate the sheer volume of books you brought to brunch.
Thoughts like that never crossed Yonji’s mind as he quickly traded the burden of your shopping for the menus on the table.
“Bring this one to me in the biggest container you got.” Yonji pointed toward one of the alcoholic drinks on the front of the special’s menu before slipping your waiter an obscene amount of berry. He glanced at you, seeming to remember your presence. “And… whatever you want.”
You floundered with the menu. You hadn’t read it yet. But Yonji didn’t have you sputtering for too long before he rattled off about four things from the selection that, to your surprise, sounded great to you. Your menus were collected before you could blink, leaving you in awe at the sheer speed at which Yonji processed the written word.
You were left to sit for the first time that day: just the two of you. Yonji sat back deeply in his chair with one ankle slung over his opposite knee. You sat adjacent to him, with only the corner of the table separating you. Your army of new books sat before you on the second square table you had amassed.
An aesthetically pleasing black iron fence contained the patio area you sat at the edge of. Plant boxes of the same material and color hung off the horizontal rungs. Bunches of pansies sat inside them. You couldn’t help but wonder how long flowers that looked so fragile lasted in such a busy area. A large umbrella stuck up from the center of your table and seemed to almost join with the other umbrellas at the other tables to provide just enough shade across the patio to spare your eyes from the sun.
Despite sitting a few storefronts into the street, you still had a full view of the city square just a short distance away. A grand fountain sat in the middle of the forum, and half the perimeter was lined with large buildings that sat at the corners of the branching streets that stretched from the docks. A great, intricately architectured courthouse sat at the end of your street. A bronze statue of two scales sat on a pedestal outside the marble steps.
There was a stark difference between the bustling market streets and the inland square, almost as if proximity to the sea breathed freedom and life into whatever the salt air touched. But even for the acute stuffiness and grandiosity of the more serious structures, the island felt warm and inviting, as a tropical island should be.
You didn’t even realize that your food and drink had come out until Yonji’s tankard hit the table. He laughed as you jumped, finally noticing the spread laid out in front of you. It took no more than a look for the food to distract you. Each dish was plated to perfection, not only radiating a heavenly scent but presented in a way almost too pristine to ruin.
“Um…” you hummed. Yonji had already found a book to busy himself with. You couldn’t see the title, but you were sure it was “The Analysis of Myth and Folktales Through a Classicist Lens,” one of the texts you offered him earlier in the day. You weren’t used to calling him by only his first name yet. It felt wrong. “Yonji?”
“I got everything I need,” he said, as if reading your mind. He raised his oversized cup. You could almost smell it from where you sat.
You hummed, reaching for a plate near the center of the table. You’d start there.
***
You managed to spot it in the back of the store by eagle-eyed happenstance and from a brief stroll past the storefront, no less. You had abruptly backtracked, racing off in the opposite direction to look into the window again. Yonji, who had his arms full of your purchases from the day carefully balanced against his chest, called angrily after you,
“What the hell?”
But by the time he turned himself around, you had already confirmed what you saw. You bounded back to Yonji, a familiar glimmer of excitement in your eyes as you adamantly exclaimed,
“I know we have to get back, but… please stay right here!”
You walked backward, a giddy grin on your lips before you bounded in through the storefront. Yonji hardly had time to retort, let alone scowl, and give you a verbal lashing for daring to order him around. But the condescending bitterness never came. Instead, Yonji shook his head to himself before resigning himself to leaning against the glass of the display window, waiting for your return.
The store itself was cluttered, lined from wall to wall with random trinkets and useless items. Even the floorspace wasn’t safe from the massive display cases piled high with vintage toys, greeting cards, and novelty statues. You immediately shot to the back, taking your prize off the wall quickly and carefully, as if it were a treasure you were worried someone would snatch from you. You looked at it in your hands, shoulders shaking with barely restrained laughter as you made for the register.
An elderly woman was sitting behind the counter on a stool. She leaned against the countertop with her head in her palm, gazing out one of the front windows at the back of Yonji’s head. She hardly regarded you as you put your purchase down in front of her.
“Is that your husband?” she asked with a sigh.
“No, uh… he’s not.” You glanced over to where she appeared to be looking before letting out a light laugh. The undertones were too nervous for you to sound truly amused by what she said.
The woman behind the counter turned to you, head still in her hand. The skin of her eyelids sagged thinly and folded over her eyes like draped curtains. She wore an olive green bow in her wool-like strands of white hair that matched the bow tie around her collar. You fished for your wallet.
“Are you gonna make him your husband?” she asked. The teasing question should have stopped your hands in the way it did. “Because if you don’t, I will! Hoo! I crack myself up!”
Her eyes grew wide as she let out a boisterous cackle. The laugh threw her body back as she howled, her hand slamming down on the space next to the cash register. She punched a few numbers into her keypad.
Your lips formed a light smile despite the hesitancy that weighed heavily in your chest. You had admired Yonji for a long while, yet there was something in you that could never legitimately envision a dynamic past your servitude to the Germa kingdom. You hadn’t dared to ask for more, and the thought of having something more felt forbidden even to consider.
You weren’t sure you even wanted to consider it.
“You never know,” you laughed nervously with a bob of your eyebrows.
The woman behind the counter unraveled the product on the counter, her face lighting up again as she side-eyed you. Her lips pursed outward.
“Oh. I’m sure going to miss this one.” She nodded. “That will be 4,300 berries.”
“Of course.”
You were already sifting through bills and mentally calculating the amount. The clerk’s face returned to her palm, and she resumed gazing out the window.
“I wish I had a husband who would carry all my books like that. The first three would never,” she sighed. “You know what they say about lucky number four.”
You handed her money to count. She glided through them quickly and tossed the bills in the register as you tucked your purchase away. You didn’t say much else other than hum and say thank you, quickly retreating through the shop door back to Yonji.
***
The books took up more space on the wooden table than you thought they would. And while they were placed down haphazardly, many still in their wrappings from the shops, their disorderly state didn’t do much for the space they occupied on the table.
“Those must’ve been heavy.”
Yonji cocked a brow as his nose wrinkled.
“You think those look heavy?” he sneered. He stood next to you with his arms coiled over his chest.
You removed the books from any wrappings, carefully splaying the books out across the table with the paper organized into a neat pile on one of the chairs. Yonji watched as you worked with his head tilted to the side, as even he didn’t quite remember what he bought you.
“They would be heavy for me, but you’re very strong, Prince Yonji. I’m just sorry to have burdened you,” you said, so used to paying him compliments that you hardly paid attention to what left your mouth.
Yonji’s lips parted almost as if he wanted to correct you before he remembered where you stood.
“I’d hardly call this a burden,” he huffed, distracted by the compliment as tended to happen. You continued to sort through the books, arranging them by some system that Yonji didn’t have the bandwidth or care to pay attention to. He studied you out of his peripheral. His hands moved to his hips. “What did you get in that last store?”
“Oh!” you exclaimed at a volume that almost pulled a blink of surprise from Yonji. You took your purchase from where you tucked it and held it out to him. “I got this for you. I thought you’d find it funny.”
Yonji regarded it with confused skepticism, his face visibly contorting as he thought.
“Why?”
“I wanted to thank you for taking me on the restock.”
Yonji snatched the rolled-up item from your hands with a huff.
“Obviously. Why the hell wouldn’t I take the library attendant when getting books for the library? Do you think I’m a moron?” he spat, rolling his eyes before incidentally meeting your wide gaze. You didn’t appear like you were affected by his words in the slightest. In fact, you seemed like you were just happy that he took your gift at all. Yonji tore his eyes away from your stare as his shoulders deflated. “Thanks,” he gritted.
You knew not to expect much more. The one word was a miracle in and of itself.
Yonji sighed and unraveled your gift for him with both hands. The material was thick and of good quality. However, he only got to unfurl it halfway before he stopped. His lips parted in shock, most primarily. He glanced at you and then back to the poster. A wide grin was plastered across your mouth as you watched Yonji unravel the page.
His head instantly dropped, but not before he threw his head back with the loudest, most obnoxious laugh you had ever heard from him. He laughed with such force that it almost shook the room. Even just witnessing how enthralled he was with your gift tore a volley of snickers out of your throat. Yonji clutched the poster to his chest, both hands still on the top and bottom of the glossy material as the middle curved. His shoulders shook violently as he leaned against the wooden table to look at the image again.
“AHAHAHAHAHA! What the fuck?” he cackled, bringing the poster close to his face before immediately lowering it to meet your gaze. “Is this a fucking Winch Green pin-up? How the hell did you find this? Holy shit!”
Yonji crossed one ankle of the other, holding the poster out at arm's length in front of him to study. Winch Green from the Sora, Warrior of the Sea comics didn’t bear a striking resemblance to Yonji in the hair or face, but the uniform and general build weren’t too much different. After all, the comic had a rough basis on Germa, whose moves were made much more discretely nowadays.
But the Yonji and Winch Green shared a name and a number. The image appeared to be of Winch Green captured in the brig of a Marine vessel, where he was posed suggestively with seastone cuffs around his wrists. His usual green uniform was almost shredded, exposing his muscular bare chest.
Yonji placed a hand over his face as he howled with laughter. He leaned farther back against the table, and as it let out a crack of shifting tension, you considered it might’ve toppled over if it weren’t screwed to the floor. Yonji clutched the poster and the side of the table in one hand and wiped his tearing eyes with the other.
“Why the hell do they even make these?”
“The lady said she was going to miss that one.”
“Gross.” Yonji held the poster out again and let out another boisterous cackle. “I gotta show Niji.” That was about all the warning Yonji gave before he ran out of the library.
You turned back toward the table to continue sorting through your recent purchases. You could barely restrain the tight-lipped grin that overtook your face as you did, your heart beating rapidly in your chest from giddiness. It wasn’t often that you got confirmation that you did something right, especially when it came to the Vinsmoke princes, and just knowing that Yonji was pleased was enough to make your chest feel like it was about to burst.
“I wondered why my dumbass little brother was so interested in the library of all things.” A soft voice sounded behind you, and when you turned, Reiju was leaning against the doorframe. Her stare pierced your own. “I see why now.”
You bowed.
“Greetings, Mistress Reiju. How may I serve you?”
She wandered into the library, head swiveling as she glanced over the shelves and balcony. Reiju had been to the library many times before, although her usual involvement didn’t span much past overseeing the yearly archival. You spoke several times, and from what you could remember, each interaction was positive. But much like Yonji’s other siblings, Reiju kept herself rather aloof. You didn’t miss how her eyes lingered on your table of new books.
“Where did he go?”
“I believe Prince Yonji went to speak with Master Niji.” You stood at attention, watching Reiju as she strode slowly around the library. She didn’t look at you.
“That idiot,” she simmered, throwing her head back with a sigh as her hands found her hips. “Niji isn’t even here, not to mention that we were supposed to meet hours ago.”
“I’m very sorry, Your Highness. I’m sure you’ll see Prince Yonji before I do, but if you don’t, I can certainly let him know you were looking for him,” you said.
“God, does he really make you talk like that?” she scoffed, shaking her head as she gazed out the large window. “Believe me, I’ve heard all about everything else he makes you do.” Reiju’s eyes shut as she heaved another deep sigh. “I’ll talk to him about him taking over this ship. I have no idea what he told our father, but I’m sure whatever it was, it can be reversed.”
“Reversed?” you repeated. Reiju turned her head toward you, quickly glancing you up and down.
“Reversed,” she affirmed, the word trailing a bit as she thought. She pivoted, one arm crossed over her chest as she touched her opposite elbow. Her other hand brushed lightly under her chin. She took a step forward. “My brother is too much of a meathead to appreciate such an important part of our kingdom, and bringing a ship onto an already packed fleet just to harass the staff is childish at best.”
She rolled her eyes, and you couldn’t help but consider how familiar it looked. For Reiju’s apparent low tolerance for her brother, they rolled their eyes exactly the same. It made you crack a tight-lipped smile, pursing your mouth inward to hide your amusement. Your efforts were too feeble for Reiju’s sharp eyes.
“What is something I said?” Her eyes narrowed, but not quite in the same disdain as Yonji did.
“Oh, no!” You quickly bowed again, keeping yourself bent this time. “It’s just that—” You glanced off to the side before turning your gaze back to the floor. “Your mannerisms are very similar, Mistress Reiju. Your Highness’s and Prince Yonji’s, I mean. I find it very charming!”
Reiju let a moment pass. Your eyes fell shut. She didn’t seem like the type to take perceived slights out on a servant, but your conditioning from her brothers held up the same.
And suddenly, a sobering calmness washed over the room. The already large space from the floor to the ceiling never felt bigger, even as the large clock ticked on as a steady metronome for the pulse that beat in your ears.
“I remember you,” she said softly in realization, almost pitifully. You rose, picking your head up to meet her eyes. They almost looked sorrowful. “You’ve been here all this time, and I didn’t even recognize you.”
“I wouldn’t expect you to recognize me, Mistress Reiju. I was never anyone of importance. I’m still not.”
You watched her pour over your face, an unintelligible expression washing over her. Watching her face seemed to acutely morph in subtle shifts and tics. And yet, her expression was far from the looks that usually graced the faces of the Vinsmoke princes. You could feel her looking through you.
“You have no debt to Germa.” She frowned. “Even if you did, I’m sure the way my brother has treated you has more than made up for whatever good he did by accident.”
“I can’t say I really take an issue with how Prince Yonji treats me.”
A silence overtook the room again. Something unreadable eclipsed her eyes. It was the same sort of expression you could recall seeing in Cosette’s gaze.
“You know he’ll never love you back, right?” When Reiju spoke, her voice was devoid of judgment. It was an indisputable fact and one that she placed gently before you. “He doesn’t know how, and he couldn’t even if he wanted to. His inability to love you back is wired into his genes.”
Her light irises bore into you, scouring your face. She was trying to understand, and you knew she never would.
“I know,” you said, perhaps too quickly. It hardly mattered. It wasn’t as if you had anything to gain by holding your cards close to your chest. “I’m alright with it. Being here is enough.”
Reiju hummed. You could hear the simmering sigh in her chest as she breathed slowly. The sun still shone brightly outside. You would hardly say it was midafternoon. Reiju nodded, more to herself than to you, before shaking her head.
“If you don’t want rescuing, I won’t force it upon you,” she said as she turned to leave. Reiju stopped in the doorway with one hand on the frame. “If there’s ever a day you want to be just a library attendant, call my snail.”
She quickly left down the hall, and not long after she left, Reiju’s fleet pulled out of the port. You sat in the library as usual, nothing truly changing about being a formal part of Yonji’s fleet. He never even asked about Reiju.
Thank you to all who liked, reblogged, followed, and supported. Your support means so much and is greatly appreciated.
Notes: Thank you to everyone who has supported this work so hard. I'm really happy to have people dropping in to talk about Yonji and Germa and who enjoy the story. Poison Play: Reiju
Birthday Celebration Masterlist
Word Count: 1,900+
Themes: Reiju x f!reader, gendered terms used, praise, mdni, NSFW, 18+, smut, drug play, overstimulation, drug use mentioned, poison, strap on, pre-established relationship, power play, dynamic play, dominant Reiju.
Notes: First time writing for her, and I adore her.
Face down in the center of the mattress, two slender hands gripped your hips and slowly kneaded your ass with their ivory palms.
“Just like that, pretty girl,” Reiju’s voice purred down at you before giving your ass a firm slap. You yelped at her infliction, your skin puckering and flooded with a burn as she soothed over the handprint with her fingers. She hummed deeply, gently dipping down her hands to card between your folds, chuckling as she collected your slick on her fingers.
“Don't pretend you didn't like that,” she gently moved her hands up to your entrance and dipped two fingers inside your core, “You're practically dripping onto my bed sheets.”
Being Reiju’s lady in waiting did come with its perks. You got to live in her private wing, aid her into and out of her daily attire, and bring her her agenda for the day from her brothers and father.
What was not in your job description was being the ultimate stress relief for the pink-haired woman in her bedroom as her little play thing.
The first time she kissed you was an experience. It was out of the blue, just after you'd given her advice regarding how to approach a mission at the bequest of her father: an angle she didn't anticipate. It was a reaction, something simple and almost innocent.
As soon as her lips touched yours, she pulled away to gage your mutual shock. Finding nothing but a fluster swelling in your cheeks and widening your eyes.
So she did it again, this time slowly and adding more passion to her ministrations. That kiss slowly led to her removing you of your service attire and herself of her own clothes, both of your bodies moving in perfect synchrony to create a perfect rhythm.
After that first time, she would find any excuse to back you into a vacant corridor, raise your dress over your hips and fuck you on her fingers while muting your cries with her lips on yours.
Alone in her room now, she presses the middle of your back to arch your ass up further. Withdrawing her fingers from your pussy, she holds the base of the harness protruding a pink, silicone cock and slowly slides it against your slippery cunt.
“My lady-,” you whimper, feeling the first notch of her cock begin to push into your ring of muscle and get past the first notch.
“It's ‘Reiju’ when you're like this, pretty girl,” she praised you, her voice still holding that air of dominance about her. “And you’ve taken this one before, you can take it again.” She pushed in a little further, causing the wind to be thrust out of you by the way the cock head brushed against a deep point in the back of your walls.
The rocking from the woman behind you, sliding the cock in and out of your pussy, perpetually hit that point and caused you to cry out for her. She never silenced you, in fact encouraging you to be louder and louder for her each time she had you like this. Your walls stretched to take her strap-on, fully pliant to her strength and dominance over you.
Her hands fell on either side of your hips, amplifying her intensity and brutality in the rough clap of her thighs meeting the backs of yours. As she thrust in and out, the base of her strap-on brushed with her clit and teased her.
“That's my girl,” she hummed down at you, using her strength to rut you back onto her, “Take my strap. Just like that.”
“Reiju, too much-!” you cried out, moving your hands to reach for hers on your hips. In light of allowing you to slow down her motions, she took both of your wrists in one of hers while continuing to buck into your slippery heat. Pinning them in the middle of your back, she chose to slow down her movements, languidly thrusting heavily into your pussy.
“Too much?” she teased you, leaning down while your hands were completely pinned between you both. “Turn your head and tell me that again properly.”
You did as she asked, turning your head and meeting her crystal gaze with your own. As soon as you parted your lips to speak, she immediately leaned down and pressed her lips against yours while groaning at every in-thrust.
With a hazy, smokey, pink glow, your mind began to fade and consume your thoughts. You groggily became pliant to her touch, your body flopping down and hunching against the mattress while your mind remained alert. Pulling her lips away, she smirked down at you and began fucking you with hard thrusts once more.
“Go on, tell me it's 'too much' now,” she taunted you, getting lost in the way the strap-on disappeared in and out of your dripping slit. “Use your words for me, if you can.”
“Rei-.... ju-....” You attempted to speak, forcing the words out as your veins and senses burned with pleasure from her abilities. Your mind became foggy, her poisonous spores flooding your body and shooting right down to your clit.
Your body felt as if it had reached euphoria, an ecstasy you had barely scratched the surface of finally splitting like glass on marble. Your whole body felt alight in tingles, and you felt your entire body relax against your will.
“Good, right?” she teased you, hitting that point in your pussy that had each in-thrust met with a gush from your slit. “Your pussy seems to agree with me. Fuck, you're wet.”
She built up the intensity of her bucking, moving her hands beneath your torso and sliding one towards your quivering clit and another to pinch and grasp your breasts. Rolling your pebbled nipples between her fingers, she used the same pinching and stroking against the puckered flesh as she did your quivering and gushing clit.
“Gonna be my good girl and make my strap all messy?” she whispered against your neck, darting her tongue out and licking your skin. “Or have you been enjoying yourself so much you've forgotten how to cum?”
“F-F-Fuck-!” you cry out, your walls clenching and pulsing around Reiju’s silicone shaft as you were hit with an exceptionally large eruption. Squirting and gushing against her stomach and bedsheets, your orgasm hit you like a wave crashing into a rocky shore.
“There you go,” she praised you, pinching your clitoral hood with her thumb and index finger, using her taller one to tickle and roll against the quivering clit. “Good girl. Oh, so pretty when you cum.”
“Rei-....” You couldn't find the words, your body as limp as a plush doll as you collapsed face down on the bed.
Reiju chuckled, releasing your nipple and clit and reaching to turn your chin. Moving your head to face her, her lips descended down and captured yours beneath hers. You felt the swirl flee from your mind and cause your head to feel less thick and heavy.
“Amyl nitrite,” she whispered against your lips, “Good poison for muscle relaxant and keeping the body pliant.” You give her an accusatory glance, causing her to chuckle and clarify further. “It also makes you feel like you're cumming from the first hit. How was it?”
The glare continued to fall from your eyes the longer you pouted at her. She chuckled, removing her strap-on from your hole and rolling off you to lay beside you on her back.
“Going to answer me, pretty girl?” she asked you once more, reaching down and grasping your chin in a soft grip.
“It was…” you turned your head inwards, pressing your lips against her palm and kissing her sweetly, “... incredible.”
Reiju hummed at you, her breasts slowly bobbing as she leaned down to press her lips against yours once more. This time, there was no fogginess, no drug exchange of poisons between your lips. It was simply your boss sharing a passionate expression of adoration for you, her subordinate and closest confidant.
“Going to keep being a good girl for me?” she questioned you, prompting you to rise up to your hands and knees and move to hover over her lips. “You made her all messy. Be good and clean her up for me.”
You slowly moved down and made yourself comfortable between her legs, offering her strap-on a small lick before taking the tip in your lips. Slowly bobbing your head up and down, Reiju moved down and gripped the back of your head to guide your mouth to take more of it.
“That's my girl,” she cooed down at you, “Good job, cleaning her up.” She scruffed your neck and pulled you back up. You kept your mouth open, tongue obediently lulled out for her to see the arousal you cleaned off her mixed with your saliva.
“So pretty,” she praised you, using her unoccupied hand to unfasten her harness and fall it away from her hips. “Come up here.”
“Yes, my lady,” you nodded your head, straddling her hips and pressing your slick pussy against the base of hers.
Reiju rolled you beneath her, weaving one leg inside the both of yours and pressed her clit against yours. She scowled down at you, narrowing her eyes with a smirk pulling at her lips.
“What did I say?” She rolled her hips against yours, stimulating both herself and your own pussy with her motions, “What do you call me in here, pretty girl?”
You gasped, immediately moving your hands down and grasping her ass as she rocked against your core. She slapped your hands away, moving between your legs with both of hers and hoisted your thighs back. Knees brushing with your shoulders, she straddled your ass and began rocking against your pussy, completely dominating you.
With her own arousal mixing with yours, you whined out as you felt need once again pool in your belly while completely pinned down beneath her. Hands once again found her ass, stabilizing her mount by gripping her in heaped fistfuls. Her tattooed thighs shook as her breasts bounded in your face, nipples brushing against your cheeks as she leaned down further.
“What.” Plap. “Did.” Plap. “I.” Plap. “Say?”
“Reiju-!” You screamed, feeling your pussy clench and flutter as your clit pulsed against hers. Reiju cried out your name, riding through her high with messy gyrations and crude grinds. The squelching of your mixed bliss stuck together in a viscous combination of two bodies meeting their highs in one.
“Mnngh-... Fuck-... That's my girl,” she mewled out, euphoria expressed in her sighs and the perfect ‘O’ shape of her face contorting in bliss. You gazed up at her through half-lidded lashes, fully dazed by her expression as she moved your knees up to hook around her hips.
She fell atop your body in a heap, your breasts pressed against hers while she took you into her embrace. Your lips gently found her shoulders, romancing her with your lips on her skin. She hummed down at you, turning her head and mirroring your expression by pressing her lips on your skin.
“You’re…” she began, pulling away to peer down at your eyes. “You're mine, aren't you? You’re loyal to me, right?”
“Of course I am,” you offer her with extreme haste, “My lady-... Reiju…” you corrected yourself, bringing up your hand to caress her cheek with your palm. “I am, and forever will be, yours. I serve you above all others, and I will do so until my dying day.”
She smiled down at you, relief found in her features as she leaned down to press her forehead against yours. In an expression of softness, she appreciated you one last time with her favored expression before kissing you with all the emotion she truly felt for you.
“That's my girl.”

A/N: HAPPY NEW YEARS!! I hope everyone is enjoying their days! I wanted to reach out and which everyone a happy new years! and we also have a new chapter today! We have alot of POVs going on as well as some revelations that will add to the whole story as we get closer to the end... Thank you to everyone for following along, liking, resharing, etc... Now with out further a do, let the adventure begin!
youtube
I cant seem to find the gif of this, but here is the video! We finally get Sanji putting Judge in his place.
Y/N POV…
As we finally made it inside Bege's castle, I slightly stumbled and fell to the floor. I quickly pulled out the earplugs, panting as I tried to catch my breath. “Y/N!” four different voices called out in unison. I looked up to see Luffy, worry etched on his face, alongside King, Sanji, and Ichiji.
Chopper soon came into view, his expression focused and determined. “Let’s get your wounds tended to,” he said, kneeling beside me. “Can someone carry her?” he yelled, glancing at the others.
Immediately, Sanji and Ichiji began to argue over who should take me. “I got her!” Sanji insisted, stepping forward, but Ichiji shot back, “No way, I’ll do it!”
Before they could escalate the argument further, King pushed them both aside effortlessly and scooped me up into his arms, heading toward the sofa. I could hear Sanji and Ichiji grumbling behind us, both looking annoyed at being outmaneuvered.
Once we settled on the sofa, Chopper carefully removed Zoro’s bandana from my head, revealing the wound I had sustained from Perospero. “What possessed you to taunt him like that, princess?” King asked, a mix of concern and frustration in his voice.
I turned to him and smirked. “Because it was fun,” I replied, and Luffy burst into laughter, the sound a welcome relief amidst the tension.
“By any chance, do you have those medications you used to give me when I was injured and had to train the next day?” I asked King, raising an eyebrow hopefully.
He nodded and pulled out a tiny box from his pocket. “I always carry some just in case,” he said, smirking back at me.
“Mhmm,” Nami chimed in, giving King and me a knowing look.
I tried to sit up straighter, but a sharp pain shot through my head. “Right, where are my—ow, ow!” I exclaimed, gripping my head as the throbbing intensified.
“Easy there,” Chopper soothed, looking worried as he prepared the medication. “Let’s just get you patched up first.” His hooves moved quickly, expertly tending to my wound.
“You must be the ship’s doctor, Chopper, correct?” King asked, his voice steady and respectful as he watched Chopper work.
Chopper nodded proudly. “That’s right!”
“He's the best doctor there is,” I added, and Chopper’s cheeks flushed a deep shade of red.
“Flattery won’t get you nowhere, you big dummy,” he retorted, but the smile on his face betrayed his happiness. His gaze then shifted to Nami. “And you must be the ship’s navigator, correct?”
“That’s right,” Nami replied, grinning at him.
Chopper’s eyes sparkled with excitement. King continued, “I met you already, the skeleton named Brook.”
“Yohooho! It’s an honor to meet you!” Brook exclaimed, bowing dramatically, his skeletal frame making it even more amusing.
“And I also met you, Monkey D. Luffy,” Chopper said, turning his attention to Luffy. “The princess talks a lot about you, as you are very special to her.”
Luffy beamed, scratching the back of his head. “Of course! Y/N’s part of our crew! I’d do anything to protect her!” His words sent a warm rush through me, and I couldn’t help but smile at the camaraderie around us.
Chopper finished patching my wound, ensuring everything was secure. “All done! Just take it easy for a bit, okay?” he instructed, looking relieved.
“Now we just need my right ankle,” I said, about to get up when King stopped me.
“Allow me,” he said, gently gripping my ankle. As he touched my skin, a white hue began to glow from my thigh halter, connecting to his rings. I felt a soothing warmth spread through my ankle, and the pain quickly faded.
“How did you…” I began, my voice laced with curiosity.
King glanced at me, his expression a mix of seriousness and warmth. “My family has a unique ability to channel energy through our gear. The white glow comes from my connection to my powers. It allows me to heal injuries by transferring energy.”
“So, does that mean when my blades turn white and I touch an injury, I can heal it?” I asked, intrigued.
He nodded, a hint of pride flickering in his eyes. “Exactly. You have the potential to harness that ability. With practice, you can learn to use it effectively, just like I do.”
“Wow, that’s incredible!” I exclaimed, a smile spreading across my face. “I never imagined my blades could do something like that. It feels good to know I can help others even more in battle.”
King chuckled softly. "I told you once you understand your blade's potential, it'll all come to you."
"You never told me these things?!" I exclaimed.
"And you never told me my rings also have that trick if someone else were to use them," I added, now standing up.
"I may have forgotten to mention that slight detail when we departed back in Sabaody," he said with a hint of amusement.
I rolled my eyes playfully at his teasing, but my attention shifted as King’s gaze turned to Sanji, who stood nearby. King stepped closer to him, his expression shifting to one of seriousness. "And you must be the ship's cook, Sanji," he said.
"Yes," Sanji replied, his tone cautious.
"I’ve heard a lot about you as well," King continued, pulling something from his coat pocket. "Take this… read it when you are alone," he said, handing over a small envelope before turning away.
“Right, sorry guys! This man—this incredible human being—happens to be…” I began, feeling the tension in the air shift slightly as I prepared to reveal more, but my words were abruptly cut off by a booming voice from behind.
"King… just what the hell are you doing here?" Judge’s voice echoed through the room, sharp and demanding. He strode in with a commanding presence, his expression a mix of surprise and anger. Instinctively, I stepped in front of King, my body moving before my mind caught up. A protective urge surged through me.
I narrowed my eyes at Judge, feeling the weight of his gaze. "How do you know him?" I asked, suspicion lacing my tone. This wasn’t the first time I had sensed a deeper connection between the Vinsmokes and King, but now it was clear something more was at play.
King crossed his arms, his stance relaxed but his eyes sharp. "Let’s just say my father and Judge knew each other quite well," he said, his voice steady, though I could detect a hint of disdain.
Judge’s face twisted in frustration, his voice rising as if trying to assert dominance in the room. “Your father was a fool, King! He didn’t understand the potential we could have unlocked together! He was too idealistic!”
I could see King’s jaw tighten, his sharp features hardening. His eyes burned with anger, a fire that made the room feel even more tense.
“You mean he didn’t fall in line with your twisted experiments,” King shot back, his voice dangerously calm, but every word was laced with venom. “He refused to sacrifice lives for your so-called ‘progress.’ That’s not idealism; that’s being a decent human being—something you wouldn’t understand.”
Judge sneered, stepping forward, his towering figure casting a shadow. “Your father squandered an opportunity to create perfection! And look at you now—wasting the legacy of your race on petty morality and weak alliances.”
The tension in Kings frame became palpable. “My father chose peace over power, Judge. That’s a legacy I’ll defend until my dying breath. Unlike you, I don’t measure worth in numbers or strength.”
I glanced between the two of them, feeling the weight of their history collide in the room. Judge’s arrogance met King’s unwavering resolve like a storm meeting an unyielding mountain.
“Your defiance cost you your kingdom, your people,” Judge spat, his words like poison.
King took a step closer, his deep voice reverberating through the air. “And your greed has cost you your humanity.”
The words hung heavy, and I felt a pang of pride in King’s stance. He was unapologetic, fearless in the face of Judge’s attempts to belittle him.
I couldn’t help but step closer to King, standing by his side as I glared at Judge. “For someone so obsessed with perfection,” I said, my tone sharp, “you sure make a mess of everything you touch.”
Judge’s eyes flicked to me, narrowing with contempt. “And who are you to speak here? A stray under his wing?”
Before King could respond, I tilted my head, letting a sly smile cross my face. “A stray? Maybe. But even a stray knows loyalty—something you seem to have no grasp of.”
Judge’s face contorted in fury, but King placed a firm hand on my shoulder, pulling me gently back. His eyes met mine briefly, a silent message of gratitude, before turning his focus back to the man who dared to insult his family’s name. “You, along with those in MADS, created that stupid clone which cost my father his marriage to my mother!” King’s voice echoed, each word sharp and unwavering. “And let’s not forget Vegapunk’s twisted idea to create a clone of my mother!”
Judge’s expression flickered for a brief moment, but King pressed on, his anger barely contained.
“I’m glad she put all of you to shame,” King continued, his golden eyes blazing with conviction. “She stood up to countless threats—your experiments, your ambitions—and she never faltered. I may have been a child, but even then, I saw her strength, her fearlessness. She was strong beyond her years, stronger than any of you could ever hope to be.”
The room fell silent, Judge’s bravado momentarily stifled by King’s raw honesty.
I glanced at King, feeling a deep admiration for the way he defended his family, his mother’s memory. It wasn’t just anger—it was respect, love, and a refusal to let her legacy be tarnished by the likes of Judge.
Judge finally scoffed, trying to regain his composure. “You speak of strength, but where is she now, King? All that ‘fearlessness’ led her to what? An early grave?”
My fists clenched at his callous words, the blatant disrespect igniting something fiery inside me. Before King could respond, I stepped forward, my voice cutting through the tense air like a blade. “And who the hell are you to speak of her like that?” I yelled, my tone sharp with indignation.
Judge’s eyes snapped toward me, but I didn’t back down. “From what I know, King’s father sacrificed his life for her, and she did the same for her people! It wasn’t her fault some bozo killed her!” I continued, my voice rising as I let the anger flow freely.
Judge’s lips curled into a sneer. “You watch your tongue,” he said coldly, his tone full of disdain. “You may be legally married to my son, Ichiji, but I will not stand for your petty outbursts.”
I stepped even closer, standing tall and unwavering. “And I won’t stand for your blatant disrespect!” I shot back, my voice filled with righteous anger. “You think a legacy is built on cruelty and manipulation? Let me tell you something: her legacy is worth more than all of the cold, soulless experiments you’ve ever conducted combined!”
Judge’s sneer deepened, but I wasn’t done. I narrowed my eyes at him, my tone dropping to something sharp and dangerous. “And another thing, Judge—cut the crap with the whole ‘legally married’ bullshit. If I wanted to, I’d burn Germa to the ground without breaking a sweat. Let’s not forget something—you needed me more than I ever needed you.”
His face twisted in a mixture of frustration and disbelief, and for a moment, he seemed at a loss for words. The room felt charged with tension, the weight of my words hanging heavily in the air.
King smirked faintly beside me, as he crossed his arms, clearly enjoying seeing Judge thrown off his high horse. “She’s got a point,” King said coolly, his voice laced with approval.
Judge’s composure cracked further, his fists clenching at his sides. “You think you can speak to me like that?” he spat, his voice rising with indignation. Judge’s face twisted even further, his frustration mounting as I delivered my words with unyielding confidence. The tension in the room was palpable, and for a moment, it seemed like he might explode.
I raised an eyebrow, leaning in slightly with a smirk of my own. “Cry me a river, will ya. Besides, your son knew exactly who I was. I’m a pirate, Judge. I’ve always been a pirate, and I still am a pirate. Just because someone throws a title into the mix doesn’t mean I can’t kick your ass again.”
Ichiji, who had been silent up until now, stepped forward, his tone measured but laced with irritation. “Father, I told you not to antagonize her. She’s proven herself more than capable of holding her ground.” He glanced at me, his expression unreadable. “And as much as I dislike this situation, I respect her strength.”
From the side, Yonji piped up, throwing his hands in the air dramatically. “I knew I should have asked her to marry me first! She’d look way better standing next to me than that stuck-up Ichiji.”
I shot Yonji a pointed look, my patience with him wearing thin. Before I could retort, Judge interrupted, his voice taking on an almost reflective tone. “You look just like her...”
My brow furrowed, caught off guard by the sudden shift. “Like who?” I asked, my tone cautious.
“Like King’s mother, Red,” Judge said, his gaze scrutinizing. “Same fire and stubbornness.”
A smirk crept onto my face. “Well, then it looks like I’m doing a fine job putting you in your place, huh?” I said, smiling confidently.
Judge’s jaw tightened, but before he could respond, I turned my attention to King. “Now, King, back to the matter at hand. Do any of my weapons and jewelry have Germa tech in them?”
King met my gaze, his expression softening slightly, a rare moment of warmth from him. “Yes and no,” he said. “The technology you wield is advanced, sure, but it’s not like Germa’s cold, emotionless modifications. You weren’t engineered; you were trained. The power you hold comes from within. Even without your weapons, you’d still be a force to be reckoned with.”
Judge scoffed, clearly unimpressed by King’s words. “Sentimentality has no place in battle. Power is power, regardless of where it comes from,” he said, his voice dripping with disdain.
I raised an eyebrow, stepping closer to Judge once again. “And that’s why you’ll never truly understand strength,” I said coldly. “Because real power isn’t just about force; it’s about will, conviction, and knowing what you’re fighting for. That’s something no Germa tech can replicate.”
King nodded, his smirk returning. “Exactly. Machines and clones might be powerful, but they’ll never have what we do: heart and a purpose.”
Judge’s scowl deepened, his frustration palpable. For once, he seemed to realize he was outnumbered—not just in numbers but in spirit.
The tension between the two men was thick, but King’s focus shifted back to me. His voice was steady, yet commanding. “Watch and observe,” he said as he took a step toward me. “Princess, remove your weapons and rings for a moment.”
I hesitated, my fingers instinctively reaching for the blades hidden beneath my clothing. The idea of being without them, even for a moment, made me uneasy. They weren’t just weapons—they were an extension of myself. But King’s gaze was firm, and I trusted him.
Slowly, I removed my hidden blades, my right ring, and the bracelet that connected them. The absence of their weight felt strange, almost foreign, like a part of me was missing. I handed them to King, feeling exposed without my usual arsenal.
“Wait!” Luffy’s voice broke through the room, full of concern. “Y/N, he’s going to—”
“Nothing will happen,” King said, cutting Luffy off with a calm but authoritative tone. “I crafted these weapons myself. I know their capabilities inside and out. They won’t harm me.”
Luffy frowned but didn’t argue, still watching carefully.
King then glanced around the room, his eyes locking onto a nearby table. “Pass me that table,” he instructed.
Luffy, though still wary, handed him the table. King set it in front of me, and the room seemed to hold its breath, everyone watching closely.
“Princess,” King said, his voice low but commanding, “I want you to harness all your energy and punch an electric hole straight through this table.”
My eyes widened in disbelief. “Are you serious?” I asked, wondering if he really expected me to generate that much power without any enhancements.
King’s eyes bore into mine, his voice unwavering. “Just do it,” he urged, his confidence in me clear.
The weight of his words settled over me, and despite my nerves, I nodded. My body tensed, ready to channel all the energy I had into my fist. I could feel the usual surge of power rising within me, a dangerous force I had learned to control.
With a deep breath, I focused, narrowing my thoughts to the table in front of me. My muscles strained as I drew the energy from the core of my being, directing it into my arm.
The room grew silent, and in that brief moment, I felt an unspoken challenge from King, a test of my true potential.
And then, with all the force I could muster, I struck.
A crackling surge of energy erupted from my fist as I punched the table with everything I had. The air seemed to hum with the power I unleashed, and I could hear the wood splinter and crack beneath my strike.
The table shuddered and split open, an electric crackle running through it as the punch left a visible hole in its center.
I stepped back, panting, as the room erupted in gasps of surprise.
King stood unfazed, a small but approving smirk on his face. “There it is,” he said quietly. “The power within you has always been there. No enhancements, no tech, just you.”
I glanced at the table, still reeling from the intensity of what I had just done. The absence of my weapons felt less strange now, as though my strength was no longer defined by the tools I carried, but by the power I possessed in myself.
Luffy’s eyes were wide with awe. “Y/N… that was insane!”
King nodded approvingly. "Now, show them your punches and kicks without the enhancements," he said, his tone serious once more. "I want them to see what you’re capable of, purely on your own strength."
I hesitated, the vulnerability of being without my enhancements weighing on me. Slowly, I removed the remaining pieces of jewelry, even my wedding ring and band. I handed them over to King, feeling an odd sense of exposure without the items that had become so much a part of me.
King took a step back, getting into a fighting stance. "Now, I want you to come at me."
I blinked, my body tensing in surprise. "Wait a—"
"No exceptions," he said, his tone leaving no room for argument. "Come at me with everything you’ve got."
I swallowed, feeling the challenge hang in the air. Without my enhancements, I would have to rely on pure skill and instinct once more. But that’s what King wanted—to prove that even without the crutches of technology, I was a warrior in my own right.
Taking a deep breath, I charged at him, launching myself forward with a burst of speed. My fist aimed for his chest, but he sidestepped effortlessly, forcing me to pivot quickly. I threw a roundhouse kick, and again, he blocked it with precision.
"Faster," he urged, his eyes locked onto mine. "Don’t hold back."
My heart pounded in my chest as I unleashed a series of punches and kicks, each one faster, sharper, more calculated. King dodged and blocked each one, his movements fluid and controlled, but I could feel myself getting closer, each strike more difficult for him to evade.
Finally, I landed a punch on King’s arm, the impact sending a satisfying shudder through him. His smirk widened, eyes gleaming with newfound respect.
"Not bad, Princess. Not bad at all." I grinned, feeling the adrenaline still coursing through me as I flexed my fist. King wore a proud smile tugging at his lips.
Excitement bubbled up in me. "Ahh! This is so cool!" I exclaimed, jumping up and down before throwing my arms around King in an impulsive hug.
King chuckled, returning the embrace without hesitation. "You’ve come a long way, Y/N."
"Y/N, you never told us King was this handsome and talented," Nami teased, her grin playful as she watched the exchange.
I laughed, pulling back from King. "He’s alright…" I glanced up at him with a mix of fondness and gratitude. "But I owe him a lot. He and the guys on that island pushed me harder than I thought I could handle. They trained me day and night, kicked my ass so many times I lost count. I was knocked out cold more days than I care to admit."
King nodded, his expression softening as he handed me back my jewelry along with my anklet and my thigh halter with the hidden blades. I strapped them onto my leg with practiced ease, feeling a sense of comfort as the familiar weight settled against my skin.
"But without that training, I wouldn’t be the person I am today." I glanced at King, then bowed my head slightly in respect. "Thank you."
"You earned every bit of it," King replied, his voice steady with pride.
With my weapons back in place, I straightened and smiled. "Much better." The weight of the blades against my leg was a comfort I hadn’t realized I missed.
“So… it looks like our sister-in-law is a badass on and off the court,” Yonji commented, a smirk on his face. “Ichiji, your wife is one hell of a woman.”
“Yonji, stop flirting with my wife,” Ichiji shot back as he made his way towards me.
Suddenly, Sanji stepped in front of me, placing a protective hand over my shoulder. “She’s not your wife! Last time I checked, someone objected to the wedding,” he said, anger lacing his voice.
“Stay out of this, Sanji. It doesn’t concern you,” Ichiji replied, standing face-to-face with him, tension crackling in the air.
I opened my mouth to intervene, but before I could say anything, Bege interrupted, his voice cutting through the rising tension. “I got an announcement. We are changing gears on this operation; the assassination has failed.”
“Well, I’ll be damned,” I muttered, shock washing over me.
“The Big Father is trapped in candy, and even worse, we are surrounded by Big Mom’s whole family. We’ve got no other choice but to wait for the inevitable,” Bege explained, his tone grim.
“Well, that’s optimistic,” I replied dryly, rolling my eyes as I placed a hand over my head, feeling Zoro’s bandana firmly in place. Its familiar weight and comfort settled over me, grounding me in the moment.
"Hey, you're back!" Luffy exclaimed, seeing as Bege now appeared. “I’m so jealous! I wish I could turn into a giant castle!” Luffy chimed in, eyes sparkling with excitement.
“Your Devil Fruit is so cool!” Chopper added, bouncing on his hooves.
Bege shot them a glare. “Wipe that grin off your face! We’re in a tight spot now.” His voice was low and serious. “We’ve been planning that assassination for a whole stickin' year, and now that plan blew up in our faces!”
“Y’all didn’t have a backup plan… just curious is all,” I said, crossing my arms and raising an eyebrow at him.
“Listen, princess… I’ve never failed a hit job in my life!” Bege shot back, his frustration palpable.
“Well, there’s always a first for everything,” I replied with a smirk, earning a hard glare from him.
Brook approached, a gentle smile on his face as he handed cups of tea to both King and me. “Thank you, Brook,” I said gratefully, sipping the warm beverage.
“Thank you, Brook,” King echoed, his tone softening a bit.
“It would appear an emperor is out of our league,” Brook said thoughtfully, glancing around the room. “What should we do now?”
“What we need to do is act fast,” Jinbei interjected. “Whatever it is, we better do it quick because we won’t be safe for long.”
“Alright, listen up, and get your heads on straight. This castle is still me; it’s strong but not unbreakable,” Bege warned, his voice steady. “In other words, if I die, then we are going to be dinner for all those sharks out there.”
“Dinner?!” Nami and Chopper exclaimed, their faces paling at the thought.
I continued to sip the tea Brook had given me, feeling the warmth seep into my bones as Sanji stood protectively to my left and King to my right. “Alright, so what’s Plan B again?” I asked, trying to maintain a sense of calm amid the chaos.
“Don’t blame it on me! That launcher was state-of-the-art—” Caesar started, but Bege cut him off, falling into an exasperated scream.
“Bege…” I whispered, sensing the tension building in the air.
“Outside!” Bege commanded suddenly.
As we noticed Big Mom had stopped screaming, dread washed over me. “Damn it,” I muttered under my breath. “Where is Bege, Strawhat, and that rotten princess?” Big Mom’s voice boomed through the castle, sending shivers down my spine.
“Hmm, looks like I have a fan,” I said with a nervous chuckle as I placed my tea cup down on the broken table. Grabbing my sword once more, I debated which gemstone to press for the best effect.
“What the hell! I need the exercise anyway,” I said, slowly making my way toward the window.
“Like hell you do!” Sanji shouted, reaching out to grab my arm, his expression a mix of anger and concern.
“That filthy monster…” Bege muttered as Big Mom continued to pummel the Big Father, causing Bege to tumble across the floor.
“Honeyyy!” Chiffon cried, worry etched across her face as she watched her husband.
“Bege!” Luffy yelled, his voice echoing in the chaos. Chiffon ran toward the window, desperate to talk some sense into Big Mom.
“Chiffon, get back!” I shouted, but Luffy managed to leap in and save her just in time from Big Mom’s swinging fist.
“That was a close one,” he said, grinning at her.
“Are you okay?” Nami asked, concern lacing her voice.
“Come out now! Face me for ruining my tea party!” Big Mom bellowed, her frustration evident.
“That tea party was already ruined when you added that musical number,” I rolled my eyes, earning a chuckle from King beside me.
“I’m going to go out there and kick her ass! There’s no other way! Y/N, you ready?” Luffy declared, his excitement palpable.
“Hell yeah!” I responded, adrenaline coursing through my veins. But as I prepared to dash forward, I felt Sanji’s grip tighten on my arm.
“What did I say about reckless plans?” he scolded, his eyes fierce.
I broke free from his grasp, meeting his worried gaze. “I still have a duty, and that means protecting my captain too, Sanji,” I replied firmly.
Just as I was about to sprint toward Luffy, I felt a sudden force catch me and pull me away. “What the…?” I exclaimed, realizing it was Ichiji.
“You’re not going anywhere, princess,” he said in a low, threatening tone.
“Luffy!” Nami shouted, as I turned to see that Luffy had also been caught, this time by Chopper.
“Y/N! No!” he cried. “We don’t have to risk our lives for this! We did exactly what we came here for: save Sanji and get you back! That’s what we accomplished!”
Ichiji growled, and I turned my focus back to him. “Not only that, we also got a copy of the Poneglyph and rescued Sanji’s family like he asked us to! Don’t throw away everything we accomplished! If you still have energy to fight back, then think of a way we can escape out of here,” Nami urged, her voice steady.
“You’re right, Nami,” I said slowly, feeling the tension ease a bit as I made my way back toward the group, putting my sword behind me.
I turned to Sanji, who was still looking concerned. “Sorry I snapped at you,” I said, my tone softer now.
Sanji's cheeks flushed pink as he began to swoon, his usual charm shining through even in the midst of the chaos. “It’s… it’s okay, Y/N,” he stammered, trying to regain his composure.
“Princess, what did I say about rage?” King’s voice was calm but firm as he stepped closer to me, his eyes steady on mine.
I sighed, repeating his words from countless training sessions. “Rage isn’t good because it clouds your judgment… but it’s good when fighting,” I said, a small smirk tugging at the corner of my lips.
King nodded but didn’t smile back. “That’s right. But right now, you need to stay sharp, keep your head clear. You can channel that rage into your strength, but don’t let it take over.”
I let out a slow breath, absorbing his words. He was right, as always. Fighting with blind anger would only lead to mistakes, and we couldn’t afford any of those right now.
“I’ll keep it in check,” I said, nodding firmly.
“Spoken like a true king,” Brook remarked, his voice filled with admiration. "I must say, it’s quite impressive how you handle yourself, Your Highness!"
King glanced at Brook, a faint smile playing on his lips. “Thank you. I’ve had to learn a lot quickly.”
Curious, Brook tilted his head. “If you don’t mind me asking, how old are you, by chance?”
“I’m 30,” King responded calmly, his eyes briefly flickering with the weight of responsibility. “I took the throne when I was 20, after my father and mother passed, they both died when I was 3 years old”
Brook’s bony jaw dropped in surprise. “That’s quite young to ascend the throne. I can’t imagine the pressure you must’ve been under!”
King shrugged slightly, his usual composed demeanor in place. “It wasn’t easy. But someone had to do it.”
I looked at King, admiration swelling in my chest. “Well, you’ve handled it better than anyone could have.”
King’s eyes softened as they met mine, and he gave me a small nod. “Thanks. But leading comes with its challenges, as you know well.”
“I guess we’re both still learning,” I said with a light smile, feeling the depth of King’s experience and understanding despite his calm exterior.
Nami nodded, her arms crossed as she scanned the chaotic surroundings. "Exactly. If we were here to fight Big Mom directly, we would've brought Franky, Zoro, and everyone else. This wasn’t supposed to be an all-out battle."
“I miss my partner,” I said softly, the mention of Zoro bringing a fond smile to my face. The thought of him cutting through enemies beside me gave me a bit of comfort in the tension.
At the mention of Zoro, I noticed Sanji stiffen beside me. His flare of anger was almost palpable. He clenched his fists, a vein pulsing at his temple as he fought to keep his cool. "Partner, huh?" he muttered through gritted teeth, the jealousy clear in his voice.
I glanced at him and raised an eyebrow. "Sanji, don't tell me you're getting all worked up over that."
His eyes met mine, a mix of frustration and protectiveness swirling within them. "I’m not worked up," Sanji muttered, clearly trying to convince himself more than anyone else. "Just... reminding you that I’m here now, and I’m not letting anyone hurt you." His gaze shifted to King, a silent assertion of his place by my side. I sighed, shaking my head softly, the tension between the two palpable as they sized each other up.
Meanwhile, Luffy struggled against Chopper’s hold. "Chopper, let me go!" he yelled, determination etched on his face.
Brook stepped forward, his voice calm and rational in the chaos. "Luffy... as Nami said, we were fortunate to make it this far. Our small numbers allowed us to slip through. The others are waiting for us. We must make it to Wano safely." His words carried a quiet wisdom, urging restraint.
Bege, still in his massive castle form, was being battered relentlessly by Big Mom. Every hit shook him to his core, but he stood firm. "Chopper, let me go!" Luffy shouted again, his voice more desperate. "We can’t just leave him! Bege’s taking all this pain for us!"
Bege grunted, his voice hoarse as he pushed through the pain. "We’re all in this together. I care about my men... my wife and child... too much to let them die here!"
The relentless barrage from Big Mom forced another painful groan from Bege. "If we want everyone to survive... there’s only one way out..." he muttered, breathless but determined.
"You’ve got a plan, right?!" Nami said, hope sparking in her eyes.
"What is it?" I asked, eager for a way out.
"I’ll change back into my original form... then Caesar will fly us out of here. That’s the only way."
The group erupted in relieved cheers, but Caesar’s voice cut through the noise. "Why the hell me?! This is a suicide mission!" His fear was palpable, and I could almost hear the panic in his words.
"Quit complaining!" I snapped, frustration creeping into my voice. Caesar's whining had long since grated on my nerves.
"You should’ve been dead a long time ago, princess," Caesar sneered. "And once I get my heart back, I’ll make sure of it myself!"
My anger flared, and I was about to send him a shock when King stepped forward, his eyes burning with intensity. "Allow me," King said darkly, his presence commanding.
But before King could act, Ichiji stepped forward, blocking his path with an air of unshakable confidence. "Actually... let me," Ichiji said, his right fist crackling with red electricity, a vivid sign of his power. The energy surged around his knuckles, the raw intensity of it making the air around us feel charged. "Hey, idiot!" he called out to Caesar, who turned just in time to meet Ichiji’s furious eyes.
"You threatened my wife," Ichiji continued, his voice low and dangerous, the words heavy with authority. "Now, you deal with me!"
Without hesitation, Ichiji launched himself forward, the power in his punch unmistakable. His fist collided with Caesar’s cheek with an explosive crack, sending the scientist crashing to the ground with a heavy thud that reverberated through the air. For a moment, the world seemed to still in the aftermath of the impact, the sound of Caesar’s body hitting the ground echoing like a warning.
I stood there, stunned, my jaw dropping in shock at Ichiji’s sudden and explosive move. The force of it left me momentarily speechless. I had never seen him so fiercely protective before. Turning to Nami, I saw her smirking, her eyes gleaming with something between amusement and approval at the second declaration of Ichiji’s protectiveness.
"I guess he really does care," Nami murmured, the look in her eyes almost playful. But I couldn’t respond, my mind still trying to process the scene that had just unfolded before me.
Ichiji, however, seemed completely unfazed by the chaos he’d just caused. He walked back toward me with his usual confident stride, his presence commanding, as if he had every right to act on his emotions. When he reached me, he stopped in front of me, his gaze softening ever so slightly.
With a smirk playing on his lips, Ichiji reached out, gently closing my mouth with his hand as if to say ‘enough with the surprise.’ "You’re just so cute," he teased, his voice surprisingly soft, almost affectionate in the way he spoke. His words were both lighthearted and tender, and it was the kind of attention I wasn’t used to from him. Before I could react, his lips brushed my forehead in a kiss, soft and unexpected, lingering for just a moment before he pulled back.
My heart skipped a beat, heat flooding my cheeks as I felt my face burn with a blush. The sudden tenderness of his touch caught me off guard. "Ichiji..." I whispered, barely able to hold his gaze. Embarrassed but also strangely touched by his gesture, my emotions were in a whirlwind. The kiss had been a reminder of how far his protectiveness went, how deep his feelings were beneath the surface.
But not everyone was as pleased with the situation. Sanji, who had been watching the scene unfold with a simmering intensity, finally snapped. His eyes blazed with fury, his hands clenched so tightly that his knuckles turned white. Every muscle in his body was taut with anger, and I could practically hear the grinding of his teeth as he stepped forward.
"What the hell do you think you’re doing?!" Sanji growled, his voice thick with tension, the heat of his rage radiating from him like an uncontrollable fire. He was ready to explode, and I could see it in the way his body shook, each step closer to Ichiji a promise of a confrontation.
Ichiji didn’t even flinch. His gaze met Sanji’s fiery one with an almost casual indifference, as if he had no fear of whatever fury Sanji could unleash. In fact, he seemed rather entertained by it. "Just keeping her safe," Ichiji replied coolly, his voice unwavering and almost too calm in the face of Sanji’s outburst. The nonchalance in his tone was infuriating to Sanji, who took another step forward, his fists tightening even more.
Nami leaned in close to me, a mischievous smile playing on her lips as she watched the exchange. “Looks like you’re attracting a bit of attention,” she whispered, her tone playful as she gave me a wink.
I let out a soft laugh, still blushing as the tension between the brothers simmered.
Sanji POV…
"What does this bastard think he’s doing?!" I thought, rage boiling inside me as I watched Ichiji pull that stunt with Y/N. My princess. It wasn’t just the kiss on the forehead or the cocky way he closed her jaw, but the smugness, the way he acted like he had some right over her. It was bad enough that we were both forced into these marriages, but now this? This was him rubbing it in my face.
“I already have enough competition with Law... and moss head…” I grumbled internally, feeling the sharp sting of jealousy clawing at me. But Ichiji? This scumbag? He didn’t deserve someone like Y/N. He didn’t deserve even to look at her, much less act like he could protect her better than I could.
"Answer me this, Sanji..." Judge's voice cut through my thoughts, snapping me back to reality. His eyes bore into me, full of contempt. "Why did you save us?" he demanded, his voice laced with frustration and confusion. "We fell into that trap on our own. We’re hardly your allies!" Judge’s words were sharp, but I barely paid attention. I was still fuming, my mind stuck on Ichiji’s smug face.
Then Judge turned his attention to Y/N, and my body tensed instinctively. I couldn’t help but feel a spike of anger surge through me. The way he barked at her—like she was nothing more than a child in need of discipline—it sent my blood boiling.
"As for you, princess, why did you continue to taunt Perospero?!" Judge demanded, his voice full of contempt.
I clenched my fists, the urge to step in growing stronger by the second. But before I could, Y/N’s voice cut through the tension, sharp and carefree. "I swear you must be going deaf, Judge," she said with a smirk, her tone mocking. "Can’t blame you, you’re reaching your prime old age. But if I must repeat it, I did it for funsies."
That damn spark of mischief in her eyes, the playful way she tossed her words at him—it made her so damn irresistible. Even in the face of Judge's anger, she remained unphased. She always had this ability to make the situation feel light, to act as though nothing could touch her.
But I knew better. "She was buying us time," I thought, feeling a pang of admiration for her quick thinking. Y/N was always thinking ahead, always trying to protect us, even when she made it seem like she was just playing around.
"That’s enough, Father!" Ichiji’s voice interrupted my thoughts, and my eyes snapped to him. "I won’t have you disrespecting my wife in front of me," he said, his tone firm and commanding.
I clenched my teeth so hard I thought they’d crack. His wife? The words echoed in my head, making my blood boil. My fists tightened, nails digging into my palms as I fought the urge to just lunge at him and wipe that arrogant smirk off his face. He didn’t get to claim her like that. Not in front of me.
Y/N glanced between us, probably sensing the tension. I could feel my anger surging again, but beneath it, there was something else—something raw. I wasn’t just angry. I was afraid. Afraid that she might start looking at him differently. Afraid that with all this chaos, I might lose her.
But no. I wasn’t going to let that happen.
Ichiji may have been legally tied to her, but that didn’t mean a damn thing to me. She was my princess. And I was going to protect her—no matter what.
I then turned to Judge, looking at him with disdain “Because… my father would be disappointed in me, that’s why,” I said, my voice steady despite the tempest of emotions swirling inside me. I used to hold onto all the resentment from so many years ago. From the corner of my eye, I caught Y/N looking at me with sorrow, and it tugged at my heartstrings. I’m not worthy yet to even be graced by your sorrows, princess… not after what I’ve done...
“If I’d been such a small-minded man that I’d laugh at my own flesh and blood, I couldn’t face him,” I continued, my gaze never leaving Judge. “If I can’t stand tall and look my father in the eye, then I’ve failed him.” With that, I stepped toward Judge, grabbing him by the collar. “Thirteen years ago, Vinsmoke Sanji escaped from the Germa Kingdom and died at sea. You got exactly what you wanted! After this, we’re done! You’re not my father, Vinsmoke Judge! After this, I don’t ever want to see your face again!” I shouted, my rage bubbling over.
Judge looked taken aback but slowly regained his composure. “I understand… you have my word. This is the last you’ll see of me, and I’ll stay away from the East Blue as well.”
As he spoke, I felt a weight lifting. “And as for you, princess,” he added, his eyes narrowing slightly, “I’ll stay away from King and everyone from that island.” I saw Y/N let out a breath of relief, and it felt like a small victory.
“So… does that mean the Vinsmoke last name will be removed from my wanted poster?” Y/N asked, teasing but genuinely curious.
Ichiji stepped closer, a smug grin spreading across his face as he leaned in, invading her space. “Maybe we could negotiate those terms, princess. Just you and me.” His playful tone grated on my nerves, and I clenched my fists at my sides, my heart racing with jealousy. What does that bastard think he’s doing?
“You are so lucky you’re in uniform; it’s distracting me,” Y/N replied, a teasing lilt in her voice as she tried to keep her composure. But the smile tugging at her lips was impossible to miss.
"Am I distracting you that much, love?" Ichiji smirked, and I could feel my blood boiling as Y/N laughed, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
“Like I told you in that candy bind, there’s something about a man in uniform,” she smiled, and the way she said it made my stomach twist uncomfortably.
Ichiji leaned back, raising an eyebrow as if he was enjoying this too much. “But… I might be able to pull a few strings,” he said, his voice low and charming, oozing confidence.
Before I could process the surge of jealousy bubbling within me, Y/N jumped into Ichiji’s arms, wrapping her legs around him, crushing him with a hug. "Yay!" she exclaimed, her laughter ringing out as she peppered kisses on his cheek. Ichiji chuckled, his arms tightening around her waist, pulling her even closer. The sight made my chest tighten with frustration and anger.
Y/N’s smile lit up the room, and I felt like a bystander to my own feelings of inadequacy. How could she look so radiant, so happy, in his arms? My heart raced as I watched Ichiji's smug expression, knowing that he was relishing every moment of this.
“We are back in business, boys!” she yelled, her excitement infectious as she turned to rally the group, causing everyone to cheer. As she dropped back down onto the floor, I gritted my teeth, trying to maintain a calm facade.
“Look at that, Ichiji, you made your wife happy,” Yonji teased, his tone dripping with mischief.
Ichiji, still holding Y/N possessively, grinned. “What can I say? Happy wife, happy life.” He leaned down, showering her with kisses on the cheek, causing her to laugh even more, her happiness radiating off her like sunlight.
“Okay, okay!” she said, playfully pushing him away, but her cheeks were flushed with delight. I could see the joy in her eyes, and it twisted something deep within me. I wanted to be the one making her laugh like that, the one she looked at with such affection.
Glancing at King, who was watching the scene unfold with an amused smirk, I felt a surge of determination. He knew exactly what was going on, and I could almost hear his thoughts: You need to step up, Sanji.
Just then, Caesar’s voice broke through the moment. “Would you stop relying on me for help? I fulfilled my part of the bargain!” he said, clearly annoyed.
“And you still failed,” Y/N shot back, her tone laced with sarcasm.
“When I get my hands on you, I’m going to—” Caesar started, but he was cut off as King stepped in front of him, his presence imposing.
“You’ll do what?” King said, blue electricity crackling ominously around him, sharp enough to cut through anything in its path.
"Pathetic! I’ll have you know, I’m a genius!" Caesar retorted, his pride clearly bruised, but it only made me scoff. I wasn’t the only one who noticed how pathetic he sounded.
"Is the genius in the room with us?" Y/N shot back, her voice laced with sarcasm as she raised an eyebrow at Caesar, who seemed almost taken aback by her sharpness.
I couldn’t help but chuckle, despite everything. Y/N had this way of turning any situation into something she could control, even with the likes of Caesar. It was almost like she didn’t even have to try; her words cut deep enough to make anyone second-guess themselves.
“Y/N,” I muttered under my breath, admiring the way she handled herself. Even in the face of these idiots, she remained unshaken, confident in her own strength. But I could see the subtle shift in her—her eyes flashing with something more. It wasn’t just her usual teasing; there was a fire there, one that burned deeper than any of them realized.
“It seems you haven’t learned your lesson about disrespecting my wife,” Ichiji interjected, his voice low and threatening. With a swift motion, he landed another sharp punch, infused with red electricity, straight into Caesar’s gut. The impact sent him stumbling back, and I felt a surge of satisfaction at seeing him taken down a peg.
Y/N looked at Ichiji with a look I hadn’t seen before, something between admiration and amusement, and it made my heart tighten. King leaned in closer to her, and she whispered something in his ear.
“Really?” King asked, a smirk spreading across his face as he turned to look at me, clearly intrigued.
She nodded her head, and King chuckled lightly. “Well, I’ll be damned,” he said, and I couldn’t help but feel a mix of irritation and confusion at their exchange.
As they shared that moment, my thoughts raced. What the hell did she just tell him? Ichiji then made his way to Y/N once more, his hand caressing her cheek. “My wife, you look even better with short hair,” he said, causing her to blush even more, and I felt a sick twist in my stomach at the sight.
“Open the castle gate!” Judge commanded, drawing our attention. “Hear my word, Bege, until Caesar gets you to safety, Germa 66 will be your guards.”
I could see Bege’s body taking a huge toll as he gasped for breath. “I forgot… you Germa people can fly too, huh?” he said, his exhaustion evident.
“So we can leave without you?” Bege asked, hopeful.
“Certainly,” Judge replied.
“Good! If we’re buying time, Y/N and I will help too!” yelled Luffy, his enthusiasm unwavering.
“You got that right, Captain!” I chimed in, my protective instincts flaring. But as I lifted my hand to stop them, Y/N spoke up.
“I’ll... be right back, you guys... I have something I want to give back…” she said, glancing at the ring Ichiji had given her.
Before I could protest, she was already heading out the door. My heart raced, and I was about to chase after her when King stopped me, his calm demeanor infuriating in the moment.
“Sanji… let her,” he said, his voice steady.
“He’s right, you know. Y/N spent time with Ichiji…” Brook added, his tone more measured.
“And he even protected her,” he continued, trying to reason with me.
“Sanji, you must trust the princess. This is her decision,” King stated firmly, blocking my path once more.
Trust? How could I trust the man who had just been flaunting his affection for her? The jealousy bubbled within me, but I knew I couldn’t let my emotions cloud my judgment. I had to trust Y/N to make the right choice.
Y/N POV…
My heels clicked sharply against the floor as I made my way toward the Vinsmokes. “Ichiji!” I called out, and he turned around, a smile spreading across his face.
“Princess,” he replied, and as I reached him, I noticed both Yonji and Niji smirking, along with Reiju’s knowing smile. My heart raced, and I felt a wave of nervousness wash over me. “I just... wanted to tell you thank you for protecting me from Caesar and Daifuku,” I said, my gaze dropping to the floor. What the hell is wrong with me? I thought, anxiety gnawing at me.
Ichiji’s expression softened, and before I could remove the ring he had given me, he stopped me, his hand closing around mine. “Keep it, princess. Besides, I added a few touches to the ring,” he said, a smirk dancing on his lips.
“What do you mean?” I asked, curiosity piquing my interest.
"Why don’t you try it out for yourself?" Ichiji suggested, guiding my hand toward the ruby at the center of the ring. His touch was warm against my skin, and I hesitated for a moment, unsure of what I was about to experience. But his confidence in the matter was enough to push me forward. I pressed the ruby, and instantly, I felt a familiar surge of energy as the glow enveloped me.
Within seconds, my attire shifted. The transformation was quick and smooth, and I gasped as I looked at myself in the reflection of a nearby surface. I was now wearing a striking red raid suit—long sleeves, white gloves, and a red ascot that complemented the bold plunging neckline. The dress hugged my form perfectly, and I could feel the power radiating from it. It was sleek, practical, and elegant all at once. To top it off, I wore a pair of red-tinted shades that were unmistakably iconic. "Wow!" I exclaimed, spinning slightly to admire the new outfit. "This is incredible!"
Ichiji’s grin was full of pride as he watched me. "The best part is that it won’t hinder your other rings or your weapons," he added, his eyes glinting with satisfaction. "And the ruby won’t break or get destroyed. You’ll also have some of my powers as well."
"Really?" I asked, my curiosity piqued. Pressing the ruby again, the suit reverted back to my white pearl dress and bandana. The change was as seamless as before, leaving me giddy with excitement. I couldn’t help but laugh. "You hear that, Judge? I know you're getting older and might have trouble hearing, so suck on that!" I yelled, shaking my head in amusement. "And I still end up with a modified wedding ring and engagement ring!" I added, the playful tone dripping from my voice.
Ichiji stepped closer with a teasing smirk. "Seems like you’ve got more than just a wedding ring on your hands now," he said, his voice lowering just slightly, but enough to make me feel the shift in the atmosphere. His smile was charming, full of mischief. "You know, I can’t help but think it suits you. The power, the elegance... I suppose I should be flattered you chose my ring over the others."
I rolled my eyes but couldn’t suppress the smile tugging at my lips. "You’re impossible," I teased, though there was a warmth in my voice. "But I have to admit, this is a pretty nice bonus."
Ichiji chuckled, his hand lingering slightly too close to mine. "I’m full of surprises," he replied smoothly, winking at me. "Just like the ring." Ichiji stepped closer, his gaze intense, locking onto mine with an intensity that sent shivers down my spine. “Say you’ll share with me. One love, one lifetime. Say you want me with you here, beside you,” he murmured, his voice low and inviting, dripping with charm and promise.
Before I could think it through, I cut him off with a kiss. The moment our lips met, it felt both passionate and filled with a whirlwind of emotions—something deeper than I had anticipated. A connection surged between us, electric and undeniable, igniting a fire I hadn’t expected. I felt the heat of the moment enveloping us, and the world around us faded into the background.
From behind us, I could hear Yonji and Niji whistling and teasing, their playful jeers punctuating the air like a soundtrack to our unexpected encounter.
“What was that for?” Ichiji muttered against my lips, surprise etched across his face as he pulled back slightly, his eyes searching mine.
“Just a little good luck kiss,” I replied, a teasing smile spreading across my face as I pecked his lips once more, my heart racing from the thrill of it all. The soft touch felt sweet and mischievous, leaving a lingering taste of something new and exhilarating.
“Take care of yourself, will you?” Ichiji said, his voice tinged with a mix of seriousness and affection.
I nodded, feeling his warmth radiate as he held me closer, not wanting to let me go. But then, I heard a familiar voice calling my name.
“Y/N!” Luffy yelled, his voice cutting through the moment.
“Looks like I gotta go back to my crew,” I said reluctantly, slowly letting go of Ichiji and sending him a warm smile. As I turned to make my way back, I couldn’t help but glance over my shoulder, feeling a mix of excitement and uncertainty about what had just happened.
Ichiji POV…
After that kiss, I honestly could have died and been happy. Watching my wife leave to join her crew stirred a mix of emotions within me—pride, longing, and an undeniable sense of ownership. I felt a pang of sadness at her departure, but I also knew that with the ring on her finger, she’d carry the Germa name with her. And with the number attached to her, everyone would know she’s my other half.
“Wow, Ichiji, you really gonna let her go?” Yonji teased, breaking my reverie.
I turned to him, a smirk playing on my lips. “The ring also has a tracking device installed,” I said, reveling in the shocked expressions on their faces.
“I knew it!” Niji laughed, clearly impressed. “Always one step ahead, huh?”
“Don’t underestimate me,” I replied, a hint of pride slipping through.
“She’s with her crew now,” Reiju chimed in, her tone a mix of concern and support.
“I know,” I said, glancing back in the direction Y/N had gone. “But I also know that I’ll be with her every step of the way. Who knows? Maybe one day, I’ll be paying my wife a little visit.” I let the smirk grow wider, feeling a rush of anticipation at the thought.
“Damn, that kiss made me want to get her again,” I muttered, running a hand through my hair. I could still feel the warmth of her lips, and the connection we shared was undeniable. As much as I enjoyed teasing my brothers, deep down, I was already planning my next move to ensure she always felt my presence, no matter the distance between us.
"We're about to go, Caesar. Are you ready?" Father’s voice echoed through the dimly lit corridor as we moved with purpose, our footsteps a steady rhythm against the stone floor. A palpable tension filled the air, each of us aware of the stakes ahead.
"I am not ready!" Caesar whined, his voice dripping with frustration. His usual bravado had vanished, replaced by a hint of fear that only added to my irritation.
"Quit your whining," I snapped, shooting him a pointed glare. The time for hesitation was over; we had a mission to accomplish.
"Alright, it's time to cut loose!" Yonji declared, the enthusiasm in his voice cutting through the tension like a knife. He cracked his neck, and I could see the adrenaline pulsing through him, ready to unleash his abilities.
Niji flexed his hands, his eyes gleaming with anticipation. "Let’s show them what we’re made of," he said, his usual cockiness flaring to life.
"You two have the wrong idea," I interjected firmly, shaking my head. "Our mission is to help Caesar and Bege escape, not to eliminate the enemy, tempting as that may be."
"Maybe you need an extra 'good luck' kiss from your wife, Ichiji," Yonji teased, laughter bubbling in his throat, but I couldn’t let myself get distracted by thoughts of Y/N.
"I know defense isn't your favorite, but this isn't a fight we can win in the first place," Reiju added, smirking at her brothers as if she could see the thoughts racing through their minds.
"Rubbing it in, huh?" Yonji shot back, crossing his arms defiantly.
"I understand the mission," Niji said, his tone turning serious as we began to get ready, all playful banter set aside. Each of us understood the weight of the situation.
"Are you prepared for combat?" Father asked, his tone sharp, commanding us to focus.
"Armed and ready to go!" we all replied in unison, the unity of our voices echoing against the stone walls.
"Very well, it's your turn, Bege! Start the mission!" Father commanded, a sense of authority radiating from him as he stepped back, allowing Bege to take the lead.
As Bege began to deactivate the castle, the heavy gates creaked open, revealing the chaos outside. The atmosphere shifted dramatically, tension crackling in the air like static electricity.
"It's go time!" Father shouted, igniting a spark of determination within each of us.
I felt a rush of adrenaline surge through my veins as we prepared to step into the unknown. This was more than just a mission; it was a chance to reclaim our honor, to prove ourselves as the Vinsmoke brothers. I exchanged glances with my siblings, a silent promise passing between us. We would protect each other, and I’d ensure Y/N was safe.
Y/N POV…
I began to make my way back to the crew, a smile forming on my lips as I approached them. King stepped in front of me, a smirk playing on his face. “You took a while, Princess,” he remarked, his tone teasing.
“I just wanted to give him back the ring, but instead, he told me to keep it,” I said, raising my ring finger proudly.
“Y/N! That ring is beautiful!” Nami exclaimed, her eyes sparkling like berri signs as she took in the diamonds and the red ruby. I couldn’t help but laugh, shaking my head.
“This was the same ring I tried on back in Chocolatown. The shopkeeper did say it was one of a kind and that the ruby was rare also” I added, a mix of pride and nostalgia filling me.
“That bastard!” Sanji exclaimed, storming over to me and grabbing my hand.
“Hey!” I protested, ripping my hand away. “He said it had features in it and wouldn’t hinder my weapons or the jewelry given to me.” I looked at Sanji, hoping he’d understand.
“Sanji, the princess made her choice. Now respect it,” King interjected, his tone calm but firm.
“Listen, King, you don’t—” Sanji began, pointing an accusatory finger at King, but I stepped forward.
“That’s enough, Sanji,” I said, my voice steady.
Sanji's expression softened, and he began to swoon. “Ohh, my angel!” he exclaimed, clearly taken by the moment.
“You were right, Princess; he is lovesick,” King quipped, a chuckle escaping him as he looked at Sanji, causing me to laugh despite the tension.
“I can’t wait for you to meet the rest of the crew,” I said, and King smiled in response.
“Alright, are we ready?” Luffy called out, his excitement infectious.
“You bet, Captain!” I replied, feeling the reassuring weight of my sword at my side, the blades illuminating with a white hue. Bege was now deactivating the castle, and we all looked toward the window to see what was happening outside.
Suddenly, gunshots echoed inside the castle, and my heart dropped as Big Mom grabbed Prometheus and unleashed Heavenly Fire, causing Reiju to fall. “Reiju!” I cried out, panic rising in my chest.
Luffy and I moved toward the window, but Brook grabbed Luffy, and King held me back. “Let go!” we both shouted, struggling against their hold.
“Stick to the plan for once in your life,” Nami urged, her voice firm.
“But… nobody is helping her!” Luffy insisted, desperation creeping into his tone.
“It’s fine, stay here,” Sanji added, his gaze unwavering as he focused on the chaos outside.
We continued to watch helplessly as Luffy and Sanji slipped out of the castle, determined to protect Reiju and confront Big Mom. “Damn it!” I exclaimed, trying to break free again, but King held me firmly in place.
“Luffy, no!” Chopper cried, his voice trembling with fear.
“Please come back!” Brook added, tears welling in his eyes.
“They slipped past us…” Nami murmured, her expression one of dread.
“No, no, no…” Nami, Brook, and Chopper echoed, their voices filled with despair.
“King, I have to go help!” I said urgently, trying to wriggle out of his grasp.
“Warm up first…” he whispered, his tone surprisingly calm.
“What?!” I whispered back, confused.
“Go warm up first…” he repeated, a smirk creeping onto his face.
“I know that look…” I said, realization dawning on me. King wanted me to channel my energy, to prepare myself for what lay ahead.
“Trust me, Y/N. You’ll need it,” he urged, still holding me back with an unwavering grip.
I took a deep breath, realizing he was right. I needed to gather my strength, to harness the energy within me if I was going to join the fight. As I began to focus, I could feel the tension in my muscles and the adrenaline coursing through my veins. I could already envision the power I would unleash when the time came.
“Just give me a moment,” I said, my resolve strengthening.
I then began to use the wall to stretch my legs and back, feeling the tension release with each movement. “Keep stretching,” King said, his eyes still fixed on the window, watching the unfolding chaos outside.
As I finished, I made my way back to the group, my gaze locked on the scene beyond the glass. Big Mom was taunting Luffy, and a surge of frustration bubbled inside me. “This bitch is trying to provoke him…” I muttered, shaking my head.
“I know that trick all too well. It’s the same one I used on Perospero,” I said, instinctively touching the wound on my head from Zoro’s bandana.
We continued to watch as Luffy transformed into Bounce Man, his form bursting with energy. “Damn, Luffy is using Bounce Man now,” I remarked, a mix of awe and concern in my voice.
“What do you think you’re doing?!” Nami yelled, annoyance dripping from her tone as she watched Luffy’s antics unfold.
“Please, get back here already!” Brook added, his voice tinged with worry.
“I’m kind of starting to doubt that Sanji’s family can protect us!” Chopper exclaimed, fear creeping into his expression.
“Have some faith, Lelo! Germa 66 are the mightiest heroes of evil, Lelo!” Vito chimed in, still fanboying over the situation. “With them on our side, we are invincible, Lelo!” He continued, his enthusiasm a stark contrast to the tension in the air.
“Hey, Princess!” Ichiji called from outside, causing all of us to turn. “I hope you have a front-row seat to watch your husband kiss some ass,” he said, smirking.
I couldn’t help but shake my head at his arrogance. Nami nudged me playfully. “Oh, we are so having a girls' night once we head back to the ship and get away from here,” she said, a mischievous glint in her eye.
“Deal! As long as wine is involved, we’re spilling everything,” I replied, laughter bubbling up despite the chaos outside. We turned back to the window, eager to see how the fight was unfolding.
Niji was in the midst of it, taking down two of Big Mom's children with impressive speed and finesse. “What did I just tell you?!” Vito exclaimed, his voice a mix of excitement and disbelief.
Then Yonji jumped into the fray, showcasing his strength as he knocked down three of Big Mom's children effortlessly. “Did you see that? Look at him go, lelo!” Vito cheered, our mouths hanging open at the display of power.
Next came Ichiji, who managed to take down three more of Big Mom's kids with an electrifying punch. “That power…” I breathed, watching him connect solidly with one of Big Mom’s children. “Well, I’ll be damned,” I muttered, feeling heat begin to envelop my body as adrenaline surged through me.
“This is a dream come true, lelo!” Vito exclaimed, his eyes gleaming with admiration as he eyed Germa 66.
I glanced up at the ceiling, trying to steady my racing thoughts. “Dear ocean… this man is really making it hard to stay focused,” I murmured, overwhelmed by the chaotic mix of emotions I was feeling.
As more of Big Mom's children charged in, I couldn’t help but feel a mix of excitement and concern. “Damn it, Caesar needs to learn how to navigate better! I can barely see the action!” I yelled, frustrated.
“That’s not the point!” Nami shot back, her eyes glued to the fight outside.
Suddenly, everyone inside began to praise Germa for their prowess, celebrating how they managed to dismantle Perospero’s candy wall. “Yay!” we all cheered, caught up in the moment.
“But then, almost in unison, Nami, Chopper, Brook, and I frowned, adding, ‘Still scum, though,’” as we thought about Caesar’s past transgressions. Suddenly, Luffy's Bounce Man form faltered, signaling he was out of Haki. “Damn it!” I exclaimed, my heart racing as I watched Sanji carrying both Luffy, with Reiju trailing behind, desperately trying to escape Big Mom's grasp.
Just then, Big Mom appears closer, a menacing grin plastered on her face. “Damn it! I’m go—” I started, but my words caught in my throat as I saw Judge now fighting Big Mom. My heart sank as I realized the danger he was in.
Big Mom managed to grab Judge, her hands clasping Zeus tightly. “Crap, not good!” I yelled, panic rising within me. I turned to King, my resolve firming as I looked into his determined eyes. He gave me a nod. “It’s time,” he said, stepping closer.
“Use an Electric Tremor Strike,” he instructed, and I nodded, adrenaline pumping through my veins. I clenched my left hand, readying myself. “Nami… we’ll be right back,” I said, glancing back at her.
“What are you—” Nami began, but before she could finish, King and I dashed toward the scene, bursting out of Bege’s castle.
“Thanks to all the scientific research, I’ll be taking from you!” Big Mom taunted as she prepared to deliver a powerful shock to Judge.
From the air, both King and I raised our right legs, feeling the violet energy coursing through us as we began to spin. “Electric Tremor Strike!” we shouted in unison, our voices echoing as we landed a solid hit to Big Mom’s head. The impact sent her face-first into the ground, creating shockwaves that rippled through the earth.
We leaped away and landed next to Sanji, Luffy, and Reiju. Big Mom’s grip on Judge slowly loosened, allowing him a moment to breathe.
“We haven’t done that one together in a minute,” I said, catching my breath as I pressed my ring once more. The transformation of my raid suit commenced, the familiar rush of power igniting within me. I grabbed my sword from my side, pressing the red gemstone, feeling a new surge of energy flow through me, mixed with electricity.
King followed suit, pressing the red gemstone on his weapon, magma-like flames dancing around him. “Y/N! What are you doing?! And why are you wearing that?” Sanji asked, though I could tell he enjoyed seeing me in this uniform a bit too much.
“I couldn’t stand by any longer. Besides, King and I enjoy a little danger every once in a while,” I said, flashing him a grin. “And we needed the exercise, right, King?” I turned to him, my playful tone lightening the tension for a moment.
“Don’t lose focus, Princess,” he warned, his golden eyes sharp and serious. I nodded, feeling the weight of the situation settle over us once more.
Suddenly, Big Mom began to stand up, still clutching Judge in her massive grip. “Who the hell did that?!” she bellowed, her fury palpable. She pointed directly at me. “You! You’re that rotten princess who ruined my tea party! You even managed to shake me to prevent hitting Strawhat!”
“Like I’ve stated before, hag,” I shot back defiantly, “I have a duty to protect my captain. And if I need to punch the elderly, then so be it.”
The fury in her eyes deepened, turning almost volcanic. “You rotten brat! I’m going to teach you a thing or two about manners!”
Big Mom's fury erupted as she grabbed Prometheus, launching her "Heavenly Bonbon" attack at me. Fire bolts rained down, but I swiftly dodged each one with graceful back handsprings, my movements fluid and sharp. As the last bolt closed in, I planted my feet firmly, raising my sword to meet the fire head-on.
With a clenched left hand, I felt a familiar heat rush through me, the flames of Prometheus bending to my will. My thigh halter glowed a vivid violet, amplifying the energy surging within me. The flames shifted and twisted under my control, merging with the electric charge in my sword.
I smirked as I gripped the hilt tighter and, with a powerful swing, I sent the blazing attack right back at Big Mom, shouting, "Violet Inferno!"
The fiery bolt missed its mark as Big Mom narrowly dodged, her massive figure moving with surprising speed. I gritted my teeth, frustration bubbling inside me. "Damn..." I muttered under my breath, watching as the violet flames exploded behind her, sending shockwaves through the battlefield.
The battlefield was chaotic, filled with smoke, debris, and the ever-looming presence of Big Mom. As I made my way back to the group, the force of her thunderbolt attack nearly sent us flying. My breath hitched for a moment, but I quickly steadied myself. "Princess, you okay?" King’s voice broke through, his golden eyes scanning me with concern.
“She didn’t even land a scratch on me,” I replied with a smirk, catching my breath, but the adrenaline still surged through my veins.
"Y/N, why do you always gotta put yourself in more danger?" Sanji asked, his voice filled with a mix of frustration and worry. His gaze lingered, and for a second, his usual composure faltered.
I chuckled softly, "Cause it’s what I’m good at," I responded, shooting him a playful grin before looking at the battlefield once more. "How's Luffy?" I asked, my eyes darting to Sanji.
"Still recovering," he replied, his voice low. I nodded in understanding, knowing that meant we’d need to buy more time.
As Judge lay on the ground, his body unmoving, Reiju’s frantic cry echoed, "Father!" Yonji and Niji weren’t far behind, rushing in from where they had been protecting Caesar and Bege. "Dad, no!" they yelled, the panic clear in their voices.
My mind raced, trying to piece together something that could turn the tide. But every plan that surfaced felt reckless, desperate. "Okay, do we have another plan? Because all mine are right now pretty reckless," I admitted, the wind beginning to whip through my short hair as the tension mounted.
Ichiji POV…
I stood watch as Big Mom prepared to launch a thunderbolt at Father, a surge of dread pooling in my stomach. Just when it seemed all hope was lost, two familiar voices rang out, piercing through the tension. “Electric Tremor Strike!” they yelled in unison, and I watched in awe as beams of energy shot past Niji, Yonji, and me, landing a direct hit on Big Mom that sent her crashing to the ground, face-first. The force was strong enough to shake the rooftop, sending debris flying.
“What was that?” I exclaimed, still trying to process what I had just witnessed.
From the dust, two figures emerged, standing resolutely next to Sanji, Reiju, and Straw Hat Luffy. “We haven’t done that one together in a minute,” one of the voices said, and I squinted to see through the haze.
Then, my breath caught in my throat as the debris settled. Y/N stood there, pressing her ring, and in an instant, her Raid Suit materialized around her. The red long-sleeved dress hugged her body perfectly, stopping mid-thigh, accentuating her figure in a way that made my heart race. The deep plunge of her front revealed just enough of her chest and stomach, while her thigh halter peeked out enticingly. She wore white gloves, and her ascot added an elegant flair that complemented the fierce look in her eyes, as her shades hung low to the bridge of her nose.
And there it was—my number emblazoned on the back of her dress, a bold statement that made it clear she was mine. I couldn’t help but feel a swell of pride, even as my jaw dropped at the sheer power radiating from her.
“Dude, your wife looks amazing!” Yonji exclaimed, his mouth hanging open in shock.
"Ichiji, that's your wife!" Niji added, equally stunned.
Y/N moved with an agility that left us all in awe. When Big Mom retaliated with her Heavenly Bon Bon attack, fire bolts rained down like wrathful meteors. But Y/N danced through them, executing perfect back handsprings, her dress swirling around her as her short hair flowed like a banner in the wind. I could feel my heart thundering in my chest as I watched her dodge with an effortless grace that was mesmerizing.
Then, as if to further showcase her strength, she raised her sword on the final fire bolt. I was breathless as I saw her channel the flames, transforming them into a vibrant violet before launching it back toward Big Mom. The sight was intoxicating—her confidence, her skill, everything about her was fierce and beautiful.
“Damn…” I muttered, unable to tear my eyes away.
Niji, Yonji, and I exchanged glances, all of us equally stunned. I could see the admiration in their eyes, and it mirrored what I felt. “She’s incredible,” I finally managed to say, my voice barely above a whisper.
Suddenly, Big Mom’s attention snapped back to Father, and she unleashed a thunderbolt using Zeus, sending him crashing to the ground. “Dad!” Niji and Yonji yelled, rushing toward him, panic evident on their faces. “Father!” Reiju’s voice broke through the chaos, full of fear.
I felt my heart race, but I forced myself to concentrate. I watched as Y/N dashed toward Sanji, Luffy, Reiju, and King, a fierce determination radiating from her. Just then, Katakuri stepped in front of Caesar and Bege, blocking their path. The mission! I thought, casting one last glance at Y/N before heading toward Caesar.
As Katakuri prepared to launch an attack, I knew I had to intervene. “Sparking Figure!” I yelled, landing a punch on Katakuri. His mochi defenses absorbed the blow, but I was undeterred. “Don’t worry, I haven’t abandoned my duty. You better get moving!” I commanded Caesar, my voice sharp and unwavering.
“Do you think you’ll get the upper hand that easily?” Katakuri taunted, his smirk growing. “Or is it... that you don’t value your life?”
My blood boiled at his words. “If you’re trying to intimidate me, don’t waste your breath,” I shot back, my voice low and seething. “I don’t fear anything—especially not scum like you.”
Katakuri leaned in, his voice dripping with malice. “You don’t? What if I told you I plan to destroy your wife?”
A rush of rage surged through me like a tidal wave, igniting every nerve in my body. “You think you can threaten her and walk away unscathed?” I snarled, fists clenched so tightly my knuckles turned white. “You don’t have the slightest idea of the lengths I’ll go to protect Y/N. I’d tear you apart before I let you lay a finger on her!”
He chuckled darkly, the sound cutting through the air like a knife. “We’ll see how tough you are when I’m done with you.”
“Come at me, then!” I shouted, my voice a fierce battle cry. “You think you can intimidate me? I will obliterate you for even thinking of touching her!”
Fueled by rage and determination, I prepared to strike again, ready to unleash everything I had to defend my family. I wouldn’t let him threaten Y/N without facing the consequences.
Y/N POV…
“Okay, so do we have a backup plan?” I asked again, scanning the battlefield as I felt the tension rising. Big Mom grabbed Zeus once more, her massive form looming ominously over us. Judge lay on the ground, his breathing ragged and clearly injured.
Niji and Yonji launched an attack, but Big Mom effortlessly blocked it. “Quick, Y/N, let’s go!” Sanji shouted, his urgency palpable as he hoisted Luffy over his shoulder. Reiju was ready to depart, and I nodded at King as we all began to run alongside Sanji.
Just then, a sharp sword whizzed past me, nearly grazing my arm. “That was too close!” I gasped, adrenaline pumping as I dodged it with Sanji and Luffy. King and Reiju managed to evade it as well, our instincts kicking in.
We turned to see Daifuku, Smoothie, and Oven standing menacingly in our path. “Did you forget about us?” Daifuku sneered, his eyes gleaming with malice.
“Honestly, I don’t remember you. You’re more of a background character,” I shot back, earning a sharp glare from King. I couldn’t help but smile at my own bravado.
“We won’t rest until you are all dead, especially you, princess, and that man next to you, for hurting Mama!” Oven growled, his fists clenching tightly.
King and I exchanged knowing glances, smirks creeping onto our faces. “Empty threats is all I hear,” he said, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
“There’s no escape!” Oven yelled, his tone filled with malice.
I glanced over at Sanji, still holding Luffy’s limp body. “You go; I will hold them off!” Reiju declared, her determination unwavering.
“Doubt it’s going to be that easy,” Sanji replied, lowering Luffy gently. “Chill for a sec,” he added, clearly worried but trying to keep the atmosphere light.
I turned to King, my heart racing. “Princess, sit this one out,” he urged, concern flickering in his golden eyes.
I looked back at Sanji and Reiju, weighing my options. I couldn’t let them face this alone. “Give that Oven guy hell for me, King,” I teased, trying to lighten the mood.
“Of course, Princess! Just don’t get hurt while I’m taking care of business!” King replied, a smirk dancing on his lips.
“You too, Sanji,” I said, managing a small smile despite the tension.
Sanji’s cheeks flushed slightly, and he replied, “You know I always fight harder when you’re in the picture, Y/N. Just… promise you’ll be safe, okay? I’d be lost without you.” His earnest gaze held mine for a moment, making my heart flutter despite the chaos around us.
“Don’t worry about me,” I assured him, my voice steady. “Just focus on kicking their butts.”
With a nod, Sanji turned his attention back to the incoming threat, and I took a deep breath, ready to face whatever came next.
I watched as King skillfully blocked Oven's attacks with his sword, a fierce determination radiating from him. "You hurt our princess; you'll have to go through me!" he declared, his voice steady and resolute.
With that, King unleashed a new technique, “Flame Eruption,” a fiery slash that sent a wave of intense heat crashing towards Oven. The attack caused Oven to falter, eyes wide with surprise.
"That's a new one!" I exclaimed, impressed by King’s growth.
“You know me; training doesn’t stop,” he replied, a confident smirk on his face as he continued to fend off Oven’s relentless onslaught.
Sanji shifted his focus to Daifuko, ready to engage. I could see Reiju battling Smoothie nearby, her determination unwavering. But then, disaster struck. Smoothie landed a devastating blow, sending Reiju crashing into a pile of rocks.
“Reiju!” I yelled, my heart racing as I rushed to her side. But just as I feared the worst, I saw Reiju’s smirk as she released a stream of poison onto Smoothie’s thigh, causing her to stumble and collapse.
“Nice shot!” I called out, but my attention quickly shifted back to Luffy, who lay motionless on the ground. I knelt beside him, my heart pounding.
“Don’t worry, Luffy; everything is going to be okay,” I whispered, brushing a hand through his hair. “We’re going to get you back up on your feet.” I felt the weight of the battle pressing down on me, but I was determined to hold on to hope.
Nami POV…
As I watched the chaos unfold before us, my heart raced with a mix of admiration and anxiety. Y/N and King had executed that striking move against Big Mom flawlessly, her agility and skill on full display as she dodged attacks and turned her own flames into a violet blaze. The way she fought was mesmerizing, and I couldn’t help but feel a swell of pride for her.
Ichiji was locked in a fierce battle with Katakuri, his fury palpable. Yonji and Niji were also holding their ground against Big Mom, and it was clear the Germa siblings were a force to be reckoned with.
“You know, Germa is kind of neat,” Gotti remarked, a hint of admiration in his voice.
“I tried to tell you from the get-go, lelo! And now that the princess is married to Ichiji and is wearing her own raid suit, that just adds an extra point to their already awesome beings!” Vito exclaimed, practically bouncing with excitement.
“All they care about is the mission; they don’t fear death in the least,” Jinbei added, his tone serious as he assessed the battlefield.
“Ichiji over here, however, is in full rage... Katakuri must have threatened him with something,” Jinbei continued, his eyes narrowed in concentration.
“Not something... someone,” I interjected, already aware of the real reason behind Ichiji's fury. Katakuri had threatened Y/N’s life for what she and King had done to Big Mom, and I could see how that was driving Ichiji to fight even harder.
“Damn that mochi bastard,” I muttered under my breath, clenching my fists. “He won’t lay a finger on her.” I could feel the protective instincts surge within me, a fierce determination to ensure Y/N’s safety as the battle raged on around us.
“Regardless... they are badly outnumbered, and the Big Mom Pirates are quite fierce,” Brook noted, his usual calm demeanor contrasting with the tension of the situation.
“Germa is awesome, but let’s cheer for Caesar too!” Carrot piped up, her energy infectious despite the chaos around us.
“Hard pass,” I replied, shaking my head. The thought of cheering for Caesar felt like a betrayal to everything we’d fought against.
“Yeah! You can make it!” Vito encouraged, his voice full of optimism. “We’re counting on you!” Chopper chimed in, his tiny fists pumping in support.
“You got this, Caesar... you scumbag!” I yelled, my sarcasm laced with reluctant encouragement.
“What was that last part again?!” Caesar exclaimed, confusion flashing across his face as he glanced back at us. But just as we thought we might see a spark of determination from him, we noticed Brulee stepping forward, her eyes locked onto him.
“Uh-oh,” I muttered, feeling the air grow heavy with tension. Brulee’s presence meant trouble, and Caesar’s hesitation wouldn’t bode well for him in a fight. “This isn’t good...”
“Looks like he’s about to get distracted,” Jinbei said, watching the scene unfold with a knowing expression. I could feel the anxiety in the pit of my stomach; if he didn’t focus, Brulee would take advantage of it.
“Caesar, focus!” I shouted, hoping to snap him out of it. “You’re not off the hook just yet!” I could see the clock ticking down for him, and I hoped he could gather his wits before it was too late.
Y/N POV…
Smoothie had successfully squeezed the poison from her thigh, and now she was turning her attention to Reiju, who was bound by some mysterious force. “Reiju, what’s wrong?!” I yelled, my concern echoing through the chaos.
Before I could make a move to help her, I felt something wrap tightly around my legs, arms, and mouth, binding me to the ground. “Mhmhmhm!” I muttered, panic rising as I was knocked flat. I glanced over to see Luffy struggling beside me, also ensnared.
“Worry about yourself first,” said one of the Charlotte siblings taunted, a sinister smirk crossing her face as she launched a similar binding attack at Sanji.
“Mhmmm!” I shouted through the gag, helplessly thrashing against the restraints.
“Princess!” King yelled, his concern palpable as he tried to reach us, but Oven intercepted him with a brutal punch to the face, sending him crashing to the ground beside me.
“Mhmmm!” I cried out again, feeling the pressure of the bindings tightening around my body.
“Y/N!” Sanji’s voice was laced with worry as Daifuko approached me, the gleam of his sword catching my eye. With a swift motion, he hit me in the head with the back of his weapon, reopening the wound Perspero had inflicted earlier. “Mmm!” I groaned, pain flaring through my skull as I fought against the gunk that restrained me.
“Mhmmm!” I cried out again, feeling the pressure of the bindings tightening around my body. My gaze shifted to Ichiji, who was being choked mercilessly by Katakuri. “Y…/N,” he muttered, and I felt a pang of helplessness.
“Mhmmm!” I responded, trying to convey my determination through my muffled voice. Just then, I caught sight of Yonji and Niji, both incapacitated, with Big Mom holding them effortlessly, stepping on Judge as if he were nothing more than a bug beneath her heel.
“Well, the party’s over… but the execution is next,” she declared ominously, her voice sending chills down my spine. “I think I’ll start with you, princess.” The threat lingered in the air as she began to slowly stalk toward me.
“Princess!” King yelled, struggling against his own binds. I could feel my sword clenched tightly in my hand, but it was useless against the restraints. Suddenly, a loud explosion erupted, shaking the rooftop violently beneath us. We all felt the ground tilting, the chaotic distraction throwing the Charlotte family off their game.
In that moment, Reiju managed to break free from her binds, then swiftly moved to free Sanji, Luffy, and finally, me. “Fuck,” I groaned as I clutched my wound, the pain flaring as I took a deep breath.
“Princess, you’re bleeding again,” King noted, concern etched on his face. Sanji held Luffy, who looked back at me with worry in his eyes. “Once we make it back to the Sunny, Chopper will patch that up for you,” he assured, and I simply nodded, my chest heaving with each breath.
As I fell back, feeling dizzy, King caught me. “I’m gonna need a moment,” I admitted, my vision blurring slightly.
“Hang in there,” he urged, and together, we managed to retreat for a few moments.
“Did one of your allies do this?” Reiju asked, her voice steady despite the chaos surrounding us.
“I’m not sure,” I replied, trying to focus. “All I know is that if this didn’t happen, we’d all be dead for sure.”
I slowly tried to lift my sword, but King quickly grabbed it from my hand and pressed the three gemstones, tucking both his and mine into the pocket of his suit coat. “I’ll hold on to these,” he said firmly.
“Stupid head injury,” I muttered, grateful yet frustrated.
As we soared through the air, adrenaline surged through my veins, mingling with the pain still throbbing in my head. King held me securely, maneuvering through the chaos around us as we made our way toward safety. “King, this way!” Sanji shouted, and I struggled to keep my eyes open, fatigue washing over me like a heavy tide.
“Hey!” Sanji’s voice pierced the haze as he spotted Bege and Caesar in the distance. “Y/N!” Nami’s voice rang out, filled with urgency. “Come up here, hurry!” Chopper’s worried tone followed, making me push through the exhaustion to meet their gaze.
I managed a small smile, trying to reassure them, but King’s grip was the only thing keeping me steady. “Shhh, take it easy, princess,” he murmured, his voice calm despite the chaos.
Suddenly, Reiju and Ichiji burst onto the scene, creating an opening in the melee. “Let me…” Ichiji began, but King tightened his hold, refusing to let go. “This way, hurry!” Nami urged, and I could feel the urgency in her voice.
“I think you better hurry!” Brook chimed in, his usual cheeriness dimmed by the seriousness of our situation. I winced at the pain in my head, a sharp reminder of the earlier chaos. “Why does it feel like I’m being hit with battering rams again?” I muttered, my vision blurring as I fought to stay focused.
Finally, we reached the entrance of Bege’s body. With a swift motion, he opened up, allowing us to slip inside, a sanctuary amidst the chaos. “I figured you four were toast,” Bege smirked as we entered, his humor a welcome relief.
“Fuck off,” I muttered, wincing as another wave of pain surged in my head. The moment the entrance closed behind us, I felt a wave of relief wash over me, though my body still protested.
“Sorry to keep you waiting,” Sanji said, the relief evident in his voice as we regrouped. “You four are crazy!” Chopper exclaimed, his eyes wide with concern. “I hope that was worth it, Y/N!” Nami yelled, and I turned to her, sending a soft smile her way.
“Always,” I replied, the word barely escaping my lips.
“Come on! Let’s get you back to the sofa, princess,” King said gently, and I felt Chopper move to help as well. As I settled down, a soft hand brushed against my head, and I couldn’t help but let out a small moan at the contact. My vision slowly began to clear, and I glanced around at my friends.
Hey, guys,” I said, my voice still weak but filled with gratitude.
“We're glad that you're back,” Brook said, his usual lightheartedness returning, and I couldn’t help but smile, thankful for this moment of respite amidst the storm. Reiju then looked out the window. “Ichiji, I think the coast is clear.”
I turned next to me and saw Ichiji brushing my hair back. His touch was soft and gentle, and I leaned into it, grateful for the comfort. However, when he inadvertently grazed my wound, I winced. “Sorry, Y/N,” he murmured, concern flickering in his eyes as Chopper hurried to examine the injury once more.
Ichiji grabbed his transponder snail, his expression turning serious. “Mission complete. Let’s withdraw,” he said, relaying the message with a calm authority.
Niji’s voice crackled through the device. “We’re on our way,” he responded, and I could sense the tension in the air starting to lift.
Ichiji turned to me, his hand gently cupping my cheek. “Princess, you need to take care of yourself,” he said softly, his eyes searching mine.
“Here, drink this,” King interrupted, handing me a glass filled with water and medicine. I raised an eyebrow, confused.
“Wait a second, what…?” Chopper began, his brow furrowing in concern.
“It’s the same one we used during training. You need to let it take effect after ten minutes,” King explained, his tone definitive. “Once the medicine takes effect, you'll be knocked out, but when ten minutes pass, you’ll be good as new.” He then pulled out something from his bag. “Chopper, I want to give these to you,” he said, revealing various medicines, antidotes, and essentials I had used during training.
Chopper’s eyes widened with gratitude. “Thank you, King! This will help so much!” he exclaimed, and before anyone could react, he wrapped his arms around King in a tight hug. “I’ll make sure to take good care of Y/N!”
As Chopper began to organize the supplies, I caught Sanji glaring at Ichiji, his protective instincts flaring. “You better watch yourself, Ichiji,” he warned, his tone low but filled with tension. “You’re not the only one who cares about Y/N.”
Ichiji merely smirked, a glint of mischief in his eyes. “Don’t worry, Sanji. I’m just here to make sure she’s okay.” He leaned closer to me, his demeanor softening. Before I could react, he placed a tender kiss on my forehead. “Get better soon, Y/N,” he whispered, and my heart fluttered despite the situation.
The warmth of Ichiji’s gesture lingered, and for a moment, I felt a flicker of hope amidst the chaos surrounding us. I swallowed the medicine, the bitter taste making me grimace, but I chased it down with water, handing the empty glass back to King as I sank back against the sofa.
Sanji continued to argue with Ichiji, their banter an almost familiar backdrop to the tense atmosphere. Chopper hovered nearby, his eyes darting between me and the clock, watching intently for any signs that the medicine was taking effect.
“Just hold on, Y/N! It’s supposed to work quickly,” Chopper said, his voice laced with worry.
I nodded, though my eyelids felt heavy, the pull of sleep becoming more insistent. As I fought to stay awake, I caught glimpses of the others in their frantic preparations—Reiju and Ichiji strategizing, Sanji glaring daggers at Ichiji, and Brook pacing with anxious energy.
Soon enough, my eyelids began to droop, and I felt a warm sense of darkness consume me, wrapping around me like a comforting blanket. My thoughts began to blur as I drifted into unconsciousness, the sound of my friends’ voices fading into the background.
Ichiji POV…
I watched as Y/N lay down on the sofa, resting. She still had the Germa uniform on, and the hem of her dress skirt had ridden up a little, revealing a peek of her toned thighs and halter. My hand instinctively went to her dress, and I lowered it as much as I could, ensuring she was comfortable.
“Just what the hell do you think you’re doing?” spat Sanji, his voice sharp and protective.
“Making sure my wife is comfortable,” I replied, keeping my tone steady, meeting his glare head-on.
Chopper, still checking Y/N’s vitals, looked up, a mix of concern and irritation on his face. “Guys, can we focus on Y/N? She needs to rest, not have you two arguing!”
Brook chimed in, his usual jovial tone subdued but still playful. “Well, it’s not every day we see princes fussing over a princess. But maybe we should let her sleep without the melodrama?” He grinned, trying to lighten the mood despite the tension.
King remained silent, his expression unreadable as he observed everything nearby. I could feel the weight of his gaze, and I knew he was assessing the situation just as much as Sanji was.
“Just remember, Ichiji,” Sanji warned, stepping a bit closer, “she’s been through hell. The last thing she needs is you making it worse.”
I nodded, my focus shifting back to Y/N. “I know. But I’ll be here for her, no matter what. She needs someone she can rely on.” I glanced at Sanji, the unspoken tension between us hanging thick in the air.
“Right now, all she needs is to heal,” Chopper insisted, pushing the conversation back to where it mattered most. “So let’s give her that chance.”
As they continued their heated back-and-forth, my attention remained solely on Y/N, hoping that she could find some peace amid the chaos.
I continued to softly brush my wife's hair back, as gently as I could, savoring the fleeting moments of calm amidst the chaos. From the corner of my eye, I noticed Reiju watching me, a knowing smirk tugging at her lips.
Leaning down, I placed a soft kiss on Y/N's lips, feeling the warmth of her skin against mine. “Ichiji! Leave her al—” Sanji started, but I stood up, refusing to let the anger and frustration in his voice affect me. I intertwined my fingers with Y/N’s, even though her hand felt limp in mine. The connection was still there, and it bolstered my resolve.
I turned to Chopper, who was busy checking her vitals. “Raccoon, I leave my wife in your hands,” I said, my voice steady as I pecked her hand gently before reluctantly letting it go.
“I’m a reindeer!” Chopper yelled, his frustration evident, but I could see the determination in his eyes.
Brook’s skeletal face turned towards me, a grin on his bony features. “I know that look… you love her, don’t you?” he asked, his voice light yet penetrating.
I turned to him, smirking in return. “What do you think?” I shot back, feeling the weight of my feelings pressed against my chest.
With a nod to Brook, I made my way back to Reiju, who was still observing me with a knowing look. “Let’s meet with Niji and Yonji,” I said, my mind already racing ahead, strategizing our next move.
With one final glance back at Y/N, I took a deep breath and made my way out the window, ready to face whatever awaited us outside. Big Mom's children and subordinates wouldn’t know what hit them; they dared to take our technology and provoke our family. It was time to remind them who they were dealing with.

May I request Reiju x male reader smut?
Content: Oral fixation. Blowjob. Eye contact. Throat fucking. Cum swallowing.
Love your work!
Hey!! I was so excited to get a request for her! I know it took a hot minute to write this, so I hope you enjoy it 💜💜
As much as she wanted, she wasn’t going to get the type of ending that she truly wanted. No happy finale to the life that’d been decided for her, and yet she couldn’t stop her heart from yearning for more. Any sort of connection that was genuine could send her heart into a flutter, and then she met you. There was no way of pursuing such fantasies, but she could at least distract herself from her situation if only for a moment.
CW: NSFW, MDNI, m!reader, mutual pining, reader works for the Vinksmokes, groping, everything in the request applies
Be my distraction (Reiju)
There was no room for this budding feeling of affection in her world. Its vines were viewed as weeds and met with the crushing heel of reality. No matter how much she craved a genuine connection, she’d been conditioned to shove those frivolous fantasies deep inside to never let them see the light of day. However, those rays peaked through the cracks when she first met you. Unable to process the conflictions raging within her, your magnetic pull helped untangle her from it all.
You felt the same about her. The grace that captured her every movement which was accompanied by a small smile and fluttering eyes had your heart pounding against your chest. Periodically, you lost yourself in the thought of her: soft eyes, luscious lips, and a cool, collected demeanor. Such beauty deserved to be appreciated, but the threat of pursuing her reared its ugly head each time that thought popped into your mind.
The day was proving difficult for you, forcing you to retire early. Head pounding and body aching the comforting call from your bed was all too inviting to pass up. Just as the fluffy blankets began welcoming you in their warm embrace, there was a knock at the door. Dreading it was another call to action, you dragged your feet to answer.
Straightening your posture, you swung open the door. “Yes, sir, how can I be of ser-” you couldn’t finish your sentence because the one who paid you a visit was the woman who’d been stalking your dreams.
The look upon her face wasn’t telling of her being there in the slightest—calm and collected as always, just one of many reasons she stayed on your mind.
Before you could gather yourself, she finished for you. “You most definitely can.” She gave one more quick glance around the halls. “May I come in? I’d prefer it if we continued in private.”
She waited for you to step to the side before entering. Her eyes ran up and down your body as she crossed the threshold into your private life. Despite the influence of her family seeping through the walls, there were flickers of personality that caught her eye. Small trinkets from your supposed adventures on your nightstand, a few photos wedged in the mirror frame of you with whom she could only guess were friends or family, and a journal you’d left open: she didn’t even notice she was smiling while taking everything in. As she neared your written confessions, you clumsily hurried over.
“You wouldn’t be interested in reading any of that.” Your attempt at swaying her curiosity fell flat.
A soft giggle passed her lips, leaving your face ablaze with embarrassment. “I didn’t know you thought about me so much.” Her index finger played at her bottom lips while she continued reading. The absent-minded licks on the tip of it held your attention, nearly making you forget what exactly you were writing about her. When she flipped the page, her eyes widened at the picture you drew—your wildest vision of what her nude body looked like.
Without a clear head, you snatched it out of her hands. The faint blush she had was now deepening the more that image sank in. “I didn’t… You obviously weren’t supposed to see that. I’m sorry.” The apology had your stomach in knots, knowing very well that it could never be enough to take back the disrespect.
Her eyes fluttered for a moment before laying back on you. The stance of someone who was truly ashamed of himself for potentially causing her any distress—it was endearing. Such a caring man you were, not at all what she was used to and that was one of the things that drew her to you. Inching closer, her words fell from her lips like honey. “Is that the only one you’ve done?”
“Unfortunately not.” You couldn’t stop yourself from coming clean.
“So, you think about me a lot?”
You could feel the heat from her body radiating onto yours. A nod was all you could muster, no words making it past your disbelief. Her fingers gently trailed down the front of you, testing the waters on what your boundaries were.
“That’s good because I think about you a lot too.”
Your heart pounded as she leaned in closer, its frantic beats filling in your ears. A feverish kiss was soon engulfed in the flames of white hot desire and desperation. The desperation for the touch of another that wasn’t riddled with the pain and suffering of this cold world. A touch warm and loving in nature was one both of you had been starved of, and with being given free range of the buffet in front of you, there was no holding back from indulgence.
Wet kisses that eagerly sought entry into the mouth of her star-crossed lover, Reiju’s hands ventured lower down your body. The slight quakes and shivers running down your bare skin made her brow furrow in concentration, while she wrapped her delicate hands around your length. She was holding onto each sound of your shared kiss, so that she could remember it when you were long gone. Your gasps and moans as she caressed your aching need for her weren’t enough. She needed more from this moment.
Slipping off her dress, she gave you a full view of how her body really looked. “Now you’ll be able to draw me from memory.”
“Fuck you’re gorgeous,” you breathed while taking handfuls of her breasts. Her cheeks deepened in a rosy red as you practically drooled over the sight of her, your hands now gripping her ass and hips.
The reddened patches of your hungry grasp left her breathless. She dug her nails into your hips and leaned forward with a lustful gaze that would make a succubus blush. “Make me forget about this place.” She dropped to her knees and immediately began coating your cock with the slick warmth of her tongue.
Her eyes met yours, and in an exchange of lewd moans, she pushed as much of you as she could into her mouth. Keeping her hands on your hips, her fingers dug into your sides as she picked up the pace. Those eyes you adored batted up at you, allowing you to witness the lust washing over them. Beads of spit fell onto her breasts, running down their soft curves as they swayed in rhythm. A slight gag made her pull back. Gasps quickly transformed into moans as she worked your shaft with eager licks and luscious lips.
You tossed your head back and combed your fingers in her hair. “I wanna take you, take that pretty mouth all for myself.” That darling whimper she made got your head spinning.
Looking back down at her, she held your gaze as she got into a more comfortable position. She sat on her inner thighs, spreading them so she could place her hands between them comfortably. Her breath was shaky as you positioned yourself above her. Those soft pink lips were now as red as her cheeks. Her arms squeezed her breasts together, and you could faintly hear her wetness against the hardwood floor as she squirmed with anticipation.
Soft motions of her tongue swirled around the head of your cock before you forced it into her mouth again. Watching her eyes roll back gave you such a power trip. A woman who not only was undeniably beautiful but could also unleash an agonizing death upon you, and here you were making a mess out of her.
Each thrust from you had the curves on her body shaking slightly. The tip of your arousal was bullying itself against the softness of her throat, causing tears to tease her eyes.
“You’re perfect, so damn perfect.” Your praise graced her ears. When her eyes met yours again, the sincerity held in them left your body trembling. A genuine desire to give you everything you’d been dreaming of rested on your frantic heart. You gripped the back of her head, tightly tangling your fingers in her hair as your gaze remained on hers.
Stuttering fucks clumsily fell out of your mouth as you plunged your release in the back of her throat. The explosion of cum signaled choked coughs, for which you were reluctant to release your grip. Your soothing tone for her to just swallow what you’d given her was obeyed, silencing the frenzied coughing.
Pulling out, there were a few drops of cum that spilled out. As she caught her breath, they dripped down the center of her chest and stomach. The appearance of overwhelming ecstasy was written all over your face as you let the image of her imprint on your memory.
“I never want to forget the way you look right now,” you confessed.
She wiped the leftover cum off her face and licked it off her fingers one by one. “Don’t start talking about me like I’m already gone. We can still enjoy the present.”

Acechiji A Whisker Away au
Prompt given by @loopyarts while talking about Ichiji + cats combo in the server, so ofc I had to run with the idea.
FIRST. BACKSTORIES.
Ace:
Roger was a bit of an absent father due to work, Rogue was the main caretaker, but she died when Ace was like 5, then he ended up in Dadan's care, with Sabo and Luffy.
Sabo was taken in by Roger because of the neglect he suffered from his bio parents, but since he was basically send to Dadan immediately Ace didn't hold anything against him.
Finally, when Ace is like, 14-16, Roger retires and returns home, with Raleigh. Since he's the legal guardian of both Ace and Sabo he takes both home, Luffy stays with Dadan, tho they're still pretty much neighbors so they see each other daily (and at school).
Ace is not happy.
Vinsmokes:
Sora and Judge divorced when the boys were like 4-5, but since Sora died when they were 8, they went back to being under Judge's care, as Zeff could not claim guardianship of the kids.
Sanji kept running away to stay with Zeff as much as possible, Judge just gave up on him, although he still scolds him from time to time, like Sanji, Reiju is mostly left ignored, as is Yonji, who learnt to keep as much to himself.
Generally speaking, they have a lot of leeway as long as they help Judge maintain his image and obey, good scores, athletic and artistic, keep the image of prodigy; and Judge also has his hands tied due to the records Sora left of abuse, having sued him previously, and winning the case, he only has the kids now cuz he's their only family left, Zeff (and everyone from the Baratie, basically) is keeping and eye on him tho.
Niji and Sanji are the ones who fight the most with Judge, Yonji and Reiju tend to keep to themselves, and Ichiji, well, he's his golden child, so extra pressure on him.
The one time he ever disobeyed his father (and was caught) was when he took Nyasha in, he convinced his siblings to help him keep the cat in secret (he had done so on his own at first) but Judge ended up finding out sooner than later, he destroyed everything Ichiji had bought the cat (along with some other Stuff that Ichiji held dear) and ended up hitting Ichiji when he jumped in to protect Nyasha from receiving Judge's violence. Reiju had to hold Niji back from jumping Judge, Sanji ran to get Zeff and Yonji went to check on Ichiji. Judge left with the threat and order "either you get rid of that thing or I'll do it myself" so they took Nyasha to Zeff, who had to be held down from going to the police ("you won't get custody, so we'll be sent to the system and separated, I rather we stay together, we just need to hang on for a little longer")
Reiju wants to take custody of her siblings once she turns 18, it will be hard but she'll be damned if she doesn't try, and well, Zeff and the Baratie staff will help and support her.
All this happens before Acechiji (ASL+1234 ) finally meet (at school).
A messy lineless sketch cuz I was running out of drawing juice
ASL & 124 meet officially thanks to Sanji getting adopted into Luffy's friend group (Reiju knew of Ace and Sabo but hadn't really interacted with them).
Ace caught Ichiji's attention before meeting though.
It doesn't take too long Acechiji to start their, lest call it courting, but it goes a snails pace because Ichiji's fears regarding Judge, which leads to a lot of mixed signals and confusion, until they finally have their little fight in the festival and Ace walks off and ends up getting the mask.
The fight being: Ichiji responds positively to his advances, not always tho, he's kind of sending mixed signals.
So they're out with their friends in the festival and, as usual, Ichiji responds positively to Ace's flirtations, to the point where Ace finally had the courage and, while they're alone on the back, ignored by the people surrounding them, Ace gives him a very brief peck on the cheek, but Ichiji responds the most negatively he has ever reacted. Suddenly very anxious (Judge may not be homophobic but he is very classist and controlling .Ichiji is worried that if Judge found out the man would just straight up send him to an abroad school or something, and Ichiji likes his life there, his siblings, Zeff and the Baratie, his friends, and well, Ace.), he covers his cheek and looks around, he scolds Ace for what he did, both blushing in embarrassment and anger.
Ace thinks that Ichiji is ashamed of him or sth, brings up the mixed signals, but Ichiji closes himself off, so Ace ends up walking off on his own, the most angry he has ever been at Ichiji, and a little heartbroken too.
That's when he meets the salesman, and puts on the mask.
Ichiji finds him because, after cooling down, he thought about everything and went to look for Ace, to maybe try and talk things out, maybe tell Ace the truth about everything, instead he finds a black kitten.
Like in the movie, Ace keeps turning into a cat to finally see all that Ichiji is hiding from him, specially since things have become awkward with Ichiji (there's some self sabotage going on on Ichiji's side and well, Ace can't simply reveal whatever little he has learnt).
Also, we will only see the mask seller twice or thrice, when he gives the mask to Ace with the time limit warning, later when he reminds him of the deal and having suggested telling Ichiji the truth and ends up taking Ace's human face as a mask, and when the time limit comes.
Nyasha takes Ace's place, he's mad at Ace and has an argument with him when Ace goes after him to get his face back ("I'll make sure to make him happy! And if I have to become you to do so, then I will! I will succeed where you failed him!") but seeing Ichiji's (and honestly all of the siblings and Baratie's) sadness and desperation at Nyasha's disappearance shows him how loved and needed he is.
The turning point of the story comes with Ace's arrival to the Vinsmoke household, seeing how they live helps Ace understand the cause of Ichiji's reluctance and mixed signals to their relationship, as well as help him grow an appreciation to his own guardians (his dad and Raleigh, after all, they do try, you know?), however is around here when the mask seller reappears and takes his face, since Ace had the brief idea that he would only be able to be with and make Ichiji happy as Spade (until the full truth of it all finally comes out and he also grows that appreciation towards his dad and his dad's boyfriend).
With the arrival of the festival, he grows desperate and goes to the other place in search of the mask seller.
Nyasha also tells Ichiji the truth and with all the changes and everything, Ichiji hardens his resolve to fight for his relationship with Ace, so he insists on going to save him. Nyasha, ofc, agrees.
They finally catch up to each other and find the mask seller to settle everything, it seems like the mask seller will let them do as they please, but he takes Ace's mask and it disappears ("But you said you needed to be 'Spade' to make him happy, didn't you? I would never let you regret turning back into a human and losing everything you have with him, leaving him on his own in that awful, awful house") the mask is hidden somewhere in the tree of life and they need to find it, there are no hints to where it could be though.
They barely managed to find it on time, but Ace is still a bit hesitant, the mask seller and Nyasha's previous words did get to him, but Ichiji finally pours his heart out to him.
They finally return together with Nyasha and everyone celebrates together, both Nyasha's reappearance and Acechiji getting together (they will help them keep their relationship secret for as long as possible).
Niji is the least happy with their union, but that's just how he is with his siblings, the mother hen.
Finally, the moment Reiju turns 18, she moves out to a place nearby that Zeff helped her get, and she both studies and works part time at the Baratie, and proceedings begin. Having saved a lot of money (and with Zeff's support, again) she gets custody of her brothers and puts a restraining order on Judge, forcing him to move to another city.
Ace also starts bonding with his dads, specially because they found out about his relationship with Ichiji and not only helped keep it secret, but also helped Reiju settle and win the court cases. They become another safe heaven for the Vinsmoke siblings.
And everyone lived happily ever after.
The end.
Plus a little scene.
He wiggled, because he needed to. It was hot under the sweater and his face was smushed against Ichiji's chest; his hearing revealed the fast beating of the redhead's heart. So he either combusted or wiggled.
"Shh, keep still"
Ace was, once again, squished against Ichiji's body. Being hidden under Ichiji's sweater as he was, his vision was very limited, but, based on what he could make out with his hearing, they had entered a house.
"What were you doing out so late?" He heard Reiju ask.
"Homework"
"Get off his ass Reiju" he heard Yonji farther away "dad's not home tonight anyway, let the guy be"
Reiju sighed.
"And Sanji?"
"He's staying at Zeff's again" answered Niji "He should just stay there forever at this point"
"Don't say that" scolded Reiju.
"Why not?" Yonji again "He's happy there, if it were me I would take the opportunity to never return, would dad even care?"
"I don't think he would even notice" followed Niji. Someone snorted.
"So dad's not coming back tonight?"
Reiju answered "there was an accident in the lab with one of Caesar's projects so he's staying the night there to try and solve it, I doubt he'll be back tomorrow"
The sweater's zipper was pulled down to reveal a brightly lit and spacious living room. Yonji and Niji sat together on the longest sofa, notebooks open on the low table in front of them. Reiju stood behind with a mug in her hands. They all turned to Ichiji, who, firmly yet gently, held Ace in his arms.
"Oh, Ichiji, no" Reiju frowned with pity "you know dad won't allow it"
"Just for tonight"
"That's what you said last time" complained Niji, his frown mirroring Reiju's.
However, Yonji stood up, face bright, and walked to his older brother. Ace slapped the approaching hand.
Yonji cooed "So cute"
Ace purred at the feeling of Ichiji scratching the back of his ear, he looked up and found a very small smile on the redhead's face, softening his expression.
"He is, he's also very friendly"
Yonji nodded and tried to join in the scratching, but Ace caught the limb in his maw. Yonji laughed.
"Do you want to play?"
Niji groaned "Oh, come on, Yonji, don't add fuel, you know the cat can't stay"
"Maybe Zeff can take him in, at least, I want to make sure he finds a nice home"
"Zeff only took Nyasha in because we had no time to find another person to take him in and it was either that or dad would get rid of him on his own" said Reiju, leaving her mug on the low table.
"And because you literally cried and begged him for hours" added Niji.
"Sanji was the one crying" Ichiji defended himself.
"Whatever helps you sleep at night. The point is, Zeff won't take in another one of your cats, not even if you, Yonji, me, Reiju or even Sanji cry and beg, that old geezer's number one priority is his restaurant"
"And Sanji" Yonji jumped in.
"Don't interrupt me, moron. So I suggest you put that back where you found it"
Ichiji clicked his tongue "mind your own business, number two"
"O-Hey-"
Ichiji walked past everyone, ignoring their calls, and took Ace to his room.
#~Roger will forever double down in laughter at the fact that his two kids ended up with Vinsmokes~#~Ace and Ichiji were a bit baffled at Sabo and Yonji getting together. Niji almost cried (declared the Gol Ds to be an enemy and danger to#but then Sanji got with Zoro and he almost fistfought the guy#Sabo and Ace are more decent options in his eyes)~#~according to Niji#only Reiju had good taste in partners~#one piece#vinsmoke ichiji#acechiji#one piece acechiji#op acechiji#portgas d ace x vinsmoke ichiji#portgas d ace#vinsmoke siblings#germa 66#thats probably the first one piece story/au i finish#I can't promise a fic but I'll try#a whisker away au#as always zosan and yonbo (yonjixsabo) are a must for me as is lulaw but they won't be more than hinted at here#whether Reiju ends up with Tashigi or Perona is up to the reader#same with Niji ending up with anyone at all#tho I suggest Kiku and/or Yamato#but that ain't really that important for the fic so do as you please#I went with redhead Ichiji without thinking but Loopy's dark blonde Ichiji is the canon one for this au

For your 25 days till Christmas, could I possibly request Reiju Vinsmoke (One piece) for the prompt "Christmas hot chocolate is not normal hot chocolate"?
If you cannot do Reiju, could you do Buggy (One piece)
I decided to write for Reuji since I’ve never really written for her and she is awesome. Happy holidays and I hope you like it!
Day 18: Reuji Vinsmoke x Reader: Christmas Hot Chocolate is Not Normal Hot Chocolate
Reuji never really ate out. Usually all her food was prepared at the palace as Judge was afraid someone would try to hurt them or poison one of his children. But every year around Christmas time, Reuji would seek out and go to this little hot chocolate cafe that had the best hot chocolate she had ever tasted in her life. It also wasn’t bad that you, the owner was really really cute. It was finally the day to get her holiday hot chocolate. She entered the little stone cafe. It was completely decorated for the season. The simple brown couches had Christmas quilts on each one. The stone fireplace had a beautiful evergreen wreath with holly berries and a big tartan plaid bow. The wood counter had garland on it with holly berries to match the wreath. You were standing there waiting for customers to come in. You smiled when you noticed her, “hi there Reuji. The usual?”
She nodded, “yeah. The usual.” You worked on mixing her drink. She was amazed as she watched you, even though she saw you do this every year for the past 4 years. You set the mug down in front of you. “Enjoy.”
Reuji grabbed the mug and drank it. When she was done she smiled asking, “this is amazing. Why is this so good? What’s your secret?”
“Because Christmas hot chocolate is not normal hot chocolate,” you started, “Christmas hot chocolate is made with the finest chocolate. It’s the one time of the year that you get to splurge. You get the nicest of chocolates. Different amounts of cacao in each. You mix those together and use actual cream instead of regular milk. It's magical just like the season itself. It’s made with extra love especially for my favorite customer.”
Reuji blushed. She felt so flustered by your words. Christmas hot chocolate was different from the normal stuff. Why? Because it brings people together through coziness and love.
Please do not copy, modify, translate or repost my writing on other platforms. Comments, reblogs and likes are highly appreciated!

For the follower event, can I request:
"A merperson who gets injured and washed up on the shore of a beach unconscious, and is found by B." + “Just kiss me already” + Sanji?
Or
"She stood on the end of the pier, took a deep breath, and jumped into the freezing ocean. She was going to get answers, no matter what it took." + “So you’re really leaving?” “Ask me to stay.” “What?” “Ask me to stay, and I will.” + Reiju?
Something something loving merfolk siblings that are stuck in their dad's shitty underwater kingdom (Reiju) or have escaped it/are trying to escape it (Sanji) but still manage to stumble upon love with whatever freedom they've managed to steal for themselves.
So normally I'd at least have tried to write the first request first, but I couldn't possibly pass up the chance to write for Reiju! I'll likely still try to write the Sanji one, but I'm so, so, so happy for the chance to write for her.

Reiju sighed as she looked out her window. Her father was in a ‘mood’ again, meaning that she needed to stay out of sight or risk his wrath. It happened from time to time, he’d get into one of his moods and she and her brothers would do everything in their power to avoid him, some more so than others. Honestly, she wanted out, Sanji had gotten out ages ago, fleeing to who knows where. She hoped he was happy, wherever he was. But now she wanted out too, wanted away from her father. She could, she could just swim out her window if she did so desire, nothing was holding her back. Looking around, she didn’t spot any of the usual maids. The tower was so high up that nobody would notice her leaving. Quickly grabbing a few things in a satchel, she took off out her window, swimming as fast as she could. Once she was far enough away she stopped to think about what she was going to do now. Her father would inevitably come after her sooner or later, but she needed a plan until then to make this last as long as possible. The best way to do that was to go to the surface, head towards land. That or find the furthest, deepest, darkest cave and eke out a life there. She was strong, she could handle any humans, so she’d head for the surface. It took some time, but finally she surfaced, taking her first breath of air. Thankfully, it didn’t take long for her to spot land, swimming over and looking at the beaches. While she wasn’t quite sure how she was going to remain hidden from her father here, it was a start, she could figure it out from there. Swimming around, she looked for somewhere to hide, her brow furrowing when she spotted a human standing on a strange structure, looking out at the ocean.
Standing on the pier, looking out at the ocean, you sighed. You loved looking out at the endless ocean waters, finding the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach soothing. Running a hand through your hair, you took another deep breath. Closing your eyes, you didn’t notice the pink haired girl surface from the water, nor her pink hair as she cautiously swam towards you. It had been a long day, all you wanted was to enjoy the ocean waters. It probably wasn’t the wisest idea, the waters around here were freezing on the best of days, but you dove in anyway. The water was shockingly cold, but you managed anyhow, sitting under the water for a moment. While you had managed not to gasp in shock from the cold, managed not to breathe in water, the force of something grabbing you did make you gasp, your eyes widening as your vision was obscured by pink. As soon as you surfaced, you were coughing up water as you were tossed onto the beach. Looking around, you spotted a pink haired girl, but that wasn’t the part that had you gapping between coughing up water. What had you surprised was the bright pink tail from the waist down.
“Are you okay? I’ve heard land creatures can’t breathe underwater. I was worried when you fell into the water.” she said, looking at you in concern. You let out a laugh between choked coughs.
“I’m mostly fine.” a few more coughs, “you’re not wrong, we don’t breathe water, but I didn’t plan on trying.” the girl looked at you in confusion as you took a few deep breaths, having expelled most of the water from your lungs, “I was holding my breath, I was planning on surfacing in a second or two.” you said, giving her a smile, a look of understanding spreading across her face.
“I apologize, I thought you were in danger. My name’s Reiju.” she said with a small smile.
“Y/n, and it’s okay, thanks for, uh, ‘saving’ me. It was sweet of you.” you said, hoping to make her feel better, “So what’s a mermaid doing on the surface? I thought your kind didn’t come to the surface anymore. No one’s seen a merfolk in so long we’re starting to think you became extinct.” you asked, wondering about the young woman.
“It’s… a long story, but I was hoping you might have a place I could, uh hide out for a little bit?” she asked. You brow furrowed but nodded, standing up.
“Yeah, there’s a small cove I know of. If you’re willing, there’s also a river, though if you don’t mind me asking, what’re you hiding from?” you asked, watching as Reiju looked away, a sad look on her face.
“My asshole of a father. He’s…” Reiju closed her eyes and faced away from you, “I suppose unbearable would be the nicest way to describe him.” she said as you nodded in understanding.
“So you ran away. Well for now, let’s try that cove, we can move to the river later if you prefer.” you said, helping her back into the water and leading her to the cove.
You quickly got to know Reiju, spending as much time with her as possible. She was interesting, smart, funny, kind, and beautiful. Likewise, she grew to like you more and more with each day. Still, she knew her father would be looking for her, that it was only a matter of time before he found her. She couldn’t stay forever, no matter how much she wished to do so. You sensed something was off almost immediately, asking her what was wrong. But she only dodged the questions, didn’t answer them, or even outright denied that anything was wrong. She couldn’t tell you that she had to leave soon, couldn’t tell you that the bastard of a father she’d told you about was likely going to find her and raise hell once he found her. But at the same time, could she really hide it from you?
It had been days since you’d started asking her what was wrong, since she started hiding things from you. As much as you asked, you never got a straight answer and it was bugging you. You cared for her, deeply, and you wanted to see her smile a real smile again, you wanted her to be okay, wanted her to be happy. Finally, you stood on the pier once more, you were going to get answers one way or another and if she wouldn’t talk to you then you’d find answers another way, no matter what. With that, you took a deep breath, jumping back into the ice cold waters once more. It was still just as shocking as that day, as the day you met her, but you had to, you had to get answers. You didn’t know how long you were under the water, only that your vision was beginning to swim, you were quickly running out of air. You weren’t sure if it was seconds or hours that you finally tried to breath in, choking on the water. The familiar feeling of strong yet feminine arms around you tugged at you, even as your consciousness blurred. Again, you were tossed onto the beach, coughing up water, Reiju sitting on the beach next to you.
“What were you thinking? You can’t breathe underwater and you can only hold your breath for so long! Why would you stay under the water like that?” she demanded angrily, glaring at you.
“I was” cough, “thinking that I’d… get answers.” you said, coughing up water again. After the first time, you hadn’t thought you’d be coughing up water like this again, but here you were.
“Answers to what? What could be so important that you would try to drown yourself?” she asked, still furious with you. She couldn’t lose you, even if her father dragged her home, she couldn’t let you do that.
“I want to know what’s wrong. You’ve been avoiding it for days. This was the only thing I could think of. Please, don’t avoid my questions anymore, I need you to tell me the truth.” you said, caressing her cheek. Reiju leaned into your touch, closing her eyes. She didn’t want to leave, but what else was she supposed to do?
“It’s my father.” she admitted, “He’s undoubtedly noticed my absence by now, he’ll be looking for me. He’ll raise hell when he finds me if I don’t go with him. He’s got the resources to find me, I can’t escape.” she said, turning her head away from you.
“So you’re really leaving? I could help you. He might have the resources to find you anywhere in the ocean, but you don’t have to stay in the ocean.” you offered, hoping she’d accept. She hesitated, staring into your eyes for a moment.
“Ask me to stay.” she said, a longing in her voice.
“What?” you asked, unsure if you’d heard her correctly. Would she actually stay?
“Ask me to stay, and I will.” she repeated, making you smile. She was taking up your offer to hide her from her father, to stay with you.
“Then stay, for me. Let me help you. If… if you decide later that you still want to leave, I’ll let you go, but for now, please, please stay with me.” you pleaded with her. She smiled and nodded in agreement. She didn’t want to say it outloud, but she’d gladly stay for you… she loved you.

hello--!! i'm the person who rq'ed kid & law w/ a child and i'm here to ask for a matchup :DD
i'm an entp who loves kids and taking care of them, but i'm very horrible at taking care of myself. i'm extremely insecure and i don't really know how to love myself, but i do pour in all my love and heart for my partner. i tend to be the moodmaker of a group and i often fool around, so ppl don't really realize i'm kinda a mess in reality 😓😓
my hobbies include sleeping, photography (i love capturing memories!), journaling, and writing. i have depression and ptsd that makes it hard for me to get by day by day, but with someone as a support to lean into i feel like i can do anything!!!
i'm fine with both fem and male characters, so if you ever feel like it, i'd like a match up!!! <33
Hello again, my love!! Just know I am a mess to it's okay, we can be messes together~!! Also did you know you are considered my perfect match in MBTI standards??
King
King admires your ability to care for others, he does the same in his own special way, but it’s nice to see how you care for kids and want to take care of them (totally doesn’t get baby fever)! He had similar issues with his past, so he understands your depression and PTSD very well, so he doesn’t mind being a shoulder to cry on!
He might be quiet, but he cares a lot about you and wants what is best for you, so he can be a bit forceful in that regard. Makes sure you eat and sleep regularly as well as drink water, it’s his way of showing he loves you!
Once you get to know him better he opens up more and shows his caring side. He even lets you take photos of him!! Literally one of the best matches you could ask for, silent but caring!
Reiju
This queen is another silent type, but she will open more than the other two matches! She experienced a rough childhood so she understands your depression, however she was raised not to let her emotions get to her, so she can be a bit standoffish at times. However, no matter what, she will be there for you and tries her best to comfort you!
She always compliments your pictures and writings, doing her best to be a cheerleader for you and show you that not all people are bad. She admires your ability to be help others and thinks of her brother’s own kindness.
Her siblings might not like you, but you are perfect in her eyes and that’s all that matters! She will protect you until the day she dies, your smile is worth way more than her life can offer!
Law
This tsundere is a tough boy, he hates feeling vulnerable and soft, but despite all that, he ends up doing just that! He’s honestly a good person who has a tainted heart, so teach him that not all people are corrupted and this man is yours!
He also has PTSD, so he understands those episodes and when things get tough, but as long as you are there for him in his own episodes, he will be there for you! Besides, he’s a doctor after all, so let him do his job and take care of you!
He might look grumpy, but sometimes if you beg nicely enough he will smile just for you and long enough to snap a photo! Just make sure you don’t show anyone or you will lose his trust!!

Germa 66 Jealousy Headcanons
Tags/Warnings: No Reader Pronouns, Questionable Relationship Dynamics, Spats, Explicit Suicide Language and Vague General Racism (Niji Only), Mentions of Physical Fights (non-relationship), Possessiveness, Dead Dove: Do Not Eat (Niji Only)
𓆃 Reiju
Hot shit and she knows it. Reiju isn't jealous in any meaningful way, but is just petty enough and just ballsy enough to make a little show of establishing some dominance.
While she isn't one to take forceful kisses or pull you into her arms, she is purposeful in the little pecks to the cheek she'll give you or the way she might drape herself over your arm.
Reiju establishes herself in a way to make herself clear while remaining classy.
Her arms might gently wrap around your shoulders from behind while you're sitting down, maintaining eye contact with someone who dared to act just a bit too familiar with you as she presses her cheek against your hair.
Unabashed about PDA in general, a particularly severe transgression may be responded to with a kiss on the lips or an arm wrapped around yours as she lays her head on your shoulder.
Conversation goes on as normal, albeit with some heavier eye contact than usual.
This is about the farthest she'll go, and each action is rather gentle. Reiju knows that what's hers is staying hers, and sees no point in making a scene.
Overall, she trusts you whole-heartedly. Isn't that what healthy couples are supposed to do?
𓆃 Ichiji
Tries to play it cool, but other people making passes at you— or what he perceives as making passes— bothers him more than he'd like to admit.
Ichiji sort of hovers, stuck between the feeling that he's making too much of the situation and then not enough of it. He'll stand awkwardly in group conversations, not speaking and otherwise sending off odd vibes, or sit next to you with the same eerie quietness with a grip just a bit too firm on your knee.
He's slowly getting more annoyed the more whoever is at the receiving end of his jealousy speaks, and everyone nearby can feel it.
Reciprocal touches of reassurance only get you so far, with a part of Ichiji somewhat comforted— if you could call it that— by the mutual physical contact.
It is, after all, a clear signal that you're taken. But this does nothing for his darkened demeanor.
The night will surely end with Ichiji snapping, insisting it's about time you leave without any explanation.
"That's enough. We're leaving," Ichiji will huff out of the blue before ushering you out, forcefully grabbing your jacket and his all whilst rudely brushing off your friends and colleagues.
Any attempts to reason with him will be equally ignored, and more often than not, you'll fight as soon as you're out the door.
Ichiji will not throw punches unless an egregious boundary has been crossed such as someone touching you or being explicit in their desire for you.
It's ultimately your problem when he's caused a scene and refuses to talk about it. You'll likely end up fighting about something small and petty because it's really not about who drives home, now is it?
𓆃 Niji
TW for Dialogue Section: Explicit Suicide Language, Vile Language, General Racism, Dead Dove: Do Not Eat
Niji, however, takes his response from 0 to 100. He wants a physical fight with someone, and it's quite frankly mortifying.
And you can always see it coming, and it's come to a point where you can almost warn people when they approach you at a busy venue asking to buy you a drink.
But it's too late, because Niji can somehow always hear. And when he hears what he deems a transgression of the highest degree, Niji is swift to sling an arm around you and deliver a carefully crafted response of the most vile string of words anyone can think of.
Niji's mortifying insult recipe = insult to the person + usually vulgar compliment to you + horrifyingly disturbing finisher
TW "Hey ugly, does a pathetic loser like you really think you could tap an ass that fine? What are you stupid? HA! Kill yourself!" he might say with a wide grin, the words pouring from his lips with an uncomfortable casualness before slapping your ass. He drapes his arm back over your shoulders for effect.
TW "What race are you? I wanna call you a slur."
He's proud of himself for it and isn't afraid of getting up in someone's face. Niji enjoys rising to his full height, squaring his shoulders, and baiting some moron who had the nerve to try and take what's his into a fight.
You can try to tug him away all you'd like, but Niji will shrug you off, opting for getting you kicked out of wherever you are instead.
𓆃 Yonji
Can usually sense when someone is interested in you before even you can, and will call it out point-blank.
Yonji likes to use his size to intimidate those who have mistakenly shown their interest in you, and rather than hold your hand or give you a kiss, he'll throw his arm around the other person and lean in close to get in their face.
"So, I heard you've got a thing for my better half, huh?" he'll muse before turning to direct both of their attentions toward you. "It's all good; I can’t get enough either. Why don't you tell me what it is that you like so much?"
"Caught you eyeing my girl. That's alright; I like 'er, too." "I couldn't help but notice you sizing up my man. Don't worry, I want to tap that sweet ass, too. And I do! HA!" "Heard you're sweet on my plus one. Don't be shy; I get it."
Sometimes, this will go on without you even noticing, only to look for Yonji to see he's backed some poor soul into a corner.
Yonji is rather forgiving, and it typically only takes you rushing over to collect him for Yonji to laugh and leave the situation be as if it never happened (much to the relief of his victim).
However, on the surprisingly frequent occasions that Yonji can make someone talk about you in a more than flattering way, Yonji is more than happy to take that as an invitation to beat the living snot out of whoever it is.
For his credit, he usually takes it outside, and you'll only really notice when he comes back, looking excessively self-satisfied.
Thank you to all who liked, reblogged, followed, and supported. Your support means so much and is greatly appreciated.

SFW B, D, and L for Reiju, Robin, and Perona pls.
Reiju
B eauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?
She admires that you don't care about her family and all the fucked up things they've done. You associate her with the woman you've come to love and not her family and that does something for Reiju's small stance of emotions.
Your heart, with it you can feel all the emotions she wasn't supposed to feel. The love, the joy, even the sadness, she watches you with absolute widened eyes.
D reams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?
A small quiet life, away from the Germa, the Government, pirates, everything. She wants to spend the rest of her days with you and watch the love in your eyes with each passing day as the two of you grow older.
L ove Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?
Love. She honestly didn't know what to do with the feeling. If her father and brothers found out that she loved you, she had an idea of what they'd do to you, and she wouldn't have that. For the longest time she kept it hidden, but she found it quite difficult. Eventually she found her heart not being able to take it, and she took you out of the fortress one day and took you to a small run down island before she told you eventually everything; from her ability to feel some feelings, you feeling love with you, to being terrified of what her family would do if they found out, to what you actually think of her. The two of you sit together in silence, before you take her hand giving her a smile telling her that it would have to be something the two of you would have to go through together. With wide confused eyes she looks at you as you place your hands to either side of her face and press a kiss to her lips. As the two of you part, does she look back at you scanning your expression before resting her forehead to yours with a soft smile. She likes how her heart feels in her chest.
Robin
B eauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?
Robin likes your strong desire to make your dreams come to fruition, it's a very dark unjust world you live in yet you're still seeking out freedom and fighting tooth and nail for your dream, she finds that breathtaking.
Your hands, she loves how they compare to hers and each take she holds them, it gives her reassurance that both of you are alive and that she wouldn't want it any other way.
D reams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?
She sees after Luffy becomes King of the pirates and after their last voyage, the two of you settling down on a quiet island laying in each other's arms while reading a book, ready to spend the rest of your lives with each other hopefully in a very peaceful world.
L ove Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?
It would take a lot to break down her walls and tackle her trust issues. It takes a lot of time and after Enies Lobby she really needs time to further except her own self, never mind a s/o. But the time eventually comes, and when she realizes she's in love with you she fully comes to terms with it. If she was going to be something more with you she was going to have to open completely up, so she brings you somewhere private and tells you everything of her past. You sit there, calmly hanging on every word and as she looks you deep in your eyes does everything around her start to stop and she can't breathe her words slowly become less and less as sobs start to escape her throat. Pull her into a hug, let her let it all out on your shoulder. Robin rarely gets emotional like just and just the sound of her sobs brings tears to your own eyes. Time passes and Robin's crying stops, she just silently holds onto you taking in your warm around her. Once you hesitantly look back to see her face, dried tears on her cheeks, does she take one look to your eyes before immediately going in for the kiss. It's not that very long, but to you it felt like hours. Once she pulls back she goes back to the embrace with you and tells you in hushed whispers that she loves you.
Perona
B eauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?
That you don't complain when she needs you to do stuff for her. No, but she knows she can be difficult to be with sometimes and she really appreciates you for putting up with her and also giving the best hugs and letting her dress you up.
D reams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?
After she finds and brings back Moria from Blackbeard's island (ha ha, uhm good luck with that…) she wants you to meet him, since he's her father figure (poor choice, Perona) and she wants the four of you (counting Kumashi) to all live together on another spooky island (or with again Mihawk, but I don't know at that point I think he's going to want rent)
L ove Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?
She realizes fairly quickly that she has feelings for you, doesn't mean she's ever going to admit them. But with the whole tsundere act she puts on, you can quickly put it together that she likes you. That being said, sorry dear reader you're going to be the one cofessing. It'll be on one of your ventures off of Kuraigana, Perona floating along with you in a small boat looking for anything cute for her collection. Eventually you lead her attention over to a nearby island horse sized baby ducks. The two of you make for shore and Perona instantly takes cooing of the ducks, you watch with a smile. Time passes to the late afternoon and the ducks are called back to join over to their elephant sized mother (which you have to talk down the ghost girl from stealing one) the two of sit down together and watch the sun fall on the horizon of the sea. Figuring this would be the best time from any, you place your hand in the spot that hers would be (going through her projected one) she then looks at you confused before pulling hers away and asks why the hell you did that. You spill out all your feelings and she stares back at you with a frown on her face. You take a few seconds before starting to apologize, figuring you were wrong about her signals only to be interrupted by Perona placing her hands on her hips and going off on how long you had her waiting to confess and that she's completely disappointed with your timing, her face now completely flushed. She floats over and points with one hand back to the boat and the other on her hip demanding:
"N-now back on the boat! I want to kiss you with my real body now!"
