🌊 he loves shows like octonauts and bubble guppies, if he's regressed in an older headspace he probably likes horse girl shows

🌊 blue cookies are his go-to snack/dessert/dinner/lunch/breakfast. He gets really mad if he sees people eating fish

🌊 when he's regressed to a smaller headspace he freaks out and starts having a meltdown if his mom or Annabeth isn't there with him

🦉 she gets really frustrated whenever she's too little to read and refuses to ask for help, so she just sits there staring at the pages with an extremely determined pouty face

Percy's 'First' Regression

Percy spent a long time pushing off his regression, the feeling of regressing have started when he was 10 years old, though he kept pushing it off until it took hold of him when he was thirteen. He'd been alone, and had just cried to himself because he didn't like being alone. He hated it, actually. Having spent so much of his childhood either alone or hurting, he found that he hates even the idea of either. When he'd come out of his regression, he had a bit of a mess to clean up, which had upset Percy, for several reasons as there were several messes. One of which he was highly embarresed about.

His first regression with Annabeth was nearly similar. Little Percy had grown used to regressing alone, even if Percy was at camp and could hear people outside. Though, Percy tried to shove off his regression until at least lights out, so that he wouldn't get found regressed. He'd been spooked when Annabeth had snuck into his cabin, finding him curled up in a onesie with a stuffed animal in his arms and a pacifier in his mouth. There had been confusion, there had definitely been crying, and there had been a lot of comforting.

Annabeth had vaguely known what regressing was, but she'd never looked into it, but she was putting together some of the pieces that Percy was a regressor.

It had taken Annabeth nearly an hour to get Little Percy calmed down enough to at least settle in his bed again, as he'd tried to get up and run so that he could hide from her. She'd worried about him accidentally hurting himself; which was warranted, as Percy tripped and ended up hurting his wrist soon after he started panicking. It had taken her almost another hour to reassure Little Percy that she wasn't going to hurt him or tell anyone, which helped in letting her get close enough so that she could physically comfort him; having long since learned that Percy was touch starved in general.

The two of them had laid there for nearly another hour before Percy had fallen asleep. There was a number of conversations the next day, several because Percy would run away part way through the conversation or would change the topic of conversation.

The first regression that Annabeth was "officially" there for was one that was full of hesitance, distrust, and fear from Little Percy and complete utter patience from Annabeth. She read quietly, just a tad out loud until Percy was used to her presence and had hesitantly joined her.

The first time Little Percy leaned against her to cuddle she nearly cried. By then, several months had passed.
