Hello.. if you do not mind, could you translate the text of the Mu artwork/painting with him holding a bowl? Also, may I ask from where is the yellow/blue flag?

sure. the flags are the flag of upper and lower silesia respectively, the text on the top says "enjoy your meal" and on the left its a shortened recipe for silesian dumplings (the subject of the entire artwork). also Mu uses it/its "1 kg of boiled potatoes [peeled] 200g potato starch pinch of salt 1 egg mash the potatoes, add starch, salt and the egg. mix thoroughly. form dumplings in hand with the hole included. put in salted boiling water. fish out of the water about 3 minutes after they flow to the top"

the entire artwork is a bit over the top because its based on the work of a 16th century artist Stanisław Samostrzelnik

Women in Hindeloopen, a town in the northern Netherlandish province of Friesland, traditionally wore this type of striking lightweight coat, called a wentke, on special occasions. Beginning in the mid-eighteenth century, wentkes were usually made of boldly patterned Indian chintzes, and contrary to the custom in the rest of Europe of confining chintz to casual and private occasions, residents of Hindeloopen elevated this exotic fabric to a formal status. The wentke was often worn with other garments of Indian cotton. (The MET)
