Aplicarea lotiunilor tonice

Cea de a doua operatie care urmeaza curatirii este aplicarea lotiunilor tonice. Ele sint necesare, chiar in cazul unui ten uscat, deoarece stimuleaza functiile biologice ale pielii si activeaza circulatia singelui avind totodata si o actiune tonica asupra muschilor. in cazul tenurilor grase, pentru curatirea obrazului de impuritatile depuse pe el in timpul zilei si pentru inchiderea porilor, se folosesc lotiuni cu proprietati degresante. Unii specialisti indica aplicarea cremei nutritive si apoi frecarea usoara cu lotiunea tonica, deoarece considera ca in generai lotiunile sint putin astringente si inchid porii, fapt care conduce la absorbtia dificila a cremei. Dupa curatirea si stergerea obrazului cu o lotiune tonica, vom aplica In fiecare seara o crema nutritiva (de noapte). Crema se intinde pe obraz cu miscari usoare atit pe fata, cit si pe git. Odata cu intinderea cremei vom efectua si un usor masaj. Folosirea unei creme de buna calitate, inofensiva si potrivita tenului pe care se aplica, intirzie formarea ridurilor, pastreaza tineretea si fragezimea pielii. Folosirea cremelor este indicata in general pentru toate categoriile de piele si in mod special pentru tenurile uscate, deoarece ele inlocuiesc lipsa secretiei naturale de grasime a pielii. in cazul unui ten uscat, crema se pastreaza si in cursul noptii, in timp ce pentru un ten gras nu se recomanda aplicarea de crema seara, dupa curatirea obrazului. Indiferent de natura tenului, portiunea din jurul ochilor, care prezinta o sensibilitate deosebita, va fi unsa cu crema grasa, hranitoare si va ramine astfel si in cursul noptii. Pentru a evita formarea ridurilor, in aceasta regiune, este bine sa aplicam o asemenea crema, imediat ce ne-am intors de la lucru. Din punct de vedere cosmetic hranirea pielii se realizeaza prin: — Activarea circulatiei sanguine si limfatice, care conduce la un aflux sporit de singe si limfa, aduce substantele nutritive necesare metabolismului celular; acest lucru se realizeaza prin diferite mijloace mecanice si fizice (masaj manual sau cu ajutorul diferitelor aparate) — Absorbtia cutanata propriu-zisa, adica patrunderea in straturile profunde ale pielii a componentelor din cremele cosmetice.

Protejarea pielii

A patra operatie din ansamblul ingrijirii tenului este protejarea lui. De obicei, cremele protectoare se aplica dimineata dupa curatirea si stergerea obrazului cu lotiune. Aplicarea unui strat fin de pudra este recomandata in special, in cazul tenului gras, datorita calitatilor sale absorbante si protectoare, dar si in cazul tenului uscat, daca inainte de pudrare se aplica o crema grasa sau o cold- crema. Acestea se folosesc inainte de fardare.

 Regimul alimentar in functie de piele

Alimentatia joaca un rol deosebit asupra sanatatii pielii, eruptiile urti- cariene fiind o consecinta a instalarii unei stari alergice datorita anumitor alimente. in permanenta trebuie sa fim preocupate de buna functionare a tubului digestiv. Constipatia va fi tratata, conform indicatiilor medicului si evitata, deoarece neglijarea tratamentului duce deseori la un ten iritat, congestionat si chiar presarat cu cosuri. Lipsa de vitamine din organism si in special lipsa vitaminei A, duce la uscarea si la descuamarea tenului, fapt pentru care in asemenea situatie se vor folosi pomezi si lotiuni cu vitamina A si alimente bogate in aceasta vitamina. Unele persoane prezinta o sensibilitate speciala fata de anumite alimente ca: fragi, capsuni, oua, ciocolata etc.; se impune suprimarea lor din alimentatie. Aceasta intoleranta sau hipersensibilitate, numita alergie, se manifesta prin inrosirea si congestionarea pielii, aparitia urticariei si eczemei. Daca dorim sa avem un aspect placut al tenului, alimentatia noastra trebuie sa cuprinda carne fiarta sau fripta, legume crude sau fierte, fructe crude sau fierte. Daca suferim de afectiuni digestive trebuie sa evaitam prinzurile copioase, mincarurile picante, mezelurile, vinatul, ciocolata, alcoolul. The most widespread form of transmisogyny within the queer community is denying trans women epistemic authority.

Which means: people do not believe us on our own experiences. They frequently assume any and all oppression we face must be mild or must simply be anti-effeminacy instead of "real misogyny". We are considered to be exaggerating the material consequences of bigotry on us and assumed to not experience various harms that we in fact do, including medical misogyny, sexual violence, CSA, being infantilized and dismissed, being inadequately represented (since most popular depictions of us are cissexist caricatures and do not authentically portray our lived realities!), and more besides.

Perhaps the most hysteria inducing aspect of this is being told that our testimony is not frequently dismissed, BY PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTIVELY DISMISSING OUR TESTIMONY ON HOW MUCH MISOGYNY AND DEGENDERING AND VIOLENCE WE EXPERIENCE.

We are not "new to oppression". We do not have to be taught what it is like to be feminized and dehumanized under patriarchy. We are painfully familiar with how misogyny operates and experience it regularly, in addition to having to justify even to "our" communities that we do in fact experience it!

That, my friends, is the core of transmisogyny: being dehumanized while being denied the right to even name one's oppression or have it be acknowledged as such!
