Anyways here's my (late) vague review as somebody who went into the walking dead completely blind in 2023 and watched the whole thing in 2 months

it's so interesting to me that a whole bunch of y'all who were following this show for years and years hate those later seasons with a burning passion. They were fine. They weren't as good, but they weren't bad. The commonwealth arc was a lot of fun tbh. But I guess y'all had time for the hype to wear off and get sick of waiting each week for another mid episode for years on end. whereas for me I blasted through and all the episodes blended together with just a few dull patches; no build up, no expectations, nothing to be disappointed by. I recognize some dumbass shit happened dgmw. I have.. Notes. But overall? FIRE.
