Uhh uh uhhhh ethereal ocs concepts

I’ll give some speedrun fun facts about each of them:

- The ghazt is an epic ghazt and theyre very introverted and they also have matching hats w/ the grumpyre

- Humbug is just a big goof, kinda oblivious to everyone, and has accidentally rizzed up all his friends

- Reebro is a mad inventor who built himself his own bipedal body (inspired by @/seybalt ,, idk ifn theyre ok with being @ mentioned)

- Grumpyres like a mime thing person almost?? I dunno,, theyre a puppeteer, has a matching hat with the ghazt, can control shadows around them as limbs, and has a defect where instead of being stuck in a frown they’re stuck in a grin

- Epic Jeeodes the group mom, keeps them all from exploding shit, shes super clumsy and breaks off pieces of herself sometimes(shes always fine in the end)

How Ivie and C.J. first meet

One day a Reebro Named C.J. was getting ready for his 1st day of high school(9th grade) "Oh shit it's almost 8:00" he as as he looked at his watch he grabbed his backpack said goodbye to his older sister and left he rushed to the bus as it was getting ready to leave he got on as he was worried about his school since his sister was a better at 9th grade then him when it stopped at school he sighed and walked to the school to see his homeroom he saw his desk and sat on it as his teacher introduced themself to the class "Psst" a humbug dressed like a punk whispered "huh?" He asked "You new here?" they continued "Yes I just moved here and what's your name?" he asked "The name's Ivie I'm genderfliud any pronouns" Ivie introduced Herself to C.J and he introduced himself to them "My name's C.J I'm A Male he/him" he told him "Not a bad name C.J I had a close friend of mine who had a cousin Also named C.J" He continued "Well I.." *RRRINNNGG* "Damn it the bell rang" He said in his mind as he walked out the class "Yo C.J I wanna show you something" Ivie told him "What is it?" He asked her "I have a band at my place wanna see it" She asked him "Ok"he answered "Ok C.J See you in the weekend" They told him "Ok!" He waved back at him as he went to his bus and thought about her "Wow She's so amazing I love Their punk style and I wanna know about his band" when the bus stopped he got of and told his sister everything about his 1st day of 9th grade

Nyx and somewhat-friends

Nyx Lonewhirl (Sox) - Renowed engineer/scientist and leader of the Revival Project, an Ethereal organisation created with the goal of re-harnessing ancient energies to recreate the portals that were once in use during the Dawn of Fire period. She has a mindset very focused on work and science, neglecting her own health in favour of the project, and has a bit of an 'Ethereal supereriority' mindset.

Vixen Lonewhirl (Rare Sox)- It's not a common occurance for twins to happen with one as a common and one as a rare, but that's what happened with these two. Vixen is the complete opposite of her sister. She's got a much more relaxed, cheerful personality, and has a job as a (not exactly trustworthy) fortune teller. If she was a human in the real world she'd believe in things like zodiac signs and crystal healing, that's the kind of monster we're dealing with here

Encephalon Grey (Reebro) - Co-leader of the Revival Project along with Nyx. While she deals with the scientific aspects, Grey (usually goes by his surname!) has gathered a lot of the historical data needed for such a project. The relationship between the two is strictly proffesional.

Braula Brightsting (Humbug) - Thanks to their shared interests, Braula has been Nyx's closest friend ever since they were teenagers (so that's 30 years now!). Unfortunatley, Braula has recently gone missing, and mostassume that she has been kidnapped. Nyx has been driven mad in the search for her, leading her mental health to deteriote completley.

Uvie Daybreak (Ghazt) - A more recent accquintance of Nyx that was roped into the search for Braula. Since she's the more casual type and would rather just chill out, Uvie really doesn't want to do this. She's getting a little scared of Nyx.

Shire Greatgrove (Tiawa)- A Tiawa visiting the Revival Project. He believes that Fire Monsters should be doing the project, for cultural reasons, but Nyx and Grey refuse to listen to him.

Im kinda pissed at myself for posting concepts for these dudes too early because I like to change ocs a lot while first designing them bUT it’s too late so I’ll just put what I’ve changed from these drawings to the first ones:

- Grumpyre is now the puppet themselves and no longer just a puppeteer

- Got rid of ghazt and grumpyres matching hats because I love drawing those kinds of silly caps too much and its become an art crutch so 💔

- Changed up humbugs proportions because i didn’t like how his first drawing came out

- This isn’t new i just forgor to mention in my first post, but: ghazt cant talk as they don’t have a mouth but they communicate telepathically with everyone just fine

-Extra fun fact: I based a lot of these guys off of old concepts for other ocs of mine so that’s why they kinda wear human clothes because they were based off of humanoid ocs

These next ones don't make it very clear, but they were supposed to be a reference to Looney Tunes, Hyehehe was Wile E. Coyote and Yawstritch was Road Runner, based on a Doodle My twt oomf did and a Cherubble saying a phrase that happened on one Looney Tunes Show episode

To be honest, I want to make a rendering that makes the proposal clearer, and maybe I'll do it when I have time
