I was wondering why the dynamics between red Medic/blue Sniper and blue Medic/red Sniper were so different. Would red Medic treat both Snipers the same way?

Heres the answer about your questions!

Not exactly.

As for RedSniper, he thought RedSniper was one of his most meaningful masterpieces. It was just that the temperament of this masterpiece was not to his taste. He would deliberately make RedSniper angry at times, after all, he still needed treatment on the battlefield. So he enjoyed the feeling of watching RedSniper being angry but could do almost nothing to him.

(In my headcanon, RedSniper has some heart problems. It was caused by technical errors in RedMedic's surgery. Anger and other severe emotional fluctuations will cause his heartache.)

As for BluSniper, at first, RedMedic just wanted to continue his creation. BluSniper was the enemy with him, and he often used this as an excuse to exert his own creativity and research work. But BluSniper's reaction was nothing but fear. He was very confused about why he never got angry like RedSniper.

He tried to figure out why, so much so that it temporarily slowed down his work progress and focused his research on this person. He would try to engage in a variety of behaviors to 'test' BluSniper's personality and reaction. But some things he did were obviously beyond BluSniper's tolerance.

(The collar has the function of distinguishing spies and preventing getting lost(?) At least RedMedic thinks it is useful.)

Regardless, I came back to him. I killed him, again and again. Over and over, day after day. My team threw worry and concern my way after weeks with this same bloody routine, and so I tried to drag myself away from that sick temptation on some days just to avoid their eyes. But I would then see his face; that infuriating, delighted grin. Gleaming, bright eyes. Skin stretched over flesh like poorly made taxidermy.

It was not love, what I began to feel. It was so much more than love. Dare I say it was more frightening.

Ooooo thank you @cosmicaeons21 for tagging me, this sounds like a lot of fun!

Halsin: There were A LOT of moments that lead up to me loving the character, I can't pinpoint just one so here are a few examples. Hearing how others talked about him in the Emerald Grove (specifically Nettie and Rath). Saving him from the goblin camp and him wild shaping out of his bear form... I was like DAMN. Hearing him talk about his love of nature and animals (I'm also a big nature and animal lover). His passion for wanting to heal the shadow cursed lands and how much care and protectiveness he has for Thaniel. Hearing him talk about his love of ducks. As a companion the lines he says to you just make me melt every time 🥰😭

Karlach: Honestly from the very first moment I saw her... I was like omg she's so BADASS. But getting to know her more, how amazing of a friend she is to Tav (have not romanced her yet), her little idle dancing and how chaotic she is... in a good way!

Lae'zel: I do think Lae'zel is a very underrated character, a lot of people seem to base their decisions on not liking her before they've even got to know her and why she is so "mean" when you first meet her (I wouldn't call her that). Again she is another BADASS character but romancing her allows you to see the depths of why she interacts in the way she does. Honestly being called "source of my joy" was a particular highlight.

NPC: I have a few favourite NPCs but my top three are Alfira, Dame Aylin and Isobel. The scene when Alfira is singing her song to you in the Emerald Grove is my favourite all time cut scene (I have also seen this song sung live as I attended the Baldur's Gate 3 concert in London in May). She needs to be protected at all costs. Dame Aylin and Isobel for obvious reasons (GAY) but also they are adorable together and seeing them reunite after being a part for so long and thinking the other was dead literally had me crying... No really I was in tears!

What specific moment made you fall for a companion/npc?

Companion: For me, Gale had me at the start. Goofy dork gets stuck in a portal, pull him out and he’s an absolute smoke show?!?! Finally some good fucking food.

NPC: Zevlor punching Aradin. Strong, silent fighter types get me every single time, I had no chance after that.
