Igual se entiende

Está mal escrito, por hache o por be, y nos dicen "pero igual se entiende". A veces sí. Pero a veces no. No siempre el texto con errores de sintaxis, ortografía o puntuación se entiende bien. Y, por más que se entienda, ¿por qué condenar al lector a hacer ese esfuerzo, a perder tiempo tratando de dilucidar qué quisimos poner? (Lector que bien podría ser el mismo redactor que vuelve a su texto). Lo dicho vale para cualquier escrito, por menor que nos parezca: listas de compras prendidas con imán a la heladera, apuntes de clase, correos electrónicos, mensajes de WhatsApp, folletos, entradas al teatro, etiquetas de comestibles, comunicados escolares y un etcétera largo largo.

No queremos que el lector tenga que “desenredar” lo que escribimos, como si fuera un acertijo, sino que lo comprenda de inmediato sin esforzarse en exceso y, además, con gozo.
