i really feel weird about doing this, but here it is: i need help. it's been a fucked up year, and i wish i could just eternal sunshine the whole thing out of my brain. but since that's not an option, and since i don't want to die, my only option is to keep living, and to do that, i need some help.

it's still a few days until i get paid, we're out of food stamps because they cut them off AGAIN this month (long story) and so when they fixed the mistake i lost about a third of what i would normally get from that. and i've gone to every app that lends money. i don't qualify for some because my income is from disability (SSI and SSDI) and doing it in the first place is already a pernicious thing, but i've gone to every well i have, is my point. they're all dry.

at a minimum, i need to buy food. i'm in recovery from anorexia, and i've been backsliding some lately because, to put it bluntly, i feel like i don't matter enough to spend what little resources we have on food for me. so i just. stay hungry. most of the time. and it has to stop. my body hurts all the time, but half the reason is because i haven't had new shoes in over two years, and mine are so beat up, walking for 20 minutes makes my feet and back hurt tremendously.

i guess i'm throwing myself on the mercy of the holiday spirit. or something. anyway, please help if you can and BOOST this if possible. i know a lot of folks are struggling right now, so if you can't donate, i understand. boosting still helps. remember, this is the reblogging website, y'all. please reblooble.

Apologies for there being no page this week, and likely no page next week :(

Classes are starting up again which means my work schedule will be even more loaded and I’ll be busier than before. I might change the schedule to biweekly schedule (posting a page every two weeks), and I may eventually announce another hiatus, but for now, nothing is official.

(Okay to publish but I'd rather it not be relogged) I still hate that Ubi post because as much as I appreciated the last addition, fandoms....I guess maybe even people in general, will eat something up, then when something supposedly better comes along, they'll spit on it. "Whatever demons Ubisoft inhabited exited into Biow@re", god, just...I'm not going to stan for a company but OP is in for a shock if they think one has become totally clean and another is soiled beyond all help.

Yeah, I didn’t agree with that bit either, I just thought that last posters addition was too good to not reblog.  I hate those things b/c it pushes Ubi and BWinto the same box in terms of the flaws with their games, which isn’t the case, and as someone who plays both they both have room to grow. 

Like, Ubi is getting better in areas but I still don’t like their treatment of women in their games, and BW is better in that respect so comparing them in that aspect is like comparing apples and oranges. BW is worse than them in some areas, too in other ways that Ubi is improving in but it’s a real tricky slope to just lump them in together with no critical talk about one or the other

that’s bc it’s 99% certain that they made shiro and adam partners off screen to get media coverage, and they weren’t actually partners in canon. that’s why shiro didn’t seem That upset over his death and they didn’t give adam more significance in the show

so apparently if you go watch voltron season s7 episode 1 on netflix and click for the audio to be “English - Audio Description” it completely changes adam’s lines and adam calls him and shiro flight partners and best friends. voltron literally made a version where adam and shiro aren’t even boyfriends. fuck them
