That incredibly annoying loud voice that gave him a headache even from a distance, and that incredibly ugly orange jumpsuit tied lazily around her waist - ugh, how could he not have seen that from miles away? But before he had the chance to turn around, she had already spotted him and was waving at him like a lunatic - stars, this woman had been a pain in the ass since the day they first met.

What Rebel Starfighter from Star Wars would you want to own?

Randomly thinking about how the fighter craft and hangars in Star Wars operate. We should absolutely see some form of analogue to modern aircraft carrier ops/air force maintainer personnel.

I imagine the differences would go like this:

Imperial hangar marshalling procedures: cold, sterile, exact, different jobs denoted by a specific symbol (probably just a relevant Aurebesh letter) on an other-wise all grey or black uniform, with one single high-visibility (to humans only) color, everyone is Generic Human™. Much more the Russian approach to carrier deck crew:

Rebel hangar marshalling procedures: lots of bright colors (probably with patterns visible in multiple spectrums), tons of species diversity:
