Everything was great at first. You didn't miss the way certain acquaintances of theirs seemed to let their gaze linger for a little too long or how some customers would carry on a conversation that should've been relatively quick.

It all came to a head one night when they both got home late, well after you thought they'd be. By this point you'd found out about their little hobby, but that didn't change anything in your eyes. They said they'd be home in time for dinner, and yet they weren't. To say you were furious would've been an understatement.

"Where the fuck have you been?" You demanded in a hushed shout, trying to keep it down a little since Henry was upstairs sleeping. "I've waited up for you two all night long. I had to feed Henry and put him to bed all by myself, which took hours, and you still weren't home yet."

Love hurried to take the broom from you, casting a quick glance to her husband as she knelt down on the floor to gather up the biggest pieces of the broken vase. Joe was still standing there, clearly in disbelief over what had just happened. In fact, neither one of them could believe you'd ever do anything like that.

The next morning, Joe woke up to find you laying in bed next to him and Love, gently massaging his arm where it had knocked into the wall the night before. "I'm so sorry, sweetie," you cooed. "I never meant to hurt you. I was just upset."

Neighbors were starting to catch on, and even their marriage counselor was becoming worried. Though they repeatedly assured people that everything was fine, it was growing difficult to hide what people could see with their own two eyes. Not to mention the shouting that could sometimes be heard coming from their house late at night.

Because no one knew that you were together, everyone assumed that they were abusing one another and getting into rough fights. You were just thought of as a neighbor, a colleague, a close friend even. Not a lover or a soulmate like you saw yourself to be.

As for getting rid of you, why would they ever want to do that? You were so good to them, even if you did have a slight temper. Whenever they got into a fight, you were always there to help calm them back down, and even took care of them when they got hurt, whether that was from you or elsewhere.

Thea the daughter of an urban development company ceo and the love interest of muse (did i get myself this invested into a ship that i made it canon here… yes.) she’s a frail girl but is forced to step in as her fathers ideas turn from helpful to greedy and destructive

Orianne Thea and Muse’s friend and the more motherly of the group but faced with difficult circumstances and changes in her life can cause her to lash out as her life is completely steered of its course by magic and her dad remarrying.

Caelus! Muse’s closest friend a pretty chill guy that works at an icecream parlour during the week and helps his family with their market food stand in the weekend, he really wants to be a culinary chef but doesn’t know if he can truly achieve his goals in his hometown.

hi yall im finally posting my account of seeing onf in chicago!!!! its only like 4 days late... like i said best day ever!!! below are all my notes + a bunch of photos, please forgive what i look like lol but i was so happy :)

for those that know me, know this was a HUGE deal. so of course this is going to be very long and detailed. luckily for most of my followers ill be putting it under a readmore <3

so i bought the highest tier ticket for obvious reasons, so ill just so chronologically:

first was sound check and they did ugly dance and i could NOT believe i was seeing onf in the flesh. im pretty sure i died and went to heaven then and there

once they were done with soundcheck, they did the hi-touch and group photo. the actual practice was messy but it was fun so i don't think people minded. i dont remember anything except that for whatever reason, i was legitimately the FIRST PERSON and it was a lot lmao

additionally during the group photo i had wyatt to myself lol i froze for a second but he was so kind and polite, he asked what pose i wanted to do and i dont remember if i responded or not but we did a little heart together <3

then the fansign happened and i dont remember the majority of it, partly bc i was a flustered idiot lol but i got my complete album signed!!!! life goal met for sure. wyatt i remember specifically thinking again how kind and polite he was, idr seungjun/etion but i got to hyojin and he had his hand up kind of for a highfive and i gave him the album and tried to high five at the same time it was. very awkward LOL he thought it was funny (i hope) then yuto complimented my kitty cat ears!!! i remember saying something stupid and being an idiot in front of minkyun too but. what can we do

finally was the long anticipated fanchat!!! i had my fanchat with yuto obviously and it was nerve wracking as hell but i love him so much i powered through and i hope he got something out of our conversation

so after we took the photo i sat down and honestly im not sure how much he understood the first half, bc he didnt react/respond and he was slightly confused about english in the 2nd half but ANYWAY i told him i was so so proud of him, how far he's come and especially weathering the time of being alone during military era... lots of gushy stuff lol

then i asked him what b-side he liked dancing to the most and he was SO CUTE when he cocked his head and went "b-side?" so it took a moment to get my point across and he was like ohhhh, umm fly me to the moon! and i almost made a total fool of myself reacting LOL bc as some of you know, fly me to the moon is literally my favorite ONF b-side. of all time. and partly due to yuto's center dance break with the saxophone.

yuto was confused but excited when i reacted (like i audibly gasped) and i said omg thats my favorite too!!! and he got so happy and i even proved it further being like, *points to u* dance break center! saxophone! and he nodded a bunch and was so excited lmao

i think he was also surprised at being a favorite, especially when he asked me when i became a fan and i said end of 2017 (which was true i was a fan, but became a stan in jan of 2019) and he seemed impressed! then our chat had ended there and i almost passed out afterwards haha

then we all had to leave the venue again before the concert started. i met a lot of really cool people that day so some of us went across the street to dunkin. had fun lmao

the concert started and my GOD minkyun's mic was on!!!!! and how does he always have so much energy??? also i had the lightstick and was having the time of my life screaming along lol they were fantastic incredible showstopping etc etc i tried to take some videos but i was just vibing (and shaking) too much i had to give up. but it was so nice to finally go to a concert that i had the lightstick for

went into the concert with solid 3rd bias (etion) and came out of it 3rd bias as seungjun lol. theres a lot to talk about song-wise but ill save that for later. in short, i almost cried when they did bye my monster. and tmwl. and byubyu.

also elle i did record asteroid for you (not that its a good video, or one that ill share...) but it did remind me of you lol! they did difficult & moscow moscow which were both surprises to me but very welcome. all day as well was fantastic!

about halfway thru the concert (but not the ballad section) i had given up on videos so i was just rocking out w the lightstick & i pretended to hit hyojins high note with the lightstick as a microphone until someone that i met nudged me & looked up to see seungjun staring at me

it was sooo funny the facial expression he was making. i cant even describe it but once we made eye contact it was like he smiled slowly literally like the grinch and went 'hehe' to make sure i knew he saw me doing that LOL

so i knew i had to get a snapshot with him that showcased the lightstick:

theres so much more about the concert but its all mainly about the songs & the fact i finally saw them live. but i do need to mention the fact goosebumps was practically a rave lmao loved it

after the concert was the group photo selfie which was really cool but would be better if my phones camera wasnt absolute shit & they did a more flattering angle...

dont let this photo fool you, they are short kings (im as tall or taller than multiple of them, minkyun & wyatt are the only ones i remember being taller than me. wyatt was surprising)

i didnt really say anything memorable during snapshots bc i was just so star-struck, but i do remember wyatt going out of his way to be nice lol also i saw yuto multiple times & i was sooo mad there was only a few of us that bought premium snapshot for him. i also got along well with minkyun and highfived him again. i let most of the members choose their poses. yes i got multiple mks. yes i made him do cat ears.

anyway tl;dr best day of my life, its only downhill from here! unless they announce another tour... we shall see... im so glad they're getting so much love from fuse, i know we (both onf and fuses) have been waiting for a long time

Kristen just smiles, shaking her head. "It's all about the fake drama. Ash, there is and shall be no real fighting, got that girlie." She says with a motherly tone while looking at her entire entire crew, but making sure to make eye contact with the troublemaker herself to get the point across.

"I don't start fights, mother. I finish them, I tell you this all the time and there will be no need to fight because I know no one here is about that life. So you don't have to worry your pretty little head over it." Ashley said while staring at Emma, caught off guard by the face she was suddenly making, and laughed out loud. Ling and Kristen just shake their heads, knowing if provoked Ashley will end up hurting some poor girl.

As the girls separated to start little side conversations of their own, Latrice looks around the room and says "When do you think they will call us down, we have to be like the last ones to arrive it seems", the girls are turned and nodded. Then suddenly, the TV turned on, alerting them it was time to go down to the fight zone. The girls got up and made their way down.

" Omg, this is amazing, Kirsten says in astonishment while walking down first. "It's giving fancy, like boutique white people shit, oo shit yall think they caught that." Oo, Audrey, they think we are pretty," she says while smiling at the girl she shares a birthday with.

Then the chatter comes to a slight stop when the evaluation video starts and and hearing the negatively Ashley turns and smirks at her leader. "I told you they would be talking shit, but no one ever listens to Ash." Kristen just stands there with the rest of the crew smiling and listening to the comments, " Doesn't matter what they say, Ash. We are better than that and won't feed into negatively. " Ash turns around and eyes the other crew, then proceeds to laugh out loud, startling everyone in the room. "Yea, I'm gonna show yall, what's weak."

Jam Republic sits down in their spot while waiting for the judges to come out. In the process, she turns to her side and sees Wolf'lo. She leans more to the side and taps on Haechi shoulder. The girl turns around and stares at the black girl a little confused. "I've seen videos of you guys in battles, and you're like cool as shit." Ashley says to gir, though at this point the entire crew had turned around when they realized she spoke korean." Really, thank you Ashley, your really good too. I watch your battles all the time it's always fun to see something new that you come up with each time you step out. Haechi says with a smile on her face. Your korean is really good, I thought Jam Republic didn't speak any", Halo says while looking at Ashley.

"O no, Jam Republic doesn't speak a word of korean, but considering my father is in the army and was deployed to korean and my mom liked it so much, we stayed. The amazing Ashley Martinez does speak the language." She says while smiling quite proud of her language skills. Before the conversation could continue, though, the host Daniel starts announcing the judges. "I'll hit yall up later," Ashley says while Ling is grabbing her thigh to make her pay attention. She spaces out for a while until her eyes catch sight of the first judge.

Monika steps out doing her iconic run move. Though Ashley can't seem to hear anything, anyone in the room is saying. All she can focus on is Monika." Who the hell is that beautiful woman?", Halo overhearing the younger girl looks up and smiles while says "She is a famous dancer in Korea, she was on the show last season with her crew, you've been in Korea, how come you don't know here?" Ashley watches the woman sit down in her chair and look around the room until their eyes catch each other.

"I have no idea, but I'm gonna find out." Ling looks at the younger girl and says I pretty sure she is older, then you Ash like way older and most likely straight." She says while trying to get the younger dancers' minds away from the older women. Ashley looks at her and smiles, "No, one is 100% straight first of all. Second, no one is out of my league. If I want her, I'm going to get her. And lastly, the older the better, besides, I like my women older anyways, makes the challenge more exciting.

Hello! I saw your writing and I was amazed on how great it is! I was wondering if I could request Yandere Octavinelle x a Mer shark reader that acts all proud and overconfident in human form (even threatening the twins and Azul since technically sharks are natural predators of mooray eels and octopi) but in actual mer form they are pathetic (small and their tail fin is terribly scarred so they are very slow) so they mostly hide.

I could see Azul get a tad bit annoyed at how you're always so proud. Honestly, who wouldn't? Azul hates the idea of being looked down upon and here you are threatening him? The twins just find it intriguing, Jade probably wants to see what would happen if you got into a fight and Floyd is probably trying to start it. I think Azul has a short temper along with Floyd (maybe not as short as Floyd but then again I don't see Floyd as getting angry, like genuine anger, over things like this) but Azul doesn't like confrontation. Azul enjoys planning your downfall and ideas to get you by his side while also realizing the power he has. Floyd wants to push your buttons and torment you slowly. Jade wants to see you reduced to a pitiful form through a carefully thought-out plan. Honestly, even just acting like hot shit around them is already a risk.

Imagine their surprise, when they see your shark form. Really? Is this the big reveal, the big monster that was going to swallow them whole? Pathetic. Azul would laugh, mock you even. He's following you and he may even join in the physical torment (they're not practicing WWE moves on yall sorry I just have to clarify that) like grabbing your wrist to tightly to the point you think he may snap it in half. Floyd comes around the corner and grabs the other one as they drag you to the monstro lounge to see Azul. I think they let the torment get so bad, not just Floyds but the others who have started thanks to Jade's help that you have no choice but to turn to Azul for a contract. What's this? Do you need help from the same people you threatened to jokingly eat and how you said you were better than them? Gee, I don't think we have a contract like that but I'm sure Azul can whip something up no? Then BAM! ran my half marathon that I'd planned for this month 🥹🥹 time of 2:20:14 is a result I'm proud with, all conditions considered.

Long ass recap. no one has to read it or respond, but just in case someone is interested 😙

first of all: I did this weeks after my original plan. the Gaziantep race was on December 1st, but the online register didn't work. their "customer service" didn't help me one bit. I got sick at the end of November, so I figured I'll run it by myself as usual.

I knew I'd get my period today. But I ran the full mara on a period too and we balled.

Prepwise: I had pasta bolognese for lunch yesterday and it would be my lunch after the run too. For breakfast I had usual slices with nutella on one, peanut butter on the other, and some white cheese with honey.

In my running vest I had 2x 500ml water bottles (still finishing off the left overs), and a few sour patch candies!! It was so nice to eat on the run ahahah 😆 a banana with me just in case but didn't need it.

My mom tried to talk me out of running. It was dark and wet, but I told her it would be raining all week. The only cloudy/no rain day was Christmas day, and I'm cooking so it was just a no 😆

Did my stretch while it was dry, then went out !!! and it started raining lol

My jacket is water res but not proof, and my shoes were soon wet as well. But omg that jacket kept me warm for a good 2:10 hours (I got cold on the very home stretch lol).

Anyway the run was actually so nice! I got wet in my first 5k, but then the rain stopped and most of my clothing dried on the run (no luck for the shoes).

I took it slow and steady and really kept in zone 3 for the most time, even on the killer incline😭😭😭 I knew I wasn't going to go fast or PR today, so I'm extremely proud of how easy the run was and my HR zone 😊

Of all days for the app to be an ass...it was today lol

I use the nike running app and 99% do my runs with an audio guide (Coach Bennet my beloved!) but when I got my usual 1k mark, the app didn't do anything. when I looked, it had stopped at 0.16 meters (at a whopping pace of 45'10" LOL).

Deleted the run, started over, re-added the 1k manually.

The uphill was my biggest concern before I had to get past all the puddles.

OMFG did I say "WHY is there SO MUCH water!?!?!?" at least 20x

Yall need to understand that some sidewalks here are loads higher than the roads, and there's no drainage system to speak off. I was constantly ranting about the water, then calmed myself down saying "it's fine" 3x.

(also had to reroute a few times or take weird turns while watching for traffic. Blessed be, I only got splashed once on the calves, passing my nearby mall).

The incline was...fine ??? I was surprised ahahah

I usually die on this particular incline but today it was great ♡ also going up there were no puddles to speak off.

Going down I went even slower given the amount of leaves on the ground being wet. I got past 9k on my second run (10.4k total) when I noticed once more that the audio guide was quiet. Took out my phone showing 9.42k, and as I continued down, it didn't go to .43, as the pace slowed 🤡🤡

Its a nuisance, but there was nothing I could do. I stopped that run and just did one without audio guide, then listened to the same coach's podcast. It was on this that I walked for like, 30 seconds? that's all the walking I did (and walking during runs/races is fine!!!)

My posture broke down after 16k ☠️☠️☠️ I wasnt tired, just not really concentrating fully. kept having to straighten my back, relax my shoulders. My left leg is my weak one, but I wasn't hurting so we kept going.

I was going very slow and had to pick up my legs a bit as it felt that I was going backwards 🙃

Close to home my lower back hurt. I knew that my period had started 7k into the run, full on, and at the front I only felt a slight discomfort but no cramps 🥳 and now post run I don't feel anything ehehee

I was literally on the last 500 meter when it started to feel cold (I know that my core warmth must have taken a dip too). All things considered, I didn't fatigue 😊 My sour gummies and water intake did the work. I ate like 3-4 sour gummies 3 times during the run? Loved it. Anyone who can't do gels, can't pay/get them, and doesn't want to eat baby food, the sour patch gummies are elite.

When I was done, a security guard from the large guarded community here came out. I had run past them when I started and then ofc when I came back. He asked if I set a record ahahah but nah

He was on my side doing a run no matter the conditions and gave me a lot of praise ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

I was kinda sad that my mom didn't support me 🙁 she tried to talk me out of running during the rainy conditions. Before I left, she said "du musst es wissen" which basically means "on your head be it". Then when I came home she asked about time/distance, immediately asking if I got really wet. I suppose today she was just a lil more focused on herself/lunch time. which is fine!!

When I went up to my beloved shower, she was disappointed that I wasn't hungry yet 🫢 Like pls let me get my lukewarm shower and fresh clothes first 😩 I'm a cold shower girly and do a lukewarm/warm shower <5x a year, and today called for one.

The best feeling post run is when you're freshly moisturised and warmly clothed out of the shower 😚😚 I ate two bowls of pasta, and after writing all this, I'm still hungry 😋 figures with 1200 kcal burned 😂

Anyway!! I'm already scared to attempt my second marathon next year 😅 I really wanna go to a cool city and run an official race 🥺🥺 I might end up being a 5hr marathoner, or I might be faster than my 4:39:13 PB.
