Ighty so like- Designing the Ink for my silly Rottenberry world has been a pain in the ass. I might have to scrap my work and start over.

Originally I was gonna post these two as a pair but you know? Ehhhh, We breakin this up into a two parter.

ANYWAY!! Here's the boyo!!! Meet Snail! Aka, the Error in my Rottenberry world.

Since the characters are sorta swapped in a sense in the story (The Star Sanses are now the 'Bad Guys' and Nightmare's Gang in now the 'Good guys') I wanted to have these guys sorta reflect who their semi swappin roles with design and personality wise.

So instead of Error being string and thread based he's more like... Slimey acid type based. And with that thought I remembered the like... Death Snail and thought it would be really cool if when Error is tasked to destroy a universe (Cus he is an actual God of Destruction, maybe a Vessel of Deletion would fit better?, In this world) He just slowly makes a walk towards the World Core and everything behind him is slowly melting away. Like paint dripping down a wall.

So there's the whole snail stuff for yall. I like his silly Snail stuff. Also makes him havin a more Multiversal, Multiverse name. (Would a Multiverse of Multiverses be called w Megaverse?) Easier to figure out *Proceeds to do a quick glare over to Rottenberry Ink. But only for a split second.*

Also, Error isn't as... Out there. I dunno, he's more tame. I keep trying to get him to be more like... Energetic and Emotional in my daydreams but most of the energy goes to Ink.

Rottenberry world Ink is like if you tossed one of those small little rubber balls really hard and now it's bouncing around the room at the speed of a bullet.

So maybe having Snail!Error be more dull and standoffish (maybe Cold or Melancholy would fit as well) would help to balance that out.

Oh! And some design stuff may not make sense but that's due to the fact I still want to have some stuff that links back to their originals. So Snail!Error still has the stitches on his outfit, even though they don't fully fit. Its to help link him back to the Original Error.

I think OG Error belongs to Loverofpiggies/CrayonQueen

And Snail!Error is a mwohs :3

Like a completely normal adult person, after watching the new trolls movie, I obsessively started putting together the brothers' backstory, the deeper reasons for their separation as well as how that all took place without disregarding the fact that they were trapped in the troll tree, which of course evolved into a fic in (forever) progress... yeah

Anyway, even though they aren't actively in the story much, i needed to design the parents, so uh meet Rosiepuff's daughter, Tulip, and her husband Branch.

I designed them based on the brothers' adult looks and in Tulip's case also on her mom's.

Fluff! Originally his hood when up was supposed to mimic a mane because he was maneless, but he was being mistaken for a tiger pretty often which bugged me

So he has a mane now, but he still has a hood that he pulls up when he’s feeling antisocial

The brothers meet again

Ohhh my gods, this one was so daunting (I don't like backgrounds 😭) but it was so fun!!! This scene is going to be like. The really fun dramatic one when I get around to writing it, but for now here's a piece for it instead!!

Very quick explanation for those who haven't seen my insane rambles: Dream was about to kill Killer (finish him off) when Nightmare bursts out of hiding to get between them!
