Alr, Hades Tumblr, in case you guys don't follow me on TikTok or Insta, I've been posting drawings related to this part of the game (the Altar) because it has cards like tarot or Arcana, and decided to give it a try and draw the characters each card mentions.

So far I have these two! The Sorceress and The Wayward Son! I'm working in order, even if I'm dying to draw Death

Has anyone thought how did Cat King feel or react when he got the bracelet back in his hands?

Like, was he amazed that Edwin got away with it somehow? Was he shocked that he just left without a goodbye? Concerned that even if he counted all the cats, only could've worked if Edwin told him personally? Then realize that Edwin was claimed back to hell. He said that when they met at the Lighthouse, that in case Hell claims him back, he could use all the good he had done to apply for consideration.

And that realization being confirmed by one of his subjects, maybe even saw the creepy af spider doll taking Edwin away.

How Cat King would've reacted to this event. Was he heartbroken that Edwin went to hell and not even a kiss? And who knows when he'll be back, it took him 70 years (his cats are tired to hear Edwin ranting about it more than once) to escape the first time. How did he ended up deciding that whenever Edwin comes back, he would be waiting for him. Because ofc he knows if Edwin escaped once, what's stopping him from escaping again. It's Edwin, not a simple useless ghost he wouldn't even check if they have a nice ass (:p).

Edit: also knowing that Edwin now has no reason to see him again because the bracelet won't come back when he steps in the land of the living again. So, CK sending cats to tell him when Edwin is back? Or something?

If anyone knows any fic that has this view or explores this idea, let me know. Otherwise, I'mma try to be working on it

I think she might say she's been working that amount of time in that position. She entered as something else, then escalated in the jurisdiction and hierarchy of the Lost Children Department, or she dedicated her other eons to something else before getting in the Lost Children Department.

Because let's not forget after the S1 ending reveal (that Niko is the superior) this leads to think if that's older Niko, how did she direct a department when she gets older while her young self was still alive and then questionably dead? The time is a thing we would have to review.

I do think she had been working that amount of time in the Department. Makes sense if before that she was doing something else. People still died and passed away and Death needs help keeping track of souls and dead. She's been working for eons maybe, but being an infinite entity makes her lose track of time, since that's all she's been doing for so long, that she switched paths to find and relocate Dead Children, starting around 228 years ago

That sounds like A LOT of hours, so I looked it up - if she's counting every minute of the year (and let's be honest, she was upset she couldn't work because she was swallowed by a gigantic fish, so she probably is) then the Night Nurse has worked for just over 228 years.

I don't know, that feels a little...anticlimactic? She keeps talking about how she's "an infinite trans-dimensional being" who "will live for eons" but she's only been in her post for 228 years? Like, lady, if that's only how long you've worked this job then I'm sure crazier things than this are on the horizon.
