GT: That is what being brave and adventurous is all about after all. • At Triad dan and I did rave outfits for Dirk and Jake. Got some pretty sick shots of the outfit I pretty much pulled out of my ass, and my poor wallet a day before the con. This outfit was super reviling while covering every inch of my body. I don’t do rave outfits often so it’s nice to have your comfort zone pushed. 30 Days of Cosplay! Day 9: I.... Am such trash. I am so sorry. I have tricked you all into thinking I was this super cool, super awesome, super talented cosplayer but alas! More Homestuck. So day 9 is a dream cosplay that might happen, and that title goes to Marquise Spinneret Mindfang, a badass pirate from Homestuck, and uh yeah she's kind of my big plan for SwampCon this year since the themes is totally pirates. So this outfit was honestly just a lot of fun. I was wearing 6" platform shoes that I made and my goggles and mask so no one could could see my expressions. I put myself in a corner at one point waiting for friends to meet up with me, and the number of people I freaked the fuck out made my day! k i HAVE to go to amke now cause i have a plan to do rosemary there

tentative amke lineup: davepeta, rose, taako, and dave (possibly pajama- or ravestuck)

good god why am i thinking about this already

davepeta: white wig, white paint, some sort of orange and green makeup, possibly orange/green floral spray paint, white jacket (to add green/orange accents to), white tunic, white skirt, white shoes (with green/orange accents), finish my horns ALTERNATIVELY: casual davepeta, for which i would only really need to get a white skirt and some sort of wig.

rose: fuck i have NO idea. maybe, like, a black skirt/pencil skirt (knee length at least - maybe one of mom’s?) and a rose shirt? i need a new wig for her, and for shoes i think a pair of black flats would be fine

taako: mostly good, i need to restyle the wig (it got all tangled lol), i’d like a new hat as well (possibly make one?), and better ears would be nice but not necessary

dave: for pajama, i need literally any kind of pajama pants and that it. for rave, i think booty shorts and neon leg warmers/fishnets? and neon fishnet arm warmers and stuff like that. pajama is obviously easier, and i’m not much of a rave person, so i’ll probably go for that.
