This is an absolutely bizarre take on the Rashid cosplay cause your assumption is this is something armand does to cope with his trauma when it’s in fact all a calculated lie to 1. stay in the room and control Louis and 2. To keep louis from digging too into things Armand doesn’t want found out. Like this is all part of his abuse. He mindwarped Louis in 73’ about the first interview and convinced him to let him be in the room for the second interview under the false pretense of what he told Louis happened in 73’. Louis has no clue why any of this is really happening. He was robbed of his memories and made to think he’s too crazy to be left alone with Daniel like that’s the reason why Rashidmand exists. Like armand has been lying to Louis for the last 75 years and wants to maintain that lie. Turning his calculated plan to make sure that lie doesn’t get exposed into some abuse trauma coping mechanism for the abuser is crazy.
