sarcastic astro placements
I’ll not call every sarcastic placement that exists so pls don’t come to me and be mad about it.
Scorpio mercury here🙄
Kimi ni Todoke
❦ I swear people that’s sarcastic are the most fucking attractive. Also when you find the person that matches your energy and you don’t have to make sure they understand what you said or if they’re hurt.
*Birth chart placements
Taurus Ascendant
you can add a scorpio moon + Venus 9H
I think I’ve never met a taurus ascendant before or I didn’t asked for their chart, but now I did it bc I CAN TELL. I LOVE THEM HAIDHWJF. They’re fucking sarcastic. The ones that if you’re not sarcastic you don’t know if they’re being serious or not. The first time I met her -the one that owns this placements-, she spoke with a complete serious face. What she was referring and the kind of expressions she made…you would imagine that they’re separate -the face and the way of speaking- and that they belonged to complete different situations. She have this curious, quirky and rare mindset, but of course I’m only explaining the surface. She’ll ask something out of context and the way others look at her is hilarious: they’re trying to stay calm, searching for a gesture that will tell if she was joking. Surprise: they won’t find out and later I’ll tell them she wasn’t serious or she was? -Always making it intriguing-. She is funny unintentionally. The scorpio moon obviously have effect here, she just have this dark humor. The Venus 9H is seen in her jokes, you can view how much knowledge she have, how much she knows. For example, she made a joke about the church but with arguments and explanations you’ll only own if you investigate in a deep way.
Sagittarius Mercury with Taurus degree (2°, 14°, 26°)
Yes, another taurus placement. Why? They talk with a straight serious face and you CAN’T FUCKING TELL IF THEY’RE BEING REAL BUT THATS THE THING. This time the sag placement can’t make the serious face for a long time, so eventually, they’ll laugh uncontrollably. First of all, they observe, stay attentive for what they can make fun of and then they make an specific expression and the other is history. They don’t even think twice, they say what’s on their minds. Taurus -energy brings on this placement- have this air of staying calm, invisible, no one notices and then boom, the bomb is dropped. I like to play their little game. If they say we’re going to the moon tomorrow bc yes, we’re going to the moon. I’m referring that entering their world, their mindset, it’s fucking amazing.
Mercury conjunct Neptune
This people is fucking funny, they’re SO imaginative. Their creativity is incredible and how they tell things sarcastically. Mentioning an spontaneous/ invented story. About memes, about what they just thought. They’re random. They’re not ashamed or may want to be seen like that. Funny + Imagination = 💥
Mercury square Saturn
These are little shits, they’re analytical, they observe, they point out that tiny detail and fucking joke about it for the last 12 hours or an amount of period in their friendship with you. They may struggle a lot with their minds and identifying their emotions but if it’s about others it’s the opposite. Bc they’re always alert about others reactions, opinions. They select what they say to others. Could compare of scorpio energy type. They DON’T think what they say. The first that comes to your mind when you first know them is “are they serious?”. They’re sarcastic but people can’t tell when they’re not and viceversa. They tend to say things that they didn’t want to say: confuse words, say expressions that they don’t know or use and more. So if they have THE attitude that other aspects can give them, they’ll be little shits and will stay alert for what you can say wrong and they’ll capture that to make fun of it. It’s also funny bc you can make fun of them too, they speak a whole sentence or idea when others probably won’t understand it bc they didn’t explain it well. They could come across as funny without wanting it.
Scorpio Mercury
Of course I’m putting myself here. Why? They have described me as “cold”, “little shit”, “sarcastic asf” and others. People are shocked when I open my mouth, how rough and indifferent I can seem, but in reality I’m sarcastic and they didn’t know or I’m being realistic. I love psychology and I also use it in my humor: I’m used to analyze, read trough others, their intentions and vulnerabilities. I use it as a way to cope -psychology and sarcasm-. I can tell what fields or backgrounds really affect others and I specially don’t point out them (when I’m joking or in another ways). I don’t like to insult people trough jokes, using others vulnerability it’s disgusting. Scorpio is a LOYAL sign but if you fuck with them you’re not going to come out of the situation stable/clean. I can say something REALLY sarcastic or direct that my friends have to told others “I’m used to it”. It’s a “take it or leave it” placement. I can sound sarcastic without telling or I can be really sarcastic most of the time and people can’t tell if I’m being serious. They have told me “your humor/ sarcasm is not for everyone” ok that’s true and I still dgaf. I can not gaf but it doesn’t mean I clear situations were I’ve met others for the first time and I saw how stunned/hurt they were and I had to let them knew and blablabla 🙄 Mercury in Scorpio hold a lot of power.
*Mercury Persona chart
Fire Mercury in Mercury Persona Chart
Mercury in Mercury Persona Chart is your most intimate way of speaking or the other layer, like @personachartsblog affirms. I SWEAR this people -fire mercury in mercury persona chart- talk and there’s an explosion in the room: someone’s laughing, other’s perturbed and other is done with the situation. They’re so spontaneous and say what they think. So impulsive and competitive. If you’re talking to them and you match their energy it’s going to be like ping-pong (idk if I’m explaining myself) and if you don’t match it they’re talking anyways. They’re direct and straightforward. They’re going to make fun of everything and point it out so you’re not going to be lost with their ideas/conversation/mind. They’ll be saying the most normal thing in their head and spill it out and everyone be thinking is the most random shit they’ve ever heard.
Tell me in the comments the sarcastic placements you know and how was your experience with them❣️💖💘🙈😩

Let’s talk about Romance Mangas!
My say to those I have read and loved: (not ranked)
1. This Manga hurts my heart. I read it while on high school and it kinda hit me with how lonely I am because I never had an Ayane-chan and Chizuru-chan, and Kazehaya-kun to downright change my life to better. But I did enjoy those time because I had romance manga to begin with. Kimi Ni Todoke might be the one that get me into read romance mangas. I liked it because I somewhat relate to Sawako, being outcasted and all. I grew to love their story, and found myself hoping that maybe love will come to me too.
Kimi Ni Todoke (From Me to You)
2. In this spin off featuring Kurumizawa Ume (a character from Kimi Ni Todoke) and Sawako’s cousin Eiji Akahoshi, my hope for meeting love blooms even greater. They were soulmates as the title suggests so they were literally speed, but then I haven’t read the latest chapters yet because I can’t find them (if anyone know, pls let me know). As I was saying, they literally skipped the slow burn but still works because we can now root for the former second leads. (Yes, Eiji is from another romance manga from the same author: Crazy for Love)
Kimi Ni Todoke: Soulmate
3. What do you do when you accidentally married a man twice your age?? Some may not want age gap romance, especially when the age gap is 20 years, but you might change your mind reading this manga. It’s wholesome and you can actually find yourself smiling and rooting for their relationship to work. This manga has been going on the internet, it’s popular so you may had heard of it, it’s where I heard of it, so I think I don’t have to had any say except I enjoyed it and I am finding or accepting manga recs similar to this.
Gomashio to Pudding (Sesame Salt and Pudding)
4. WHOLESOME IS THE WORD. This manga is fresh breath of air. I’m pretty sure most of you guys have heard of it as it’s one of this month’s anime. I just love how cute they are in each chapter, even the other couples. And I thoroughly enjoy Himuro’s monologue. :)) If you guys were bothered by random pacings, you should watch the anime instead. They swept up the plot.
Koori Zokusei Danshi to Cool na Douryou Joshi (The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague)
5. Wahhhh this is really addictive, I can’t stop myself from thinking that the whole time I am reading. A combination of slice of life, comedy, and romance genre, huh. Who knows it will all work beautifully as in this masterpiece. (Also, Sousuke Shima’s character design reminds me a bit of Miura Kento from Kimi Ni Todoke)
Skip and Loafer
6. HOT. I have no other words. Some may misunderstand though. But it’s what I think of it, like will you look at them!!! They’re attacking me. I hope we got to see how their relationship progress soon. Btw, I’m all in for Ichi, I’m sorry dear Oji.
Uruwashi no Yoi no Tsuki (In the Clear Moonlit Dusk)
Aaaand I just rumbled my thoughts on the last part. I may edit it for a more serious discussion later. Thanks! :)))

I’ve read again Kimi ni Todoke (volume 1 to 27), and I like this shojo, but I was thinking of some details I’d change in it for it to fit more my personal tastes. And I’m going to put random thoughts too. Will include some spoilers for volume 27.
- Kick the heteronormative stuff. I know it’s a lot to ask for a classical shojo but I still don’t like when the characters talk like it’s natural to fall in love only with someone of the opposite sex, or say stuff like “if I was a boy maybe I’d be in love with you” (girl to girl). Doesn’t happen too often but it’s there.
- Sometimes Kazehaya is a bit possessive. At large he does things for Sawako that feel selfless, but there are some things that bug me I guess. (He’s not toxic like a lot of shojo love interests I’ve seen at least.)
- I would btw not include that part when he asks Sawako if they can start dating (just when she realizes her romantic feelings for him, but doesn’t tell him). It’s sudden and early and awkward, and she’s surprised and basically says no ‘cause she’s not there yet she can’t imagine that, and he’s ok with it (which is good actually). Still, I don’t really see the point and it also should tell that he has romantic feelings for her; yet Sawako doesn’t see it that way. I know her mindset is focused on how people usually reject/don’t like her, but still. Feels weird to me. xD Well in this manga I also see this culture of how people seem to date even when they don’t love each other (yet) so... Maybe it comes from this too.
- Their crushes are pretty quick to me. It’s not necessarily unrealistic, but they don’t know each other that well when they have it (I know, it’s a shojo). At least Sawako needs some time before she thinks she’s in love, but I would’ve not said she fell in love right at the moment Kazehaya said her name in the beginning, like she says at some point.
- I don’t know how it’ll happen yet, but I’d drop the romance between Ayane and Pin. It was probably the author’s intent for a long while as I realize there were hints here and there. But it doesn’t fit my taste as they’re pupil and teacher, Pin even says several times that she’s a “kid” and he’s his “superior”, which breaks any equality needed for romance between them in my eyes. Ayane also quit her relationship with Miura not so long ago and I was expecting the message to be that it’s ok to be single too, especially since she says she’s never actually been in love. I thought it said that it’s ok to have personal dreams and other goals in life, and anyway she knows other types of love, as Chizu says. I would’ve loved that message to be final, but in the end we get this. It also kinda feels like pair the spares, as if all three main girls must end up in a relationship. Anyway. Yeah, it just makes me uncomfortable when the topic’s up haha. Ayane being all embarrassed and flustered like this because of Pin makes me cringe. xD
- I wonder if Miura isn’t a Nice Guy somehow. He said he wanted to take care of Ayane, wanted her happy, but there are many instances where he puts himself first (well, so does she too). Like telling her not to go to Tokyo, painting himself as a victim in front of Sawako and Chizu after... He’s also pretty manipulative/calculate things too much overall, as he was with Sawako in his beginnings. At least it’s a good thing that he ends up being fine with his break up with Ayane, but of all the things that happened, there are things about him that I dislike.
- On that point I’m still not sure I’m that fond of romantic Chizu/Ryu. I can see it, but it wasn’t a mutual feeling in the beginning and their relationship felt brotherly to me. That’s precisely what was an issue to Chizu, that’s how she viewed their relationship. They grew up together and bicker and support each other like siblings. At least I don’t reject it as much as Ayane/Pin, and it took some time after Ryu’s confession to evolve into romance. But I’d love them equally as a brotp, maybe more. Chizu is too tsundere with him at times, and is uncomfortable with the romance idea for a long while. And it feels like Ryu kinda forced his feelings on her when he fiercely said to let go of their past relationship; would’ve liked it more if that part didn’t happen.
And now more general thoughts on Sawako and Kazehaya...
For a while I wasn’t sure what to think because of their struggles. They often put the other one before themselves, and I like that they’re pretty much selfless. You can see they want each other’s happiness, that was what first attracted me about their story. But that, combined with the general anxiety Sawako has always had and their communication problems (from both parts), also cause many issues and make them blind to what the other really wants at times. It makes them put distance between them and hurt each other, as we see it two major times after they’ve engaged into romance. (And also some times before they were, actually like the confession quiproquo lol.)
When they almost had their first kiss and were interrupted, Kazehaya started to put distance between them thinking it’s wrong to want this, it's wrong to kiss her etc. It might come from a respectable place (kinda too much imo, it’s just kissing, but different context than what I’m used to I guess), but doesn’t he see that she wanted it too since they almost did it? Doesn’t he think that Sawako will feel that distance and won’t understand why and will be hurt? So he doesn’t tell her even when she asks if something’s wrong, and the communication is dead again (that part was too long btw), and it goes pretty far as they each end up thinking the other might not want to be them anymore. Since we get more of Sawako’s thoughts than his, we see how much she suffers from it and gets anxious and her low self-esteem comes to hit back at her pretty hard during that Christmas eve. (Quote: “How could he love a girl like me?”). It’s sad to see her being so insecure about their relationship, and at this point I kinda thought it wasn’t healthy.
Then she breaks and he kisses her and they talk more after that, solving the problem, fortunately. But the problem went pretty far, starting from little, before they finally talked properly.
Then comes the Future issue, where Kazehaya assumes that Sawako already made her choice to go to Sapporo’s university and chooses not to tell her how he feels so that he doesn’t hurt her, since he doesn’t want them to be apart but wants her to do what she wants. They don’t talk properly about it for a while, then later there’s the argument. It was kinda normal at first... but it also felt overdone at the end when Kazehaya tells her angrily to just go to that university and not to care about him etc (which is the only time he acts like this too). That said, they also finally told things they really thought (like Sawako thinking that Kazehaya seems more natural with other people/not talking enough about himself). Fortunately, that part is solved quickly enough in the next volume. And it feels that this time they’re really getting more honest/open-hearted and work toward a healthier relationship, I hope it’ll continue this way. (I don’t need overdone tension for the sake of keeping interest btw =P)
And it’ll probably keep up since the end seems to be near. I enjoyed volume 27. The series is getting a bit long, some parts dragged a bit too much, but it finally seems like the characters are finding their paths and make efforts to communicate better (Kazehaya and Sawako, but also Kazehaya and his father in this volume). I like that some important/symbolic moments from before are still referred to, and the major themes are here too. The characters keep making progress. Sawako and Kazehaya love each other enough to try and fix things when there’s a problem between them, they learn to communicate, and they do care about each other (they’re also still very cute).
Chapter 110 and especially the part in the ferris wheel really got me. Uh ;_; I hope things will turn out ok for them in the end. ;_; I’m sure it will, but it’s still sad. Ok, I don’t actually have words for this.
I’ll stop here for now. Not sure any follower I have read this manga haha, and this post is messy, I actually suck at writing. Whatever, tried to put some thoughts down for once!
Last note: too bad the volumes are released too slowly, aaah~

Anime Alphabet Challenge
Inspired by some random recommended YouTube video I saw the title of earlier regarding an A-Z challenge, I present to you, the Anime Alphabet Challenge! Simply put, you have to try to name an anime that starts with every letter of the alphabet (but you can't look things up cause that's cheating!) Off the top of your head, just see how many anime titles you can think of as you go down the list, and what comes to mind first. You don't have to write multiple, but if more than one comes to mind then go for it!
I'll put my own take below as an example, but I don't recommend looking at it prior to trying it out yourself as it may mess with your results. If you decide to try this out, I hope you have fun! Think I'm gonna do a kpop one next, but not sure yet if to make it in regards to groups or songs.
⬇️ example below ⬇️
> I could not for the life of me think of any for Q or U and I'm just mad as hell cause I watched Ultra Maniac and even thought of it, but just couldn't remember the name of it.. bruh. I still til I'd have failed Q either way, all I could think of was the words quest/ion & queue. 💀😂
Just in case the photo doesn't load, here's the entire list I came up with, written out:

Binge-Watching: Beastars S2, Episodes 7-9
In which I identify a bizarre shift in the show’s priorities, the call for integration grows louder, and there is suddenly a lot of gay subtext.
Over 9000
I’ve been struggling for a while to sort out my thoughts on this season. Something’s felt off about it ever since the start, even beyond the loss of the central trio that was core to season 1′s success. And I think I’ve finally figured out what’s going on: in season 2, Beastars has completely inverted its genre. Season 1 was a shoujo romance through and through, with all the drama and worldbuilding and themes centered around the tangled love lives of a scarce few central characters. Season 2, on the other hand, has shifted gears into a full-on shonen battle anime. Legoshi’s storyline this season is essentially just a training arc preparing him to square off against increasingly tough opponents, right down to a “Oh, I can use my limbs instead of my jaws to fight!” power-up that feels straight out of My Hero Academia. And in typical shonen fashion, the scope has balooned outward to spend time with the countless side characters hovering around. This is no longer an intimate, tightly woven story driven by romance and relationships; this is now a sprawling, increasingly action-packed story exploring the entire world and everyone in it.
And look, that kind of genre shift was always going to be weird. Selling an audience on Kimi ni Todoke and then turning into Gintama would be a hard sell no matter how well the transition was handled. But even by those standards, Beastars really did not pull this off well. It shoved the romance off to the side, it sidelined the relationships that defined it, and it made so much of the first season’s emotional development feel pointless or stalled out. It didn’t just change the kind of story it was telling, it did so at the expense of the story it already told. And that’s without taking into account how confusing some of the worldbuilding still is (Seriously, what the hell even is the Beastar?) or how awkwardly the editing this season has been. Too many episodes just feel like a loose collection of random manga chapters thrown together with no regard for cinematic flow or cohesion, and in come cases, it feels like we skip important events altogether. Like, why do we not show the moment Legoshi gets captured by the Leo gang? One moment he’s free and clear an chatting with Gohin, and then the next time we see him he’s already being roughed up in a warehouse with no indication how he got there. It can be hard to pinpoint what good story flow looks like sometimes, but when it’s done poorly, it’s really obvious. And too much of how the second season is put together is very noticeably off in very distracting ways.
Separate, but Equal?
Still, putting that aside, there’s still interesting things happening in this season, even if they could be structured and integrated better. This set of episodes in particular raises a very interesting conundrum: at the end of the day, carnivores still have the potential to do serious harm to herbivores. Is it worth integrating the two groups when it puts one of them at such risk? Sure, we apparently have the medical tech to restore limbs that have been ripped off (how that works, I don’t even want to know), but that doesn’t change the fact that holy shit you just ripped someone’s arm off. This isn’t like the real world, there is serious risk involved with integrating these social groups. And it’s a fair question to raise if the outcome is worth that risk. Certainly, Juno believes carnivores and herbivores are better off separate. And plenty of concerned parents are scared enough to try and segregate Cherryton all over again. But there are just as many people who believe integration is worth the risks regardless, that carnivores and herbivores are better off together, learning from each other, being part of each other’s lives.
And what’s particularly fascinating is that in the case of Cherryton’s students, so many of the loudest voices calling for integration come from herbivores who’ve already been put at risk by carnivores. The anteater who gets his arm ripped off is understandably freaking out by carnivores in the moment, but he quickly returns to sympathizing with the panther who did it and promising to still be his friend (Which, by the way, that panther breaking down in tears when he realizes he’s being forgiven was so fucking powerful, oh my god). Els has every reason to hate carnivores for killing Tem, but she’s so determined to keep the drama club together she just about makes herself faint from screaming (”We get to see the good and bad! Isn’t that what clubs are for?!”) And in a shocking twist, it turns out that even Tem fully accepted the bear who ate him, refusing to let his fear overcome his desire for connection. Riz wasn’t even stalking Tem to kill him, but Tem encouraged him to embrace his true carnivore self regardless, and that’s just what he did. Far from being scared out of integration, these herbivores’ brushes with danger only seem to convince them even more that integration is important. And there’s something really powerful about that sentiment. Where Beastars is taking it, I’m not sure but I’m definitely interested to see how it all plays out.
Kiss from a Rose
Actually, you know what the most unusual thing is about all these herbivores sticking up for carnivores? The fact that so many of them are absolutely dripping with homoeroticism. Like, good lord, this season plunged headfirst into the gay subtext pool. Riz and Tem’s final conversation feels like a love confession, the cheetah and sheep who shop for clothes together in episode 8 are absolutely girlfriends, and I swear Juno was two seconds away from smooching Haru during their conversation. Hell, Legoshi and Louis’ reunion is somehow the most romantically charged moment of the entire season. Dude straight-up asked Louis to run away with him like they’re the protagonists of a BL manga. And my god, Legoshi not being able to control his wagging tail was priceless. It’s so weird, because the first season was incredibly straight even with the intense emotions between Legoshi and Louis. But now that Legoshi and Haru’s romance has been left by the wayside, it feels like the show it taking every opportunity it can to hint at love blossoming between same-gender characters. Will it amount to anything? Who can say, really. At this point, I have no idea what to expect from Beastars. All I can hope for is a finale that makes this season’s awkwardness seem worth it. Don’t let me down, show!
Odds and Ends
-Legoshi, you are lucky as fuck no one walked in on you drinking everyone’s water bottles.
-I do appreciate how the reveal that Riz is the killer isn’t played for too big a surprise. We could pretty much tell it was him from the silhouette in episode 1, so there’s no need to do a big song and dance about it.
-I am very confused what Pina’s deal is. Why get involved with the Riz situation just to do nothing about it and let him stew in rage? I don’t have a feel for him at all.
-Yeesh, the bears are drugged to lose strength? That’s not cool.
-”Maybe I’m growing old...” skdjfhdsf god dammit Legoshi stop being me
-”Don’t worry, I’m always risking my life for the sake of slacking!” HARU I MISS YOU PLEASE COME BACK INTO THIS SEASON
-OH GOD NO NOT THE CROCODICK
-”Punishment isn’t always the road to peace. The world isn’t that simple.” I like Gohin a lot.
-YO HOLY SHIT HE GOT DEM MOVES
-”The school needs you now.” Jesus, Legoshi, stop pinning all your hopes on Louis. You’ve got what it takes to be a hero too.
-”I had a go at channeling the equipment’s feelings.” WHO ARE YOU PINA
One session left to go. See you next time for the end of season 2!

What kind of anime would Starish and Quartet Night watch
A/N: Generally I tried to assign a different type of anime to each member, but there would still be some overlaps between some members! I thought it would be fun to imagine what kind of series each member would enjoy watching! Thank you for reading!
STARISH
Otoya: Otoya would enjoy a good sports anime, being an athletic person himself, he would enjoy watching the matches unfold and would probably sit at the edge of his chair during the tense moments. He’s also the kind of person who would easily get attached to the characters and might shed a tear or two when the third years retire.
Examples: Haikyuu, Kuroko no Basket, Free!
Tokiya: Tokiya probably watches anime that have been inspired by books or authors. He loves digging out the little references the series makes to a certain literature or author. While he doesn’t limit himself to a specific genre, Tokiya enjoys a good action packed anime with many plot twists and surprises. Cecil joins him when he watches Magi.
Examples: Magi, Bungo Stray Dogs
Natsuki: Natsuki loves animes that are cute and happy. Watching anime helps him relax and he especially loves series that have animals involved. He actually joins Reiji to watch Food Wars but his cooking still involves him throwing in the weirdest and most random ingredients (e.g the squid with peanut butter)
Examples: Cute High Earth Defense Club Love!, Hamtaro, Pokemon
Masato: Masa loves anime that has Japanese elements in it (spirits, instruments, sports etc). He gets all nostalgic while watching them. Like Tokiya, he does not limit himself to a particular genre but he leans towards more light hearted anime series. (He was once tricked into watching Food Wars by Reiji saying it was a cooking anime, but was scarred after the first episode).
Examples: Tsurune, Chihayafuru, Kono oto Tomare
Ren: Ren doesn’t mind the genre, as long as he can get a good laugh out the anime he’s down. To him, the more unrealistic anime, the better. While he may occasionally watch a couple of romance series, nothing beats a good comedy anime. Also lowkey learnt how to flirt from watching Ouran.
Examples: Sakamoto desu ga?, Ouran High School Host Club, The Devil is a Part Timer
Syo: It’s no surprise that Syo is a fan of action series. He loves animes that involve fighting scenes or superpowers. His extensive knowledge of fighting terms and techniques basically comes from all the series he watches and also loves thinking about what kind of superpower he would like to have if he was in that particular anime’s universe.
Examples: Boku no Hero Academia, Noragami, Naruto
Cecil: Boy’s a softie who’s into coming of age/slice of life anime. He enjoys watching anime which involves romance between high school students as he feels that it’s very pure, and he’s also curious about the Japanese high school life. He’s also interested in idol animes and is a huge fan of Nagi from Idolish7.
Examples: Maid Sama, Kimi ni Todoke, Idolish7
QUARTET NIGHT
Reiji: Reiji is the kind of person to hop between genres and ends up watching a pretty wide range of anime, but his favourite genre is sports since he loves watching sports matches in general. Like Otoya he also gets all soft when the third years retire. He also actually watches Food Wars partially for the cooking as well as the more… mature scenes.
Examples: Food Wars, Prince of Tennis, Number 24
Ranmaru: Ranmaru enjoys a good horror/gore anime and is the kind of person who wouldn’t flinch at the sight of blood. Something about this genre just draws him in (he promises he isn’t a sadist). He probably asked Reiji to join him one day and the poor dude couldn’t stomach his dinner for the rest of the night.
Examples: The Promised Neverland, Another, Deadman Wonderland
Ai: Ai likes to watch tear-jerking animes (he believes it helps him express himself better and learn how to feel emotions). While he rarely sheds a tear, he will definitely feel his heart clutching at the sadder scenes. Everytime he feels something different, he notes it down and does research to see what emotion he was feeling.
Example: Your Lie in April, Clannad, Anohana
Camus: Camus would indulge in animes related to royalty. Occasionally he would point out any flaws’ in the series (like ‘there aren’t supposed to be this few guards at the entrance’ or ‘there are too many servants in this tiny room’). He once peered over Ai’s shoulder when he was watching a tragic death scene and he shed a tear but refused to admit it.
Examples: The Royal Tutor, Black Butler

My Review of Kiss x Sis
/headdesk
Okay, I guess 2019 was the year I catch up on incestish titles. After watching more recent animes involving the main boy-toy eye-banging their step-sisters like in Domestic Girlfriend and Eromanga Sensei, I thought I should go back a decade and check out a slightly-known anime known only as Kiss x Sis.
…Of course I didn’t go at this voluntarily! I have more sense than that! I just put it in the randomizer with a bunch of other animes that are unlicensed or in license limbo. Who the fuck knew this one pile of dirty underwear was going to be the one that I would watch after finishing a cute story like Fushigi Yugi?!
I hate my life sometimes!
Actually, I was semi-curious about this title back when the television anime series came out in 2010…if not horribly disgusted at the concept. But because I had other things to watch at the time like Hetalia, Durarara, and Kimi ni Todoke…you know I had better things to watch! So here we are!
Keita Suminoe is a third-year middle school student on the verge of entering high school. He has a life that the boys at his school envy.
He gets to go home to two horny step-sisters, Ako and Riko!
So basically, Keita lost his mother at a young age and his father remarries soon after. That mother has two daughters, Ako and Riko. Basically a non-fucking-a-teacher version of Domestic Girlfriend! And it is clear that these two sisters WANT THE D from their younger step-brother!!! Very clear when in the first episode alone, these two girls flashed him their boobies, stole his dirty underwear to sniff, and broke into his heavily locked-up bedroom to sleep with him and play grab-dick!
WHAT AM I WATCHING?! And this is clearly something made in the early 2010s with this shit! At least .feel productions went on to do better…God I hope so!
So we watch the weekly shenanigans of Keita trying to study in order to get into a high school, while his horny step sisters do every erotic thing you could possibly think of to get their brother’s attention. Just put the bullet in my head now, please!
BETWEEN THE SUB AND THE NEVER TO BE DUB: So as of this date, no one has picked up this anime here in the states. Neither the television series nor the OVA! Which is shocking to me! You mean to tell me that Media Blasters wasn’t stupid enough to pick up this? That’s the same company that licensed a bunch of obscure yaoi and hentai titles and you’d think something like this would have gotten a full release (no pun intended). So in short, this series is unavailable on any streaming site, DVD release, or any of that shit! So yar-dee-har-har, pirate time!
The cast, I’m only familiar with one well-known name and the rest of the cast I’ve only heard in a few roles from animes I hardly remember watching. I can’t really claim that this is the anime that gave Ayana Taketatsu several incest-ish roles in the future, but you can’t argue with the results. Because Taketatsu ended up playing a girl interested in her sibling at least three other times after playing Ako. As you can tell, I am still clearly not over watching Oreimo. With that said, here’s what you might recognize these folks from.
*Keita is played by Ken Takeuchi (known for Lithuania on Hetalia and Yusuke on Green Green)
*Ako is played by Ayana Taketatsu (known for Sugu on SAO, Kirino on Oreimo, Azusa on K-ON!, Koneko on High School DxD, Hotaru on Dagashi Kashi, Yuzu on Citrus, and Erica on Berserk 2016)
*Riko is played by Yuiko Tatsumi (known for Mio/Midori on Little Busters)
I FEEL SORRY FOR…: Yeah, here’s a nice category where I feel sorry for a single character in this show that really shouldn’t have so many horrible things happen to her. Yeah, I said ‘her’. I feel sorry for Keita too (to an extent), but Miharu’s got it worse!
Miharu has just been in the wrong place at the wrong time whenever she’s around Keita. Oh sure, this anime gives us the usual schtik of her falling over and everyone sees her underwear or something else incredibly embarrassing where other classmates can see. But nothing could prepare me for episode 5 where we see this woman fondled, stuck in small spaces with that same fondler, and to cap this off, watch Miharu hold in her pee until she literally burst. Yeah, they animated this girl peeing on Keita. Add insult to injury, that wasn’t the last time we saw this girl pee on or in front of Keita. It happens again! And again!
And he even dreams about being pee’d on! In fact, every time Miharu hears Keita’s name and sees him, she wants to pee! God, this poor girl!
Amazingly, THIS still doesn’t trump Gakuto deficating during class in Prison School. But the pee-pee scenes were still pretty messed up.
SHIPPING: Oh God…where do I even begin with this tripe?! As it turns out, Keita actually had feelings for both of his older step-sisters when he was much younger. He even prayed for one day marrying both of them. But got slapped in the face by reality as Japan does not allow polygamy of that caliber!
You wouldn’t have thought that with the way he is now as he’s embarrassed and hates being fondled by his older step-sisters, but here we are. And as for Ako and Riko, they find every other boy gross, perverted, and disgusting. They like their pure little step-brother. And before you go off on the age-demographic, Ako and Riko are only one year older than Keita. So age shouldn’t really be an issue here. It’s everything else that’s hella illegal!
Oh and their parents just laugh it off and find it cute that the girls love their little brother this way. Some parents!
But it’s not just the two sisters after Keita! Keita has an underclassman named Yuuzuki who has a thing for him. Because this series isn’t complete without a Lolita flashing her panties! And then there’s Miharu…
Oh God, this poor girl. She ends up with the short end of the stick whenever Keita is around her (especially the pee scenes). I know because some of these interactions, both Keita and Miharu have felt some sort of uncomfortable yet sexual thrill with one another. I just have a feeling Keita’s going to end up with one or both of his sisters despite all this.
At least that’s all for Keita’s sordid affairs…
Episode 7 happens!
FUCK! WHY THE TEACHER?! WHY DID SHE “MAGIC-MIKE” HERSELF ON KEITA’S GYM CLOTHES!
I apologize for most of the things I ever said about Domestic Girlfriend. At least Natsuo was at legal age (in Japan). This kid is a middle schooler being pursued by two classmates, his two step-sisters, and a teacher from the high school. IT ISN’T EVEN HIS TEACHER (yet)! This lady is Ako and Riko’s teacher! I say NO to Keita getting with the teacher!
ENDING TO TV SERIES: So the main focus of the series (besides a middle school boy being lusted after by his two step-sisters, a loli, and a teacher) mostly has to do with Keita trying to study so he can enter the same high school as Ako and Riko. Yeah, Keita is usually studying whenever we get a break from loli-twincest-bait. I shouldn’t say that, because the girls still made study sessions extra sexual.
Yeah, if you have a sister writing words and phrases in provocative parts of her body, you’re gonna remember!
So Keita studied for the entrance exam and took the test. However the day of the results was anything but pleasant. Bad luck followed Keita everywhere he went. And when he went to the result board, his number wasn’t on there and so he will not attend the same high school as his sisters, his friends, and one horny teacher. And I gotta say, that’s a fucking blessing. Keita barely gets any peace at home with his sisters constantly trying to get in his undershorts. Add to that, their teacher now has pervy fantasies involving Keita along with her samurai fetish. Not going to that school is probably the best thing to happen to the boy. But that’s just my opinion. Of course he’s going to try for the school again next year.
But Keita finally got some good news! Miharu’s dog somehow got some mail from Keita and it was an acceptance package due to Keita being on the waiting list. So Keita gets to go to school with Ako and Riko. And Miharu didn’t pee on him when Keita hugged her…but the trail of pee she left as she ran off speaks otherwise. God, this fucking show!
Okay, time for graduation from middle school to high school. And as is tradition, girls ask for a button off a boy’s uniform as a memento. In Keita’s case, too many unnamed girls beat the main girls to it. So Ako and Riko decided to have a little fun by playing a different game to gain something from Keita. And then Yuuzuki and Miharu ended up in this game as well! Yuuzuki flashed her snatch to Keita and Miharu was alone in the shed with Keita for a few minutes. Surprisingly, Miharu didn’t pee all over Keita this time (although they slipped and they wound up in an awkward position).
So after that dirtiness, the family celebrated Keita’s graduation. And that night, Ako and Riko decided to give him a friendly visit while Keita slumbers. Now believe it or not, I was shocked that this scene didn’t end up with a premature ejaculation gone wrong, but we get a touching scene instead. Keita was speaking while sleeping where he’s fighting off a horde of crazy girls to save a button for his sisters. Aw, he loves his sisters. Aw, I’m fighting back my urge to puke!
The ending credits show us Keita entering high school and watch all the shenanigans of him with his harem of girls. One can only imagine what his high school years are going to be like. But since this series ended in 2010, that tale ends here. Now I haven’t picked up the manga publication and have no intention of doing that (this adaptation is enough for me). Seeing as the manga is still in serialization, maybe they’ll get into Keita’s high school life and quite possibly who he chooses to be with. Now does the OVA give us a glimpse of Keita in high school with Ako, Riko, Miharu, and the pervy teacher lady? Let’s take a look!
OVA: So the OVA series began in 2008, two years before the television series came to air. And it didn’t finish things until 2015. So basically, people waited a full year for each episode to come out. Normally I’d be pissed if I had to wait a full year for a continuation to a story. But for fuck’s sake, it’s Kiss x Sis, I want to fuck my little step-brother please! Nothing hard to remember there!
And because these are OVA’s, I expect this to be a lot more lewd compared to the television series. Meaning, expect to see nipples and ejaculation scenes! When viewing, yeah it’s a lot nastier than the television series, but no actual nipples. Every show is different with nipples showing, I guess! Also, they somehow toned down scenes where Keita is peed on. I didn’t think this was a sentence I ever needed to write, but here we are! One thing I noticed is that the first half of the OVA set mostly featured Keita and his sisters. All the other characters really didn’t show up until the 6th episode. What’s more, after episode 5, they show Keita in high school with his sisters. So I guess we do get to see Keita in high school here. But let’s not give this show the benefit of the doubt. It’s still full of panty shots, piss shots, kissing, heavy petting, erotic scenes, and 95% more boners from Keita. I will say that Keita seems more willing to go along with whatever sexual act his sisters put him through than in the television series.
The final episode wasn’t really a conclusion and we don’t really know who Keita’s going to end up with. So I guess it’s up to our imagination if he ends up with his step-sister, his other step-sister, the underaged Lolita, Boobs McGee, or a horny teacher with a samurai fetish. Instead, we get an episode of getting drunk off some tapioca wine, ball sucking that leads to tit and clit sucking, a very weird scene where Keita puts 10 bandaids on his sister’s box, and other disgusting acts of debachary.
Before you ask, no I disliked this anime. Just…no!
I do admire their creativity when the sisters are sexually curious. I mean we were all at that age where we get sexually curious. I’m not into the incest storylines. If that’s your thing, fine with me, I don’t and can’t judge anyone on that!
Thankfully, no one has licensed this anime. That should be a clear sign that you avoid Kiss x Sis like the plague!
Thank God that’s over! What’s my next anime that’s unlicensed/license limbo?
To Heart.
This shit wasn’t an incest show, was it? No?! Okay, I’ll take it!
