Thanks guys! 😚 First time trying chicken broth ramen and it is surprisingly good. The chicken broth is delightfully creamy and rich. The two pieces of chicken Cha-shu were tender - you can tell the chicken breast had been poached perfectly. Thin springy ramen and the seasoned soft-boiled egg was gooey. Requested for no additional oil (bottom bowl) due to my fat intolerance and they kindly catered to this. Will be back to try the other variations.
