It's been a long time since I watched a movie with Ram Charan.

After the long break I decided to watch "Vinaya Vidheya Ramaa". People said the movie isn't that good and tbh at this point, 30 min in, I can't judge it.

I just had the urge to write down, that I fell in love with him again. Suddenly I realized how much I missed his face, acting, dance and voice. His calm, soothing voice. His marvelous, soft skin. His cute little chubby cheeks in contrast with his hard jawline.

His eyes. His beautiful dark eyes. Framed by those gorgeous long lashes every women would envy him for.

This man is so handsome, I can't even handle.

Okay so this is a big ask, and I truly cannot say PLEASE AND THANK YOU hard enough for even considering answering this. I’m thinking about making a blog that goes through an entire bloodline. Starting with a bit more old times fantasy stuff, into modern day, and maybe heading into a more cyberpunk era.

I have a base but and ideas for characters that can fill in gaps but I do need some help and opinions, and sorry to say, you’re the best one for this. Sorry for how huge this is gonna get lol. Know that you have my eternal gratitude for even looking at this though.

Okay so for the main base I’m thinking Ram Charan, but I would like a fc that you think could work for a younger fc for him (early to mid 20s)

Up next in the line I just need general fc help. Character is a male about middle aged, and Indian. Very gruff and angry at what seems like the world, but kind deep down. Nearest thing I can liken him to would be the punisher from marvel.

Next up would be my modern muse. I was thinking Avan Jogia, but if you don’t think he’d fit the trend of the previous characters ethnicity wise, I am more than open to different suggestions.

Lastly is the character in a more futuristic type setting. I’d like a woman that very much has a cool biker girl vibe could literally be anywhere from like early 20s to mid 30s.

This got ENORMOUS, but your insight is invaluable when it comes to fc help, but if this is too much for you that’s fine too. Feel free to let me know either way. You do so much for us, and I cant say thank you enough.

RRR

A fictitious story about two legendary revolutionaries and their journey away from home before they started fighting for their country in the 1920s.

So finally, after three attempts, I watched RRR. It took me this many attempts because I struggled with the dubbed voiceover, which I find incredibly distracting. The moment I finally overcame this distraction, I had an absolute blast watching this movie. From the over-the-top, physics-defying action pieces to the heartfelt story of friendship, there is so much to love about this film. It surprisingly handles numerous complex themes, such as loyalty, sacrifice for the greater good, friendship, and betrayal. These themes are beautifully woven into the story and are the film's heart. Now there are still some issues with the story. It takes about 30-40 minutes for the film to finally start, there are unneeded subplots, and the villains are stereotypical, over-the-top bad guys. If these elements were ironed out a bit more, it would be one of my top films of the year.

The performances from the two leads, N.T. Rama Rao Jr. and Ram Charan Teja were absolutely outstanding. The pair had fantastic chemistry with one another. Both masterfully portray their character's inner conflicts. However, I must praise Teja for being one of the most intimidating "villains" I've seen in a very long time. He is more intimidating than the actual villains of the movie. However, the performances of the English-speaking actors were not exactly the best. Because of this, their characters come across as cartoonish instead of intimidating.

Even though most of the VFX shots were questionable, the film is still visually stunning. The cinematography is filled with bright colors created by the production and costume design. The action and dance pieces were very well shot and fit right into the Tollywood style of filmmaking. The score was outstanding and incredibly fun to listen to.

Overall, RRR is a very fun movie that delves deep into numerous complex themes, from friendship to loyalty. Do not sleep on this film because it is now officially a wild card nomination for the Oscars.

I am giving RRR, a B+.
