primrose, azalea, lotus, poppy, dahlia, zinnia, freesia - for the flower asks.
primrose— how long does it take for you to get ready for the day what does your routine usually consist of?
every work day I wake up at 14:30, I go on my phone until about 15:00 or 15:07, then I have two packets of peaches and cream oatmeal and leave for work at 16:07. if I am not working I wake up whenever but usually at the same time ish, go on my phone until about 15:30 or 16:00, and then I get up and go to Walmart. I then go to the McDonald's and have a medium iced coffee and a six pack of nuggets and then I wander around Walmart and when I am done wandering I get my groceries which right now is three boxes of peaches and cream oatmeal, one box of shahi rajma, one loaf of white bread, and one package of sliced turkey. I get two 1L bottles of Dr Pepper if they have it (but they usually don't) and if I don't have chips at home I get some chips. if they have Digimon cards I buy one pack. then I go to Loblaws and I buy one pack of chicken gyoza, a milkshake, and one or two tempura shrimp ramen if I have only one at home. then I go home and do whatever for the rest of the day
azalea— what is the most recent song you listened to? how do you feel about it?
the last thing I listened to was an Armin van Buuren set, which is always good, but the last SONG I listened to was something off the Rise of the Beasts OST which is good but I also feel it's much too heroic in comparison with the OST from the first Transformers
lotus— what is your favorite color and in what shade? e.g. sage green, navy blue, ect.
blue but turquoise specifically
poppy— out of the four seasons, which season of the year is your favorite and why?
summer bc it's the lowest maintenance season. every other season has a whole rigamarole where I have to figure out how many clothes to put on so that I don't freeze waiting for the bus in the middle of the night. summer? a sweater is fine and if I don't need it I can leave it at work for when I do. can't do that with the pile of clothes I have to wear every winter and the day-to-night temperature drops in spring and autumn are awful
dahlia— do you like to follow current fashion trends or do you have a particular style that you prefer to stick to?
I absolutely don't follow trends. I have been wearing the same pair of black pants since I was sixteen and I have like... sixty graphic tshirts to wear with them plus an Escapade hoodie I bought like five years ago. I have 'nice' clothes but they're like. party clothes I used to get online but now I get at Simons but I don't wear them a lot bc they aren't super durable (anything with sequins and glitter isn't in particular) so I just usually wear them when I'm going somewhere all my friends are going
zinnia— would you say you think more with your head or with your heart?
head. I don't generally talk impulsively
freesia— what do you want people to remember you for? (serious or non-serious answers)
people find me memorable in general I think bc they think I'm weird which honestly is fine with me

Traveling by train is a common mode of transport in India, especially for long journeys. During these trips, having access to good quality food is essential. Whether you're on a short commute or a long-distance journey, having a tasty and nutritious meal can make all the difference. Traditionally, passengers relied on pantry car services or station vendors for their meals, but these options often lacked variety and freshness. This is where ordering food in a train has become a game-changer.

This not only enhances the quality of their journey but also ensures that they have access to hygienic and safe food.

Positive Passenger Experiences

More About Report- https://www.credenceresearch.com/report/india-ready-to-eat-rte-food-market
The India Ready-To-Eat (RTE) Food Market faces several challenges that could impact its growth and sustainability:
1. Health Perception:
One of the significant challenges is the perception that RTE foods are less healthy compared to freshly prepared meals. Many consumers associate RTE foods with high preservatives, artificial additives, and lower nutritional value, which can deter health-conscious individuals from opting for these products.
2. Quality and Taste Consistency:
Maintaining consistent quality and taste across different batches and over time can be challenging for manufacturers. Any deviation in flavor or texture can lead to consumer dissatisfaction and impact brand loyalty.
3. High Cost of Production:
The production of RTE foods involves advanced processing techniques and high-quality packaging to ensure long shelf life and safety, leading to higher costs. These costs can be passed on to consumers, making RTE foods more expensive than traditional meal options.
4. Supply Chain and Distribution:
Ensuring an efficient supply chain and distribution network is crucial for the success of RTE foods. Challenges in maintaining a robust cold chain infrastructure, particularly in remote and rural areas, can affect product availability and quality.
5. Consumer Preferences and Habits:
Indian consumers have strong preferences for freshly cooked meals, and changing these deep-rooted habits can be difficult. Convincing consumers to switch from traditional cooking methods to RTE foods requires significant marketing efforts and education about the benefits.
6. Regulatory Compliance:
Adhering to stringent food safety and quality regulations is essential but can be challenging for manufacturers. Compliance with these regulations involves continuous monitoring, documentation, and investment in quality control processes, which can be resource-intensive.
7. Competition from Local and Fresh Food Options:
The RTE food market faces stiff competition from local eateries, street food vendors, and fresh food delivery services that offer freshly prepared meals at competitive prices. These alternatives often have the advantage of perceived freshness and authenticity.
8. Packaging Waste:
The use of non-biodegradable packaging materials for RTE foods contributes to environmental concerns. As consumers become more environmentally conscious, the pressure to adopt sustainable packaging solutions increases, which can add to production costs.
9. Economic Fluctuations:
Economic instability and fluctuations in raw material prices can impact the overall cost structure of RTE food products. This volatility can lead to price hikes, affecting consumer affordability and demand.
10. Technological Barriers:
Adopting advanced food processing and packaging technologies requires significant investment. Smaller players in the market may struggle to keep up with technological advancements, leading to disparities in product quality and market competitiveness.

Soaking: Some days, specifically the larger ones like rajma and chana dal, benefit from soaking earlier than cooking. This reduces cooking time and enhances digestibility.
Tempering (Tadka): Adding a tempering of spices fried in ghee or oil on the end of cooking can beautify the flavor of the dal.
Pressure Cooking: Using a pressure cooker can substantially reduce the cooking time for most days.
Spices: Common spices used in dal practice consist of turmeric, cumin, coriander, and garam masala. Adjust spices in line with your taste preference.
