Your roommate is about to be surprised because there isn't just a single Sonic ttrpg. There's at least seven.

Speeding Bullets!, by Princess Grace.
In SPEEDING BULLETS!, you play as three to five intrepid, plucky anthropomorphic animals on a quest to save the day- or end it. It’s up to you, some six-sided dice, and your beloved SO (Shadow Operator) to determine the fate of the world.
SPEEDING BULLETS! is a single-page Lasers and Feelings hack where your stats are FAST! (hero) and GUN! (antihero). You and your friends will create Sonic OCs, randomly assign them backstories like "Dark Warrior's Advent" or "Purification via Ruination" from a table of 326 genders, and put them up against insurmountable odds, Dr. Robotnik, and their own rivals.
Lasers and Feelings games all have the same basic premise: you have one number that represents your abilities in two different stat, in this case, Fast and Gun. Rolling above the number is good for one stat, while rolling below the number is good for the other. Roll your number exactly? Then something special happens.
What Speeding Bullets takes from Sonic is rivalries, a perpetual quest to defeat Dr. Robotnik, and an alternate suggestion for playing as your character's rivals, taking references from Dark Mirror. The game also comes with a Gender Table, a roll-table that appears to reference every Shadow the Hedgehog ending.
Rainbow Runaways, by UkeleleBard.
You are an animal living in a human’s world. The humans have found you, and the military will pursue you with every weapon, vehicle, and trap they have at their disposal. You’ve only got one option. RUN!
Rainbow Runaways was created for the Caltrop Core game jam, and runs on the Caltrop Core engine by Titanomachy. You can play it Solo, or with a GM, with a deck of cards and a 1-3 d4's per player.
The goal is simple: escape the military by reaching the edge of the city. You track this by using a clock with 12 slices. The deck of cards represents the actions of the military as they pursue you. Your character is composed of three stats and three techniques.
All in all, Rainbow Runaways is succinct and to the point. I think one of the benefits of fan games like this is that much of the lore is already assumed to be known by the players, and as a result reading the game book can be much quicker, since you just need to learn the rules.
Edge Hedge Arena (Beta), by ANIM TTRPGS (@anim-ttrpgs).
Throughout all human history, people have been given names. You thought yours was only mean to be used as an identifier, but you were wrong. Your name was chosen carefully, with the conscious (or subconscious) knowledge that one day it would inextricably link you to a champion of immense power who is also a hedgehog. This “game” serves as a set of instructions for revealing this mighty guardian, so they can defend your honor and name in a battle to the freaking death!
Still in the early stages, Edge Hedge Arena is partially a battle game. This is firmly a pvp game, using your weapons, powers and style to give you an advantage in the arena. However, first and foremost, Edge Hedge Arena feels like a bit of a love letter to the Sonic Fandom, more than Sonic itself. When you make a character, you actually have to search for art of a hedgehog OC online!
Chaos & Control, by farmergadda (@farmergadda).
Chaos & Control is a hack of Lasers & Feelings by John Harper, inspired by a similar hack, Steel & Spirit by Occupied Hex. In this game, Players will take on the roles of colorful, cartoony animal people and go on adventures through fantastic locations, facing off against maniacal foes, and looking really cool while doing so.
Another Lasers & Feelings hack, Chaos & Control adds the use of character types to further differentiate your characters, as well as tokens that can be used to trigger powerful moves unique to your character. For the GM, there's a number of roll-tables to help generate locations, problems, badniks, and so much more.

Welcome to Sonic's World - A universe unique and beyond what you know from the SEGA games! Where, inspired by Sonic and other heroes of the franchise, you and your friends will create a team of heroes that will save the world from the forces of evil!
The system is based on PbtA with heavy modification to fit the care-free power fantasy of Sonic's Adventures, but anyone familiar with the core game, should know the basics. On a very surface level the gameplay loop consists of alternating between "Peace and Quiet" and "Stages" sections. During P&Q your group will rest, prepare for the Stage, roleplay and develop your characters.
One of the benefits for PbtA games is playbooks. Playbooks keep most of the information that a player will need to know in one place, allowing you to choose a character type based on vibes, and then make selections within just the options provided to you. It's excellent for minimizing choice paralysis, and it can make teaching the game simpler, as each player has a number of references to the rules that are specific to their character in front of them at all times.
Mobius, by Ioan Davies-John.
Mobius is a fan-made tabletop wargame based on Archie Comics’ 24-year run of Sonic the Hedgehog, allowing you to fight Large Skirmishes in the gone-but-not-forgotten take on Sonic's World!
It features stats for all your favorite heroes and villains, and rules to suit every play-style from hordes of Eggman Robots to squads of elite Freedom Fighters. There’s an ever-evolving plethora of army books and supplements to represent the many factions within the pages of the world’s most way past cool comic!
Mobius is a tactical wargame, focused on moving little guys around on a map and taking down your opponents. There's plenty of minutiae here for folks who love figuring out what strategies work for them, including various extra rules, as well as 14 different factions to choose from. If you're not sure who you can play this with, the designer has a link to their community discord on their Itch page!
If you want something a little different in theme but similar in spirit, you might interested in Davies-John's other sonic game, a naval wargame set in the same universe: Egg Fleet!

I don't know much about this game, but based on what I can find out about it, it seems to be designed to shine when you're exploring Sunday Morning Cartoon-style plots. I'm expecting characters with abilities that are larger than life, as well as a fairly simple rule set that's easy to pick up and learn without much trouble.

Pitch!Danny

Danny's death mark looks more like a burn scar rather than Lichtenberg figures. Everyone assumes he was in a fire whenever the trio talks about the Accident. The Fentons back this up since the true events cause an electrical fire in the lab.
He was only bullied about his scars once. Danny burst out crying on the spot, and no one has said anything since. He carries around a homemade balm to soothe the scars when he gets phantom pains.
His death mark extends into his hair and one of his eyes. He now has heterochromia as both Danny and Phantom, as the affected eye's iris was darkened, and a starburst pattern appeared. (inspired by this)
His overall eyesight was also affected, and he now wears reading glasses as a human. Danny frequently loses them, so his friends bought him a used eyeglass chain from a yard sale. The eyeglass chain is made of rainbow beads, and the spirit of the previous owner is attached to it.
Danny took up knitting soon after the Accident to help retrain his fine motor skills and concentration. He's quite good at it, and he made a sweater based on Van Gogh's Starry Night.
Frequently has ectoplasm stains on his clothes from either ghost fights or helping his parents in their lab. Most people think it's paint.
Phantom is invisible to most people (including himself when he looks in mortal mirrors.) He keeps it that way as much as possible, as his appearance is quite inhuman. Danny hates the uncanny valley feeling he causes wherever he goes. Even his friends had to work to get past the instinct to run when he showed himself. He has no pupils, but his death mark remains.

"Tucker uses the gadgets that Danny has gotten for him by raiding Mom and Dad's lab: The goggles that let him see ghosts, the backpack that lets him capture them, and the occasional random jet back that Dad was saving for a rainy day."

Tallest of the trio, even with Sam's boots giving her an inch. Took track and field in middle school, so he's also the most physically fit, even if it's just by a little. Tucker is also the most reckless of the three and carries a first aid kit around for both him and Danny.
Bit of an adrenaline junkie, even if he won't admit it. Red Bull is his go-to over coffee and tea, which both Sam and Danny insist is bad for him. He's always hungry from sharing his meals with Danny, who cannot cook at home.
Tucker was forced to stop wearing his hats in middle school, but he hated his hair at the time, so he dyed it blonde and fried it straight to 'fit in better.' Sam and Danny have yelled at him for it, and he's slowly learning to appreciate his natural hair. (He still wants to keep dying it for a few more years, however. Red is the next color on his list!)
Takes dual courses at the Amity Park Community College in computer science. Became a top student quickly. He uses this knowledge to help Danny tinker with his parents' inventions and computers. (Which is difficult, given their backgrounds.)
Has a form of synesthesia called 'chromesthesia,' which means he sees colors and patterns when he hears sounds. His favorite color pattern is the sound of leaves rustling in autumn since it makes pretty yellow, orange, and red swirls. He turns the most memorable sounds into tie-dye t-shirts.
Tucker uses his 'liberated' Fenton tech all the time. Aside from ghost fights, he will 100% use the jetpack to get to school when he's late or use an extendable arm to hold a drink when he's busy. It drives Danny nuts because he has to recharge the backpack more, but when it comes down to it, he doesn't really mind. After all, Tucker is the one jailbreaking all their equipment.

Pitch!Sam
"A Goth Janeane Garofalo-type that hides her good looks behind baggy clothes, she is an encyclopedia of conspiracy theories and paranormal activity…a cute girl who loves all things geek!"

Sam is the most serious of the three and is suspicious of everything. Her parents raised her as a rich elite; nothing comes for free in that type of life. She practically lives in the secondary suite that belonged to her grandmother Ida, tending to the greenhouse and library there.
Her favorite color is purple, and she raises Purple Emperor butterflies in the greenhouse in an attempt to increase their population, despite her location. She raises other butterflies and insects as well, but the Purple Emperors are her pride and joy. She wears purple butterfly charms in honor of them.
She has a bigger library than the high school, with books on topics Danny and Tucker have never heard of. During a ghost-induced power outage, they went to Sam and her library to perform an "ancient form of Googling." She did not appreciate that joke.
Cuts and dyes her hair herself, and bothers the boys about proper self care. She even has a little notebook in her pocket that lists reminders, dates, and observations she wants to look back on later. (For example, it reminds her when Danny is supposed to take his medicine, since his memory sucks now.)
Sam researches the paranormal almost obsessively, especially since she gains that psychic link with Danny. She wants to understand it, how it works, and why it happened. (She isn’t aware the ‘get better’ kiss was the cause.)
The random feelings and visions have increased her anxiety tenfold. Tucker jokes that she’s Batman now, since Sam has used her money to create a hundred different backup plans for everything she could think of, including hidden emergency packs all over town.
Once curb-stomped a grown man, as a child, on the day of Grandma Ida’s funeral because he was bragging about influencing the final will in his favor. She brings this energy to any fight she’s capable of participating in, and ghosts have learned to give her a wide berth. Locals just think she’s nuts.

THE FIRST TIME you talk to park sunghoon, it’s raining, it’s cold, and jake had ditched you to “hang out” with chaewon, because he’s a crappy friend who pounces at any opportunity for female attention.
after your study session in the school library finishes, you find yourself standing at the school’s front entrance, grimacing at the downpour of rain in front of you. heavy pellets pummel from the sky like bullets, forming puddles in the divots of the ground and lowering the temperature enough to make you shiver. 
lucky for you, you remembered to bring your umbrella.
this was a habit of yours even on the sunniest of days, after spending five days bedridden with a fever following The Great Downpour of 2020.
when you reached for your backpack and unfurled your umbrella, it sprung to life and off you went, hopping down the cement paveway that led to the nearest bus stop.
you’re just about to slip in your earphones when you stop in your tracks, spotting a figure a few steps ahead of you. 
the person is crouching on the ground at the bus stop, hunched over and hugging their bookbag in an attempt at gathering warmth. 
the person is drenched and miserable.
and practically radiating angst and despair.  
because you’ve always been a totally (impulsive) caring and selfless person, you shuffle over and hold your umbrella over the person’s head.
they look up — and just when you encounter a cold gaze, dark brows and raven hair — you realise that the moody figure is none other than park sunghoon.
park sunghoon, the ridiculously good-looking senior everybody whispers about but doesn’t actually know anything about. 
park sunghoon, the guy who always wears a stoic, unsmiling expression that makes him the most unapproachable of his group of friends. 
and park sunghoon, the one who’s staring at you with a baffled and slightly distrustful expression on his face. 
oh.
you’re just standing here, staring at him like a creep. 
crap.
you should say something.
you open and shut your mouth a few times, trying to brainstorm what you might possibly say. you want to sound smart. and funny. and cool. so, naturally, the first thing that comes out of your mouth is a very intelligent and super profound, “it’s, uh. . . raining.”
sunghoon continues to stare, his brows slightly furrowed to suggest he was questioning your sanity. 
“it’s raining,” you stupidly repeat louder, as though he hadn’t heard you over the rain. 
“good catch,” he replies, his gruff voice coinciding with the slight dip of his lips. 
the rumors are so true. 
sunghoon definitely has a very grumpy, rather angsty demeanour. you’ve actually spotted him around school a few times (you may or may not follow him with your eyes every time he’s around. is that a crime? it can’t be! you’re not the only one in the student body who finds him extremely attractive and painfully enigmatic), but he’s not the kind of person you can approach so easily.
in fact, he’s been coined the nickname ice prince for a reason.
“yes, uh,” you struggle to string together a coherent set of words, especially because he stands to his feet now, and you have to make the effort to not be intimidated by his height. 
“what i meant to say is that it’s raining but you don’t have an umbrella,” you laughed awkwardly, wanting to whack your head and yell stupid, stupid, stupid for impulsively waddling over here and saying stupid things to park sunghoon of all people. “i-i mean, obviously it’s a free country and you can totally do whatever you want, but, as you might already know — and i’m sure you do because you’re one of the smartest kids in school — standing in the rain can get you sick, like, really sick, and i only know this because about three years ago i forgot my umbrella and — funny story — i ended up getting so sick that i had to take five days off school because my fever was so high.”
oh god.
you quickly slap the tips of your fingers over your lips to physically restrain yourself from talking. the motion makes sunghoon’s gaze quickly flit to your lips, before they bounce back up to your eyes.
his stare is so painfully emotionless that you cringe inwardly.
you wish he’d say something.
anything. literally anything.
but he’s silent.
well, of course he is — you basically just trauma dumped about your stupid fever story. boo-hoo, you were sick from the rain — who cares?
just when you think you’ve reached the death of the conversation, you’re surprised by the sound of his soft voice.
“. . . niki.”
huh?
you blink, leaning in slightly so that you can hear him better.
“. . . niki. my brother. he took the last umbrella.”
oh.
your lips form a small o as you nod in understanding. “oh, niki! that doesn’t surprise me. he’s in my class, you know, and he’s always playing pranks on our teacher. one time he actually hid the test papers so we got a whole extra day to study,” your voice lowers to a whisper, “can’t believe i still failed it though. . .”
sunghoon doesn’t say anything, and afraid of being submerged in awkward silence again, you rush to fill in the space. 
“so where’s niki now?”
he shrugs. “soccer practice, probably.”
“oh,” you frown. “wait, aren’t you part of the soccer team, too? you’re the goalie. you saved so many goals last season and helped the team to their first win in two years,” you say, though your eyes widen in panic as soon the words leave your mouth, “n-not that i’m a stalker, or anything,” you frantically add, “it’s just that everyone knows you’re the goalie because one, it’s common knowledge, and two, the game is coming up and we’re all on the edge of our seats to find out how it goes!” 
stupid stupid stupid. 
why are you rambling so much? 
sunghoon doesn’t seem to mind, though his lips flatten in a rather sour manner. “i quit the team, actually.”
you gasp. “you’re the person jake is replacing? he’s been so cocky ever since it was announced that he’d be on the team. what made you quit?”
he shrugs, “it got boring,” he mumbles, then his ears turn slightly red and he dips his head in an emotion you never imagined park sunghoon could wear — embarrassment. “and i accidentally sprained my ankle.”
you blinked in surprise. “how?”
he hesitates before answering. “i tripped.” 
you stifle a laugh at the irony, because while sunghoon was a lot of adjectives — tall, handsome, mysterious, brooding, kind of scary, even — you never thought he was clumsy.
you softly cackle, earning you a glare from the boy. 
“sorry,” you grin playfully, growing accustomed to his icy aura. “i just never pictured you as a klutz.”
“says you,” he grumbles, “weren’t you the one who tripped and fell in the cafeteria last week? ”
“what—” you choked, “you saw that?”
he exhaled through his nose in amusement. “who didn’t?” sunghoon raised a brow at you. “i’m pretty sure someone recorded and posted it. the caption was ‘dumbass fails to do simple task and ends up with food all over her clothes.’”
your eyes slammed shut before they shot open. “fucking jake,” you growled, gripping the umbrella tightly. “i’m going to kill him.”
sunghoon chuckled, and the sound made your heart beat a little faster. you caught a fleeting glimpse of his smile which — by the way — showcased the most emotion you had ever seen from the boy. it couldn’t be helped that your stomach mangled and twisted at his pearly-white boyish smile, one that made his cheeks bunch up his face and his eyes twinkle like stars.
how pretty.
his smile faded as quickly as it appeared, however, and you soon found yourself facing his usual blank expression again. 
you want to try say something that might make him smile or laugh again, but he suddenly steps outside of the cage of your umbrella and raises his hand, hailing down the incoming bus. 
it slowly stops by the road beside the two of you, marking the end of your little interaction. 
“oh, your bus is here,” you force a smile, rather disappointed. “i’ll, um, see you later, sunghoon.”
“get home safe,” he retrieves his bus card from his pocket, glancing over his shoulder before he boards his bus. “and thanks. for the umbrella.” 
“n-no problem!” you quickly smile, “and by the way, my name is—”
“i know your name,” he interjects, and you think your mind is playing tricks on you when you see the edges of his lips twitch upward. “see you around.” 
sunghoon disappears into the bus and it whizzes by you, though you stay frozen in your feet for what feels like forever. 
he knows your name.
he’ll see you around.
you tuck your lip between your teeth, cheeks and ears flaring up.
and he wants you to get home safe.

I was just reading up on ink’s faq on comyet’s tumblr and two parts stuck out to me; his rainbow tongue and their tendency to draw outfits on people. and like a quick tw for possible body horror and experimentation for the tongue part I think.
The last one made me think of how I, and a few others, share a HC that killer tends to be more fashion forward than most sanses. that he even starts exploring different outfits and fashion in his good ending with color. I thought it’d be a wonderful idea if it was ink who helped inspire and encourage killer towards that idea.
even if killer decides its ultimately not safe to risk while still held captive by nightmare, i thought itd be rather sweet if his interactions with ink during the darkest periods of killer’s life actually inspires him towards things like self expression and creation—a sense of hope for someone like killer, who has spent his life believing he existed to destroy and be destroyed. and ink seems very good at inspiring others, just by being themself.
my first thought about ink’s tongue, though, created a very vivid scene to me. where like its one of killer’s rare off days, hes exhausted. ink’s sitting nearby, info dumping about an au—killer’s having a hard time keeping track of which one it is today, ink’s words sound like they’re coming from underwater—when a sudden flash of color (hehe) catches his attention.
Rainbow. Inkblot has a fucking rainbow tongue. Killer’s never seen that before!
And before ink knows it their poor tongue is being grabbed between thumb and forefinger and guided out of his mouth by killer and ink’s just like “???” and then killer gives him a dead eyed look and asks, “does this regenerate?” cuz he wants to cut it out and study it lmao.

“What are you wearing?”
Kazutora startles from where he is lounging on the couch, nearly slipping off of it before he catches himself. “You’re home early!” He gives you a boyish smile, full of teeth.
He’s past the stage in your relationship where he tries to act ‘cool’ around you, so now you’re constantly hit with the full, clingy force of his genuine affection. (And as much as you like to tease him for once acting all nonchalant and aloof, you were well aware of his past, and the trust he had in you now to be so candid. And you cherished that trust every day, doing your best to give him the affection he craved, even when it was only by silently leaning into his embrace.)
“You still haven’t answered my question, baby,” you say.
He looks down at himself, as if he could have possible forgotten what he was wearing. “Oh, this? I lost a bet. Now I have to wear this all day.” Kazutora stands up, with all the grace of a tired housecat, to reveal the full outfit.
He is dressed in an oversized, fuzzy tiger onesie, a kigurumi. The hood is adorned with large, furry black ears, and you catch sight of a fabric tail hanging limply behind him. There are even paw-shaped pockets stitched to the front, designed so that if Tora shoves his hands into them, it will look like his hands were furry tiger feet. Even the zipper in the front was shaped like a cat’s paw. Overall, the costume has done an incredible job at turning your lanky boyfriend into something emulating the shape and fluffiness of a plushie.
“Lost against Baji, and he had Mitsuya make this for me,” Kazutora continues, before giving a little spin, causing the tail to fly out behind him. “Jokes on them, cause I kinda like it actually. It’s comfy. And it’s a tiger!”
You step forward, until you can wrap your arms around him. He’s exactly as snuggly as he looks; the onesie gives him an extra layer of softness that you melt into. You lose track of how long the two of you stand there, holding each other. You’ve started to unconsciously press gentle kisses to Kazutora’s tattoo, and he tilts his head to give you more access, earring jingling with his movement.
“Do you like it?” he murmurs.
“Yup. ‘S cozy,” you whisper. “Want to stay like this forever.”
He giggles, bright and airy. “You’re so cute.”
You give his neck a light nip, causing him to yelp. “Says the boy who looks like a stuffed animal.”
“I feel like a stuffed animal,” he agrees. “It’s comfy in here. Feels like I’m wrapped in clouds and rainbows and fluffy kittens an’ shit.”
Kazutora pauses.
Then, he states, “I just had the best idea.”
“Oh no,” you say, on instinct.
“Hey! What’s that supposed to mean?”
“Nothing, sweetheart,” you soothe, “What’s your idea?”
“Well—”

Chifuyu lets out a heavy sigh once he walks into the living room.
“Why do you guys have to be like this. In a public space.”
You and Kazutora stick your tongues out at him, in unison. “It’s not public. It’s our apartment,” Tora protests.
By ‘like this’, Chifuyu is referring to Kazutora’s brilliant idea: apparently, the onesie was just baggy enough for you to be able to slip inside of it with him. Now, the two of you were lying on the couch together, snuggled into the same onesie like two content garter snakes wrapped around each other, both of your heads poking out into the oversized hood. You had to admit, as stupid as it feels, you’ve never felt as warm and snug.
Chifuyu does not find it as wonderful as you and your boyfriend do, according to his wrinkled nose and judgmental stare. “We need to update the apartment rules, then.”
“He’s just mad cause he’s not getting laid,” whispers Kazutora. Loudly.
Chifuyu’s reaction is to throw a pillow at the both of you. It collides with a thump, causing you and your boyfriend to let out harmonious squawks. “You weirdos deserve each other!” he hisses, before stomping off to his room.
“Aww, that was sweet of him. We do deserve each other, Tora,” you coo, before pressing a quick kiss to the tip of his nose.
Kazutora tilts his head so he can catch you in a proper kiss. You can feel him smiling against your lips. “Well, I sure hope so.”

I want to be clear: I didn’t discover this sync. But when I first heard whispers of Midnights in Wonderland nearly two years ago, I knew I had to sit with it, comb through every detail, and try to understand why Taylor Swift would structure an album to align with Alice in Wonderland (1951).
What I found was something more layered than I ever expected.
This is not Dark Side of the Rainbow (The Wizard of Oz + Dark Side of the Moon). This is not about Taylor simply being inspired by Alice in Wonderland. This is about time, disillusionment, queerness, waking up from illusion, and realizing the fantasy isn’t real.

How To Watch Midnights In Wonderland
1. Start the 1951 Alice in Wonderland movie and wait until 3 minutes and 31 seconds in. (31 is 13, backwards).
2. Press play on Midnights (3AM Edition) – in reverse order (starting with “Dear Reader” and working backward to “Lavender Haze”). Midnights in Wonderland Playlist
3. You'll notice track 3 (“Anti-Hero”) and track 8 (“Vigilante Shit”) are switched, the theory here is that we believe Taylor foreshadowed this by flipping the phone upside down in Midnights Mayhem With Me (8/3, of course).
4. The sync will end right before the movie concludes at 1 hour and 13 minutes (1:13, of course).
→ I like to have the volume on for the movie until the music starts and to turn the movie volume back on so you can hear the conclusion to the movie.

So the question is—why Alice? Why would Taylor choose to layer Midnights over this particular fantasy? Why not The Wizard of Oz, given how deep her Oz references run? Why this story of a girl lost in nonsense, trying to find her way back to reality?

A: Maybe because Dark Side of Oz is already a phenomenon, and she wouldn’t repeat it. Midnights is obsessed with clocks, time, and spirals, which aligns with the Alice in Wonderland narrative.

Q: What is she trying to convey by layering Midnights over this particular film? Is it about disillusionment? Escapism? The loss of childhood wonder? A: I think all of the above. Beginning with Dear Reader sets a very sobering tone to the fantastical journey that we embark on throughout Wonderland. The fact that Taylor refers to the audience of the song as ‘readers’, sure it could be about reading her lyrics, but regardless it's a wonderful way to visually introduce the story of a historic fantasy novel. So, yes, I believe that the layering from there on out explores escapism, loss of childhood wonder, and disillusionment.
Q: Could this be a commentary on looking back at your past self and realizing how naive you once were? (Much like Alice waking up from Wonderland.) A: Totally. In the beginning of the movie, before you start the soundtrack, Alice is hanging out with her cat, listening to her older sister read a book while daydreaming about her own fantasy world. As she starts the journey that leads her to the rabbit hole (into what is ultimately a dream), the music begins and we take the journey throughout the movie and album. As Lavender Haze concluding (remember we are listening to the album backwards), the caterpillar blows a puff of purple smoke into Alice's face and asks, "Who are you?" Alice runs into a spiral haze of purple and then wakes up to her sister saying, "Alice?! Will you kindly pay attention and recite your lesson?" bringing her back to reality. Taylor herself recognizes Midnights is a reflection of sleepless nights, and the visual journey ends with her in the same place she started.
Q: Is this a reflection of how Taylor views her past eras? Has she been living in a Wonderland-like dream state, and now she’s waking up? A: Absolutely. Midnights feels like a retrospective album, with each song revisiting a different chapter of her life—almost like flipping through a dream journal filled with past versions of herself. Tracks like Question...?, You’re On Your Own, Kid, and Karma allude to distinct personal experiences, much like a collection of memories pieced together from her different eras. Deuce tries to play it cool with his feelings now that he realizes how much he likes you; one minute, he’s totally fine talking to you, and the other, he’s freaking out in the inside - his mind on overdrive when he notices small details from interacting with you. He’d stumble on his words, tripping on minuscule things, earning cackles from onlookers (of course, Ace, too) 
His brain must’ve reset itself whenever he thinks of you: indescribable words drifting about his mind, the urge to declare his feelings intense yet.. Even if he could voice it out, he couldn’t express his heart properly. Words didn’t suffice, and so, he brought himself into doing small activities that would surely reciprocate his feelings to you. 
Every move he’d overthink: was this the proper way of doing things? Was he overdoing it? Much to the advice of his peers, he was on the right track, but what if [Reader] didn’t realize the meaning of his actions? What if they thought he was doing so just because they were his friend? 
Such thoughts brought dread to Deuce; he can’t absolutely mess this opportunity up! He had to ask his peers about this troubling dilemma: what would they do if they were in this situation? How would they approach this? Would they be satisfied by the results? Such differing answers from them would confuse the poor boy - maybe, just maybe, he can think of something for himself to do this. 
On a twilight-tinged sky, Deuce consults [Reader] for a moment of their time, cyan eyes conveying nothing but crystallized conviction. He was going to do what he knew best for this sort of thing, and he hoped he could do this right.

At first, Ace feared the worst; Oh Great Seven, do I have to step up on my game? You see, his previous relationship wasn’t really all sunshine and rainbows - just teenagers being stupid and thinking love was like a fairytale. Oh no, he learned the hard way that he had to sustain this ‘love’ and make it worth his while and [Reader]’s while.
Unlike Deuce, he keeps himself tight-lipped about this; though he quite thinks that he has this reciprocity game in the bag. Yeah no, he is ditching what he did on his previous relationship. If anything, he had some lessons to learn if he wanted to make this right. 
To his defense, his first relationship was him experimenting; nothing too serious  - the other party would think otherwise. Taking his previous relationship as an example was a stupid idea - this time, [Reader] was actually a good friend rather than a stranger trying to kiss up to Ace. 
At first, Ace would try to ignore his feelings, going through his day normally as if nothing happened; yet, a different story behind closed doors. He’d search the web for answers to his stupid question about confessing to someone whom he was already close with. Much to his disappointment, the Internet was very unreliable, replying with comments to reject his friend’s confession and continue their relationship as it is. Ace knew he shouldn’t have voiced his worries on the web. 
I hope to make this relationship last long and be a better one than the last, he thinks to himself. The boy knew better than to repeat his mistakes, and he’d rather avoid doing all the cheesy crap and hang out with [Reader] as usual. Gosh, why did feelings make things so complicated?

The first thought that came to mind when he felt his heart pitter-patter: is this how love in those stories feels? He cannot make the words himself, but sure, he knew how those books would describe it: heads over heels, head on cloud nine, tunnel vision for their loved one. The young man understood what that meant. 
He is fascinated by this sensation, noticing how his heart quickened whenever he saw [Reader]’s bright smile from the corner of his eye, or when [Reader]’s laughter would ring out true whenever he was with them. Needless to say, Epel was smitten. 
Word would spread like wildfire in the Pomefiore dorm that Epel was in love, bringing to the attention of Vil and Rook, who both gave each other an understanding glance before concluding on a common understanding: Epel had truly grown up. Yet, this didn’t mean the end of their teachings. 
Vil and Rook had to make sure Epel was still consistent with his routine, straighten his posture, and instill the same composure he always did before. As much as Epel found these routines outrageously tedious, his feelings brought new resolve to him and his daily activities - he will get stronger for the sake of [Reader], to show them his best charms. 
Epel couldn’t possibly wait for the ‘perfect’ moment when he becomes a stronger mage, but rather, he wants [Reader] to be part of his journey of becoming stronger, to see him as he is as well as he sees as them as they are.

Am I dying? Thought Sebek as he startles from his brief slumber, visions of a sweet dream with [Reader] dissipating in the darkness. Something was amiss: heart palpitations, his cheeks burning at a stray thought - even spacing out in the middle of class! How unacceptable! 
The infallible Sebek being distracted was unspeakable, and he’d reprimand himself for stooping so low to have his emotions get involved in his day-to-day life; He figured that he dealt with this ordeal himself - no troubling Malleus or Lilia about his dilemma, as if he thought he was capable enough to resolve by himself. 
Yet, it didn’t take long for Sebek to connect two and two together: the culprit of this dilemma was none other than [Reader] themselves - a profound revelation as he was captivated by them and their charms. He refused to acknowledge that he was entrapped in this web of ‘love’, withholding sentiments locked in his heart that were for his close friend to know.
As precious as these feelings are, Sebek found himself handling something akin to glass, a manifestation of time spent with [Reader] that only grew stronger and stronger until Sebek himself was bewildered by himself and his predicament. He floats in between the choices of confessing or keeping to himself, not wanting to trouble [Reader] with this emotion in case they ever had a change of heart. He comes up with an idea and hopes for the best. 
In Ramshackle Dorm, a certain individual receives letters professing their love for [Reader], attempts of poetry listed upon the heart of the letter as the letter delves into a story as to what garnered such feelings. Each letter [Reader] receives is adorably endearing, each one showing the voice of a naive individual who is confused, wanting to see [Reader] but at the same time, split between the paths of their position and their livelihood as a student. One day, [Reader] writes back, a patient response to the abundance of letters someone left behind for them to read.

“So, oysters?” Crowley clicked his fingers, and a waiter in a long white toga appeared as if from nowhere. He placed a large metal plate in front of them both. It was piled high with oysters, shimmering like silvery half-moons under the lamplight. Next to it was a huge yellow sliced lemon and piles of salt, sought after in Rome. “I’ve never had one before.”
“They are a fine delicacy, not much on the eyes, but it’s like tasting the depths of the sea. Most people try to chew them but you need to swallow them whole.” Aziraphale said, thankful for some time to draw the demon’s attention from himself.
“Is that so?” said Crowley, though Aziraphale couldn’t miss the way his throat bobbed when he said the word swallow. He ignored the pulse of desire that swept through him. They were here to eat. If he had spent more than one night with his eyes shut, imagining the demon spread out before him like a buffet, that was no one's business but his own.
“Mm-hm.” Aziraphale picked up the hard shell, a creamy casing with speckles of black and brown. The smell took him back to the first hit of salt in the air after days of tracking Adam and Eve through the endless sands beyond Eden. The sound of an unknown surge, a noise more powerful than any stream in Paradise, like a thousand waterfalls falling at once. Then he saw it, a blue expanse that went on forever, birds flying and diving into the spray a few creatures large, almost like monsters slicing the edge of the sea with blades, and disappearing below. So much wilder than the babbling brooks he had become accustomed to. He had dropped to his knees and wept, only comparable to seeing the stars burst into life, not that he would tell Crowley that.
He squeezed half a lemon slice onto the oyster and lifted it to his lips. Crowley’s gaze pierced him like an arrow. He wasn't used to being looked at in this way. Aziraphale had become so used to blending in – with humans, with other angels. Acting as a chameleon, standing by to appease whoever he was near. It was rare that he was the centre of attention.
Aziraphale raised the shell and opened his mouth to swallow it whole. It hit the bottom of his lip, and it tasted of salt and crashing waves. Crowley daring him to jump in, ever the tempter, as the cold sea lapped against his chest for the first time. Curling up in the pitch-black cabins of the Ark, hearing the roar of water smashing along the sides, and a hundred animals braying night after night. A hand, long and slender on his shoulder, a calm that rode with him to the first rainbow, to a world renewed. 
It slid down his gullet, and he heard a gasp. He opened his eyes, and Crowley was bent forward, pearl-white fingers contrasting with the deep ruby of his wine. Even behind those ridiculous glasses, Aziraphale saw hints of pupils blown wide.
“Was it good?” Crowley rasped.
Aziraphale wanted to ask him the same question, as their knees had edged ever-closer, soft fabric brushing below the table.
“Very.” Aziraphale’s breath was shallow and hoarse. He dabbed a little of the salty residue from his lip.

i know i said give me like a week to write this, but I got inspired as of lately, so I decided to just fast track and post it now. You guys really like Heidi, so let's go!! Also, pardon me if im a shitty writer. I'm projecting in these bc I've been through what Heidi went through, but I'm bad at explaining things.
• Heidi Ramona Turner
• She/Her
• Born on January 7th, 2004
• 4'11"
• Asexual
• After her breakup with Cartman, Heidi had a talk with her parents and they decided to send her to a therapist. She continued with these sessions until she turned 12 which happened to be about the same time Cartman got sent to a psych ward.
• During these sessions, she truly realized how mistreated she was. Not only with Cartman, but generally in her life. She's an only child with two working parents with full time jobs and never had a lot of genuine friends. She stayed out of the way mostly, was quiet, shy, unproblematic. This led to her being seen as a "houseplant" and ignored when she developed her own problems.
• Before Wendy decided to take on the role, Heidi was the mom of the group. She was the gentle sweetheart everyone dumped their issues on and she absolutely didn't care because she had so much empathy for everyone. She later realized it wasn't just empathy, but more so low-esteem and guilt which led to an obsessive feeling to fix everyone's problems compiled with insecure pride and a desperate need to make herself appear fine or "easy to deal with".
• With time however, Heidi learned to love herself. She took a break from school, social media, everything. She began to exercise again, go on nature walks. Just generally do things she wanted. She focused on her studies, her interests. She felt guilty at first for being "selfish" but her therapist made her see she needed a loooong break from carrying everyone.
• She's still kind-hearted, selfless, and charitable but much more of her authentic self, less quiet and complacent, and absolutely will not take any shit from anyone. She follows her feelings more than logic sometimes, so her reactions to other people messing with her are a lot more harsh. She'll warn you once. You fuck with her again, whatever happens next is your fault.
• She also managed to forgive Cartman even before he came back from the ward, she decided to forgive him so she can move on. Turns out, she still had some feelings for him and after he apologized, with time, decided to give the relationship another try.
• Heidi took up an interest in psychology and neurobiology. She'd always been fascinated with how the human mind works. She wants to be a psychiatrist. Specifically a child psychiatrist, she's great with kids.
• Her favorite movie is A Fault in Our Stars. It makes her cry every time.
• Listens to Pink Floyd, Babe Rainbow, Jimi Hendrix, and Ultimate Spinach.
• Has a dog, 2 cats, a rabbit, a parrot, a turtle and a lizard she adopted with Cartman.
• Volunteers at animal shelters, a food bank, hospitals, basically anywhere she can.
• Hard-core vegan.
• Has a green thumb. Her entire house is covered with plants. She also has a plant garden and she grows a lot of her food.
• Best friends with Wendy, Kyle and Kelly
• Hates violence but can fight. Wendy taught her mixed martial arts and Cartman taught her how to put someone in a headlock.
• Deleted social media entirely. She only uses her phone for texting.
• Makes her own jewelry and taught Karen how to make hers.
• Heidi is an omnist (someone who finds some form of truth in all religions). Her parents do not approve.
• Practices mediation and does yoga every day.
• Plays the violin and electric guitar. She can sing too but she's shy.
• Heidi gets a really pinkish red face when she's angry and everyone thinks its adorable.
• LOVES to sew and crotchet. She helps Bebe make clothes a lot and makes a majority of her own.
• Studies eastern philosophy and Greco-Roman myths.
• Likes snails for some odd reason. Nobody questions it but she just picks up and keeps random snails she sees.
• She moved out of her parents' house when they started calling her a witch for wearing an evil eye necklace.
I 1000% leaned into the idea of her going to therapy and turning into a hippie, honestly. It just feels right to me.

I had inspiration for bucktommy date night where Buck is in a dress so here's more (who forgot/doesn't know how dress look under cut is the photo)
“What are you doing?” 
Evan raises his eyebrow with adorable head tilt and Tommy just smirks at him, when he drips the remains of a cocktail, the name he doesn’t remember, onto Evan's exposed neck, enjoying the way the drops flow closer to the neckline on his chest. Licking all the tracks from the skin with his tongue, Tommy revels in the sharp intake of breath and the way Evan's body shudders under his tongue. Tommy grins. Evan's skin smells like floral shower gel and a little sweat from being in a slightly stuffy room.
