I hope this content is useful for someone and if not I’ve just created a helpful list for myself to reference in the future. My phone won’t give me the ability to add links, my apologies. Hopefully the layout isn’t too wonky since I’m not used to posting on mobile. Have fun scrolling!

For strength building on YouTube:

-Caroline Girvan has muscle building workouts that are effective. Her workouts have great flow and pacing. She focuses on dumbbell workouts. She has some my favorite abdominal exercises that aren’t basic crunches and just good exercises overall .

-Justina Ercole is a functional strength coach. She talks about the science and history behind different exercises. She let’s you know what works and what doesn’t and debunks influencers. I recommend looking at any of her fitness content if it’s up your alley.

-Jessie Hilgenberg. Again more muscle building. I personally like that she has videos that focus on building muscles in the shoulders since most women’s exercise videos try to avoid that.

-Megsquats. Yet again more muscle building and education about posture during exercises and etc.

-Amy’s Beach Fitness has a good variety of exercises to try and experiment with and blend into your routines.

-Noemi Henriquez has at-home calisthenic videos that include no equipment, body weight routines.

I have found videos about reverse dieting helpful, like the one from MissFitAndNerdy.

Multiple women have also made videos on making protein ice cream and egg white protein bread which I have found helpful.

On top of all that I love surrounding myself with strong women in any way I can(plus I’m autistic and love compiling lists) soooo…

Here’s a huge IG list of women’s strength building accounts that have consistent content that I love. There’s some content that is more rehab based, some weightlifting, some low impact cardio content, some focus more on mobility. Use their reels to look at ideas for a wide variety of exercises and tips; customize your routine to what you need:

I aim to look at jiu jitsu and self defense content in the future; if I see anything I particularly like I’ll try to remember to add it onto this list.

For building businesses and wealth:

-Launch to Wealth is an enthusiastic woman who talks about a variety of income ideas and investing and etc.

-The Broken Wallet has well put together videos about how to avoid financial mistakes. She advocates for financial safety and that women have savings and passive income even if they choose to be stay at home moms.

-Lyn Allure talks about investing and business. She discusses how to start things with little to no money, but also let’s people know to not expect any get rich quick schemes.

-Noelle Randall speaks about business, credit cards, credit building, and real estate.

-Wholesale Ted gives ideas for a variety of side hustles and online businesses.

-The Financial Diet talks about finances and societal issues. She criticizes unethical capitalist habits, plastic surgery and nepo babies that have bad influences on people. She even has a video connecting the alt right to crypto currencies and condemning them which is a breath of fresh air since y’know she’s a financial YouTuber.

-It’s Your Girl Rose has what I consider to be some questionable content since she seems to support options trading which is risky business. However I tend to ignore those videos and she has some genuinely helpful videos for if you want to educate yourself on investing.

-Codie Sanchez talks about choosing businesses and growing them.

-Whitney Bonds talk about choosing profitable side hustles and work from home jobs.

-Leila Gharani educates about excel and a lot of other digital tips and tricks. She also has helpful finance videos but they are hard to find on her page unless you specifically search Leila Gharani finance or something similar.

There aren’t many women talking about finances and investing on YouTube so I doubt this will give you all the information you need; you will either have to look at mens content or find articles written by women. In the mean time hopefully this will give you a good start and their content will give you some ideas for what to look into further.

A miscellaneous YouTuber on my list:

-Illuminaughtii. Though she uses a rantsona or whatever those cartoon personas are called, she has solid content. She talks about a variety of messed up topics like political corruption, corrupt charities, corporations and MLMs and the dark underbelly they try to hide.

And for miscellaneous videos I like:

I read Sylvia Plath's "The Bell Jar" for @letters-from-x reading challenge and I loved it. I loved the way it felt like Plath was musing through her character but also like she was speaking to me. I loved listening to her reflect on childbirth and the nature of men. She had so many good things to say. And I felt so gripped by her exploration of her mental health and I felt rage at how she was treated. Plath completely sucked me in with her writing and how natural the progression of the book felt. I seriously enjoyed it. Some of my favourite lines in no particular order:

There was also this part where she had this metaphor about a fig tree and her life being wasted, which she commented on a couple pages later saying that musing was caused by her hunger which made me laugh.
