with September and the anniversary of my friend's passing I want to talk about her story. on September 3, 2020 my best friend Brooklyn was shot and killed by her stalker. Brooklyn and I were best friends and were working together at a restaurant at the time. one of our coworkers, Andre, began stalking and harassing us and used the contact form at work to call and text us. he was an incel and part of the MGTOW community, would brag about his guns at work and believed he could "fix" Brooklyn's asexuality if she dated him. he became obsessed with Brooklyn and would track her car/phone in order to find us and follow us around, even showing up at the same shops we were at. it escalated to the point where he got banned from our workplace and he started hacking Brooklyn's social media accounts pretending to be her, at one point texting me (pretending to be her) and asking me to meet up at a vacant lot at 3 in the morning with the intent to harm or kill me. at one point I even saw him pacing the road near my apartment with binoculars trying to find which complex I lived in. after months of quittiing jobs, changing numbers, filing police reports and being harrassed, stalked and threatened, I moved back home and lost contact with Brooklyn until sometime later when I heard that she had been murdered. Andre had been arrested but was later released and immedately killed Brooklyn at her home a week later. the police speak about what a sad tragedy it is but did the bare minimum to protect us, saying that it was just a little harmless cyber bullying, or that they couldn't do anything because there was no physical harm. most people we talked to would even go as far as asking Brooklyn "what did she do to the poor guy" or scold her for "hurting his feelings, leading him on" ect. the stalking, harrassment and threats weren't taken seriously at all and despite all the evidence and proof, despite doing everything right and asking for help, the police did not help her; they knew he was dangerous and they let him go and she paid for their mistake with her life and I will never forgive or forget.

Ever since his decision to step back from his short-lived military career was announced, Prince Nicky has not been seen publicly, despite claims that HRH is eager to return to work as a full-time royal.

For well over two months now, The Queen's youngest son has cancelled on multiple pre-scheduled engagements, including one for the Brindleton Children's Sports Fund - a charity very close to the Prince's heart.

Insiders claim that the Prince has decided to take an unannounced break following controversy and criticism due to his "early retirement" in the military. A well-placed palace source claims:

As of writing, the Palace Press Office has confirmed that there are no public engagements scheduled for the Prince, at least in the next couple of weeks.

im gonna assume ur talking about carnival hero, in which case he is actually quite fond of caine!

at first he was skeptical as always, new players can be annoying, especially if they are the rage-quitty kind. i can imagine caine probably Was annoying at first because i just cant see caine giving up or letting himself lose to hero over and over for no reason (think back to that one jax post from sm, if caine was about to lose, im sure he would definitely restart to spare his own dignity!).

but after caine won finally, it sort of let a threshold through! he gained hero's forced respect. hero isnt one to be a sore loser after all!

caine eventually did return to hero and help him with some things however, which made hero appreciate him greatly. along with giving him items that were retrieved from spectacle, caine having access to the database and everything was like a miracle to him. showing him things that he thought were only imagination and made up in his head; ie, proof his sister exists (or, existed). it gave hero hope for the future and he appreciates caine Immensely for this‼️

of course, there is an alternate universe where hero never stops staying suspicious of caine, and possibly finds ways to antagonize him (and pomni, for helping him) through kinger. being the kings underling and second in command sure does have its perks, after all ;) but this is just a random offshoot thought, and most likely wouldnt happen.
