Pride month has once again snuck up on me (I am bad at time) but this year I want to quilt at least one pride flag! Which flag(s) should I make? I do want to finish one tote bag, quilt one quilt top (I might just do yarn ties tbh) and at least start on one baby quilt first, but I think pride flags will be pretty easy to make so I think I can make at least one this week too?

Practicing free motion machine quilting- I've never done it before. Have done free motion machine embroidery but not for ages, and I've only done straight line machine quilting before

This shit is so fun but takes a lot of concentration. You have full control over the machine and the quilt sandwich, so you can guide it wherever you want

I tried to do sorta veins on the leaf, and then a swirly pattern on the white space

When I finish it off it's going to be a mini wall hanging for my friend from Canada 🇨🇦 :]

Quilting and binding done and hung up in the local fabric shop (my day job lol). I used a navy thread and it just vanished into the blueblack fabric, which was perfect.

I used grey thread on the plain black back so the quilting would show cause it is cute as hell.
