Wanna burn fat but not use too much time on cardio training? Then your best option is doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT is done by working out intensively for 30 seconds and resting 30 seconds and repeating this cycle as much as needed. The resting period can be longer if you can not catch your breath in just 30 seconds. Quick but not so easy way to burn fat and get a better condition. I would highly recommend warming up for at least 5 minutes before you start your HIIT training to avoid injuries. Let's burn those calories now!

Quick cardio workouts
Cardio is a surefire way to burn some of that Ramen you had last night. It is also good for strengthening your heart and lungs.
If you’re running on a budget, which is likely if you’re a college student, this workout does not require any equipment. This, of course, is running.
Doing two 200- meter sprints with three minutes of rest in between is very effective. The intensity of these sprints means that it won’t take a long time. The entire workout should take no more than 15 minutes.

Another inexpensive and quick cardio workout is jumping rope. This is something you can do almost everywhere. If the weather where you live is not ideal, then this is the workout for you.
Variation is important for this type of exercise. You should switch up the regular forward jump with the side-to-side jump, backward jump and single-leg jump. Sixty seconds of each should be enough to get your heart pumping.

If you want some really intense cardio, burpees are the way to go. They are a combination of push-ups, jumps, and squats.
A few of these go a long way. Depending on how advanced you are, you can do three sets of five or more burpees to get your cardio in.
