Working on speed at lower weights, then moving through with our 90kg before hitting a rep PR 4 reps on the 100kg keg. I failed to get this weight to the pressing position at last year's NSW Strongest Man comp, let alone press it. I hate the #kegpress it is by far my worst press and this is the first time I've been able to get it up since my shoulder injury. This keg is #110 lbs. I'm working hard in getting the technique smoother and getting the movement faster, so I'm not spending so much energy from the lap to the press.
