Mapo Tofu Noodle
Simple one-pot food thing, also damn delicious. Warm, filling, easy to cook, and yet still has enough flavor depth to my tastes.

Lately I'm loving Misoa so that's the noodle. Thin flour based noodle, cooked even faster than instant noodles.
Water
Tofu/tahu
Oyster sauce to taste
Turn off stove. Drizzle mapo tofu sauce (I used Lee kum kee) and grinded Sichuan pepper on top, serve
