PURPOSE.⠀⟡​⠀a queue of a few upcoming reactions and one-shots.

（ 엔하이픈 ） — enhypen ୨୧ type = sfw writes only! ୨୧ the works will come out randomly, no scheduled time of publishment, just when i finish it or when i feel like it.

a/n : i decided to create a queue !! so, a majority of my drafts are sfw reactions and one-shots. all normal things, a few (two or three) nsfw reactions but i'm thinking of not posting those! also, i LOVE writing scary stuff so i might be making more scary one-shots! if there's a line through it, it's already written and on the masterlist! i got the pictures (chaewon and the other ones) from a moodboard by menhpy on her post here!

This is out of the queue but I’m curious!

I’ve had the two dog figures my whole life, I have no idea where my mom got them, but they came in a clear pink case. When I was about 12 I found the same set in a knockoff toy store at my local mall but it came with the dogs and with cats! The figures have square holes on the bottom to hold a stamp and it came with a stamp pad.

Do you guys know if these guys are from something? They look similar to Tama and Friends but I’m not sure. Are they knockoffs? Or from something else? I’m so curious please let me know if you have info at all or can track down a listing :)

Tamagotchi Booth at 2024 New York Comic-Con

New York Comic-Con 2024 is part of the World Tamagotchi Tour where fans can check out an awesome booth that is usually first premiered at San Diego Comic-Con, purchase Tamagotchi’s, Tamagotchi merchandise, and attend a panel. It was so much fun, and exciting for Tamagotchi fans! The 2024 New York Comic-Con ran from Thursday, October 17th, 2024 through Sunday, October 20th, 2024 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in Hudson Yards, New York City!

Similar to the 2024 San Diego Comic-Con you have that beautiful floating Tamagotchi UFO which first premiered at the 2023 Tokyo Toy Show that sits above a world of Tamagotchi! The layout was very similar to San Diego Comic-Con where you first see the Tamagotchi Connection display playing some promotional footage, and we just love seeing Mametchi and Memetchi holding hands!

There was lots of non-device merchandise to look at within the booth, and some of which did NOT allow photography.

Then you’ll see that Bandai is showcasing their latest Tamagotchi Original designs that are seen against a wall facing outward. The showcases are below them which show the box and the device. On the opposite side you will see this is where Bandai is providing demo units for those waiting in line to experience Tamagotchi! Tamagotchi Original, Connection, and Uni were available for demo!

As you’re waiting in the line initially you’ll be greeted by colorful walls filled with product displays including Tamagotchi Nano and Tamagotchi Connection along with Tamagotchi merchandise.

We were really also drawn to the Tamagotchi Uni display which is on the opposite side of the Tamagotchi Connection cutout.

As you get close to the Tamagotchi Shop you’ll see a wall where an attendance of the booth will give you a Tamagotchi Connection sticker to place in one of the three columns where you believe Tamagotchi has helped the most.

Speaking of the Tamagotchi Shop, once you’ve seen all the merchandise by waiting in queue, and viewing the menus that attendances were showing visitors, you could finally place your order. Attendants were super quick and from hat we saw everyone got a Tamagotchi shopping bag (with Tamagotchi Connection graphics) and Tama Stickers! Yes, that’s right both Angel Balloons and Monster Balloons!

We did love how there were reminders throughout the booth for the “Fun With Tamagotchi” panel which was hosted at 5:00PM in room 408!

Oh did we mention the adorable Mametchi and Kuchipatchi statues greeting all visitors? Until next year, Comic-Con!

Hi! Hello!

Your kind words mean a lot! It’s such a joy to hear that you like Rize. I spent a while trying to get her right, to be honest. It felt like at least a month or two. They’re very different, stylistically speaking (Lolita vs samurai). Slayer 100% would have been easier, but Rize feels like a much more exciting design because I had trouble concepting her. I want to apply that feeling to other characters as well.

I think that when someone says something nice, I should probably give them something relevant for that thing. Here’s more art of Rize! When she’s in her pajamas, she falls asleep a lot more easily than when she’s been dressed. Tama tries her best to keep her out of the sun.

(Talking about below this) This was me trying to make her more Nagoryuki-inspired, though this was before she even had a name, so pretty early. She’s a lot more mature. I had an idea that she would be only a little smaller than Nago, but it didn’t pull through. I still think there’s a lot of appeal, but I thought she was a little too far from Rachel.
