And..... Hand on Heart, wave to croud...
I have also made that gesture. I've done it many times in my life, in group situations where I felt the impulse to let everyone know that I love them.
I have even done it when alone, to express my Love and Gratitude to the Divine and the Greater Cosmos. I have literally done it to migrating hawks flying over my head.... It's funny as I think about all the ways and times I have done it.
Does that make me a nazi?????????? Yeah. I think NOT.
Placing a hand on the Heart and waving it outward to others is a gesture of Love.
If you want to twist that to fit into a biased fear or opinion, that is your choice.
There is ALWAYS a Choice to be made in life, to become more informed or not. There is always a Choice to be made in life, to expand BEYOND programmed beliefs, or not.
The hardest thing in life is to question everything that one has been taught, to question the sources of those teachings, and to question the deeper motivations behind those teachings. Whether it is "known history", religion, cultural, political, science, family, ethnic, or any other thing that one might have deep beliefs in.
Nothing is as we have been taught to believe, on this planet. That is the hardest Truth to see, or to accept.
Any time something like the Elon Musk gesture goes viral on the global stage (get the word, "stage"?), it is INTENTIONAL and it is designed to drive a very specific story/narrative/belief, to manipulate people. Were you affected by that image/video clip, and the label that was attached to it? Did it trigger a fear or a trauma? Did you immediately take that as truth, without question? Did you then pass it on, or talk about it with friends or family? Did you accept it as truth, without question? Did you take the time to look beyond it and look for the original video? Yes? No?
Hive mind is never a good place to be. Never. Hive mind takes away your Autonomy.
I said this in my other post and I'll say it again. WATCH THE ORIGINAL VIDEO IN ITS ENTIRETY. Watch the original content, folks. If you refuse to do that simple thing just to hold onto your belief about Elon and his intention, then you CHOOSE to remain ignorant. You are choosing to not inform yourself.
In my own life, I question everything. When I want the Truth behind something I look for it. Even if it pushes me up against my own ideas and beliefs. I look for the Truth. I cannot navigate any other way. Maybe it is because I am well along on my life's Path that it is something I willingly embrace? I'm not a 20-something year old. I have a lot of life experience, have travelled to multiple places on this planet, and I've come to understand that nothing is as it seems. Especially in the 3-D world.
If you want to go to battle for something, then do so for Truth. Be willing to realize that you might not know what the Truth is. Be willing to question yourself and what you have been told or taught. Only in the willingness to go deeper and to look for Truth will it be revealed. Relying on outside sources like the "news" or SM platforms filled with people who just share and spout the same thing over and over will lead to just more of the same.
Yeah.
Sorry not sorry.
If you made it this far in this post, just Remember these words. Always Seek Truth. 💜

It’s interesting how race is treated in this fandom. Fuck Bob, protect Ray against all internalized racism, but please excuse Lynz for pretending to be Indian for clout just a few years ago. She doesn’t have to apologize because she’s Gerard’s wife, which is not misogynistic behavior BUT criticism of her is.

Everybody finds it strange that Silver is the only character that doesn’t have a last name and idk if that’s been addressed in game yet but I like to think that his last name IS Vanrouge and he just asked for it to be dropped from his papers

If the Four were separated between four different times (such as one is in Lore's Hyrule, one is in Gen's, one in Wind's, and one in Realm's), how would their telepathy/hive mind and body controls work?
It, ah... it wouldn't.
They'd all pass out on the spot. There's a reason the Four tend to cluster together, after all. (A hive mind likes proximity.)

QUESTIONS FOR muns.
3. whose writing has impacted your writing style the most? (you can choose anyone! famous writer or not.)
// As far as friends go, my homie Syala who i've known for EONS has influenced my writing a lot. For famous authors, or at least published authors, I was really inspired by Eoin Colfer as a kid (Artemis Fowl Series), and the specific novel Shadow that Jenny Moss did. I've never read another of her works, but that book touched me SO deeply as a kid and i absolutely adore it.
5. is there a muse you really want to try? if yes: what’s stopping you?
// Mm... A couple. The biggest issue is nobody knows the series', so I can't get someone to give me my brainrot. Examples are like Duo Maxwell from Gundam Wing, Simon Tam from Firefly. I do write even like Aloy from Horizon, but i never really scratch that itch properly because nobody i know well knows the series' they're all from.
6. is roleplaying the only writing-based hobby you have, or are there other things you like to write?
// Nope! I novel my own works I intend to publish, and I'm a DM for Dungeons & Dragons! Which - I guess that's rp, but it's spoken rp. With a lot of writing planning.

I have too many interests and too many hobbies I just don't know how to be normal about them
Literally ask me about anything and I will likely know at least something about it, if not a lot about it, as a kid I would read wiki pages for fan (shout out to my brother that created the wiki game that we still play to this days)

Rick & Unity for that kid meme (whichever version of Rick you wanna use)
If they had a kid meme || accepting
Tumblr media
Name: Concomitantie Sanchez
Gender: Genderless (They/Them)
General appearance: Considering Unity is a hivemind, they're also a hive mind. So they don't have a set general appearance. Though, when they're old enough to find a planet to absorb, they choose an alien species that's slender, has long tails with jagged scales adorning it. Their skin is green and they have black horns and matching eyes.
Personality: They tend to be carefree and lighthearted. They like spreading peace and love wherever they go. Very social and they tend to run their hive mind in a relaxed way. Always going off to do fun things and not doing any work. Somehow it works for them though!
Special talents: They're very good at several different instruments and can sing very well too!
Who they like better: Unity, obviously!
Who they take after more: Definitely takes after Unity, but is sort of like Rick in some ways!
Personal headcanon: They tend to enjoy talking to themselves a lot and as a hive mind, it's easy to do. They also make up stories for each other their bodies, rather than being a collective, they like becoming different people on occasions.
Face Claim: None!

I fully headcannon that Simon Riley is the type to take anything you give him, regardless of the impact to his health.
“Simon, you’re home!”
He had just walked in the door as you take a bite of a cooling cookie. you grab another one and hurry over to give him a hug and kiss, then you hand one of the cookies over to him. “You’ve gotta try these. They’re a cherry cream-cake cookie that my coworker gave me the recipe for. Tell me what you think!”
You wait expectantly for him to try it, bouncing excitedly when he tells you it’s good.
you grin as you stuff the rest of your cookie into your mouth and hurry back to finish your last batch. Simon follows and sits at the kitchen table to visit with you while you finish baking and begin cleaning the kitchen.
Before too long you notice his voice start to go a little hoarse when he answers your questions. as he clears his throat for the third time you ask, “You okay? Do you need something to drink?”
“Nah, I’ll b’ fine” he rasps, standing and coming to give you a kiss on the forehead. “i’ll be back in a bit, lovie.”
Is out the door before you can get your thoughts together enough to question him.
That evening you’re laying in bed when the door opens and in walks Simon.
When he crawls into bed you turn to him and let out a “Simon!’ when you see him covered in hives “what happened to you?”
He tells you he went to A&E since he’s allergic to cherries. His throat was swelling up while he was listening to you tell him about your day and he broke out in hives shortly after he left.
When you grill him, trying to figure out what was going through his mind when he accepted the cookie without saying anything, he just shrugs and pulls you into his chest with an eye roll and a, “it came from you, sweetheart. What was I gonna do? Not eat it?”

Nothing to Prove
Charles Leclerc x Vettel!Reader
Summary: it’s a tale as old as time — every female sports fan has been told to “prove” her fandom at least once in her life — but the man quizzing you quickly learns the error of his ways
Tumblr media
The Miami sun beats down relentlessly as you make your way through the bustling paddock, your destination the familiar red and white of the Ferrari motorhome. The air buzzes with pre-race excitement, mechanics and team personnel darting about like worker bees in a particularly colorful hive.
You’re so focused on navigating the crowd that you almost don’t notice the young man who steps directly into your path, phone held aloft. His grin is a touch too smug for comfort.
“Excuse me, miss,” he says, voice dripping with false politeness. “Mind if I ask you a few questions for my TikTok?”
You hesitate, torn between ingrained courtesy and a gnawing sense of unease. “I’m actually in a bit of a hurry-”
“It’ll only take a minute,” he insists, already hitting record. “So, tell me, what’s your favorite thing about Formula 1?”
The question seems innocent enough, but there’s something in his tone that sets your teeth on edge. Still, you decide to play along for now. “Well, I love the strategy, the technology, the way the whole sport pushes the boundaries of what’s possible-”
He cuts you off with a laugh. “Come on, be honest. It’s the hot drivers, right? That’s why most girls watch.”
You blink, momentarily stunned by his blatant misogyny. “Excuse me?”
“No judgment!” He says, holding up his hands in mock surrender. “I get it, they’re all rich and fit. But let’s see how much you really know. Who won the 1976 World Championship?”
You open your mouth to answer, but he barrels on.
“What’s the difference between understeer and oversteer? How many points do you get for fastest lap? Come on, if you’re a real fan, this should be easy!”
Your initial discomfort has morphed into full-blown anger. “Look, I don’t have to prove anything to you. My knowledge of the sport isn’t-”
“Ah, so you can’t answer,” he says, triumphant. “Just as I thought. Another pretty face here for the-”
“Is there a problem here?”
The smooth voice comes from just behind you, followed by the warmth of a familiar body pressing against your back. Strong arms wrap around your waist, and you instinctively lean into the embrace.
The TikToker’s eyes go wide as saucers as he takes in the newcomer. “You’re ... you’re ...”
“Charles Leclerc,” your boyfriend finishes for him, voice deceptively mild. “And you are ...”
The young man sputters, clearly thrown off his game. “I’m ... I mean... I was just asking your girl here some questions about F1.”
Charles’ arms tighten fractionally around you. “Is that so? Because from where I was standing, it sounded more like an interrogation.”
You turn your head slightly, meeting Charles’ gaze. His green eyes are blazing with a protective fury that makes your heart skip a beat.
“It’s fine,” you murmur. “He was just leaving.”
Charles raises an eyebrow at the TikToker, who’s looking increasingly desperate to be anywhere else. “You heard the lady.”
But the young man, perhaps realizing his video is about to become internet gold, rallies. “Wait! I mean, no offense, but how do we know she’s not just with you for the fame? Can she even name your teammate?”
You feel Charles tense behind you, but before he can speak, you’ve had enough. You step out of his embrace, squaring up to the TikToker.
“Carlos Sainz Jr.,” you say, voice hard. “Currently P4 in the championship. And since you’re so keen on quizzing people, James Hunt won in ‘76, understeer is when the front of the car doesn’t turn enough while oversteer is when the rear steps out too much, and you get one point for fastest lap if you finish in the top ten. Any other burning questions?”
The TikToker gapes at you, clearly unprepared for this turn of events. Charles, for his part, looks like he’s trying very hard not to laugh.
“I ... but ...” the young man stammers.
You press on, building up a head of steam. “Oh, and fun fact — my brother has four World Championships. But I’m sure you knew that, being such an expert and all.”
The TikToker’s face drains of color as realization dawns. “Your brother? You’re Sebastian Vettel’s sister?”
Charles can’t contain his amusement any longer. He laughs, the sound rich and warm. “I tried to warn you. You’ve awakened the beast.”
You shoot him a mock glare. “You’re not helping.”
He holds up his hands in surrender, still grinning. “Far be it from me to interfere with your righteous fury. Please, continue.”
The TikToker looks like he wants the ground to swallow him whole. “I ... I’m so sorry. I didn’t realize-”
“That women can be genuine fans?” You interrupt. “That we might actually understand and love the sport for its own sake? Or just that you shouldn’t make assumptions about people based on their gender?”
He winces. “All of the above?”
Charles steps forward, placing a hand on your shoulder. The touch is gentle, but there’s steel in his voice when he speaks. “I think it’s time for you to go. And delete that video while you’re at it.”
The young man nods frantically, fumbling with his phone. In his haste to retreat, he trips over his own feet, sprawling ungracefully on the ground. Charles moves to help him up, ever the gentleman, but you put a restraining hand on his arm.
“Let him sort himself out,” you mutter. “A little humiliation might do him some good.”
Charles chuckles, pulling you close. “Remind me never to get on your bad side.”
As the TikToker scrambles away, face burning with embarrassment, you allow yourself to relax into Charles’ embrace. The adrenaline of the confrontation leaves you feeling a bit shaky.
“You okay?” Charles asks softly, pressing a kiss to your temple.
You nod, letting out a long breath. “Yeah. Just ... frustrated. Why do people still think like that?”
He sighs, running a hand through his hair. “I wish I knew. It’s not fair, the assumptions people make.”
“It’s not just about me,” you say, turning to face him fully. “It’s about all the female fans out there who get treated like this. Who get quizzed and belittled and have their passion questioned at every turn.”
Charles nods, his expression serious. “You’re right. It’s a bigger problem than just one idiot with a TikTok account.”
“Sometimes I wonder if it will ever change,” you admit, feeling a wave of exhaustion wash over you.
Charles cups your face in his hands, his touch impossibly gentle. “It will,” he says with conviction. “Because of people like you who stand up and call it out. Who refuse to let ignorance go unchallenged.”
You lean into his touch, allowing yourself a small smile. “When did you get so wise?”
He grins, some of his usual playfulness returning. “I have my moments. Don’t tell anyone though, it’ll ruin my reputation.”
You laugh, the tension finally starting to dissipate. “Your secret’s safe with me.”
Charles leans in, resting his forehead against yours. “I’m proud of you, you know,” he murmurs. “The way you handled that ... it was impressive.”
“Yeah?” You ask, a hint of vulnerability creeping into your voice.
“Absolutely,” he says firmly. “You were brilliant. Fierce. Passionate.” His voice drops lower, a mischievous glint in his eye. “Incredibly sexy.”
You swat his arm playfully. “Behave yourself, Leclerc. We’re in public.”
He affects an innocent expression that doesn’t fool you for a second. “I’m always on my best behavior.”
You snort. “That’s what worries me.”
Charles laughs, the sound bright and carefree. It never fails to make your heart soar. He takes your hand, lacing his fingers through yours. “Come on, let’s get to the motorhome. I think we both could use a moment of peace before the craziness really begins.”
As you walk hand in hand through the paddock, you can’t help but reflect on the incident. It leaves a sour taste in your mouth, but there’s also a spark of hope. Because for every misogynistic TikToker, there are countless fans — of all backgrounds — who love the sport for what it is. Who appreciate the skill, the strategy, the sheer spectacle of it all.
And maybe, just maybe, standing up to ignorance one interaction at a time is how change really happens.
Charles squeezes your hand, pulling you from your thoughts. “What’s going on in that beautiful mind of yours?”
You smile, leaning into him slightly as you walk. “Just thinking about how lucky I am. To be here, doing what I love. To have people in my life who support me and believe in me.”
He brings your joined hands to his lips, pressing a soft kiss to your knuckles. “The luck goes both ways, mon cœur. You make me better, on and off the track.”
As you approach the Ferrari motorhome, its bright red a beacon in the sea of team colors, you feel a renewed sense of purpose. There will always be challenges, always be those who try to tear others down. But with love, determination, and a refusal to back down from what’s right, anything is possible.
Even changing the world of Formula 1, one small interaction at a time.

Opinions exist, get over it
oh yeah fun fact I literally don’t give a shit if you don’t like something I am absolutely chill with being friends, message or tag me or smth anytime I’m cool and you’re cool and I’ll probably think you’re one of the coolest people ever the moment even within five minutes of an interaction
just don’t like. harass people or basically tell people their opinions or interests are like wrong or act like yours are better somehow making you superior or comments that are frankly rude and uncalled for
the bar gets lower everyday and I don’t know what it’s made of to be digging this far into the ground
You’re allowed to not like things and not be obligated to hate or harass people who don’t share your opinion and even be friends, that’s thing

I wonder what life would be like if we functioned as a hive, or something similar to it. Like, we're still highly intelligent, but have made the conscious decision to function that way, y'know? Kinda like how it was a conscious decision (also highly morally questionable) to make capitalism a driving force.
SERIOUSLY, what would life be like?! I think it would be kinda cool.
Being bonded together by the want/will not necessarily to expand, but to secure your place in the word as a species in the most effective way possible.
Imagine how differently the social hierarchy would be.
