I've had a rough go of it the last few weeks. All previous donations have been blessings from angels like you, helping my family stay at our motel in South Jersey.

I was hospitalized recently and unable to work or raise money to support my mom and sister.

It feels very humbling, and even a bit sad, to be asking for more shares, donations and prayers.

But we have nowhere else to turn until one of the many jobs I've applied to follows up with me.

Just like before, even reading our story is helpful.

At this point, gender nonconformity is about what the person says their experience is.

If a woman with a beard or a man with lipstick and a mustache says they're gender nonconforming, then they are! If a woman with short hair or a man with long hair says they aren't, they aren't! And that's not even getting into the awesome nonbinary, abinary, genderqueer, intersex, and general genderfuckery that may both be and not be conforming.

So much of what is even considered gender conforming or gender nonconforming is based on a world of exclusion. When we start defining one's conformity with whether they fit into white cishetero perisex standards or not, we play into the idea that there's only a very narrow window of what is considered worthy of time and thought.

I hate to say this, but I think so many of the problems with Stranger Things (not all but a lot) could have been avoided if they had a smaller cast. It grew so much each season to the point where important characters and their storylines were getting neglected just because they have so much to focus on that it just didn't fit

*taps mic* Celebrities do not owe you insight into their sexuality, nor do they have to define or abide by your standards of how they act regarding their sexuality. You do not know them personally enough to inspect their private lifestyle in such a way, and even if you did that behavior still isn't warranted. Just because celebrities are more known to the public, doesn't negate the fact that they are people with feelings and aspects of their lives that they might prefer to keep quiet about. Sexuality, in general, is an intimate thing, that everyone experiences and expresses differently, and having random strangers deny or question their queerness does more harm than good. Stop acting like you're entitled to it.

as someone that is part of three minorities and lives in the US, i’m very scared for my future. in seven months when i turn eighteen i want to move to a place that i know for certain that my life won’t be at risk. my passport is updated, i’ve done research on some places that might be best to move to, and if you live in one of them i’d appreciate if you could comment or DM me on how your experience is living there.
