Pyrite, aka fools gold: this felt obvious to me for a few reasons. 1) Chip’s sneakiness reminds me of pyrite, the rock that became infamous for tricking people into thinking it was something else (also reminds me of his bandanna). 2) I won’t lie and pretend I didn’t think a little bit of the fanfic Fool’s Gold by tigers101

Red tigers eye, aka bulls eye: this rock reminds me of fire :D I also would like to put it in my mouth, similar to Chip’s current design. I am going to eat his coat.

Fire quartz, aka red hematoid quartz: fire. He is fire guy. Plus the way the colors look in the inside are very good and yummy and match him well I think

i dont think i ever mentioned it here but i got into yugioh recently... while i do have a cyberse deck for actual play i feel like im honestly having more fun just collecting cards i like? its just clicking for me more.

also realized how much i love robot designs because god so many of the yugioh cyberse cards have such KICKASS robot designs.

What do you think cjacks favorite food is? I know a lot of people headcannon him as not needing to eat but I’d like to think once he starts healing, he finds comfort in food :)

i'm both completely on board with the him-not-needing-to-eat-after-revival headcanon and also completely in love with your idea of him finding comfort in food.,,, oh that just means so much to me actually. there's a lot that can be said about death, but in life, i think enjoying food is one of the greatest pleasures you can have.

i think he starts off wholly with niki's baked goods (symbolic of her healing as well) to prepare himself to truly live again. and then works his way up to soups and stews and chicken (like they used to cook in l'manburg).

i'm not sure about an absolute favorite but i think one of his favorites would be jam or jelly. something with fruits he can pick with his hands and smear onto breads -- either gifted from niki or baked himself. i feel like him kneading the dough and feeling the juice from the fruit dripping down his chin would make him feel closer to it, more connected, more grounded in where he is and just more glad to be alive.

Whats with the national geographic rock tumbler including a bunch of rocks of different hardnesses if they intend for you to put them all in together

You shouldn't tumble rocks of varying hardnesses together

You gotta stick within the same mohs hardness to get good results

Is it like a marketing thing?

Fluorite and calcite are way too soft to be tumbling with quartz and jasper
