If you’d actually like an explanation, I have one for you ♥️ I’m sorry if anything is confusing, I don’t know how much you already know

An event started about a month ago (ish? Idk it’s been some time) where all the inhabitants of the island were informed that a dragon had awoken on the island. She flew away and left all of her eggs behind. In order for them to guarantee the dragon wouldn’t come back to kill them, they all needed to adopt an egg to take care of.

This was established soon after the translator was introduced, so the event was probably created to encourage more communication and relationships between the English and Spanish speakers. Each egg has a Spanish speaking and English speaking parent, or at least each one has an ASSIGNED parent of both languages. Some (like Spreen) have been gone and left a single parent behind.

In order for the eggs to stay alive and happy, they need to fulfill daily quests. Meaning that every day, at least one of the two parents must log on (probably for at least an hour) to take care of their egg. The tasks are very oriented toward bonding and child caring, some examples being: feed the baby their favorite food, go on a picnic with the baby, sing songs with the baby, sing a lullaby, tell the baby a bedtime story.

Super sweet, right? Cute, the streamers are roleplaying as parents! Well, the problem comes with the fact that each egg only has two lives. They live on a very dangerous island filled with mobs that want to kill them. This is modded, it’s much much harder than vanilla Minecraft. Your baby could die at any moment if you aren’t careful enough.

“But it’s just role play!” Y’all, our brains cannot tell the difference. It would be easier if the eggs were like NPCs or mobs, where all the role play is just coming from the streamers. But no, the eggs are controlled by ACTUAL PEOPLE, THE ADMINS.

Each egg has a super distinct personality, they are genuinely like children. Chayanne has grown up on bedtime stories of his hero Technoblade and wants to be just like him, even down to farming potatoes and protecting the other eggs. Bobby is a bit of a punchy momma’s boy who loves leaving signs in front of his AFK father, because it means he gets to talk to chat. Tallulah is timid little girl who really loves her papa, but she’s honestly so traumatized. Dapper is autistic and is obsessed with collecting creatures and plants, and he is super sassy. And more, each egg is nuanced and a full character.

When you tell a person “this is your child, you must take care of them every day. They will die if you don’t, and it will be of NEGLECT.” and that fragile child follows you around, babbling through signs and calling you papa or abuelito or tio, it genuinely starts to trigger the parenting instincts that have kept humanity alive for thousands of years.

There is a reason that in films you almost never kill named children, audiences HATE it. It’s the same reason “child death” is often a trigger warning.

If you haven’t, I highly encourage you to look up the clips of the three “nightmares” we’ve had on the server, they explain it far better than I could. (A nightmare on the server is a canon death that got reversed by admins because of unfair circumstances, such as a glitch). Phil had a nightmare with Chayanne and Tallulah, BadBoyHalo had a nightmare with Dapper, and Jaiden had a nightmare with Bobby.

Bad’s nightmare was the most heartwrenching I think, I legit cried seeing his reaction.

Get to know Pomme!

(or facts gathered by a french viewer who mostly follows french POVs) -Well behaved, polite and affectionate, especially towards her parents. She is very obedient and (almost) always listen to Baghera. She is not afraid to tell her parents that she loves them ♥

-Uses mostly these smileys: :D :0 o_o . For example, when Baghera gets in her room, she greets her with a joyful “Bonjour! :D <3<3<3”

-When she writes in her diary, her style is elegant and graceful. I would not be surprised if the person playing her wrote as a hobby. -Loves construction and builds! She helps Baghera and etoiles build their base, and often gives good ideas. Etoiles is especially grateful since he is a better fighter than a decorator lol.

-At first, she was quite fearful. Scared of the codes, of being alone… One time she left the egg shelter during an attack to join Baghera because she couldn’t bear to not be with her. She had an interesting discussion with Antoine about death, the meaning of life, the value of our time and how we use it… It reassured her about the whole situation with the codes.

-And now she is determined to fight in order to protect herself and the other eggs. She wants to become stronger and to live despite her fear. She asked etoiles to train her, and he does! Fighting became a fun practice game between these two. Her favorite weapon is the hammer.

-During her first days on the island, she was a bit shy. Nowadays, she shows more of her… “French side” let’s say. She groans when somebody interrupts her during her build (with the iconic French “ROOOOH” in all caps on her pannels). Sometimes, Bagz and/or etoiles will put a random block in the middle of a neatly paved way that she built, just to tease her…She becomes so angry, it’s so funny! And when they approach to do it again, she frantically writes “PUT THAT BLOCK AWAY NOW” in all caps. They call her their “little neat freak” ♥

-She adores Richas and considers him to be her best friend! And she finds Leonarda very nice and lovely, and would love to spend more time with them.

-She wants to form a musical band with the other eggs! (Especially Tallulah and Leonarda). And she would love Richas to paint their album covers since he does beautiful drawings ♥

-She would love to go on adventures and dungeons with Etoiles, but the French team is a bit worried that she will lose a life if she follows him on his dangerous quests.

-When asked “what kind of music do you listen to?”, she put “LEZGONGUE” from the ZZCCMXTP album (a collaboration between a looot of French streamers and some rappers too. Baghera and Antoine participated in it btw!). It’s very funny to see such a cute egg dancing on a song like this haha.

so. code juanaflippa took bad, max & aypierre to a new part of the maze, and they had to solve puzzles. It led them all to a room with dapper’s hat behind a glass which gave q!bad emotional damage

then they were teleported to a room with three dice and someone needed to be picked to roll them. a book said “we know. YOU” and snatched q!bad into the center to do it. he rolled them, and received a quesadilla island ticket with number #0003 that resembled bagi & carre’s.

they left the maze and q!bad’s brain was basically like. short-circuiting because wtf does this mean for him???? was he actually on the island before and forgot, then they dragged him back? then aypierre told him “there’s something in your base” (because he put cameras there) but this along with everything else pushed q!bad over the edge into a full mental breakdown

he is spiraling running around thinking cucurucho and the federation are stalking him, he is questioning if his own memories are real, insane laughing. tldr he’s not doing well :D

been out touching grass all day and only have an hour before i have to go babysit can someone catch me up on what the fuck is going on with qbad. why is he talking even more deranged bullshit than usual

Analysis of Pissa So Far.

This is a essay looking at our favorite death dads and how their relationship changed and their different nuances from to start to most recent. This will primarily look at the major three times we had Phil and Missa interact from the start with being paired for the eggs to recently the Mexican Independence Party. So bare with me and come with me down memory lane.

I rewatched day 1 of the pairing up of pissa to mainly cope with CERTAIN lore that happened recently. And yes it’s as fluffy and cute as I remembered. But let’s start at the beginning. Before the pairing up Missa and Phil knew of each other casually like acquaintances. In real life along with in general their characters/cubitos. (Again major thanks for the server in general bringing all these wonderful creators together.) Anyways the first time Phil met Missa was when he jumped off the wall and gave them food. I like to imagine missa had a non-serious crush on the man. But they didn’t really interact. And it’s fair to understand why.

But then the egg event happened. Which honestly in my opinion was the best event to bring the Spanish and English sides together organically. And looking back now it WORKED. So back on track everyone goes to the adoption center and like most Qsmp events it’s total chaos. Phil chooses his ticket and when I rewatched it Missa literally like spammed clicked it to break it and get Phil. Atleast that is what it looks like to me. So we already have the seeds of simp Missa from the very start. Also can we all take a break and just realize they both got tickets with D? And literally they are Deathduo? The more I rewatch the pairing lottery the more I think it was rigged by the admins and not actually by chance. Every duo either had similar humor or charm.

Immediately Phil and Missa find out they both have D. And it’s casual no romantic undertones the cubitos are still getting to know each other. But Missa being a sweetheart immediately is like you can choose whatever egg. And I think this is when Phil starts to soften and gets majorly endeared towards the clumsy reaper. Like not a crush. Not love. But the seeds of the adoration and love we see from Phil down the road. The fact of the matter Phil let Missa choose Chayanne name. The fact literally the newly formed death family was being fluffy and saying chayanne will be the best egg while literally everyone was screaming in the background. Its the main thing that would later define the dynamic of the ship. The gentle understanding and teamwork. That would later be a staple whether you ship them platonically or romantically.

And chayanne is the best way to show why pissa was meant to always work. Chayanne personality and hobbies all came from his two dads (Literally the reason chayanne was interested in cooking so much was because Missa taught him to cook). And like Phil once he was thrust into parenthood with Missa immediately found him endeared by his assigned husband? The amount of times he laughed because of Missa. Another theme so important to why pissa works so well.

Missa is Philzas calm balm. He relaxes Phil so much. And that’s so rare for that to happen. So of course a hour or so in taking care of their son. Phil visibly softens and gets endeared to the man. Phil immediately starts worrying about missa when he left. Missa may have fallen first but Phil fell harder. Like more time Phil spends with Missa the more comfortable and at ease he gets. Missa fully was like I have the best husband ever let me casually call you pet names.

Not to mention two popular scenes burned into the minds of fans. The moment when Mariana called Phil my love and tried to steal him. And Phil being Phil immediately was I’m okay with my partner thank you very much. And both Missa and Phil cuddled close. I still think Missa fell day 1 but Phil was quickly getting a crush on his assigned husband. Secondly Phil literally invited Missa to bed.

Their dynamic was one of like relaxation of trust and just both trying their best for Chayanne. They easily slid into a cute dynamic as both got endeared to the others. And also in day 1 Phil never said platonic it’s only after day 1 he started using that. And only when he wasn’t with Missa. He is a repressed romantic guy struggling with a crush. Not to mention the crows practically grew so attached to Missa it was insane to see.

Anyways like most couples they had to both take care of chayanne until Missa canonically got kidnapped by wolves for four months. During the time Missa was there he was pining HARD for Phil. Calling him his love and darling in Spanish. Phil meanwhile keep saying it was platonic and most of the fans accepted that. But then Missa was gone.

And cubito Phil missed him so fucking much. It’s at this point I fully believe is when Phil finally realized he loved him. He kept referencing Missa. He made armor for Missa. He dyed his backpack black with a skull because of Missa. It’s truly my belief that Philza realized he fucking adored the man in Missas absence. He never gave up waiting for Missa. And Missa eventually kept his promise and came back to his family.

And this is when you see some of nuance or facets change slightly in their dynamic. The core is the same all the way back from day 1 but it does change. It somehow becomes softer and domestic. Sure Philza even before his grand realization in Missa absence SPOILED missa. Missa made him soft. But when the reunion happened? Somehow Philza softens even more. Somehow he spoils Missa even more. This is why I believe that Philza finally realized he loves Missa. Because there is a clear increase in the affectionate displays between them.

Philza and the rest of the server went on the mission once Missa appeared. It was legit like Philza forgot that he was a mission. Philza when Missa appeared immediately softened so much. Of course Philza isn’t angry he’s gone. He just missed his husband. And voila once asked by Cellbit “oh this is your husband?!” He immediately agreed. This is important because for months if someone asked about who is Missa he would always and never fail to say Missa is his platonic partner/husband.

But in the reunion Philza just said husband. Because in my opinion Philza fully thought of Missa his romantic partner. The fact that Philza showed everyone including Missa the skull on the black backpack almost like a bird showing off his feathers. And Missa was immediately all gushy. The fact he only looked at Missa when he said you can go into my boat. And felps not realizing the sorta of energy the two of them was having immediately was cursed to be a third wheel.

Like literally felps was in the back of the boat being all “just ignore that I’m here” when literally Philza and Missa were lost in their own fucking world. Gently flirting with each other. Felps was regretting majorly getting in the boat with them so no wonder he bounced as soon as possible. And literally they were left by themselves still on a mission to save people. But I won’t lie it was a date.

Just them loving in each other company. And Philza being so gentle and loving and protective towards Missa. Their dynamic at their core is the same yes. But it’s undeniably more romantic. And Missa side of the dynamic also changes. He starts trying his best to protect Philza. The man who has from the start been protecting him and their son.

Missa slowly starts to become more brave and actually comments on how attractive Phil is in front of him. (I can see your pecs….yes Missa we get it you love Phil). They are closer than ever. Phil also immediately accepts Missa as Tallulah other dad. Do you guys know how massive that is? He trusts and loves Missa so darn much to let him easily be part of his whole family.

And eventually Missa had to go for a bit. But the amount of pissa interaction we get during the renuion stream doesn’t end. We have loads more to dissect. Missa comes back in hope to see his son and new daughter but sadly they were sleeping but later on despite showing Tubbo around. Once he saw Missa was whispering to him in chat immediately left as soon as possible to get to his husband. Also Cellbit who was with him and tubbo was immediately like “oh you need to help your husband understandable” while tubbo was just like so confused.

Meanwhile before this Missa was crying wanting to go back to Phil. Phil is his safety blanket. Phil never fails to make him feel safe and secure and protected. There’s reasons why Missa fell so quickly. And they met up. And to bring up my earlier point above. What Phil does nest is one of my primarily reasons why I believe Phil fully realizes he loves Missa.

Yes Phil spoils Missa. It’s his love lanuage but all the gifts and upgrades he did late at night (which Phil made a mission to give stuff to Missa before he logged off.) and even the armor he made so long ago. The amount of spoiling and pampering just screams love, adoration, and affection.

And of course they get sorta matching backpacks. And of course Missa says he loves him so fast so the translator doesn’t pick it up. This leds to when Missa showed up by himself had a loony toon day before being called out by roier. He fully says he loves Philza. LOVES PHILZA. TE AMO. Romantic.

Most of the fans knew because just look how Missa acted. But once it was confirmed Missa feels romantic feelings for Philza? That’s when the majority starting fully accepting them as romantic soulmates. And started seeing Philza actions how they are. Romantic. (Though if you prefer them as platonic that’s also very valid).

The only reason a pissa wedding or confession haven’t happened is because Missa loves Philza so much he doesn’t want to make him uncomfortable or burden him with his feelings for him. If philza said let’s get married he would accept immediately. But knowing Phil he will say nothing about loving Missa because he is scared he won’t be able to be protect.

And more recently. The Mexican Independence Day party. I won’t lie the times they were together they were always flirting. They were so cute. And both in my eyes were getting brave with their love for the other in their own ways. Missa literally screaming VIVA TE AMO on stage when Roier said Philza. Or Philza making sure he follows Missa during the dance. The fact Philza was so gentle explaining the recent egg disappearance and made a comment of being shock that Missa came back (he misses Missa so much each time he is gone.).

And their dynamic switches slightly again. Because Phil the whole time was worried and hovering around Missa when ingesting everything lore at once. And Missa is again getting brave he fully said he going on a date with Phil. It’s romantic. There’s no way I can personally can see it otherwise (though again if you like them platonic you are hella valid). At the start there was seeds but their romance has grown. They love each other. They need to confess for my sanity. And I fully trusts that Missa will have some sort of role in saving his love. And maybe perhaps we can get a confession or wedding in the future-

- bad fully remembers everything about the eggs but it’s too late, they are gone now... he makes the decision to leave the island, says goodbye to everything one last time and goes to the ankh (symbol of life) room in the hall of grim to sit and wait with ghosties

there he waits for an unknown amount of time until an undead brings the smackdown and takes him out 💀 afterwards he appears back at the doors to heaven, to his original home. they are still open for him

but this time? his three kids are right there to greet him, they’re all together again. even richas ended up in heaven :0

yes Mr. Duck was replaced by Mr Bunny. there is a new spawn on a different part of the island where everyone is, and a new currency system. yes Cucurucho and the bear workers are still around but there are also new black bunny workers that roam the island too. they each have tie colors that correspond to the languages colors, and most have been given names by islanders

Red tie - English - “Donny”

Yellow tie - Spanish - “Sipi”

Green tie - Portugese - “Bobinho”

Blue tie - French - “Lapin”

Purple tie - Korean - ?

There is a new ghostly character called Sir Reaper who gives extreme tasks to people for high rewards. he has been teasing “something sinister approaching from the forest” but we don’t know what that is yet

and you’re already aware of the admin situation so I won’t get it into it. the lore reason for the eggs absence is that they ate a weird fruit called a “Ghostberry” which sent them into a coma. the Ghostberry seems to be connected to Sir Reaper. the eggs needed a medicine made by the islanders to wake up, and the current eggs on the server are Chayanne, Tallulah, Richas, Pepito & Leo.

A Tubbo/Creation lore recap was already done so I’ll go more into other characters lore!

q!Fit - yes his deadline arrived and he was forced to leave Pac & Ramon. he was teleported by Madagio to “Vaccus Island,” a Federation-owned island that is no longer in use after some unknown disaster. Fit listened to recordings about the island as he climbed up a large mountain and met Madagio, who pushed him into a pit. The pit was filled with the corpses of Federation workers. q!Fit has been in the “corpse hole” (fandom given name ajdjgkgk) on Vacuus Island ever since, for over a month.

q!Roier is still in the body of a rat somewhere & his twin Doied is still using his appearance acting in front of others.

q!Foolish and q!Tubbo made Town of Fobo together. their eggs, Leo & Sunny started to get along much better. Foolish spent the majority of his streams breeding and murdering horses for countless hours to achieve a perfect stat horse

q!Tina was already ashamed of being a demon, but started to feel more ashamed after falling into more of her demonic instincts bc a mysterious force from the netherworld was trying to contact/bring her back. She talked with q!Mouse about demons and we learned some interesting details about the demon history & society. The mystery force went after Empanada and also q!Bagi, putting them in danger of being hurt. q!Tina distanced herself from her loved ones out of fear that she’d bring harm to them by proximity.

q!Philza was possessed by the Enderking (villain character from his hardcore series) whose influence made him very greedy, yell at his eggs, and try to attack them. Phil exiled himself out of shame and fear, and got fully possessed. Chayanne left in the middle of the night to confront his father, and battled him for 3 days straight until the Enderking was beaten out of him (hah beat by a child)

q!Phil has been deeply remorseful ever since, would be unable to forgive himself if it ever happened again, and the Death Family is trying to patch themselves back up. Phil also really misses Missa, who he calls “my moon.”

q!Badboyhalo has a lot of crazy lore to go over because he has been the most active

q!Bad slowly lost his memories and died from his soul vulture infection & radiation poisoning, lots of crying and philosophical emotional talks led up to it. I second you watch the Sweet Despair stream its so beautiful. theories were confirmed that he is a fallen angel too!!

so yeah he died and his character was gone while we followed the ghosties (canon chat)’s POV that got split off him and watched over the eggs.

q!Bad resurrected a week later but with zero memories of the island, and had to re-meet all his friends + the eggs who he quickly got close to again. he became best friends with the Korean member YD!

Cucurucho moved into his house, starting a whole roommate arc between them which kinda developed into something more… Cucurucho gave him lots of gifts and flirted with him. they went on a date with Tubbo as the waiter. rumors started spreading around the island (pushed primarily by q!Pac, #1 cucuhalo shipper) that they are in a relationship.

q!Bad also became friends with Ollie the steampunk bunny, who asked him to build a Ferris wheel and host a theme park for Cucurucho. during that whole arc he got into a mess with the other bunnies (who were testing the rides) because they kept getting injured on his Ferris wheel. Donny & Sipi became his mortal enemies and Bobinho tried to steal his house.

Bad tried to make amends with the bunnies by building them a carrot-shaped home to live in. but, Donny, Sipi & Ollie fell into deathlike comas around their dinner table after eating Ghostberries. (this lore was the introduction for Ghostberries)

q!Bad had no idea what happened and hid the bunny bodies under the floor. Bobinho walked in at the wrong time and snapped an incriminating photo of him. q!Missa accidentally discovered the bodies one night, and q!Bad appeared behaving uncharacteristically scary and threatened him. bro literally became a horror creature and jumpscared the poor guy repeatedly

Bobinho a few days later was convinced Bad poisoned their bunny friends with Ghostberries, and said they’d make sure he is severely punished for it. q!Bad got scary again and killed Bobinho to stop them from running their mouth. a few minutes afterwards, he completely forgot he did it and buried the body. (us theorists think this is either a case of possession, or something screwed up with his resurrection that split his soul?? it’s spooky)

Since then, Bad has been spending happy times with his nephews & nieces but also getting super violent for Cucurucho’s attention. the past few days he has exploded nukes in Cucurucho’s office / the spawn building 3 times, all that’s left is craters. we don’t know what’s gonna happen with this

meanwhile, Cucurucho has recently been busy as a single parent with an egg of his own named Nacho. they are very silly and star in the QSMP official streams which are structured like a saturday morning cartoon

Hi. I lurked your blog a lot a while ago but I stopped watching qsmp in January and eventually lost track of what was going on in the server except for some of the stuff with the admins. I also lost interest in Portuguese around January because after what happened around That Time, even that was just making me sad and upset.

I'm remembering that around this time last year was when I started watching a lot of qsmp, and I miss it. (A whole damn YEAR?!) And I miss some of the fanbase too. I learned just as much about language and culture from people in the fandom as I learned from the server itself. I especially miss the Brazilian CCs and I want to start watching them and/or qsmp again (Pac and Cellbit especially) and trying to learn Portuguese again. And honestly, the main thing I want to know is the situation with Richarlyson's admin. If they're no longer in the project, that's okay, it's probably best for their health and I support it. But I just need to know if they know how loved and appreciated they are. Richas was my favorite egg and the admin was my favorite admin too. I hope they're doing well, wherever they are and whoever they are.

Anon I will try my best but I have to be honest with you, I haven't kept up that well since january (my mental health was really fucked from all that happened and I needed to take a step back) but from important bullet points that I can remember

Please people add onto this so anon can get a true lore recap

- we had the server restart that introduced the mechanics of coins system and all that

- the mr duck from before was apparently replaced by a mr bunny

- Badboyhalo fucking died and then came back without any memories (if you want to see him dying the stream is sweet despair and it's beautiful and sad one)

- Tubbo died too but also came back

- Creation lore (literally cannot explain this, need some tublings on the job please)

- Fit's mission deadline arrived

- Fit was sent to a pit by Madagio (his boss) and like, he is still there right now

- on Cellbit, well, he was having a skate arc (literally, he would skateboard everywhere)

That's as much as I can remember right now (it's 3am so my memory is extremely fucked) and if anyone wants to add onto this please do, clearly I couldn't remember everything lmao

Now on Richas situation, he is currently on the server, he woke up and was on Bad's stream earlier today! So he is still around and shows up on Mike's streams a lot and also Bad

i visit federation workers and ask them about my eggs and they do not tell me anything. i know they are lying. i visit the graveyard to talk to my lost eggs. i have lost all of the eggs. i do not know how to save them. i lay in the mud. it rains and rain signifies the monster has returned to kill my children but my children are not here and so i do not care. when i go home i will become so angry and i will go down to my basement (which i have locked like my friend locked the entrance to his greatest fantasy. we are so alike and our delusions are different. he child was real; here is the secret to finding my children) where i have locked a federation worker away. i will not wash away the blood stains.

it was certainly a year

cellbit and fit got into the federation headquarters !!! they started to investigate and even went to the place quackity disappeared (thing they don’t know)

but it didn’t last long because cucurucho found them and weirdly enough cucurucho wasn’t angry at them (specifically cellbit) but more stressed, he said he hasn’t assigned him a mission YET

after both cellbit & fit left the federation, fit went to his place and found A CAT which he along with bad have been theorising about them being spies for the federation

probably the first time of all my years of digital art that i’ve managed to actually do an art summary!! and especially a summary on one of my most productive years

excluding the other unpublished art i haven’t posted, i have made around 130 posts this year??? which is *insane*???

looking back at this, i can proudly say 2023 has been one of my best art years yet :] in terms of how much i’ve pushed myself to improve and go beyond what i was usually capable of drawing, i want to take the time to really say “hey, i’m actually pretty proud of myself”

i’m happy to have found people who have always supported my work regardless of what interests i drew. i’m happy to have found so many new friends that shared the same interests as me.

the year started out *extremely* rough. it was difficult to phase into a new fandom and grow my account again. for months i wasn’t the most proud of my work?? nor did i feel like i was improving much. it took ages to finally regain that confidence, and i think its safe to say ive regained my footing with my artwork :]

WHGAGAH YES IM KEEPING MY CAPTION SIMPLE BECAUSE I DONT WANT IT TO BE ANY LONGER BUT!! i cant express my gratitude enough for everyone that has watched me grow into the artist i am today! thank you all so much for this wonderful year, im wishing you all the bestest end-of-the-year. take care and see you in 2024 🫶
