Do you have any thoughts on Pursuance Meursault? His rejection of faith was pretty important in the book so him having this EGO sticks out a whole lot
So, I'm just gonna preface this by saying I Have Not Read the Stranger. That being said, I'll give it my best shot anyway.
Under the cut now! Shoo!
As always, let's start with the Abnormality. Heavenly Executor's Scribe, while sparse in information, is Extremely Clear about its themes. It's very explicitly described as only noting down and following the judgements of someone else, while not assessing what it writes down on its own.
It refuses to cast down its own judgement, and refuses to doubt the judgement of others. We can see that in how it accepts the Sinners' opinion of its tablet regardless of whether they read it or destroy it.
The parallel with our Mr. Refuses To Cast Moral Judgement here is very, very clear. Just like the Scribe, Meursault simply follows orders of those in authority without question, and accepts whatever opinion others have of him.
Another thing to note is the religious angle of the Abnormality. Heavenly Executor's Scribe, and the Pursuance E.G.O by proxy, have very clear design references to angels and heaven, and seem to be referencing the Biblical idea that angels have no free will, simply being vehicles through which God acts.
The connection between religion and oppression through judgement is absolutely not lost on me here, especially with the Abnormality's name calling the higher power it follows the Heavenly Executor. It is merely the secretary of the True Judge, Jury, and Executioner that is this interpretation of God. Which, while I'm calling attention to the concept of Judgement and Execution... that should sound Extremely Familiar to those of you who have read the Stranger, now shouldn't it?
Now onto the Sin Analysis, because that's the part I feel most comfortable with.
Pursuance's Sin damage is Sloth, which is a Sin associated with apathy and inaction, as we can see from the base E.G.Os of Gregor and Yi Sang. Likewise, Sloth as Pursuance's main Sin means exactly what one might think it means for Meursault - apathy towards the judgement and orders made by those of authority. He doesn't assess them on his own, he simply follows them to the letter.
For the Sin requirements, we have Sloth, Pride, and Gloom. Sloth I already covered in how it reflects Meursault's apathy and lack of own opinion towards the judgement and orders he is told to follow, so let's focus on the other two.
In my interpretation of the Sins, Pride represents actions taken for their benefits with their consequences being ignored. This, I think, is reflected in what Pursuance represents. Meursault is following orders because that's what he believes benefits him, regardless of whatever harm he may be inflicting by doing so. After all, following what the judging party says is better than standing out and being judged himself.
The last Sin requirement here is Gloom, and that's the one I'm most intrigued by. I interpret Gloom as actions taken under the pressure of negative emotions. As such, I think Meursault requiring Gloom to use Pursuance actually repaints the context of his actions in a somewhat sympathetic light. It implies that severe emotional stress is part of what pushes him to do this. And really, can you blame him? Knowing that the authority whose orders you're following could at any point turn its judgement against you can't be conductive to good mental health.
As for the dialogue lines, there's some interesting implications to them, I think.
His Awakening line has him promise to "pray for someone", which is generally considered to be a way of giving someone blessing, to be hoping that something good happens to them. However, that's not what Meursault is talking about here. His line here implies that by praying for someone, by turning his God's attention towards someone, he is actually doing the opposite. That by praying for someone, he is ensuring that that someone will break.
By praying for someone when his God is Judge, Jury, and Executioner, he is effectively ensuring Holy Judgement upon this person. And well, Meursault very much feels like the type of person to understand how horrible it feels to be judged for everything, doesn't he.
On the other hand, his Corroded line ties back to something else I already mentioned in this analysis. You know the whole thing of Meursault blindly following orders because he knows the authority could very easily judge him instead? Yeah, this line basically confirms it. It confirms that, while everyone around him is on thin ice, the ice he's on is even thinner. If he ever messes up, it doesn't matter who else messed up, he's the one getting punished. He's the one who won't be forgiven. He's the one who Shan't Be Pardoned.
...Fun fact, analyzing Meursault's E.G.Os is how I truly started to appreciate him as a character.

Whenever I see art of pursuance Meursault I lose my mind a little cos not only is it an awesome EGO but also it's the way that like, Meursault of all characters getting the EGO that is representative of angels when he's vehemently against religion, or at least he is in l'etranger. And pursuance being the heavenly executor's scribe when Meursault was executed it's just... gestures wildly around. There's something here.

Out of curiosity sake but who are the most and least fire hazardous inside the kitchen when it comes to cooking?
Tumblr media
“I was elected to answer this as an unbiased source.”
“Ishmael and Ryoshu would be immediately banned from the kitchen due to the immediate fire hazard. Rodion would also be banned due to the fact that she would be extremely cold and unsafe for the kitchen.”
“Outis and Gregor would be too flammable for the kitchen.”
“Sinclair, Faust, Don Quixote, and Heathcliff would be too unsanitary for it, and if it was meat Sinclair could possibly snap into a more feral nature due to the blood.”
“So theoretically, that would leave Hong Lu, Myself, and Yi Sang. I believe Hong Lu would be the safest person to enter the kitchen, although the ribbons may possess a fire hazard.”

currently feeling normal (lying) about electric sheep Meursault 👍
he's clearly already miserable in the art and then you'd think that "This electricity is all I have left… I can't…!" would be the line for the corrosion but NOPE! THAT'S THE AWAKENING LINE!
HE HAS NO CORROSION LINE. ON CORROSION HE JUST SITS DOWN AND SCREAMS
also all his other EGO corrosions are just "normal man with something on his head" (except Pursuance, which is still pretty tame, especially when put next to Rodion's corrosion of that) but this one is full on sheepy
Tumblr media
and Don's isn't. Don's sheep corrosion stays humanoid.
I'm too tired to try and analyze the meaning right now but my mannnnnnnn

for some reason I decided to do a solo md run with and max out every single rodya id this month 😎
Tumblr media Tumblr media
also threadspun all her egos to max as well
she's so cool I wish I was like her
some observations for each id I gathered in my time playing:
Base: she's surprisingly durable, though even that hardly makes up for her awful rolls. Also her attack sprites are super weird like
Tumblr media
what kind of angle are you hitting at girl. Are you trying to kill some random bug on the ground? I feel like she has the worst attack sprites out of all the base ids, though them making her look like she's swinging kind of recklessly and with no practice might be fitting to her character?
Kurokumo: Surprisingly good for a release id. I think it'd be fun if her s3 had attack weight. She doesn't look all that kurokumo with her coat lacking the cloud texture and her having no visible tattoos outside the one on her breat.
LCCB: A very interesting concept that while good for its niche isn't something really relevant to the game. Like she would be really good if the game went in a direction where defense skills were a genuine threat outside of a few counters and evades being annoying. Other than that her blunt synergy is cool but greatly limits her.
Ncorp: Love how messy she looks. Also weird how in each of her "evil" identities (Ncorp, Tcorp, Princess) she mentions refusing to eat. She's okay, probably decent in a full Ncorp team. I don't have much to say besides she looks really cool and hot.
Rosespanner: the first good id she got that still holds up pretty good despite her clashes being somewhat mediocre. Synergizes really well with her effervescent corrosion ego and its passive.
Zwei: Probably my favourite 00 id. The concept of turning poise count into shield is so interesting, and makes her quite a decent meatshield. Other than that though she doesn't have much going for her and she barely has any synergy with the other good zwei identities.
Dieci: I don't really need to say anything. It's dieci rodya. I think she's strong in kind of a boring way
Liu: She's cool. Love using her passive in teams to get big wrath absolute resonances going, though the condition of everyone being burned is harder to achieve in chain battles.
Tcorp: got an absolute ass run with her and barely got any tremor gifts before the end. She's okay. Good clashes and tremor application but not a lot of bursts.
Devyat: She's just strong and fun. Really good for solos with the free shield she gains and her incredible damage potential. Also I just love the concept of a weird bag that has limbs and things that come out of it. That's just cool.
Princess: Clashable counters make regular encounters super easy in solos. A bit worse for them than the other bloodfiend ids since her healing is tied to her passive and not her abilities, but once she gets going she's really good. Also using an umbrella as a weapon is just really cool. Also unrelated but when she was released people were being so boringly horny for her, like this is Rodya, she's had her tits out since launch and now you notice them? Also her uptied art is way hotter anyway.
I don't have much to say for egos since most of them are pretty straightforwards.
don't use pursuance in solos since the additional effects are ally only as far as I've tried.
I hope she gets a negative sp id some day to benefit from the passive of what is cast and to make the awakening of 4th match flame more powerful.
hope she gets a charge id some day so she can have some relevance in any team (rosespanner is too dependant on tremor to really count)
maybe a sweeper id with the backstreets intervallo cause they eat people and rodya is a hungry girl.
idk

The floor of history: an analysis
This is going to be the final revision of this floor's analysis for at least a few months, im going to prioritise finishing other floors before coming back to it.
Major Spoilers for Library of Ruina and Lobotomy Corporation's story
The Abnormalities//EGO:
Scorched girl ("fourth Match Flame" (Currently "4th Match Flame"))
Happy Teddy Bear (The Forgotten (Formerly "Bear Paws" (Lob Corp))
Fairy Festival (Wingbeat)
Queen Bee (Hornet)
Snow Whites Apple (Green Stem)
happy teddy bear; scorched girl; fairy festival; and snow white's apple, all represent some form of loss or (in the latter two’s case) being betrayed.
The scorched girl was a child who lived a poor life selling matches, in the fires of the lit matches she saw hope for a better world bathed in the warmth that the flames provided, in her longing and pursuance for this better world, she burned to death; The Abnormality of the scorched girl is the soul of this child, betrayed and burned by the flames which promised her a better life.
Happy teddy bear is an abnormality that we have less knowledge of its past, only that it was abandoned and left to decay at some point by its previous owner; longing for attention the abnormality, upon finding someone who cherishes it like its old owner, will ensure that they are never going to leave
For the case of the Fairy Festival, it's the only one of the bunch to be the betrayer rather than not; the fairies of the festival will heal and take care of you, with ideas of them being able to sense goodness in people, and protecting those who are faithful and trustworthy (haha), but then: the hunger. The fairies are carnivorous creatures who simply attempt to keep their prey fresh through their “care”, being able to kill them in an instant despite their perceived nature.
I am not writing about Queen Bee
Snow white's apple, as the name suggests, is the witches poisoned apple from the fairy tale of snow white; the apple, after a single bite, was thrown to the side and left to rot, vermin and worms came over time, attempting to eat the apple, all of them died of the poison. After serving her use to both the witch and snow white, she was thrown to the side to rot, after which she started to look for her own path in life...
Angela and the Floor Realisation:
"Is it a sin that I was born this way?"
The thematic of isolation, which is present in the bear, apple, and child, is quite obvious to the realisation, Angela suffered untold period of pain, isolated from everyone surroundings her, suppressing her desires, her honest urges to stop the suffering of the employees, as doing so would only prolong the play;
Angela was punished for her existence; A machine created to be a human, created only to suffer endlessly where a human would not; Angela was punished for the sin of her birth, condemned to this hell, to orchestrate this play.
As the finale of the play comes, the Girl who had nothing, who was denied happiness since creation, who was not allowed the warmth of the stage, not allowed to stand alongside the others, saw a future in the light, the whispers of a future she could make, if she only claims the light, Carmen’s promises of her truest desires, mirroring the world seen in the flames of the Match Girl.
As both of these children have nothing in life, the Match Girl and Angela both desperately seek these promises shown in the blaze, chasing the light, their hope of the future, as it is all they have left.
In seeking the future she saw, the Match Girl’s last match burned out, and she, no longer having the warmth to guide her, was consumed by the night.
"If this matchlight goes out, nothing will be left for me."
Angela’s story diverges in the end, being pulled from the light by her one and only friend, not letting her be consumed, forgotten as she was always meant to be.
In relation to the scorched girl, who seeks to burn all that there is in order to gain this sought world in the flames, Angela seeks fulfilment in burning down all that Ayin planned for her, the petty revenge to see the hopes of others burned the same way that hers was.
"Maybe I could be free after I’ve burned down all things and then myself."
In the course of Lobotomy Corporation’s story, Angela grew to despise A, her creator, after being abandoned, both left to follow the script, and in the finale, where she is expected to simply lay down and cease after serving her purpose; in this idea of being abandoned Angela Resonates with the Happy Teddy bear. Being modelled after Carmen, in Ayins futile attempt to replace what he had lost, Angela was created, a human machine, despised by her created for existing in the manner he dictated for her; Angela was not abandoned at the end, Ayin had abandoned her the moment of her birth, as soon as she first spoke.
“I remember you… You were a person with a warm smile…"
In this denial of an ending, a place to stand amongst the others as the show concluded, Angela, despite her value, her necessity in the play, was simply used as a blessing for others only to be cast aside, expected to rot.
In this desire of being denied an ending, of being disposable to those who needed her, Angela creates her own ending; In being forgotten, abandoned, left to rot, Angela’s desire for a life of her own is manifest through the library as a whole, and causes her to resonate with the Snow White's Apple:
"My existence was born from a yearning and began as a curse, yet I served as a blessing to others."
Akin to the apple, Angela was made to serve a purpose and be discarded; Both left waiting in their isolation, waiting for someone to come to them, waiting until the last moment for Ayin to look at her; As the apple grew limbs, in search of her own story, her own prince, Angela walks in search of what she had been denied, a life, a story, a happy ending rather than being neglected until the end.
Through the true ending of Lobotomy corporation, Angela makes the ultimate betrayal in defiance and spite of Ayin's plan; After eons of living simply to serve others, to complete this act of the play, she was still unable to stand on the stage with the others at the finale:
The connection of the fairy festival is one of her deceptions, the presumption of her goodwill and servitude to the plan used to hide her true intentions. As Angela says herself:
"I did everything to care for you, so it’d be only fair that I get something in return."
Just like the famished fairy, being starved, deprived and denied of her innate desires for so long, Angela takes action herself, looking to consume hopes of others, the culmination of this time spent starving, all for herself.
Now, as she attempts to satiate her hunger, the desires that have been aged for millennia, denied for her sin of existing, Angela pilots the Librarians in the same manner that Ayin set the script; The Library’s guests, the librarians, the Sephirot, suffering to make Angela’s will manifest, sending countless to their deaths, to be killed and forgotten, all for her pursuit of humanity.
"No one remembers those who gave their effort to raise the kingdom. It’s a truth that repeats on and on."
In taking on the role of the Queen, Angela takes the role of her father, forgetting those who suffered, who worked towards the ending, seeing others as disposable, only tools to achieve a purpose.
"There can’t be any meaning to a history that repeats itself. Attain the will to stand up straight by looking back? You know nothing about my past."
[Insert Natural Segue]
The Willingness to Stand up Straight:
Elijah, Malkuth:
Lobotomy Corporation, in regaining the memories of her trauma, Malkuth sees her death, in impatience she tested the substance Cogito on herself, after being denied as a test subject several times. (oh god that is one fucking sentence isn't it) In this recklessness, through her desire to help the Cogito project, her determination to make a difference in the project, Elijah, now Malkuth, died, decaying from the experiment. Writhing on the floor in pain, begging Ayin to turn around and help her, there is no option but to ignore her. Ayin did not remember everyone name, nor respond to or make "meaningless gestures" of praise, which only fueled Elijah's fervor to make a difference in the project, to have the fruits of her effort be tangible.
Overcoming this despair, in competing the Meltdown, Malkuth sees a glimmer of hope for improvement, she cannot continue to look back with hopes of changing her choices, to despair at her own actions. Instead, she sees the possibility of improvement, and gains the willingness to stand up straight, to hold her head high rather than being weighed down through her past.
Like Angela, Elijah was cast aside by Ayin, finding only despair when seeking rewards for her deeds:
Though already having faced her past, overcame her trauma, the Abnormalities on this floor represent Malkuth's, Elijah's, history:
Through Ayin's lack of validation, a desire begins to take place, hollow, demanding to be filled. Only driven further by her impatience, Elijah is driven to take action for this hunger, to finally satiate herself in return for her actions, in the same manner as Fairy festival.
The famished faeries (fairy's? fairies?), being unable to feed their desires for so long, begin to consume other faeries, destroying itself in the process.
"I knew I didn’t have any right to participate in the experiment, that’s why I was so impatient." "Will you finally praise me? I just want to feel proud."
In seeking her desires, wanting validation from Ayin for her efforts, Malkuth loses her hopes, being burned by the supposed source of her rewards, losing hope for the future.
in seeking this validation, like the Scorched Girl seeking the world seen in the flames, Elijah's story ends in a death, alone and forgotten by others.
"Make sure you feel this horrible sense of helplessness to your core, right to your heart."
After working so hard, sacrificing herself to be useful, to finally be praised by Ayin, he refuses to turn around to see her. Not even acknowledging her, even as she reaches out to him.
Just like all the others who have been burned by Ayin in the past, Elijah represents the workers of the queen bee, seen as disposable by the queen (Ayin Queen Bee art is next on my to do list), sacrificing everything for the greater workings yet never being remembered, not being rewarded, only discarded when they have outlived their usefulness.
"No one remembers those who gave their effort to raise the kingdom. It’s a truth that repeats on and on."
After everything that she had done, she was abandoned by Ayin, forgotten, left to the wayside to rot, to be forgotten, like the Apple and the Bear which appear before us.
"Be honest, back then it wasn’t that hard to turn around and look back at me."
Where the story of these two abnormalities diverge follows the point where they were abandoned. While the bear seeks the fulfillment of a new, loving owner, the Apple seeks its own path in life, growing to find its own path, its own fulfillment. While Elijah, now Malkuth, was abandoned by Ayin, in the past, rather than seeking the same fulfillment that she sought from Ayin, she looks to the future, with hope of improvement, the Will to stand up Straight.
Angela:
Like Malkuth looks back at Elijah to gain hope, to know that her past does not define her, Angela must realize the same, as we can see from her quotes in the realization:
"Attain the will to stand up straight by looking back? You know nothing about my past."
In the same way that Ayin refused to look back on Elijah, refused to create a place on the stage for Angela, the sufferings of both were ignored.
Angela refuses to look back at her past, to realise what she has become. Angela cannot gain hope for the future without accepting her past, she cannot gain the Will to Stand up Straight as long as she is defined by her suffering, by her past.
"Looking back on myself… It wasn’t even so difficult to do."
Angela says, mirroring Malkuth's own words towards Ayin.
Angela, following the realisation, like Malkuth, looks towards the future, to seek her own path, undefined by her trauma, free from the script that bound her.
. Thank you for reading this Essay, the Ayin Queen Bee thing is not a joke, there is an actual list and it was next down.
If you liked this essay consider following and/or suggesting something for me to write about.
and for a final note, a quote from Angela's realisation:
"I can’t fly with ragged and tattered wings."
... Yi Sang Hornet EGO when?

Queequeg's detailed sin analysis(?)
Tumblr media
Leaving the "?" there because I dont actually know how to do sin analysis yet. Yeah...This is me attempting to analyse where the sins from her skills come from and what they mean.
Initial observation yields 4 envy skills, 3 pride skills, 2 wrath skills, 2 sloth skills, and 1 lust skill.
We can divide the sources of these sins into 2: Pequod and Middle.
1. Pequod:
The Pequod is responsible for her sloth and lust skills.
a. Sloth:
Sloth coming from Pequod is easily provable. Excluding Queequeg herself and Gasharpoon's, the Pequod crew has at least 9 sloth skills in total, and we can easily how this is a theme from the entire Pequod.
It makes sense on a thematic sense: the Pequod crews followed Ahab and blindly obeyed her. They are too slothful to question her authority (but, they will kinda turn into Mermaids or they do?)
The 2 sloth skills of Queequeg are named "Must...Protect" and "Must Finish Hunt..." They have the same motifs of starting with "Must, "implying this is an obligation she has to fulfil, but also has "...", as if she's trailing off, unsure of what needs to do. They are obligations for her assigned by Ahab, perhaps? Obligation that she was too slothful to question.
b. Lust:
Initially, I found the lust skill really random. That was, until I read Starbuck's skills. They are "Persistent Harpoon" and "Determined Harpoon" respectively. This is a matching skills for both of them, but more importantly, it's Ahab's influence, and I can prove it.
Tumblr media
Pictured is Gasharpoon before activating Pip's EGO. As you can see, the fire was orange, lust colour. My understanding is Queequeg and Starbuck's lust skills are the consequences of being influenced by Ahab pursuance for the Whale, her lust for its blood.
2. Middle:
a. Envy:
The Middle is envy-coded. From their clothing to the purple tattoos they get their strength from, it's all very envy. But what does it mean from a story standpoint?
I don't know actually. But I have been told that envy in Limbus is not just want what others have, but also the feelings of inferiority and insecurity. This may be a stretch, but the Middle's relentless Vengeance may be a way to mask their insecurity. An organisation that is stable shouldn't have resolved to such extreme to prove themselves to be threatening.
Other than that, the Middle called themselves a family, but it's no more than a farce. They built themselves upon punishments and the fear of it. And their connections are represented by LITERAL CHAINS. It's actually a bit on the nose. They make a very good metaphor for an abusive family. Are they envious of real, loving families too?
Queequeg, too, is envious. Maybe not in the Middle's style of envy, but envy regardless.
Tumblr media
She is envious of the Abnormalities of all things because they have concrete desires and she doesn't.
And, if you do believe that envy is also about insecurity and inferiority, we have a loads of that too with Queequeg's guilts.
b. Pride
It seems contradicting at first to have both envy and pride. However, the Middle is also prideful in the way they are conceited and arrogant.
The Middle never forgets. Is like peak hubris. And their gaudy golden chains are so on the nose for a representation of vanity.
Queequeg, once again, is prideful in a different way from the Middle. She is stubborn in her ways of erasing her tattoos. Pequod Heathcliff's uptie story makes it very clear that mutilating one's own body isn't the only way (in fact, it's not very effective) to erase the tattoos.
Tumblr media
But Queequeg is very stubborn. Why? She has a mental block regarding this and won't accept alternative means.
c. Wrath
I probably don't need to explain why the mafia delivering 10 folds retributions for every little offence is wrathful, right?
The wrath in Queequeg's skills is probably more of her...frustration.
That are all the sins, but I still have one last thing to discuss: sin composition.
It's Envy : Pride : Wrath with the heaviest emphasis on Envy. This is also Queequeg's sin composition. And, (depressingly), the 2 envy : 1 pride : 1 wrath is the sin composition of both Little Brothers' variations, The Middle's Little Sister Don ID, AND Pequod Heathcliff, which mirrors Queequeg.
This is why I say Queequeg couldn't truly escape the Middle, with her current state of mind. It lives inside her skin, beyond the tattoos that she mutilated. It took roots inside the mind that she tried to cut into pieces. It hides in the tongue she condemns herself with, much like the way she condemned those innocents then.
Even when she's not physically with them anymore, it's still sins and punishments. This time it's on herself, but it's sins and punishments regardless.
The next analysis is how Queequeg is the soonest person to define evil.

Okay, so apparently people are struggling with Canto 7. I'm a little surprised by that, but it's also still pretty early in Season 5 so people hitting a wall as they try to speedrun the Canto makes sense. I don't say that out of arrogance or insult, I'm just so used to Project Moon Bullshit™ that I work in advance to avoid it and go around it. Trust me, you go through Queen of Hatred 20+ times in Library of Ruina and you just learn to prepare for nonsense from this game company.
This isn't going to be like my Ricardo Guide where I break everything down since I personally think the main issue here is just actually reading passives and having a properly leveled team. This is also because I went full-unga-bunga-gorilla and read very minimal passives and information that I couldn't capture with just a glance of things. But let that also be a lesson that this Canto requires minimal reading if you've got a decent team at the ready. If someone that actually read the passives and enemy AI wants to give further advice, then please add onto my writings below.
So, quick run down of Canto 7
Level 45+: The new level cap is 50 now folks, so I suggest you get to work on having a team around that level. Every tick up is another tick of Offense and Defense level, and a three-level difference is an additional Clash Power for your enemies. Half of the struggle is likely dealing with some big clashing numbers so now's the time to fix that in the easiest way possible. Yes, grinding Luxcavations is annoying, but it's a gacha game, there's gonna' be a grind.
Chain Battles & Team-Building: The focus on Chain Battles means two things. First, you're expected to have a team of competently leveled Sinners and have something of a backup team ready. Second, they expect you to lose Sinners in these fights, so don't freak out if you lose two or three of them. With that said, it's important to have two teams built. I personally recommend having a main team focusing on a status ailment and another team focusing on something else that compliments it.

This was my team for the dungeon. A bleed team with some emergency sinking on the side in case I needed the sanity/gloom damage.
Lust, Gluttony, and Gloom: These are the three big damage types that you'll need. Anything that helps in terms of nuke skills, resonance chains, and ego nukes with these skills helps. If you built a Sinking team last canto then that team's still viable for this Canto, at least until the dungeon.
Unbreakable Coins: Yeah, these are annoying, but it’s not as bad as some folks are claiming. The chip damage can be crippling in certain fights given all the additional bleed damage you’ll be taking, but it’s not terrible. Healing EGO like Faust’s Fluid Sac, Pursuance, or Lantern can help keep health up. Also, having a bleed team can turn enemy unbreakable coins into double-edge swords that kill them even faster than if they just took their hits like grown-ups.
And... that's really all the major advice I can give. Hope it helps.

Can I get Reader trying to comfort/calm down a Corroded Pursuance Meursault? It's my favorite E.G.O of his gsgafshsga
Bodies litter the scenario and in the middle of this mess, there's what remains of what was once a man they knew very well. EGO corrosion is common, and sometimes even welcomed. This was not a planned corrosion, though. What remains of Meursault's body is twisted and his conscious thoughts are dominated by anguish.
They know this, and they also know that they should not approach him at all. It's dangerous, and he's already taken out other sinners. Yet, they take confident steps towards him.
"No... sin... unpunished..." Meursault's distorted voice echoes, "No... forgiveness..."
They stand before him, defiantly raising a hand and cupping his face.
"I forgive you." They declare, "I will always forgive you."
Meursault's twisted form stills and the energy held within threatens to burst out. Then, slowly, so slowly it looks painful, the illusion begins to shatter. The sound of breaking glass echoes. He's on his knees, coughing and shaking, flat palms on the ground.
They hurriedly embrace him, holding his head close to their chest and petting his messy hair gently.
"Is it... over...?" He coughs.
"Yes, we won." They reply.
He sighs and slumps into their embrace, wrapping his arms around their body. It's a brief moment of respite for them amidst the carnage.
