made some elven kisses from scar's s9 elven character :)

its a snickerdoodle cookie with white chocolate ganache (with peppermint extract!) and sanding sugar to make it pretty :)

the idea for the recipe comes from sisyphean anon's sugar and cinnamon (the cookie is a lie) which i read a year and a half ago and haven't been able to get this recipe idea out of my head since
